Have you drawn close to God for nothing?

IMG_20140719_205356It may seem like God has forgotten those of us who are trying our best to be obedient. It seems those who do not care, who will not help the down trodden and who do many bad things live in peace and comfort. We have to keep in mind God is listening and taking note. We may even question why we have done our best to cleanse ourselves and obey God.

(Psalm 73:3-13)  3 For I became envious of the boasters, [When] I would see the very peace of wicked people.  4 For they have no deathly pangs; And their paunch is fat.  5 They are not even in the trouble of mortal man, And they are not plagued the same as other men.  6 Therefore haughtiness has served as a necklace to them; Violence envelops them as a garment.  7 Their eye has bulged from fatness; They have exceeded the imaginations of the heart.  8 They scoff and speak about what is bad; About defrauding they speak in an elevated style.  9 They have put their mouth in the very heavens, And their tongue itself walks about in the earth. 10 Therefore he brings his people back hither, And the waters of what is full are drained out for them. 11 And they have said: “How has God come to know? And does there exist knowledge in the Most High?” 12 Look! These are the wicked, who are at ease indefinitely. They have increased [their] means of maintenance. 13 Surely it is in vain that I have cleansed my heart And that I wash my hands in innocence itself.

Many have felt this way. God does take note of who is obedient and who is not. This system is temporary but the new system is forever. Those written in the book of remembrance will be rewarded by God and it will be an eternal reward.

(Malachi 3:14-16) 14 “YOU have said, ‘It is of no value to serve God. And what profit is there in that we have kept the obligation to him, and that we have walked dejectedly on account of Jehovah of armies? 15 And at present we are pronouncing presumptuous people happy. Also, the doers of wickedness have been built up. Also, they have tested God out and keep getting away.’” 16 At that time those in fear of Jehovah spoke with one another, each one with his companion, and Jehovah kept paying attention and listening. And a book of remembrance began to be written up before him for those in fear of Jehovah and for those thinking upon his name. . .

Those who have washed their outer garments and acknowledged the one true God will not be blotted out of his book.

(Revelation 3:4, 5) . . .. 5 He that conquers will thus be arrayed in white outer garments; and I will by no means blot out his name from the book of life, but I will make acknowledgment of his name before my Father and before his angels. . .

(Philippians 4:2, 3) . . .. 3 Yes, I request you too, genuine yokefellow, keep assisting these [women] who have striven side by side with me in the good news along with Clement as well as the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.

During the resurrection those who have done bad and thought it went unnoticed will receive their reward which is the lake of fire and those who were obedient will be rewarded with eternal life.

(John 5:28, 29) 28 Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. . .

(Revelation 20:11-15) . . .. 12 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds. 13 And the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Ha′des gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds. 14 And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. 15 Furthermore, whoever was not found written in the book of life was hurled into the lake of fire.

We know we are in the last days. The time is very near for scoffers who follow their own sinful desires to be done away with. We need to stay strong we only have a little longer it is a sign salvation is near.

(2 Peter 3:2-7) . . .. 3 For YOU know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.” 5 For, according to their wish, this fact escapes their notice, that there were heavens from of old and an earth standing compactly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and by those [means] the world of that time suffered destruction when it was deluged with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that are now are stored up for fire and are being reserved to the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly men. . .

We are to lift our heads because it means deliverance is near.

(Luke 21:25-28) 25 “Also, there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth anguish of nations, not knowing the way out because of the roaring of the sea and [its] agitation, 26 while men become faint out of fear and expectation of the things coming upon the inhabited earth; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But as these things start to occur, raise yourselves erect and lift YOUR heads up, because YOUR deliverance is getting near.”

Causes of Obesity and Things That May Help.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

They blame genetics for obesity. Many things caused by modern medicine and toxins they blame on genetics. Also it is our life styles and eating habits that we inherit from our families that influence our health. If you read some of my post you would see that most things are not genetic as they falsely claim.

They constantly blame genetics but if you do your research you would see that our gut microbiome modulate our genes and if you are lacking a certain microbiota the genes it modulates will be effected. I have posted on it is not your genes but it is your gut and gut microbiome. A change in our microbiome from farm chemicals in our food, BT Toxins from GMOs, antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals and heavy metals can change our gut bacteria. This can result in obesity.

We need to ask ourselves why has obesity , chronic illness and heart disease increased so dramatically? If modern medicine, TV and the government is right then our health should be improving not declining. Studies have shown that we eat far less fat and cholesterol in the U.S. then we did in the past and we eat more fruits and vegetables. So why are these conditions increasing?

Ghrelin can also effect our weight and those who are obese seem to have lower levels of ghrelin but are more sensitive to it. They believe this is because many obese people have been shown to have high cortisol levels. This makes us more sensitive to ghrelin. Rooibos, suma and maca are adaptogenic herbs. Ghrelin, insulin and leptin communicate with each other so issues with those will effect our ghrelin levels.

Conquering the Evil With The Good.

If you don't read it how can you have faith.

We are in the last days. We know evil abounds. We are told in Romans to conquer the evil with the good but how can we do that?

(Romans 12:21) 21 Do not let yourself be conquered by the evil, but keep conquering the evil with the good.

The previous scriptures in Romans 12 gives us a guide on how to overcome the evil with the good it stresses the importance of treating other good even if they are our enemy.

(Romans 12:17-20) 17Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men. 18 If possible, as far as it depends upon YOU, be peaceable with all men. 19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah.” 20 But, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing this you will heap fiery coals upon his head.

It can be difficult at times. It seems that those doing bad go unpunished.

(Ecclesiastes 8:11-13) 11 Because sentence against a bad work has not been executed speedily, that is why the heart of the sons of men has become fully set in them to do bad. 12 Although a sinner may be doing bad a hundred times and continuing a long time as he pleases, yet I am also aware that it will turn out well with those fearing the [true] God, because they were in fear of him. 13 But it will not turn out well at all with the wicked one, neither will he prolong his days that are like a shadow, because he is not in fear of God.

We need to keep in mind God is the judge and he desires no one to be destroy so he is very patient. We need to learn to be patient also.

(2 Peter 3:9) Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance

If we return evil to them we become just like them and Satan has won because he has made us no different then the world.

(Romans 2:3-11) 3 But do you have this idea, O man, while you judge those who practice such things and yet you do them, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance and long-suffering, because you do not know that the kindly [quality] of God is trying to lead you to repentance? 5 But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and of the revealing of God’s righteous judgment. 6 And he will render to each one according to his works: 7 everlasting life to those who are seeking glory and honor and incorruptibleness by endurance in work that is good; 8 however, for those who are contentious and who disobey the truth but obey unrighteousness there will be wrath and anger, 9 tribulation and distress, upon the soul of every man who works what is injurious, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; 10 but glory and honor and peace for everyone who works what is good, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.

Many who know their bibles and do bad have no excuse. There are those who do not know God’s laws and still obey them. So we cannot use the fact that they do not know God’s laws as a reason for treating someone bad. Neither can they use the excuse they did not know. The bible clearly shows we have been born with a conscience.

(Romans 2:12-16) 12 For instance, all those who sinned without law will also perish without law; but all those who sinned under law will be judged by law. 13 For the hearers of law are not the ones righteous before God, but the doers of law will be declared righteous. 14 For whenever people of the nations that do not have law do by nature the things of the law, these people, although not having law, are a law to themselves. 15 They are the very ones who demonstrate the matter of the law to be written in their hearts, while their conscience is bearing witness with them and, between their own thoughts, they are being accused or even excused. 16 This will be in the day when God through Christ Jesus judges the secret things of mankind, according to the good news I declare..

Our actions show who’s wisdom we are relying on. We are told to imitate our heavenly father, in doing so we show we are guided by the him.

(James 3:13-18) 13 Who is wise and understanding among YOU? Let him show out of his fine conduct his works with a mildness that belongs to wisdom. 14 But if YOU have bitter jealousy and contentiousness in YOUR hearts, do not be bragging and lying against the truth. 15 This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is [the] earthly, animal, demonic. 16 For where jealousy and contentiousness are, there disorder and every vile thing are. 17 But the wisdom from above is first of all chaste, then peaceable, reasonable, ready to obey, full of mercy and good fruits, not making partial distinctions, not hypocritical. 18 Moreover, the fruit of righteousness has its seed sown under peaceful conditions for those who are making peace.

Jesus perfectly reflected his heavenly father. So if we imitate him we can bring God glory instead of smearing his good name as many have done. Doing this requires us to be no part of the world. So we must not imitate the worlds behavior.

(John 17:4, 5) 4 I have glorified you on the earth, having finished the work you have given me to do. 5 So now you, Father, glorify me alongside yourself with the glory that I had alongside you before the world was.

We must do to others what we would want them to do unto us. We all fall short if others sought revenge for all our errors how would we feel? Doesn’t it feel much better when you are forgiven? Those who do not repent or who take your forgiveness for granted will be dealt with soon. We cannot let their actions effect ours.

(Matthew 7:12-14) 12 “All things, therefore, that YOU want men to do to YOU, YOU also must likewise do to them; this, in fact, is what the Law and the Prophets mean. 13 “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

(Ephesians 4:31-5:2) 31Let all malicious bitterness and anger and wrath and screaming and abusive speech be taken away from YOU along with all badness. 32 But become kind to one another, tenderly compassionate, freely forgiving one another just as God also by Christ freely forgave YOU. 5 Therefore, become imitators of God, as beloved children, 2 and go on walking in love, just as the Christ also loved YOU and delivered himself up for YOU as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling odor.

We need to make sure that since God has not acted it means he is not seeing and fall into the trap of taking action ourselves and start developing a worldly attitude.

When we are suffering evil we must keep in mind the example Jesus set. He did not strike out or seek revenge. His fine conduct drew many to our heavenly father. In showing humility and kindness we are showing our heavenly father what is in our hearts.

(1 Peter 3:16-18) 16 Hold a good conscience, so that in the particular in which YOU are spoken against they may get ashamed who are speaking slightingly of YOUR good conduct in connection with Christ. 17 For it is better to suffer because YOU are doing good, if the will of God wishes it, than because YOU are doing evil. 18 Why, even Christ died once for all time concerning sins, a righteous [person] for unrighteous ones, that he might lead YOU to God.

How could we avoid becoming like the world?

We know we are in the last days. Salvation is very near so now is not the time to give in. We were warned that there would not be much love in the world. Even the love for the truth in God’s word would be uncommon.

(Matthew 24:9-13) . 10 Then, also, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off. 13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.

(2 Timothy 3:1-7) 3 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6 For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7 always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.

One thing that can help protect us is to make sure good things are what we speak and that the things that come out of our mouths produce good fruits. We do this by making certain that the things we say are things our heavenly father would approve of. We must do our best not to imitate the behavior of the pharisees who produced bad fruits.

(Matthew 12:34-37) 34Offspring of vipers, how can YOU speak good things, when YOU are wicked? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 The good man out of his good treasure sends out good things, whereas the wicked man out of his wicked treasure sends out wicked things. 36 nI tell YOU that every unprofitable saying that men speak, they will render an account concerning it on Judgment Day; 37 for by your words you will be declared righteous, and by your words you will be condemned.

(John 14:15) 15 “If YOU love me, YOU will observe my commandments.

We have to keep in mind vengeance is Jehovah’s we cannot read their hearts and do not know their intentions or reasons they do the things they do. . We are all imperfect.

(Romans 12:17-21) 17 Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men. 18 If possible, as far as it depends upon YOU, be peaceable with all men. 19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah.” 20 But, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing this you will heap fiery coals upon his head.” 21 Do not let yourself be conquered by the evil, but keep conquering the evil with the good.

We can help by teaching others about the heavenly kingdom and helping those in need.

(Luke 9:10, 11) 10 And when the apostles returned they recounted to him what things they had done. With that he took them along and withdrew to privacy into a city called Beth·sa′i·da. 11 But the crowds, getting to know it, followed him. And he received them kindly and began to speak to them about the kingdom of God, and he healed those needing a cure.

(Matthew 5:14-16) .15 People light a lamp and set it, not under the measuring basket, but upon the lampstand, and it shines upon all those in the house. 16 Likewise let YOUR light shine before men, that they may see YOUR fine works and give glory to YOUR Father who is in the heavens.

Need to be as open minded to the truths in the bible as a child is.

(Luke 18:15-17) 15 Now people began to bring him also their infants for him to touch these; but on seeing it the disciples began to reprimand them. 16 However, Jesus called the [infants] to him, saying: “Let the young children come to me, and do not try to stop them. For the kingdom of God belongs to suchlike ones. 17 Truly I say to YOU, Whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a young child will by no means get into it.

We need to appreciate what God has down for us and the ransom sacrifice that provided a way for us. We need to keep in mind many have come from the world an many more will come. Our behavior could draw them to God or push them away.

(Ephesians 2:1-3) 2 Furthermore, [it is] YOU [God made alive] though YOU were dead in YOUR trespasses and sins, 2 in which YOU at one time walked according to the system of things of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit that now operates in the sons of disobedience. 3 Yes, among them we all at one time conducted ourselves in harmony with the desires of our flesh, doing the things willed by the flesh and the thoughts, and we were naturally children of wrath even as the rest.

The bible teaches us God is love. We need to let love guide all we do if we want to remain in his love.

(1 John 4:16-19) . God is love, and he that remains in love remains in union with God and God remains in union with him. 17 This is how love has been made perfect with us, that we may have freeness of speech in the day of judgment, because, just as that one is, so are we ourselves in this world. 18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love throws fear outside, because fear exercises a restraint. Indeed, he that is under fear has not been made perfect in love. 19 As for us, we love, because he first loved us.

(1 Corinthians 13:4-7) 4 Love is long-suffering and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, does not get puffed up, 5 does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury. 6 It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth. 7 It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

By letting love guide all we do it protects us.

(Romans 13:8-10) 8 Do not YOU people be owing anybody a single thing, except to love one another; for he that loves his fellowman has fulfilled [the] law. 9 For the [law code], “You must not commit adultery, You must not murder, You must not steal, You must not covet,” and whatever other commandment there is, is summed up in this word, namely, “You must love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does not work evil to one’s neighbor; therefore love is the law’s fulfillment.

(1 Peter 4:7, 8) 7 But the end of all things has drawn close. Be sound in mind, therefore, and be vigilant with a view to prayers. 8 Above all things, have intense love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

We all are imperfect, if we were perfect we would not need the bible to guide us and Jesus would not of had to die for us. We need to learn we are sinners also and we all fall short at times.

(Romans 3:21-26) 21 But now apart from law God’s righteousness has been made manifest, as it is borne witness to by the Law and the Prophets; 22 yes, God’s righteousness through the faith in Jesus Christ, for all those having faith. For there is no distinction. 23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and it is as a free gift that they are being declared righteous by his undeserved kindness through the release by the ransom [paid] by Christ Jesus. 25 God set him forth as an offering for propitiation through faith in his blood. This was in order to exhibit his own righteousness, because he was forgiving the sins that occurred in the past while God was exercising forbearance; 26 so as to exhibit his own righteousness in this present season, that he might be righteous even when declaring righteous the man that has faith in Jesus.

(Ecclesiastes 7:21, 22) 21 Also, do not give your heart to all the words that people may speak, that you may not hear your servant calling down evil upon you. 22 For your own heart well knows even many times that you, even you, have called down evil upon others.

Do not want to lose hope and start believing in ourselves, in doing this we may lose sight that there is a God who sees all we do.

(Psalm 14:1) The senseless one has said in his heart: “There is no Jehovah.” They have acted ruinously, they have acted detestably in [their] dealing. There is no one doing good.

(Proverbs 6:16-19) 16 There are six things that Jehovah does hate; yes, seven are things detestable to his soul: 17 lofty eyes, a false tongue, and hands that are shedding innocent blood, 18 a heart fabricating hurtful schemes, feet that are in a hurry to run to badness, 19 a false witness that launches forth lies, and anyone sending forth contentions among brothers. . .

(Jude 17-23) 17 As for YOU, beloved ones, call to mind the sayings that have been previously spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, 18 how they used to say to YOU: “In the last time there will be ridiculers, proceeding according to their own desires for ungodly things.” 19 These are the ones that make separations, animalistic [men], not having spirituality. 20 But YOU, beloved ones, by building up yourselves on YOUR most holy faith, and praying with holy spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love, while YOU are waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ with everlasting life in view. 22 Also, continue showing mercy to some that have doubts; 23 save [them] by snatching [them] out of the fire. But continue showing mercy to others, doing so with fear, while YOU hate even the inner garment that has been stained by the flesh. . .

We know very soon those who remain on the earth will be those who loves God and seeks his will.

(Matthew 5:5) 5 “Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth.

(Psalm 37:10, 11) 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. . .

Why asthma is rampant now.

Many get asthma because of medications changing our gut microbiome, toxins like glyphosate in our foods disrupting out gut microbiome. One the the biggest causes is vaccine injury. We have been taught that many things that keep us healthy are a bad pathogen. When we have all the nutrients we need the supposed pathogens actually help maintain our health. I could not cover anything or this answer would get too long but studies have found receiving immunization naturally protects us from allergies and autoimmunity and receiving it through vaccinations makes us more prone to allergies and autoimmunity. Add all the toxins in our environment and we are asking for trouble.

For example H Pylori reduced our risk of getting asthma.

Some infection protects us from cancer. Vaccinations have been shown to cause cancer.

Vaccinations are also why autoimmune diseases have risen. Vaccine injury is subtle at first and progresses over the years so most do not realize they have been vaccine injured and by the time they have it is too late to be compensated.

Choline deficiency is very common.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Many are deficient in choline , it has a dramatic impact on our health.  A deficiency effects everything from digestion to our brain.

Signs of choline deficiencies and sources. Once you read this you will see how choline and betaine deficiency can effect every part of the body even the citric acid cycle.

Reduce Basal Ganglia function has been found to be common in those with chronic fatigue syndrome. This can be caused by inflammation, stress, toxins, and autoimmune issues. It is not mentioned in the first study but this is a result of a change in choline levels in the brain. Choline levels become elevated in the brain. This is why it is important to reduce inflammation , learn to deal with stress better and to treat infection. Farm chemicals found in high amounts in our food can also cause this and when possible try to eat organic. Glufosinate a chemical with very similar properties as glyphosate has many of the same ill health effects. Heavy metals can also cause this to happen which are often times found in vaccines.

All the above mentioned things can effect BCHE and ACHE levels which are known to be high in multiple sclerosis. Farm chemicals have been shown to reduce BCHE which is important for ACHE homeostasis. High BCHE levels can cause myocardial infarction. BCHE levels is found to be high in obestiy, uremia, hyperthyroidism, and hypertension. Those are all inflammatory dieses. BCHE is elevated during inflammation. This shows the importance of addressing things that cause inflammation.

BCHE levels is low in liver disease and cancer. Low BCHE levels are a sign of malnutrition. Low BCHE levels can cause higher ACHE levels. High ACHE levels can cause mental illness.

Long John Silver’s like breading for fish.

Since fast food has so many toxins and are loaded with GMOs and Glyphosate I decided I would figure out the recipes to my favorite fast food restaurants. I think I knocked it out of the park with this one it taste just like LJS breading to me. Many fast food places have closed and they just cannot figure out why people are no longer eating there. Well it is a good thing because people are learning to cook for themselves again. The fast food has so many toxins and chemical additives now they no longer taste as good as they used to. I remember what they used to taste like and I am trying my best to figure out how they make them so I can enjoy the way it used to be.

fish

Long John Silvers like breading.

Make sure you use organic. If you do not know why look at my post on GMOs and glyphosate. Very bad for the body.

1/8 Cup of corn flour

1/8 Cup of Spelt flour.

You can just use ¼ cup of regular flour in place of the other flours , I use those more for the golden color they give the breading.

1 ½ cup of wheat flour

2 Tablespoons of some type of starch.

¼ TSP of baking soda

¼ TSP of baking powder.

1 Teaspoon of honey

½ TSP of onion powder

½ TSP of garlic powder

1 cup of buttermilk. If you do not have buttermilk then you can add a tablespoon of vinegar to regular milk and use it. You may need more or less milk I am guessing on this part because I do not use measuring cups when I cook.

Mix the dry ingredients well then add the milk and blend together mixing it very good.

Dip the fish in the batter and let it set on a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes. Then deep fry until the fish starts to float. If you over cook it , it will get gooey. So when it is golden brown and starts to float it should be done. It does not take fish long to cook just a couple of minutes.

Pull fish from grease when fully cooked and place on a wire rack to drain the grease.

How I Started healing and correcting my methylation issues and my BH4 enzyme deficiency.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

These are the things I did that got me headed in the right direction to healing. Many things like autoimmune issues, sulfation, detoxing from GMOs and even herb information I have covered in other post. This is to show people the things I did that got me started on the path to healing. Homeostasis is the goal once you start feeling better and can eat the foods that contain certain nutrients I stopped taking the nutrient and only took maintenance doses to make sure levels did not get low. If you continue to take things after you have corrected certain health issues you can push things to far the other way for example I had high ammonia levels. I pushed things too far the other way and developed acidosis.

I am trying to put a list together of things that helped me the most. For example I had so many metabolic issues that choline was causing me a lot of problems. I would get indigestion if I ate anything with choline in it. It is very important to address issues causing us to not be able to break down proteins because the body needs choline for many metabolic pathways. The choline issues is because of the high phenylalanine levels and I was not recycling it properly so ammonia was getting produced that caused me to have high ammonia levels especially if I consumed things that had animal flesh because it is high in phenylalanine. Potatoes are another thing that was high in Phenylalanine. This can indicate MTHFR enzyme issues which can lead to BH4 issues. This can lead to endogenous oxalates being produced from the other downstream metabolic pathways that are effected. It usually leads to high insulin levels which causes low glucose levels. It also leads to the mitochondria pretty much shutting down so no nutrients are being exchanged and your cells cannot detox. Folic Acid is man made and added to our food. It causes a lot of health issues because it build up in our blood and can negative impact the NMDA receptor in the brain and it inhibits MTHFR enzymes and BH4 enzymes. So I would avoid processed foods because once those enzymes shut down you will become deficient in nutrients because you will be unable to absorb them. You will lose your ability to produce short chain fatty acids from the loss of gut bacteria and enzymes needed to produce them. You also will lose the ability of your body to produce the fats it needs. BH4 helps in the creation of our feel good hormones and the hormone we need for restful sleep. When we are deficient in it we will experience anxiety, indecisiveness and we may display high risk behavior and difficulty sleeping. We become deficient in tryptophan. Many had good results with 5-HTP which is a type of tryptophan that does not need to be metabolized for the body to use it. Once things get working right we need tryptophan for our good gut microbes to get established. BH4 is needed to produce and use the ammino acids throughout the body. Oxalates can be produced in a few different ways if we are deficient in BH4 enzymes and we may develop phylketonuria it can also lead to issues with pyrroles.

Many of my friends would take methotrexate and they would feel good at first and then get worse because it inhibits MTHFR and BH4 enzymes.

Fluoride , chlorinated water and fluoroquinolones can also inhibit these enzymes.

I was so ill I would even throw water up and I have very good quality well water. I struggled to get the nutrients I needed in my body. To prevent nausea I had to put parsley, nutmeg, ginger or clove in my teas to settle my stomach.

Each person is different but these are the basics of things that helped the most people. Please do your research and make sure it is safe for you to use the things I mention. The only animal protein I was able to consume was white fleshed fish except blue fish. I reacted very bad to blue fish.

My gut was a wreck from not knowing how toxic GMOs were, I have posted them and how the effect the body especially the gut. Now add all that to having tick born illness and things good bad very quickly. No matter how ill you are if you plan your protocol and take notes on your health, on how various foods effect you, on how you are effected by your environment it can help you develop a protocol unique to you that is more directed at your healing because each of us are unique.

Because we need protein and I could not eat many proteins I used bee pollen, why protein which you have to watch many of them and proteins to them and you especially have to watch that they did not add phenylalanine. The other proteins it is best to make sure they have and L in front of them for example L-Tyrosine that means it is bioavailable to the body. When you have BH4 or MTHFR enzyme issues you will usually need L-tyrosine, L-valine, L-leucine, L-threonine, L-Serine and L-arganine. If you are under a lot of oxidative stress then you may want to hold off on L-arginine until you get it under control. I posted on oxidative stress and the antioxidant system.

Beta Glucan found in organic oatmeal and mushrooms helps also. Some have had good results with taurine especially those of my friends who were vegetarians.

Other minerals needed downstream that can effect these enzymes are manganese and molybdenum. I took them until I started to feel better then I cut back to three times a week because if levels get too high they can become toxic.

To help my gut bacteria get established I used grape fruit seed extract 2 days then waited a week because it inhibits Cytochrome P450 enzymes needed detox drugs and other chemicals. It should never be used when taking medications. I also took Pepto Bismo because it helps fight the bad bacteria in the gut and it helps fight many pathogens. It takes a very high level of Bismuth to be toxic.

I do know often times when a metabolic or detox pathway opened up and started working correctly all heck would break lose for a few days and I even felt pain. Especially when I started detoxing oxalates , I dumped so many so fast that my bladder took a bad hit and hurt for a while and the pain of urinating them out was almost beyond what I could bare because it is like peeing little pieces of glass out.

Then as the bad bacteria died off and my good started getting established my intestines detoxed. I was excreting some pretty scary things. Slime that was shaped like my intestine, dead intestinal tissues and the fiber that had not moved through my body but was sitting in my digestive tract. I t looked like worms and I thought I had parasites. I thought I was defecating part of my intestines out because often times the slime would come out shaped like my intestine. Also our body uses bile to detox some things like copper so diatomateous and psyllium husk helps with that, also inulin helps because the body will attach the toxins to fiber to be excreted. I was so full of toxins that this took a month to resolve. I found grape seed extract, bacopa, butchers broom and many claim hawthorne help prevent hemorrhoids. I learned that after the fact but the really helped reduce my hemorroids. I would only take the psyllium a few times a week because it can over feed the good gut bacteria and cause dysbiosis.

I have posted on the various gut bacteria and what they do. The gut bacteria that produce our feel good hormones need butyrate to thrive. They also produce it themselves and it helps establish the other good bacteria. Good sources of butyrate is raw milk, butter and ghee.

I had to slowly reintroduce fruit back into my diet. It would take me a week to eat and apple. But I would slowly increase the amount of the fruit I would eat and my good gut bacteria slowly started to reestablish.

I still limit my meat intake because it causes high bacteroides levels which is the cause of most types of inflammatory bowel diseases. Those who get constipated often should avoid meat because it alkalizes the digestive system which causes bacteroides to get into the upper part of the digestive tract and will cause the muscles of the bowels to become paralyzed. The cycle they cause can be broken but takes a lot of work and planning and constant protocol adjustments.

I tried my best to get my nutrients from natural sources once I got my digestive tract working.

The vitamins that we are usually deficient is are:

B12 I found methylcolbalamin seem to work the best for most.

B12 needs vitamin B6 to convert to a form the body can use. Most had the best results with Pyridoxine Phosphate (P5P).

MTHFR and BH4 enzymes need folate not to be mistaken for toxic folic acid. It cannot function without B6 and B2 (riboflavin) .

Most with these health issues are deficient in vitamins D, E, A and K2 which are mostly oil soluble so should be taken when you take an oil. Sun Flower lecithen also helps with the enzymes we need and would be an oil we could take them with along with something that contains butyrate because butyrate increases nutrient absorption. You do not want to take too much K2 or any of the other vitamins. Homeostasis is the goal once things start working again you want to back of and let things balance out. High doses of vitamin D can cause oxalates so I only took about 4000 IU about three or four times a week. Coconut oil is another oil that is good to use. It has monolauren which heals the brain and kills many pathogens. Olive oil is good to use because it is an Nrf2 activator which helps with oxidative stress.

N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) helped me a lot, I only took it about three times a week. I found that most studies I read the most benefits were in limiting the number of times it is taken a week. If consumed too much you seem to lose the benefits and make yourself prone to illness.

Betaine (trimethylglycine, or TMG) helped with my digestive issues and helps reduce ammonia levels from the metabolic issues. They also help reduce bad gut bacteria and increase the good.

The proteins we need should be in the form that has an L in front of them which indicates they are bioavailable so the body doesn’t have to convert them. The proteins that most have benefited form are L-tyrosine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-threonine and L-Arginine. L-arginine is used by BH4 to produce Nitric Oxide to regulate our blood pressure.

Many appear to be low in iron but actually are high in a type of iron the body cannot use and it inhibits absorption of the good iron. Lactoferrin or colostrum will hell reduce the bad iron and restore iron homeostasis. Curcumin chelates iron from the body but if take too long it can make you anemic.

Many of use develop sulfation issues which I have posted on. So for a short period of time will as we address the causes like gut dysbiosis , heavy metal toxicity or high farm chemical levels like glyphosate it helps to avoid high sulfur foods like cruciferous vegetables, onions and garlic. If our sulfide levels get too high they will interfere with many metabolic pathways. With the nutrient deficiencies they do not get recycled and converted to the good sulfates which we need. Also if we have gut bacteria imbalance high sulfide levels will occurs. Once our metabolic pathways are working our sulfide levels will come down. This will help reduce our hormone levels.

For detoxing I alternated between dandelion, curly dock, rooibos, sumac , curly dock, burdock, and chamomille so I would use different liver enzymes and would not end of depleting certain ones. Most spices are great for detoxing but you have to watch thyme and rosemary they raise white blood cell count and have been know to raise them too high if taken for too long or in to high a dose. I also used raw honey in lemon juice in the morning to help with glucose levels and to provide zinc to my body. Lemon helps detox the body including the toxins produced by regular body function. Honey also contains pectin which helps the good gut bacteria to get established.

Biotin, selenium and Boron are great for detoxing heavy metals. Selenium can help with sleep. Iodine helps with detoxing heavy metals but if taken in excessive amounts it can damage the thyroids so I got mine from seaweed , also I could eat shrimp and lobster without getting ill.

The fruits and vegetables that seem to help me the most was pistachios, walnuts, hickory nuts and pecans. Green peppers really helped , carrot leaves, celery leaves or celery, bananas. I noticed the very ripe bananas and the under ripe ones I reacted to. I could only eat the bananas that were just ripe to were they had just turned yellow with no green but were still a little firm. Pineapple helped me a lot but the only one I could eat was the ones that had turned dark yellow and were close to turning red and fermenting. I had to ease into fruits and vegetables and slowly work into eating them and slowly add new ones until my gut bacteria got established. I also had to do the same thing with dairy products. I found once I got my mast cell activation syndrome under control fermented dairy like butter milk, kefir, and cheeses help me get over my dairy intolerance. Once I got my leaky gut healed I was no longer sensitive to gluten and gliadin. If you have issues with it, it is a sign of a deficiency in gut bacteria or leaky gut.

We are usually deficient in magnesium. I alternated between magnesium chloride and magnesium citrate. I took the magnesium citrate about three times a week at first then I backed of to twice a week. Citrated is recycled by the body. If levels get too high it can cause liver problems and start to damage the red blood cells. Once I got my oxalate levels down I stopped taking the magnesium citrate. I took magnesium later in the day because it helps you sleep.

Herbs that helped me relax and sleep better were rooibos, camu camu (amla fruit), angelica, mugwort or wormwood they are chemically similar. I also used yarrow in the morning it energizes you and reduces pain. Most of what I just mentioned raise GABA levels. Pau D Arco also raises GABA levels. Gingko Biloba raises GABA levels but gave me a headache the first few times I took it. After that I actually could feel my mind thinking clearer. It should not be taken too long studies have shown after about three months it starts to damage the liver.

Exercise even yoga increases BH4 enzyme levels. Vitamin C increases BH4 levels but man made ascorbic acid has been shown to cause oxalates. If you take vitamin C in high doses it can break down red blood cells. The only sources of vitamin C that did not bother me when my oxalates where high was green peppers, camu camu (amla fruit) and sumac.

We need sunlight to produce vitamin D but getting sun burned can inhibit BH4 enzymes.

We may develop high copper levels because our bodies get rid of excessive copper through our bile. If our digestive tract is not working right and we are having difficulty getting enough fiber then we will absorb the reabsorb the bile back into our system with the toxins still in it because fiber and our gut bacteria detox the bile for us. If this happens we should avoid colloidal silver because it can inhibit our bodies ability to use the copper.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) helps detox many things from the body. It provide the bicarbonate the body needs to regulate PH balance and provide molecules needed to produce stomach acid. I would drink a cup with a tablespoon of baking soda in it three times a week. I would sip on it throughout the day. Increased iron can help reduce copper. Too much vitamin D stop production of cerruloplasm needed for the regulation of copper. Usually I do not suggest taking too much molybdenum but it will reduce copper levels. If copper is not high I only take it three times a week. Silica also helps get our copper levels down and is needed for bone growth and repair.

Pyrroloquinoline Quinone helps feed the good gut bacteria and restore balance, heals nerves and has many other healy qualities.

CoQ10 helped with my energy levels. I got the kind you dissolve under your tongue because I did not seem to notice any benefits to the once you consumed.

Nicacin is needed to produce NAD. Tryptophan is also needed.

To help with my adrenal fatigue I used maca root, suma root and kudzu.

To help heal my gut I used plantain herb, liquid aloe vera gel and oatmeal for the beta glucan. Then when I addressed my metabolic issues I added bone broth. Those who do not consume animal products may be able to use arrow root it helped me. Black seed oil is amazing and heals just about everything. Toxifolin also known as isoquerciten is great for all around healing. It is found in milk thistle.

When I was in pain I used opium lettuce and california poppy.

Avoid Folic Acid it is man made and toxic to the body especially the NMDA receptor and it can cause a deficiency in MTHFR and BH4 enzymes.

folate deficiency cause a loss of MTHFR enzyme which will deplete BH4 enzyme.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9462523

This study says Folic Acid helps recycle BH2. I think they meant Folate because folic acid depletes MTHFR which causes a decrease in BH4.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

If you have read my post on your gut and gut microbiome you know by now it is the microbes in your gut that influence your genes more then inherited genetics. You can turn genes off and on to correct problem genes. This is known as epigenetics. There are many things that can cause negative epigenetic changes. Stress, toxins, glyphosate breaks the glycine cleavage system in the body causing many negative epigenetic changes. Heavy metals and even the lifestyles we choose like drug abuse, alcohol abuse or smoking. These epigenetic changes can be passed to children. But many of these things can be corrected. I have discussed many things surround this like addressing acidosis, oxidative stress, and correcting metabolic issues which helps our bodies to correct gene issues we may be having. Since our gut microbiome regulate gene expression it is very important to learn the microbiota that modulate or regulate those genes.

Vaccinations are known to cause negative epigenetic changes that is why the vaccine manufacturers are protected from the liability of vaccine injuries and death. Most medical professionals are not trains to identify and report vaccine injury that is why the government stated only about 10% of vaccine injuries are reported.

then you get people like this who believe genetics are hard wired and will blame vaccine injury on genetics even though the toxins found in vaccines have been shown to cause negative epigenetic changes.

Dr. Ben Lynch states it best when he says we cause our genes to become dirty. Once that happens it is a long road back but we can fix them.

https://www.drbenlynch.com/vaccinesdirtygene/

Once our genes get dirty we develop excess oxidative stress which increase the rate of the negative epigenetic changes. I have posted on oxidative stress.

Glyphosate which has been found to be high in our food supply and water supplies has been shown to dirty our genes up. So it is very important to detox it and other toxins.

If your genes get dirty it is a long road back to recovery because you will have to become your own researcher because how to reprogram the genes is just now being researched and the information on doing it safely is scarce. The microbes that help heal the gut.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

Most with inflammatory bowel disease have too many bacteriodes which is caused by excess meat consumption, antibiotics, glyphosate, glufosinate and other farm chemicals. This results in nutrient deficiencies which lead to metabolic and gene problems. Before you can get your gut bacteria reestablished you have to address those health issues because our gut microbes communicate with and modulate our genes. These are the bacteria that was found to help restore intestinal health in those with inflammatory bowel disease or leaky gut. They also help those with autoimmune issues and chronic illness.

Studies have shown that by alternating probiotics and taking lower doses of them and taking a break from them to leave them balance out is more effective at establishing a balance of our gut bacteria.

Each of our triggers are different so it is important to keep a food diary on how various food effects you.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4021001/

Our gut bacteria modulate our genes. So an imbalance in them or a deficiency has effects on our genes,

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5915727/

A loss of short chain fatty acid and butyrate producing bacteria cause inflammatory bowel disease and constipation.

https://jcm.asm.org/content/52/2/398

Our diets influence out gut bacteria for example meat alkalizes the gut producing an environment that will permit the rise of certain bacteria that can lead to health problems. If we consume too much meat it can lead to inflammatory bowel diseases because it raises bacteroides levels and kills the bacteria that produce the good fats we need and the short chain fatty acids the body needs. High bacteroides levels can also lead to heart disease, diabetes, and even autoimmunity. Also a diet high in meat can increase the bacteria in our guts that cause inflammation.

Transfats and oils like vegetable oil and canola oil were found to raise bacteroides levels and decrease our good short chain fatty acid producing bacteria. Oils like olive oil, coconut oil and fish oil have been found to promote good gut bacteria.

Whey protein and the glycoproteins found in mushrooms have been found to reduce bacteroides and increase the good gut bacteria.

Lactose has been found to increase the good bacteria that helps produce butyrate and short chain fatty acids. This is why it is important to address lactose intolerance, it can be corrected.

Sugar increases Bifidobacterium, this could be bad for those who are over weight but good for those who are under weight and need to gain weight.

Prebiotics like resistant starch, oligosaccharides, fructosaccharides increase our short chain fatty acid producing bacteria. Short chain fatty acids are very important keeping us healthy. They have also been found to increase the microbes that protect and strengthen the health of our digestive system.

Polyphenols found in fruit especially berries, promote good bacteria while reducing the bad.

Artificial sweeteners especially aspartame has been shown to increase bacteroides to the point it could lead to irritable bowel syndrome.

In order to establish our good bacteria we need FOMAPs I found introducing them very slowly worked best for me as my gut bacteria received the food they needed and increased I could increase my FODMAP intake. If we stay on a FODMAP diet too long it will make it difficult to reestablish our good bacteria. Adjust the diet to your body do not stick strictly to diet but base it on how your body responds. I used a paleo diet after the FODMAP but did not stick to either diet strictly but based them on how my body responded.

Akkermana Muciniphila It is found in the upper part of the intestines and helps regulate bile acid production. Bile acids help regulate our pancreatic enzymes so indirectly it also regulates our digestive enzymes. It is believe to restore the mucous membrane in the digestive system. Polyphenols from berries helps to feed it and increase it’s numbers. Oligosaccharides also increase A Muciniphila. It has been found to be low in those with obesity. A deficiency in A Muciniphila will cause a deficiency in short chain fatty acids and inhibited lipogenesis. A person deficient in A Muciniphila will develop insulin resistance and low glucose levels.

Roseburia species help produce butyric acid, short chain fatty acid and protects us from diabetes and obesity. They help prevent inflammatory bowel disease. Beta Glucan in mushrooms and oats , chitan and inulin help raise Roseburia levels. Butyric acid protects the gut and our brains. It also protects our nerves and is important in the absorption of nutrient. If we are deficient in butyrate we will not absorb nutrients. Butter and ghee are good sources of butyrate until the gut bacteria are restored.

Faecalibacterium Prautsnitzii increases IL-10, this is important because Lyme and other illnesses that carry the OspA protein inhibit IL-10 to stealth themselves from the bodies immune defense. There isn’t much known about it except that it is low in many types of digestive disorders. We get it from being around others who have it.

Clostridium Butyricum is a butyrate producing bacteria . Clostridum butyricum kills it’s cousin that cause negative health effects. It also increases IL-10 . It also decreases inflammatory cytokines. There are studies that have shown if the other healthy gut bacteria are not present this one like many of the bacteria species used in probiotics could start causing health problems.

Lactobacillus Casei and L. Longum have been find to be deficient in many types of digestive disorders. They do not establish well of one or the other is missing it is best if they are taken together if you use a probiotic. The improve the bodies antioxidant capacity. We need SOD to produce H2O2 which the body uses to detox cells and transport nutrients and enzyme into and out of the cells. When deficient in these cellular macrophagy is inhibited. This help protect against cancer and other illnesses.

If we are deficient in them we can develop liver disease, lysosomal storage disorders and glycogen storage issues, insulin resistance and lose the ability to absorb nutrients. Our blood sugar levels will become low because insulin levels will increase. Bifidobacterium Bifidum has many of the same benefits and probably would benefit from taking it along with these. Also we cannot absorb proteins without the Lactobacillus strains.

A species of bacteria called lactobacillus casei shiroto is important in regulating our tryptophan levels. A deficiency in this strain will cause reduce tryptophan levels resulting in anxiety and the inability to sleep. A deficiency in this one can result in phenylketonuria which causes high ammonia levels in the body. A person who has this issues will get ill when they eat meat , potatoes or other things high in phenylalanine. Low levels of tryptophan can cause a loss of the beneficial bacteria in the Roseburia family which can lead to leaky gut and inflammatory bowel disease and sever constipation.

Many have been found to be deficient in Streptococcus Salivarius protects us from lung, oral and nasal infections. It also protects us from inflammation. Those who are deficient in S Salivarius will be prone to infection especially from it’s cousins in the streptococcus family that cause negative health effects. The only way I know to safely increase this is with lozenges that contain it because too much can cause health problems so you would want to avoid taking capsules of this.

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus helps prevent diarrhea , has been shown to reduce symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease. It helps protect us from infection. Helps protect us from allergies, obesity and diabetes. It also helps protect us from staph infection.

We also need fungus for example Saccharomyces Cerevisiae know as brewers yeast helps prevent diabetes. They used to think S Boulardii was a separate species but it has been found to be the same. I couldn’t afford the supplement so I bout a package of brewers yeast and consumed it. Wasn’t sure it would make it through my stomach acid but I felt improvement so I believe it does. Now this is one you do not want to increase too much, also you do not want to take this if you have autoimmune issues or leaky gut. It can act as a pathogen if it gets into the blood stream, many of our microbiome can if they get too high in numbers or get into our blood stream.

Our gut bacteria produce B vitamins for each other and maintain each other. If the ones who produce the B vitamins are missing then the microbiome will get them from our foods which will prevent us from receiving them. This is why it is important to eat foods high in B vitamins and to protect our gut bacteria from antibiotic, farm chemicals and toxins in our foods like artificial sweeteners.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4403557/

Lactobacillus Acidophilus prevents diarrhea, helps protect against clostridium infections. Those with interstitial cystitis are usually deficient in this one. It helps reduce symptoms of inflammatory bowel disorder. Acidophilus regulates our ph of our digestive system and bladder and keeps it at the correct ph. Our bladders and digestive system need to be acidic. An akaline environment can cause a loss of our good gut bacteria and promote the growth of the bad. It can also cause candida to go from commensal to a pathogenic form. Many with interstitial cystitis have found relief using L Acidophilus suppositories. Those who are having difficulty gaining weight usually have excess L acidophilus levels because it speeds up metabolism and those who have problems with weight gain are often deficient in acidophilus. Fermented foods are high in this but those with high histamine must reduce their histamine before eating fermented food I addressed that in my autoimmune post.
