True cause of illness and things that may help.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

I have a lot more to add to this but need a break and then I will finish it. I am going to add the things that negatively impact health and how it happens. Some of it I have covered but I have not covered the how part of it I only covered things that may help correct it.

Because probiotics can cause sepsis if you have ulcers or your gut is too porous I consumed a lot of mucilage and took bismuth in order to make sure my gut healed enough that would not happen.

To fully grasp the information here and to grasp the information in the links you will need to understand that Germ Theory and Terrain Theory have been proven wrong and that is why our Facebook group Synergistic Health decided we need a new theory “Enviroment and Biome Theory of Health”

Germ Theory and Terrain Theory are wrong.

This article discusses how our microbiome effect the whole body even the blood brain barrier.

In this post I am going to try and show how our environment, biome of our environment and our won biome effect our health. This shows that our Facebook group Synergistic Health is correct with our theory “Environment and Biome Theory of Health” is correct and that germ theory and terrain theory are incorrect. Learning this will help people understand why their genes have very little impact on their health compared to the above mentioned things. I also list the things that may be able to correct them.

In all the research I have read gut diversity increases health and longevity and is found to be a commonality in centurions.

There is a myth we should alkaize our digestive system must be acidic and alkalinity cause pathogenic and hydrogen sulfide producing bacteria to increase. This causes sulfation issues and increased ammonia getting the body stuck in a cycle. Bile and digestive enzymes become inhibited which cause high estrogen levels and copper will become biounavailable. You must break this cycle by getting ammonia levels down. BH4 levels get low when this happens eating protein increases ammonia levels. Short chain fatty acids balance our T cells so it is important to increase SCFA producing bacteria. I did a blog post on reducing ammonia levels (alkalosis). I did a post on reducing akalosis. I also did a summary of my notes which covers many of these things. If you search for akalosis and summary you should be able to find the information.

Fiber especially inulin increases the good gut bacteria. Exercise also increases our good gut bacteria. Reducing stress or learning to deal with stress increases our good gut bacteria. Ghee is high in butyrate which increases our good gut bacteria.

Egg and milk allergies indicate high Staphylococcus Aureus levels. This is caused by low microbiota that breaks up biofilms and produces natural antibiotics. This can also be caused by low lactobacillus paracasei, lactobacillus adolenscentis and lactobacillus rhamnosis levels.

I do not mention the strains that produce histamines because they are usually not a problem unless something is wrong in the body and they are needed for gut and body health. Avoiding the foods that cause them to produce histamines is more effective. Fermented foods, and aged meats and many cheeses will cause them to produce histamines. Some cheeses like Gouda and Parmesion have species of microbes that reduce histamines. This is why overconsumption of them can cause constipation because histamine stimulates stomache acid production. Those with low stomach acid production may benefit from eating foods that increase histamines.

An imbalance in our gut bacteria can lead to the production of high substance P levels which leads to systematic inflammation. If levels get high enough a person will start to lose their hair, they will get burning in their skin especially at night. The burning mostly occurs in the scalp and down the spine. I posted on how to reduce substance P.

When replacing a microbe you may be lacking it is normal to experience cramps and bloating until they get established. Taking the same probiotic daily can cause gut dysbiosis which is as bad as when candida goes pathogenic and can cause candida and H Pylori to switch from commensal to pathogenic. Probiotics should be alternated and one should take a break from them to let the microbial community balance out.

Most Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus have some oxalate degrading abilities. The microbiota that produce vitamin B12 need chromium to be present to produce it.

Exercise increases our good gut bacteria. Stress and trauma increase our bad bacteria so it is very important to learn to meditate , pray and not to dwell on things you can do nothing about and do your best to get over trauma and do not hold grudges or be resentful or hateful. When we have a lot of negative emotions it increases the gut bacteria that increases adrenaline and it can tax our adrenals.

Diets rich on complex carbohydrates have been shown to prevent infection from food born pathogens. Processed sugar has been found to dramatically increase risk of infection from ford born pathogens.

Often times a persons microbiome is influenced by their sexual partners. Their sexual partner may have different metabolic factors so could appear to be unaffected. Usually a person sexual partner should be treated for dysbiosis or infection also to prevent constant reinfection or constant microbiome disruption.

Galacto-oligosaccharides increase absorption of nutrients, and increase the beneficial bacteria that are important in health mental health and cognition. It prevents constipation and helps protect from food born pathogens. It increases the microbiome that reduces anxiety and pain. It is derived from raw milk and is destroyed during pasteurizing. It also decreases the risk of pulmonary infections. It reduces almost all inflammatory markers in the body. It reduces intestinal inflammation. Galacto-oligosaccharid and fructo-oligosaccharid helps to prevent diabetes.

Our bodies secrete FUT2 to modulate our immune system and to keep our good microbiome health. Many things can make us deficient in FUT2 enzymes which causes a loss of our good gut microbiome and can lead to inflammatory bowel diseases and gut dysbiosis. Fructooligosaccharide and oligosaccharides can replace FUT2 until it is corrected. This is can also result from a deficiency in the microbiota that stimulate IL-22

A loss of our gut microbiome can cause raised zonulin levels which results in many food intolerances, metabolic issues , increase susceptibility to infection and if not corrected can lead to acidosis or alkalosis. Zonulin regulates gut permeability if levels get too low we can develop malabsorption issues. If zonulin levels get to high we can develop many health problems. It can also lead to interstitial cystitis and damage the blood brain barrier which results in the loss of protection of the brain and can lead to infection , encephalopathy and even chira which is a life threatening condition. Increased zonulin levels causes depression, anxiety and can even cause paranoid delusions and psychosis. Mold toxins can increase zonulin levels. BT Toxin found in GMO increase zonulin levels. Farm chemicals which are found to be heavy in our food increases zonulin levels especially glyphosate and glufosinate. It is very important to eat organic when possible. A diet high in fiber and resistant starches increases the microbes that reduce zonulin. Oddly our sterile lifestyles have caused a loss of the microbes that keep zonulin levels balanced. They have found those who are in nature and work with the soil a lot get the good microbes that keep zonulin levels balanced. Unfortunately glyphosate and glufosinate are killing those microbes in the soil which is making it more and more difficult for a person to get those microbes. Endotoxins and mycotoxins increase zonulin levels making us more prone to leaky gut. Leaky gut causes systematic inflammation which can lead to autoimmunity. Butyrate producing gut bacteria reduce zonulin levels helping to prevent leaky gut. Butter and raw milk is high in butyrate. Inflammation causes increased zonulin levels so microbes that reduce inflammation will decrease zonulin. When zonulin levels are how toxins the body would not absorb but would get excreted are easily absorbed which causes high heavy metal and other toxins levels in the body. High zonulin levels also result in food particles entering the blood stream which causes a lot of food sensitivities. This can be corrected by addressing the leaky gut. When zonulin levels are high it increases mast cell degranulation which can lead to mast cell activation syndrome or mastocytosis. This increases histamines leading to autoimmunity and allergies. This also will correct itself once zonulin levels are reduce. Those with high zonulin levels should avoid gluten and gliaden until it is corrected because they raise zonulin levels. High zonulin and high inflammation levels has been linked to just about all types of chronic illness. Inflammation can cause high zonulin levels, high zonulin levels can lead to inflammation creating a cycle that is difficult to break. Inflammation disables the immune system and is why so many illnesses like tick born illness, candida and many other infections are becoming epidemic. Almost all illness can be link to zonulin.

Our gut microbiome regulate our zonulin levels which regulates the tight junction layer. When zonulin is high then we develop leaky gut which causes chronic illness and even effects our brains. Our gut bacteria even regulate our HPA axis. Microbes that increase IL-10, T regulatory cells and reduce inflammation will reduce zonulin levels which will restore the tight junction protein layer. Also stress increases zonulin so microbes that reduce stress will also decrease zonulin levels.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5288588/

Our sterile lives have added to the increase in zonulin levels. Also nutrient deficiencies cause by over farming land and chemicals like glyphosate and glufosinate that chelate nutrients are causing nutrient deficiencies which increases zonulin. This indicates the the biome of our environment is also important for our health. It also indicates that our environment itself can influence our health.

http://www.pnas.org/content/106/39/16799.long

Nutrient deficiencies also stimulate zonulin and so do bad fats and excessive meat consumption. Excess vitamin B12 increases zonulin levels. I do not supplement with it, I nurture my gut microbiota that produce it and I make sure I get cobalt which they need to produce B12. On the other end of the scale zonulin deficiency can result in the inability to absorb nutrients. This shows the importance of learning to achieve homeostasis. I cannot find studies showing that inhibited zonulin causes malabsorption but I have noticed those who have high levels of the bacteria that inhibit zonulin and low levels of the ones that stimulate zonulin have malabsorption issues.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0041134514008045

High zonulin levels can lead to decreased intestinal motility which causes the food to sit in the digestive tract and ferment instead of digesting. This increases the ammonia, hydrogen, sulfide and methane producing microbes which raises zonulin levels even higher. If I ever get a chance to write a book I will cover it in more detail. Once this cycle starts it is very hard to break and a person will not be able to absorb nutrients because their food is not getting broken down properly.

https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0111132#s4

So all this being said the bigger the variety of gut microbes we have the more balanced our zonulin becomes.

Butyrate producing microbiota increase TGF-B which is needed to prevent some commensals from becoming harmful. A deficiency in TGF-B can lead to inflammatory bowel disease which can cause bile to be inhibited. The most important of these are F Prausnitzii, Clostridium Leptum, Eubacterium Rectale and Roseburia. If deficient in IL-10 or TGF-B the microbiota that stimulates bile will become pathogenic in nature IL-10 and TGF-B work together to keep them in check so they continue to function properly. I discuss bile in more detail at the end of this article.

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00535-017-1350-1

Raw potatoes, inulin, chickpeas and other legumes feed the gut bacteria that prevent gliaden and gluten intolerance. Too much of these can increase the glucose levels in the blood. That may be good for those with malabsorption but high glucose levels can lead to cancer and other health problems.

Increased CB1 receptor activation causes leaky gut which can lead to food intolerances from our gut becoming too porous. This can lead to increased LPS levels which can lead to endotoxemia and sepsis. Increased zonulin also does this. Stress increases zonulin.

The PH of the gut and bladder should be between 4 to 5. The lower the number the more acidic the high the number the more alkaline. We do not want alkaline it causes infection and gut dysbiosis. Candida and H Pylori will go from commensal to pathogenic.

Bloating can be from taking too much of a certain probiotic which can lead to dysbiosis , inflammation, ulcerations, or high histamines. High histamines will cause acid reflux. Low histamine inhibits bile and will cause bile reflux constipation and low stomach acid production. If you have low histamines fermented foods will increase the histamine producing bacteria but be cautious do not increase them too far. We can also become bloated if candid or H Pylori go from commensal to pathogenic.

Increased gut permeability (leaky gut) can lead to bone loss, autoimmunity, and many metabolic issues.

Our gut bacteria need carbohydrates but many avoid them. There are good carbs and bad carbs.

A microbiotia accessable carbohydrate diet increases beneficial bacteria that produce short chain fatty acid. This consist of fiber and carbohydrates. This increases the bacteria that produce short chain fatty acids. If we do not produce enough SCFA we will become constipated and bile production will become inhibited. This will also happen if we develop malabsorption from having high bacteroidetes, methane producing and sulfur digesting bacteria. They contribute to malabsorption, constipation and inhibited bile production from a lack of SCFA in the body. Our blood glucose levels will also become very low and we may develop high insulin levels. Clostridium infection is also a major cause of this and indicates we are lacking the microbiota that protect us from it. This can cause a cycle that is hard to break because bile is needed to prevent clostridium infection.

High histamines usually indicates low bifidobacterium levels. Bifidobacterium degrade histamines. Low Bifidobacterium can cause weight gain in some people and can lead to anxiety, difficulty sleeping and difficulty concentrating. Our histamine degrading bacteria need vitamins A,C, E and Zinc. Bifidobacterium which there are many species produce folate. Most Bifidobacterium increases IgA which prevents food intolerances and allergies. Bifidobacterium also break down gliaden. Excess gliaden can raise zonulin levels leading to the tight junction layer becoming more permeable resulting in leaky gut.

Lactobacillus needs vitamin A and consuming it has been shown to restore lactobacillus. Most lactobacillus prevent candida and fungus infections. Most Lactobacillus prevent lung infection. Most Lactobacillus increase IL-10. IL-10 is needed for commensalism. Those deficient in Lactobacillus will be extremely underweight.

Helps break down phytic acid preventing it from being and antinutrient. B Subtilis has been shown to reduce blood pressure and prevent atherosclerosis. B Subtilis communicates with the body to let is know what is going on. It kind of acts like a soldier and a nurse. It stimulates IFN-y in spleens of mammals which is an important part of the bodies ability to fight infections. Seems more important for fighting infection then dendric cells and natural killer cells. IFN-y prevent viruses from being able to adhere to cells. Increasing IFN-y increases CD8 molecules. Those who are TH1 dominant should avoid this strain it increases TH1.

Streptococcus Mitis prevents infection in the throat nose and mouth.

E Coli Nissle prevent E Coli infection, prevents halitosis, helps prevent infection in the mouth , throat and nose. Helps with inflammatory bowel diseases. E Coli Nissle protects us from it’s pathogenic cousins. It also protects from other food born illness.

Lactobacillus Salvarius prevents cavities and prevents biofilm formation and prevents dental plaque. Helps prevent fungul infection and candida.

Lactobacillus Coagulans (Lactobacillus sporogenes ) helps prevent inflammatory bowel diseases. Has been shown to prevent diabetes. It enhances protein absorption and increase muscle healing, improves muscle recovery time and increases endurance. It inhibits fibrosis which would help with fatty liver disease and COPD. It increases butyrate producing bacteria. It decreases abdominal pain. It requires oligosaccharides. It improves bowel motility which prevents constipation. It reduces symptoms of inflammatory bowel diseases. It helps improve feeding tolerance. In other words it helps restore your appetite. It prevents parasite infections and has been shown to protect against the flu and adenovirus. It has been shown to reduce vaginosis. It also protects from many pathogens that cause diarrhea.

Lactobacillus Gasseri prevents halitosis. Helps restore normal bladder and gut microbiome. Reduces oxalates and histamines. Helps protect from HPV infection. It reduces menstrual pain. Reduces allergies and asthma. Helps break down phytic acid preventing it from being and antinutrient.

Bifidobacterium Animalis prevents food allergies and reduces oxalates. Prevents constipation speeds up food transit time. It prevents bloating, nuero inflammation, oxidative stress, and increases serrotonin, dopamine and norepineprhine by inhibiting MAO activity. Prevents obesity and anemia. It protects from polio and rotavirus. It reduces the length of the flu and prevents lung infection. I reduces allergies but increases TH1 levels. It reduces inflammation and increases T regulatory cells. It increases good gut microbes and decreases the bad. Improves digestive health. Prevents diarrhea and constipation. Helps with colitis and inflammatory bowel disease. It enhances immunity. It helps prevent celiac disease. It degrades oxalates. It improves nutrient absorption. It reduces stress hormones helping to reduce anxiety.

Bifidobacterium Adolescentis prevents food allergies and reduces oxalates. It prevents diarrhea from pathogens and prevents constipation. It helps protect from the rotavirus. Prevents asthma. Inulin increases B Adolescentis. It is fed by F Prausnitzii. It helps reduce fatty liver disease.

Akkermansia Muciniphila helps prevent obesity and helps to produce short chain fatty acids and is usually low in those will malabsorption issues. Deficiency in Akkermansia Muciniphila can lead to diabetes. Akkermansia Muciniphila also protect us from inflammation. It is important in homeostasis in the gut. It also produces oligosaccharides which feed our good gut microbes. It helps produce SCFA which are needed by the body and our microbiome. It helps maintain the shape and health of the mucous membrane in the gut. Low levels of Akkermansia Muciniphila results in a thinner mucous membrane making us more prone to infection and inflammatory bowel diseases. A deficiency in Akkermansia can result in appendicitis. Arabinoxylin, Inulin , fructoligosaccharide, oligofructose increases Akkermansia. Polyphenols in pomegranate, grapes, grape seed extract , and navy beans increase Akkermansia. Cod liver oil also increases Akkermansia. When there is a wound in the gut Akkermansia will go to the site of the wound and signal the body it needs to repair that area. This is one of the most important microbes for gut health. If we are deficient in it bacteroidetes leves get to high, bile production becomes inhibited and our bodies do not secrete pancreatic enzymes. I discuss the consequences of high bacteroidetes levels at the end of this post. Increased CB1 receptor activation reduces Akkermansia, inhibiting CB1 receptor increases Akkermansia but inhibiting CB1 increases depression and anxiety. Akkermansia needs Faecalibacterium Prausnitzii and vice versa. There is research showing if Akkermansia levels get too high it can increase zonulin levels so though it is a key mcirobiota in the regulation of our health homeostasis should always be the goal.

Clostridium Butyricum help prevent many food born pathogens, helps produce short chain fatty acids, it prevents diabetes and helps keep the sulfur digesting and ammonia producing bacteria like Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes from getting too high. If those are high a person can develop diabetes, malabsorption from inhibited bile production and inflammation. It prevents insulin resistance. Clostridium Bytyricum also protect from bartonella.

Faecalibacterium Prausnitzii Faecalibacterium a deficiency can lead to irritable bowel syndrome. Produces butyrate from fiber. A deficiency in F Prausnitzii can lead to asthma, obesity, depression ,Chohn’s disease and inflammatory bowel diseases. A deficiency in this can lead to high TH17 levels resulting in psoriasis. Those with cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes are usually low in F Prausnitzii. Akkermanis Municiphila needs it and vice versa. Prevents inflammation.

It also helps balance the immune system. It needs Akkermansia to thrive. Oligosaccharides increase F. Prausnitzii. It prevents celiac disease. It induces IL-10. It is necessary for fatty acid oxidation. It produces butyrate. It produces Salicyclic acid which is what they make aspirin from. It produces raffinose a type of oligosaccharide that decreases gut permeability which prevents leaky gut. It along with other commensals form biofilms that help protect and heal the gut. Decreases zonulin which preserves the integrity of the tight protein layer. If zonulin levels get too high a person will develop lactose, gluten and gliadin intolerance.

Enterococcus faecium prevents listeria infection and prevents infection from it’s pathogenic cousins. There is a human species which is non pathogenic and an animal species and the animal species is pathogenic to humans. I view this one as a dangerous pathogen even though it is used in probiotics when the body is weak it can make a person very very ill.

Weissella Cibaria also prevents halitosis, cavities, and this one also reduces skin lesions. It also reduces Hydrogen Sulfide and inhibits biofilms. Weisella Cibaria is found in kimchi and fermented milk. It prevents inflammation caused by endotoxins. It also prevent Nirtic oxide induced by endotoxins and promotes the healing of intestinal epithelial cells. It inhibits biofilm formation of pathogenic microbes.

Preovotella Histicola reduces arthritis, increases T regulatory cells and IL-10 which help keep the immune system balanced and reduces TH17. These are often a problem in those with tick born illness or mycoplasma infection. Reduces allergies.

Collinsela Aerofaciens increases intestinal PH which prevents pathogens and keeps candida and H Pylori in their commensal forms. It has been shown to prevent irritable bowel syndrome. It requires maltose, lactose or glucose. Whole grains increase C Aerofaiens. It prevents arthritis by inhibiting IL17.

Lactobacillus Bulgaris increases life span. Helps maintain the proper PH of the bladder and intestines which prevents infection and dysbiosis. Prevents the bladder and intestines from becoming alkaline. If they become alkaline candida and H pylori will go from commensal to pathogenic. It balances the microbiome in the digestive system. It also helps prevent lactose intolerance. It helps prevent liver disease and has been shown to reduce the risk of getting the common cold. It prevents dermatitis and eczema. It has been shown to help with inflammatory bowel disease. It prevents tooth decay and also prevents infection in the intestines and prevents pouchitis. It prevents constipation. It helps neutralize many toxins.

Odoribacter Splanchnicus a loss of Odoribacter causes a loss of SCFA availibility which leads to inflammation and low glucose levels. Deficiency in O Splanchnicus can lead to hypertension and diabetes. Low levels of O Splanchnicus can also lead to interstitial cystitis. It is important for absorption of nutrients and in maintaining a healthy gut. Has been shown to prevent atherosclerosis. Requires glucose, galactose, salicin, trehalose, arabinose, fructose or mannose. Inhibits many of the sulfur digesting bacteria that can cause high sulfite levels and high hydrogen sulfide levels. O Splanchnicus also breaks down phytoestrogens found in many plants.

Lactinifactor Longoviformis breaks down phytoestrogens found in many plants.

Arthrobacter Agilis it produces carotenoids which the body can convert to vitamin A. It reduces the risk of Parkinson’s disease. They degrade many pesticides. It prevents fungus infection but I am not comfortable with Arthobacter species because some of them produce antifreeze and I cannot find any research to show with this one did or not. I do not feel this is a safe probiotic and I have not spoken to anyone who had used it.

Eubacterium Halli it produces butyurate from acetate, glucose and lactate. It produces vitamin B12. It is important for homeostasis in the body and produces SCFA. It improves insulin sensitivity and normalizes blood glucose levels. It cannot process complex carbohydrate and needs bifidobacterium to exist. It makes some carcinogens harmless.

Arthrobacter Globiformis uses sugar as it’s main source of food. It uses sugar and ammonia. It’s byproducts are nitrogen and hydralimine. I do not know the health effects of these but it can break down many toxins in the enviroment but I do not feel comfortable using these as a probiotic I have not seen enough research on the use of this. Their are many of the Arthrobacter species that are used for probiotics and almost all of them break down some form of toxin but I cannot find research on their safety or effectiveness.

Pediococcus acidilactici it has been shown to reduce gastrointestinal distress. It prevents infections by food born pathogens and has been shown to stop bloody diarrhea. It also prevents constipation. Has been show to stop excessive vomiting. It has been shown to fight pathogenic parasites. It increases IL-10 and T regulatory cells which would balance the immune system. It has also been shown to fight fungal infections.

Most Bacillus species convert genotoxic substances to non toxic substances. Bacillus species are found in the soil and in humans. Some can be pathogenic. Man soil based bacteria improve nutrient absorption. There are other strains of Bacillus species but I did not list them because they have the ability to produce endotoxins. Bacillus species help break down food better which improves nutrient absorption. They should be taken with food or they do not get established well. Many of the Bacillus species secrete amylase and lipase. Amylase helps break down carbohydrates and lipase breaks down fats. Bacillus species may help those with malabsorption issues. Bacillus species detox a lot of toxins including mycotoxins found in fungus and molds. Mycotoxins can cause birth defects, sterility, it can increase estrogen levels. Most bacillus species can detox mycotoxins zearalenone, and aflatoxin but other mycotoxins that get broke down are species specific. Most Bacillus species train the immune system on how to fight pathogens. Most bacillus species reduce the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Most bacillus species help prevent leaky gut and promote healing of the gut.

Bacillus Lacterosporous is found in soil and humans. It fights fungus. Helps prevent leaky gut. It also fights mycoplasma infection. I have not seen studies on the effectiveness or safety of this microbe.

Bacillus Firmis promotes the differentiation of B lymphocytes to Ig producing and secreting cells. It stimulates the repair of blood vessels.

Bacillus Clausii stimulates the production of IgA but requires GALT. Prevents lung infections has been used successfully to treat those who get recurrent respiratory infections. Has also been used successfully to treat acute diarrhea. Studies show it is safe for human consumption. It protects the body from endotoxins.

Bacillus Licheniformis prevents biofilm formation of pathogens. Prevents the build up of amyloid plaque which contributes to amyloidosis and Alzheimer’s. Amyloid can also destroy beta cells leading to diabetes.

Bacteroides Fragilis promotes the production of GALT.

Phages P. Aerugonosa protect against E Faicalis and many food born pathogens.

Bacteroidetes- there are many species. Meat consumption increases their numbers. If bacteroidetes get too high it can result in weight gain or weight loss from malabsorption. It can cause the inability to absorb fats preventing bile production. It can cause the pancreatic enzymes to become inhibitited and cause phenylketonuria which results in high ammonia levels. It can cause BH4 enzyme deficiency, which can lead to CBS upregulation which can lead to high sulfite levels. This can cause the citric acid cycle to shut down leading to high estrogen levels, high unbound copper levels which farther inhibit the bodies ability to produce bile. This farther increases estrogen levels and levels of unbound copper. This lead to inflammatory bowel disease and malabsorption issues. A person with high Bacteroidetes levels will be high in butyrate and proprianic acid, acetate levels may be high also. They will be low in malanic acid. This also leads to high ammonia levels which causes many other health issues and causes Candida and H pylori to go from commensal to pathogenic. Many with this problem will develop bile acid gird. This also makes someone prone to clostridium infection along with many other pathogens.

If this persist long enough a person can develop interstitial cystitis. This is a common problem in those born by C section and who are formula feed. This also leads to a lot of food intolerances especially milk and glutin along with gliaden. This also can result in thiamine deficiency.

Consuming high amounts of meat can result in high bacteroidetes, methane producing bacteria and increased sulfur digesting bacteria. This can result in high levels of sulfite which will interfere with sulfation and cause many health issues. It can also cause high levels of hydrogen sulfide which will lower blood pressure at first then if levels get high enough it will increase blood pressure and cause severe inflammation. Bile production and production of pancreatic enzyme will become inhibited. High sulfite levels makes a person more susceptable to Salmonella infection. This also inhibits bile production. Butyrate ;producing bacteria help restore bile production.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5953422/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5282957/

Another thing that inhibits bile production is extended use of antibiotics. It reduces our good gut microbiome. Muscrarlis Macrophages detect our good gut microbiomes LPS. With the decrease in our good gut microbiome and loss of their LPS to signal muscarlis macrophages dysbiosis occurs which leads to inhibited intestinal motility which causes a loss of bile production and pancreatic enzyme production. Supplementing with commensal LPS has been shown to reduce the symptoms and increase bile flow.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4149228/

https://www.cell.com/abstract/S0092-8674(14)00735-1

https://www.cell.com/cell/pdf/S0092-8674(14)00867-8.pdf

A loss of bile production prevents nutrient absorption, the pancreas will not receive the feedback from our intestines and will quit producing enzymes. This result in malabsorption especially of oil soluble nutrients because bile is need to break down fats. This will also cause LDL levels to get low and HDL levels to because high. This imbalance causes HDL to become inflammatory.

A loss of serrotonin producing gut bacteria negatively impact gut health. Tryptophan helps restore gut health. Strange thing is the first three or four days I took tryptophan I had a herx type reaction. It must have been from die off of the bad gut microbes as the good increased. This can lead to damage to the central nervous system.

If our ammonia levels get high then H Pylori will turn pathogenic to protect itself. When in commensal form it prevents allergies. When H pylori is in pathogenic form it inhibit ghrelin which inhibits digestion and can cause food to sit in the gut and ferment leading to bloating, dybiosis and can inhibit digestive enzymes.

I am not going to cover histamines in this post I will address it in a post on over and under methylators because high and low histamines can cause over or under methylation. Leaky gut, inflammation and status of our immune system can effect methylation.

Now connect this with my other post and you will see that there is no doubt that germ theory and terrain theory are not correct and that our Facebook groups theory “Enveroment and Biome Theory of Health is correct.

Here is a list of my articles on health that will support my case.

We can expect diabetes to rise because of all these things.

Diabetes, type 1, type 2 and type 3c.

You can use the above mentioned information to help with hypertension.

Carditis , hypertension, tachycardia and many other cardiovascular diseases all have a common ties and common solutions.

Compare the above mentioned things and the things that occur within the body and you can make the connection to the gut. This list the many things that can go wrong and how to use nutrients to help heal.

Even allopathic medicine is contributing to the chronic illness and the poor health of modern day society so they are the bad environmental part.

Hyper Excitement of NMDA (autism also known as encephalitis)

We are taught that things like genetics are inherited but it is our eating habits and microbiome that gets inherited and they are things that can be changed. Even asthma we are taught is inherited but I have seen many in my life correct it and live a normal life and never suffer from it again.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/09/22/causes-of-obesity-and-things-that-may-help/

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/09/20/why-asthma-is-rampant-now/

We are told that our genes are written and cannot be changed but science is finding that is not true.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/09/02/1303/

Stomach problems they claim runs in families but it is actually the gut microbiome they inherited and can be corrected.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/09/02/the-microbes-that-help-heal-the-gut/

Things that may help those who have the more difficult digestive problems.

Many have problems with lipid metabolism now days. They claim it is inherited genetics but when I ask people if anyone else in there family suffered from it they say no. So how can it can they inherit something no one else ever experienced in their families?

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/08/21/things-that-may-help-with-lysosomals-storage-disease/

The above mentioned things should help with liver disease also.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/08/14/fatty-liver-cirrohsis-thrombosis-and-other-diseases-caused-by-fibrosis/

Many things like COPD are set off by infection or toxins. By now you should know that most supposed pathogens actually help the body unless we have too many toxins or we are lacking a nutrient.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/07/20/things-that-may-help-with-copd/

This is why cancer is so rampant. Cancer is pretty much caused by man and the environment men have created.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/07/29/cancer-what-causes-it-what-may-help-with-it/

What they don’t want you to know about cancer and why so many children are getting it.

Our enviroment and biome can effect our health by causing excess oxidative stress.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/08/02/oxidative-stress-the-antioxidant-systems-and-how-they-effect-our-health/

Now you can see why tick born illness is rampant. Thing that usually would not usually effect man is now causing illness. Infection indicates there is a nutrient deficiency or enviromental toxin or enviromental biome issue. Something is out of balance. Man is viewing symptoms like cancer, diabetes, and mental illness as the cause and they are symptoms of underlying problem.

Vaccination are one of the biggest contributors of modern illness.

Identifying vaccine injury and it’s cost to society.

This is why detoxing is so important now days. Even our food has become toxic. Organic helps reduce the impact of mans destruction of our environment and the human and planetary biome.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/07/14/detoxing-we-need-it-now-days/

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/07/23/how-toxic-is-your-food/

Genetically modified foods destroy our health glyphosate and glufosinate add to the toxicity.

They know their science is fake so they use every tactic they can to hide that fact.

Tactics used by corporate science to deceive people into not asking questions.

If you have read this then by now it have figured out it is not your genes but your enviroment, inner and outer biome and not your genes that effect your health.

It’s not your genes it is your gut microbiome.

Histamine homeostasis is very important in fighting chronic illness.

The effect of high or low histamines.

Since modern day illness is causing chronic illness by destroying our gut we need to work on restoring it to heal. Leaky gut causes endotoxemia. I listed in the microbe list above which ones reduce endotoxins. It also causes high oxalates so you will have to work on reducing them.

Leaky Gut, Oxalates and more supplement information.

Dealing With Endotoxemia or Sepsis.

All these things are types of autoimmunity and we need to restore our immune system back to homeostasis.

Autoimmunity what causes it and things that may correct it.

Interstitial cystitis and vaginitis are some of the worst autoimmune disorders to deal with because our modern day environment makes it difficult to acheive homeostasis in the areas effected.

Causes of vaginitis/thinning or atrophy of the vaginal walls and things that may help.

Healing Interstitial Cystitis.

There are those who say but things like H Pylori cause illness. So how could that prove what your are saying. H Pylori just like many of our beneficial bacteria only cause problems when something has changed to cause it to occur. They say yeah but there is strains that are pathogenic and strains that are not. Well the biggest part of the population is believe to have the supposed pathogenic strain of H Pylori. So you have to ask why doesn’t everyone get gastric ulcers?

Desulfibrio species digest sulfur which produces H2S. If H2S levels get too high it can cause many health issues. B Thetamiomicron free sulfur which feeds Desulfibrio species. They cannot free it themselves. Mercury and lead increase Desulfibrio species. Excess H2S can lead to constipation. This is why high levels of Akkermansia and Desulfibrio results in inflammatory bowel diseases, gall stones and many other diesease. Not getting enough fermentable carbohydrates increases sulfur digesting microbes.

Glycomacropeptide found in whey protein and fermentable fiber reduces sulfur digesting bacteria. Fermentable fibers are pectin, Beta-glucan found in mushrooms and oatmeal, guar gum, inulin and oligosaccharides. If a person is not used to getting them they will have to ease into them. Until the body is used to getting them they will cause bloating and gas. As the body gets used to them the symptoms will slowly decrease. Psyllium should be avoided it has been found to make the symptoms worse.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4593820/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6190755/

Those with inflammatory bowel and gut dysbiosis usually have high levels of H2S being produced by their gut microbes. Fructooligosaccharide and Resistant starch decreases H2S but psyllium increases it so psyllium should be avoided.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29561196?fbclid=IwAR3wOZijtOeO0NF_4liAPIZwHwiK-bAqMn4IsPFQNQ1PbkuJU0cydwzuFs0

Strange lactulose is in raw milk increases Hydrogen production but it helped me.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6201941/

Now we do not want to completely rid ourselves of the H2S producing microbes because they are needed to keep us health. We want to try and restore homeostasis. For those with high sulfur digesting bacteria a glass of non sulfur wine may help.

https://www.fasebj.org/doi/abs/10.1096/fasebj.31.1_supplement.855.3

High H2S levels can effect sulfation by inhibiting sulfur detoxification. It can even effect the antioxidant system. High H2S levels also inhibits nNOS. It can be countered by increasing NADPH and BH4.

Methane producing bacteria can also cause constipation leading to inflammatory bowel diseases. Those with high methane levels usually suffer from nausea, will feel full and bloated, may experiencing vomiting. They will have milk intolerance because the sugars in milk feed methane producing bacteria. They will experience bouts of severe depression. Constipation causes bile to become inhibited resulting in similar health problems as those who have high sulfur digesting bacteria.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5987281/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5544731/

For those with dysbiosis from high methane producing bacteria should not drink alcohol it can make it worse.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5544731/

Those with methane producing dysbiosis need to avoid fermentable carbohydrates and lactulose found in milk products. I know those feed the good gut bacteria but they also feed the gut bacteria that produce hydrogen which feeds the methane producing bacteria.

https://bellalindemann.com/treat-constipation-causing-methane-sibo/

Methane producing bacteria out compete Sulfur digesting bacteria for H2 unless sulfate is present.

https://gut.bmj.com/content/32/12/1498

This surprised me the same microbes that feed the sulfur digesting bacteria also feed the methane producing bacteria. Firmicutes and bacteroides is high in both types of dysbiois.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC442992/

This is another commonality that I have found with those who have inflammatory bowel from too many sulfur digesting and too many methane producing is they both had low bacteroides fragilis levels. I am cautious recommending this because if level get too high it can cause health problems.

https://www.hindawi.com/journals/bmri/2016/5828959/

Bacteroides vulgatis and Bacteroides Dorei are usually low in both types of inflammatory bowel and can lead to cardiovascular disease. Seems there is an easy fix for this. Eating walnuts. This should help Both types of inflammatory bowel issues.

The gut microbes are dramatically different in those with NAFLD.

When you look at studies on cirrhosis of the liver. The things that help NAFLD seem to be things that improve oxidation which leads me to believe they are low oxidizers. But alcohol liver disease seems more inflammatory. But they both have links to the gut. Very interesting report.

Chemicals in our environment and those pushed by the pharmaceutical industry change our external environment which is killing the commencile pathogens that keep the pathogenic ones in check. This is a common theme now days. When someone gets and infection they either have high toxin levels, were taking allopathic medications or had a nutrient deficiency. All those effect our commensals that protect us from their pathogenic cousins.

IL-22 is needed to protect us from pathogens and to stimulate FUT2. If we are deficient in certain gut microbiota that stimulate FUT2. We will have immune issues and gut dysbiosis because FUT2 keeps our good gut microbes health.

If the immune system is out of balance IL-22 can be upregulated causing illness. This is why the microbiome that increase T regulatory cell and decrease inflammation are important and reducing endotoxins is also important.

IBS with constipations is IBS-C, IBS with diarrhea is IBS-D, IBS that is mixed is IBS-M. Most I have met have IBS-C and it is why I post on constipation a lot.

5-HT(serotonin) helps regulate gut motility.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25954931

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG increases 5-HT uptake .This would help those who have diarrhea but will decrease motility adding to the problem for those who have constipation type inflammatory bowel. 5-HT plasma levels in those who have diarrhea is low and in those who have consipation it is high. E Coli Nissle 1917 increases 5-HT bioavailibility. F Prausnitzi A2-165 down regualates 5-HT which may help those with constipation type inflammatory bowel. Some of the studies were done poorly but there is useful information in them. They also list some microbiota that can improve motility.

There are three forms of IBS. IBS-D involves diarrhea, IBD-C involves constipation and IBD-M is a mix of both. Serotonin regulates gut motility and enzyme secretion. Damage to the digestive system and leaky Gut effects GLP-1’s ability to sense nutrients. 5-HT is involved in the regulation of gut motility and enzymes. It depends on GLP-1 and serotonin. Gut our gut bacteria regulate serotonin and GLP-1. The type of microbes involved in the dysbiosis determines which type of IBS a person will suffer from.
