We are going to see a huge jump in hyperinsulinemia and hypglycemia pretty soon.
Symptoms of hypoglycemia are:
irregular or rapid heart beat
fatigue or muscle stiffness
shakiness especially in hands and/or weakness in legs
anxiety
excess sweating
irritability
tingling or numbness in lips, tongue , or cheek.
Flushing especially in the cheeks of the face
When it gets more severe a person will experience confusion, abnormal behavior, they may appear to be intoxicated. Tunnel vision or blurred vision. When in these stages it is dangerous and if the glucose levels are not brought up a person can experience seizures and/or loss of consciousness or death.
If a person has hyperinsulinemia they will not usually feel good after eating but will feel sleepy after eating and feel tired. They usually have excess weight gain and hormonal issues especially PCOS and high dihydrotestosterone levels which causes androgenism in women and cause men to be sterile.
To compensate the body starts to rapidly cause new cell growth in the pancreas and this can cause it to increase in size and lead to many other health problems and can even lead to pancreatic cancer.
Very soon there is going to be a lot of people who suffer from hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia from the vaccine injury. This can also be caused by anything that causes inflammation especially GMO foods because the BT Toxin and glyphosate cause inflammation. Gut dysbiosis and gut inflammation also causes this stress, vaccines, toxins in our foods and many other things can cause the gut to become inflamed and drugs or antibiotics cause gut dysbiosis. I explain below the reasons this occurs. Sulfuluria drugs and herbicide also cause this to occur.
Glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) causes hypothalamic inflammation. It is expressed in K-cells in the upper gut.
During states of inflammation such as those caused by toxins, endotoxins from infection, stress, gut inflammation or any other environmental factor that causes inflammation GLP-1 is released but the inflammation prevents it from sensing glucose levels so insulin secretion does not shut down this leads to hypoglycemis, hyperinsulinemia and can eventually lead to type 2 diabetes because the over secretion of insulin start taking it’s tool on pancreatic B-cell and they start to die and shrink. Gut inflammation can also cause this to occur. If this is not corrected it can go many directions. It can result in Type 1 diabetes, It can result in obesity, It can result in type 2 diabetes or it can result in lipodystrophy. It can also be caused by hypothalamic inflammation. Fluoroquinolone drugs can pretty much cause all these things to happen it is why so many have died from taking them.
To correct this if a person has an infection they need to correct and address the causes. For example medications, antibiotics,toxins in our food, farm chemicals in our food, vaccinations, and infection damage many things in the body that cause inflammation. These things need corrected. Often times it is more then one things in the body that causes this and more then one cause. They all need addressed. If a person has metabolic issues or gene issues caused by the above mentioned things those will have to be corrected. Almost all those things cause gut inflammation so it will have to be corrected. Gut dysbiosis usually results from those things so they need corrected. Hiatal hernias are rampant from people being raised on GMO foods that have high glyphosate levels all these things need corrected in order to stabilize insulin and glucose levels. Mitochondrial dysfunction is rampant now days from all the toxins in our food and all the vaccine injury so this also needs to be corrected in order to heal.
Things that help with this is eating carbohydrates at dinner time and eating plant based protein before bed. A person should avoid anything that increases long chain fatty acids especially transfats. Omega 3 fatty acids also help with hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia. Also an anti-inflammatory diet and cutting foods out a person may be sensitive to will help they can be added back in as a person heals. Processed sugars should be avoided including processed honey. When fruit is eaten it should be eaten by itself and not with other foods. Safflower oil, grape seed extract, pumpkin seed oil, spinach , avocados , nuts, olive oil and chocolate also help. Never letting glusose levels get too low helps because when glucose levels drop while in this state it actually increases inflammation , in normal healthy people this would decrease inflammation. It also can dramatically sets back healing. Pork fat should be avoided. Snack on fruits and vegetables between meals. This causes excess blood clotting if this occurs a person my want to take nattokinase and gingko to help prevent the excess blood clotting until they heal. There are many other things that can be done but I am not writing this so someone can treat themselves I just want others to have an idea of what can be done and what may help them.

When you can no longer question things you are living in a fascist society and you are no longer free. When you get silenced for questioning things it should frighten a person. When one group of people loses their rights it opens the door for everyone to lose their rights. We have the example of Nazi Germany first the Jews lost their rights by the time people realized what was happening they had all lost their freedom.
First there are those who will argue that the vaccines are not a vaccine technically they are not. They are gene therapy they alter your DNA. Many will claim that is not true but if you read the patents for the vaccines you will see they explain how they alter the DNA right in their patents. These vaccines have never been tested on animals they went straight to testing them on humans in a world wide clinical trial that is still ongoing so anyone who gets the vaccine has enrolled in a world wide clinical trial. The earliest these clinical trial will end is 2023. This means these vaccines which I use the term lightly but it is what most are calling them have never been tested for safety and they are testing them now on humans. So anyone getting these vaccines are participating in one big human experiment. Most vaccines have long term effects and the injury from them starts out subtle and gets worse over the years. You can be certain that will occur with these vaccines and the people will be told that the adverse effects are genetic or that the cause of their illness is unknown or as they have done in the past they will tell a person their illness is psychological and the need medications for the psychological issues they have.
The results of much of the research now days is false. We find out decades after just how errant it is even though many warn about the false science. This happens repeatedly throughout history people seem to prefer listening to the people who gain power or wealth from the false science. Most modern research has been proven to be wrong or falsified. It is more about careers then it is about scientific accuracy. Most modern research has been proven to be wrong, fraudulent and even ghost written yet it frequently gets peer reviewed and published. Many have even got paid to peer review and approve a paper that was written even if the results were in error. If the science concerning vaccines was real you would be allowed to question it but now people are being banned from social media if they question any medical or pharmaceutical science. The truth speaks for itself but you have to silence the truth when it is exposing the lies because it takes more lies to hide the the original lie and eventually the lies get too numerous to be able to defend them anymore so those telling the truth must be silenced because if they could prove those speaking the truth wrong they would not have to silence them. If you want to put their response to those not getting vaccinated into context compare how they are treated those who refuse the vaccine to how they treated the Jews in Nazi Germany. By the time people realize by taking others rights away they are losing their rights also and it will be much easier to take even more of their rights away once that door is opened. This is not about protecting people it if was they would promote health life styles and preventative measures which have a much safer track record then vaccines which our own government admitted were inherently dangerous.
We need to ask ourselves why are they hiding the deaths and injury from the Covid vaccines. They have even gotten social media giants involved and any medical professionals reporting how they are hiding the deaths and injuries from the vaccines not only have their post removed they even get banned from social media. I have even seen people get banned on Facebook and Twitter when they posted about the death or injury of a loved one. We need to ask ourselves why they would hide these things? Now they are hiding the vaccine injury by claiming Polio has re-surged, or there are new cases of flacid myelitis. They are even claiming there are new variants of Covid but offer no proof that is true. I was checking the CDCs website daily keeping track of the injury and deaths from the vaccines. All of a sudden that data started being removed from the CDCs website, we need to ask why? Consider the fact that only 1% of adverse reactions to vaccines are reported and there have been so many reports and death by families and friends on social media that Biden declared anyone mentioning these things are considered terrorist and ordered they be banned from social media. Why are they working so hard to hide the deaths and injury from these vaccines? Now consider the fact that this is a clinical trial being conducted on a world wide scale so adverse reactions would not be reported but documented in the clinical trial data. Now we know the pharmaceutical companies have a history of omitting data to paint their studies in a positive light so they will most likely brush aside the adverse reactions and death from these vaccines and they will blame the paralyzes that results from the vaccines as polio or flaccid myelitis which is what they have done in the post. You can gaurentee they are going to start announcing outbreaks of polio and flaccid myelitis.
Fortunately if you use alternative search engines other then the mainstream ones you can pull up some sites where people screen shot the information before it got deleted. The mainstream search engine have been censoring the harm vaccines do for years.
I am doing this blog post to show the complexity of figuring health issues out. With these notes I am trying to figure out how to correct health issues causing people to be hyperinsulinemic and hypoglycemic. These ones also have inhibited oxidative phosphorylation and inhibited beta oxidation which can lead to obesity. If this is not corrected it starts damaging the pancreas and causes beta cell loss leading to type two diabetes. It will seem like the notes are sporadic but each person has a different cause but often times I find one root cause that has effected each person differently but brought about the same results. Finding the most common causes and things that help will usually help narrow down a protocol that will help the most people safely. That being said this is not medical advice I just want to show the complexity of figuring these things out so I am going to post my notes I put together and I slowly work through them until I narrow down the best solution. Things that may correct hyperinsulinemia, hypoglycemia and inhibited fat burning.
Increasing acetylcholesterase prevents excess salt retention and increases fat burning.
Increasing TGF-B helps
Reduce overexpression of P53, Bax/BC12, Caspace 3 and 9 they cause excess reactive oxygen species which causes insulin resistance, endothelial dysfunction and mitochondrial dysfunction.
Increase sepiateron reducaste. A deficiency causes low BH4 exnzymes which can cause sensitivity to catecholamines, adrenal issues, and cause issues with HPA axis. Valproic acid increases sepiateron.
Improve liver clearance of insulin.
EPAC2 overexpression causes hyperinsulinemia and decreased cardiovascular function.
Increasing EPAC1 activates SOC3 which prevents chronic pain.
Improve adrenal function if not functioning properly fat burning becomes inhibited.
Close K+ATP channels which regulate ATP and ADP. Excess extra cellular ATP causes K+ATP channels to open which increases insulin secretion , inflammation, nerve sensitivity, and inhibits fat burning. This can be causes by infection, microbial dysbiosis in the bladder or gut or infection.
Increase magnesium it stabilizes NBF1 and SUR1 which is needed to produce ADP. Magnesium helps prevent K+ATP from being stuck open causing excess insulin secretion. It prevents SUR1 from being inhibited. When SUR1 is inhibited it causes MGADRS Ability to limit insulin release.
Things that inhibit glycolysis my helps such as gingko, milk thistle, berries, and many spices. Phytonutrients fisetin, myricetin, quercetin, apigenin, genistein, cyanidin, diadzen, hesperetin, nariginen and catechin inhibit glycolysis.
Reducing HIF-1 may help. Vitamin D3, resveratrol, , berberin, and butyrate inhibits HIF-1.
Increasing glucagon helps to increase fat burning and improve glucose levels. Protein, complex carbohydrates increase glucagon. This would also reduce insulin levels.
Increase exonuclease 7(EXO7). Many have been injured by fluoroquinolone and it is needed to repair damage to DNA from fluoroquinolones.
Heme oxygenase 1- is overexpressed when endotoxins , inflammation or oxidative stress levels are high. Inhibiting HO-1 prevent the damage they would normally cause. When HO-1 and NRF2 are both overexpressed it causes atherosclerosis.
NOX4- when inhibited activating NRF2 will increase oxidative stress NRF2 is the master regulator of the antioxidant system and it’s activation has many benefits but a person must make sure HO-1 isn’t over expressed and NOX4 is not inhibited before activating NRF2. This is because NOX4 inhibition cause glutathione to become depleted and causes BCL-2 expression to be inhibited which causes cellular apoptosis. Loss of NOX4 decreases NRF2 expression, decreases mitochondrial potential and increases kidney cell death which can cause hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia. NOX4 is an NADPH oxidase.
XBP1 upregulates UPR which stabilizes NRF2.
Transcription factor EB (TFEB)- reduces inflammation, excess hydrogen peroxide, SELE, MCP1, VCAM1, IL-1B, inflammatory IL-6, and IL-8 which are over expressed in hyperinsulinemia and hyproglycemia. TFEB activates lipid catabolism pathways and represses biosyntetic pathways, it upregulates PGC1a which helps maintain glucose and insulin homeostasis. For proper TFEB signaling PPARa needs to be functioning. TFEB is over expressed in Huntingtons diseases. PBC1a/RXR are involved in the effects of TFEB. For TFEB to function calcineurin is needed for the release of calcium from lysosome.
MTORC1 inhibition causes an accumulation of TFEB.
TFEB activators are genistein, curcumin and PI3K inhibition.
TFEB is inhibited in Alzheimers and Parkinson’s.
MIR-128 inhibition rescues TFEB function.
TFEB is the master regulator of lysosome autophagy pathway.
Trehalose activates TFEB but sacharromyces boulardii is needed to produce the metabolites for the transcription of TFEB. There are also enzymes in the gut that help to break down trehalose that are needed so inflammation in the gut could inhibit the benefits of trehalose. Trehalose is found in mushrooms, algae, but the highest levels are found in shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, nameko and judas ear mushrooms. Thiamine is needed to produce the beneficial metabolites from trehalose. Chlorella, bakers yeast, asparagus racemosus root and liverwort also contain trehalose.
If a person has C Diff they should not consume trehalose unless they consume lactoferrin with it to prevent feeding C Diff.
TREH is the human trehalose gene which is a stress response gene.
Low leptin levels and leptin resistance inhibits fatty acid burning, and causes hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia. This creates a positive feedback loop that is difficult to break because hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia reduces plasma leptin levels.Reducing inflammation , oxidative stress, increasing fiber intake helps to prevent leptin resistance. Reducing bad testosterone and stress hormones improves leptin sensitivity. MSB added to food for flavor and excess fructose consumption can cause leptin resistance. Leptin deficiency causes obesity. Leptin prevents high triglycerides, fat accumulation in organs. It is needed to prevent damage to the pancreas and other organs from excess free plasma fatty acids. Leptin deficiency or leptin resistance causes high A1C levels.
Ghrelin inhibits inulin secretion, prevents muscular atrophy by inducing muscle cell differentiation and fusion. Ghrelin helps to prevent obesity, insulin resistance and helps normalize glucose levels. Ghrelin prevents hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia. Ghrelin prevents B-cell apoptosis. Pancreatic B-cell death leads to type 2 diabetes. Ghrelin is produced in pancreatic E-cells. Remember inflammation and excess oxidative stress caused by FFAs inhibit pancreatic function. Ghrelin prevents muscle atrophy and excess insulin secretion.
Intramuscular adipose tissue (IMAT) causes insulin resistance , loss of strength, and mobility dysfunction. High IMAT levels can cause COPD and localized inflammation in muscle. Endurance exercise increases Type 1 muscle cells which reduces IMAT.
Biogenesis occurs in the endoplasmic reticulum. It prevents protein aggregation, cholesterol accumulation and prevents lysosome related diseases. If lipid biogenesis is impraired oxidative capacity of the mitochondrial is reduced which causes muscle stem cells to differentiate towards an adipogenic lineage. Increased myogenesis and decreased biogenesis leads to IMAT formation which decreases cell formation and growth. BSCL2 (seipin) is needed for early lipid droplet biogenesis.
PGC1a and coactivator PPARy control mitochoncrial biogenesis. Coactivators are NRF2, PPARs, RARs, and thyroid hormone receptors, myorcyte enhancer factor 2 (MEF2) which induces PGC1a expression. Over expression of PGC1a stimulates production of slow oxidative muscle. This can be caused by excess type 2 muscle fibers which increase from lifting heavy weight.
Impaired blood flow increases lipolysis within muscle cells which can cause insulin resistance.
Myostatin (GDF8) produced and released by myocytes in cardiac muscle smooth muscle and muscle throughout the body inhibits muscle cell growth. It causes inhibits myogenesis and increases adipogenesis which reduces muscle growth and increases fat retention. Inhibiting myostatin prevents obesity. PPARy over expression inhibits the negative effects of myostatin. Ketones reduces myostatin. During calorie restriciton myostatin is reduced to preserve muscle mass but those with hypyerinsulemia can go into cardiac arrest or coma from they hyper glycemia so this would not be an option for them.
There are two types of IL-6 one is inflammatory one is anti-inflammatory. Excess consumption of saturated fatty acids, excess production of short chain fatty acids in the gut can increase inflammatory IL-6, and endotoxins increase IL-6.
The IL-6 normally produced in the body promotes lypolysis and fatty acid oxidation and helps maintain glucose and insulin homeostasis.
GEFT – Rho specific GEFT is needed during skeletal muscle regeneration, it inhibits insulin induced adipogenisis by increasing Rho kinase.
Macropage clean up and remove dead and damaged cells. They are stimulated by inflammation , macrophage levels are high in obesity and type 2 diabetes. Both are known to have systemic inflammation.
IGE1 inhibition inhibits energy metabolism.
Excess thymidine can cause fat build up in muscle. Urindine corrects this but is not very bioavailable. Consuming alcohol with uridine increases it’s absorption and bioavailability. Beer is high in uridine. Foods high in uridine are raw goat and sheep milk, sugar cane extract, tomatoes, brewers yeast, broccoli, organ meats, and walnuts. Before eating these a person must address uric acid levels and make sure they are not high. Those foods increase ruines such as adenine and guanosine which are needed for DNA but can increase uric acid. Urindine is needed for glycolysis pathway of galactose and udp-glucose metabolism.
PPARg inhibition causes lipodystrophy, type 2 diabetes, obesity , hypertension, PCOS, cirrhosis of the liver, insulin resistance, elevated triglycerides, hypertension and low PPARy levels.
PPARy activation improves insulin sensitivity.
BSCL2 upregulation increases SEIPEN which helps maintain lipid homeostasis, BSCL2 gene is regulated by the HPA axis.
MFN2 increases mitochondrial fusion which increases oxphos.
CR6 interacting factor 1 (CRIF1) is essential for intramitochondrial translation of mtDNA encoded oxphos. A deficiencyin CRIF1 reduces oxphos.
Galactose increases oxphos. Glalactose is increase by lactose consumption.
RAR and RXR need to be functioning in order for the body to metabolize fats properly.
PPARa binds both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It inhibits fatty acid synthesis and increases fatty acid catabolism.
PPARa is involved in lipid transport and beta oxidation of fatty acids. Activation of PPARa prevents high triglyceride levels and in creases HDL levels. It is widely expressed in the digestive tract where it is anti-inflammatory.
PPARa is stimulated by phosphorylation, mitogen activated kinase (MAPK), protein kinase C (pkc) and Amp-activated protein kinase (AMPK) which phosphorylates PPARa.
Magnolia bark, licorice root, and false indigo activates both PPARa and RXR. Magnolia bark is the most potent activator. Lavender, citrus peel extract, contain ligands for PPARa and increase fatty acid oxidation. Coryophyllene found in clove, rosemary, hopes, black caraway, basil, orgegano oil, and cinnamon increases PPARa through the CB2 receptor.
Farnesol found in citronella, nerol, cyclamen, lemon grass, tuberosa, rose, musk balsam and tolu increases PPARa expression by increasing carnitine palmitoyl transferase which increases acyl carnitine which is needed for beta oxidation of long chain fatty acids and to provide energy for muscles.
Pine bark extract contains phytochemicals that increase PPARa and PPARb expression.
Chlorophyll contains phytol which increasesw expression of PPARa, PPARy and RXR.
Oleanolic acid found in olive oil increases PPARa expression.
Hops contains isohulene and isohumulone which activates PPARa and PPARy which reduces dyslipodemia and tryiglycerides and plasma free fatty acid levels. It also upregulates enzymes involved in fatty acid oxidation.
Buckthorn, pholomus spp, figwort spp, bacopa, mullein, Buddleja araucana, buddleja globosa, boddeia cordata, broomrape spp, cristanche spp, plantain herb, vervian, aloysia, citrodora latona cammara, read sage and olives contain verbascoside which reduces gut inflammation and increases PPARa expression.
Carrot, corriander, angelica spp, mouse eared hawk weed, big leaf hydrangea, and water willow contains umbelliferone that reverses fatty liver by increasing fatty acid oxidation gene expression including PPARa expression and beta oxidation. Angelica spp, cridium monnier contains osthol which has similar effects as viagra. It activates PPARa and PPARy through AMPK pathway. It helps to heal penis injury and vaginal atrophy. It heals skin related diseases. Osthol is also antibacterial , anti-allergic, antifungal, anti-ostioporotic and improves hippocampus function.
Sesame seed contains sesamin which down regulates LXRa reducing fatty liver disease and it increases PPARa expression.
Pomegranate and terminalia bellirica contain phytochemicals that enhance PPARy signaling. They also inhibit TGF-B1 which prevents and reverses fibrenogenesis which would prevent excess blood clotting and diseases that involved excess fibrin build up in organs. It prevents MRSA infection and increases PPARa and PPARy.
Reveratrol found in grape skins, grape seed extract, japanese knotweed root, and malberries activates PPARa and PPARy. Sulfation and glucuronidation is needed for proper metabolism of resveratrol.
Boesenbergia pandurata root contains panduratin A which stimulates AMPK which activates PPARa and PPARb.
Gumweed, cricket vine, artemisia spp, sage spp, crossostephium chinense, and rosemary contain hispdulin that activates PPARa and fatty acid buring genes increasing beta oxidation.
Scutellaria, and oroxylum indicum contain wogonin which activates PPARa and down regulates osteopontin. High levels of osteopontin causes allergies, leukemia and cardiovascular disease. Wogonin also decreases TGF-B1.
Horny goatweed contains Icarin which upregulates PPARa and PPARy, it inhibits NfxkB expression which is neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory.
Green tea contains Epigallocatechin-3-gallate which increases PPARa and suppresses HO-1 expression . Ho-1 over expression causes delirium and high bilirubin levels increasing risk of mortality.
Red clover , alfalfa sprouts, chick pea, and other legumes contain biochin A. Biochin A is a phytoestrogen that inhibits fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) which reduces anxiety, pain and increases endogenous cannabinoid anadamide. It also increases PPARa expression.
Kudzu contains tectoridin which increases PPAra expression and prevents fatty liver but can kill a mans sperm if taken in excess.
Gingko biloba contains bilobetin which prevents hyperlipdemia, lipotoxicity and insulin resistance through PKA activation. Bilobetin also increases phosphorylation. Has potent antifungal and antiviral properties. It can damage the liver if taken in extremely high doses but many vitamins can do that. I t should be taken with food because it can decrease glucose levels.
Quassia contains Picrasidin C which is selective PPARa agonist only and activates PPARa only.
Berberas spp, Barberry, coptis, tree tumeric , phellodendron, amur cork tree bark, tinospora, prickly poppy, and california poppy contain berberine which activates AMPK, inhibits CypwD6, and CYP3A4 which are invovled in the metabolism of xenobiotics and carcinogenic hormones. It is very effective against herpes viruses. It restores reverese cholesterol homeostasis through PPARa activation.
Sophora root contains oxymatrine which prevents fibrosis in organs, decreases ischemia in organs, prevents myocardial injury, heart arrythmia and improves heart function. It inhibits SMAD3 binding to TGF-B , it down regulates SREBF1. SREBF1 over expression causes insulin resistance and NAFLD and increase risk of cancer. Oxymatrine also increases PPARa expression.
PPAr inhbition can cause obesity, hyperinsulinemia, hypoglycemia, and organ fibrosis.
White birch, indian plum , self heal, persimon, inhibits CB1 and activates CB2 which can inhibit PPARy which could help type 1 diabetes. It inhibits melanoma, reduces inflammation, fights malaria and retroviruses and prevents fatty liver, insulin resistance from PPARy over activation. PPARy expression is high in type 1 diabetes and low in Type 2 diabetes. Akkermansia mciniphila decreases PPARy expression. Roseburia intestinalis, Roseburia hominis, Fusobacterium naviforme, Prevotella copri, Atopobium paruvlum, Enterococcus faecalis and Lactobacillus casei increases PPARy expression.
These microbes may help with type 1 diabetes because they inhibit PPARy. Proprionibacterium shermanii, Akkermansia munciniphila, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, and streptococcus slivarius.
PPARy over activation can cause oxidative stress, and inflammation, it can inhibit glucose uptake into cells and prevent osteogenesis.
PPARy responds to unsaturated FFAs. It regulates the uptake and storage of FFAs and glucose homeostasis. It is involved in the regulation of inflammation. PPARy activation reduces inflammation.
PPARy inhibition reduces glucose uptake into cells which causes adipocytes to expand until they die releasing toxic lipids.
PPARy upregulation prevents intestinal infection and gut inflammation and increases beta oxidation. Lactobacillus paracasei increases PPARy expression.

Serum albumin is the most important FFA transporter. Albumin also prevents the degredation of folate.
Liver disease, malnutrition, gut inflammation, thyroid disease, and dehydration can cause low serum albumin.
Serum albumin is also a major zinc transporter in plasma. High FFA levels especially palmitic acideffects albumins ability to bind to zinc which results in the dysregulation of zinc handling and disturbs zinc transportation. Zince is needed to prevent excess blood clotting. The impaired zinc transport causes a zinc type deficient state. Zinc is needed for proper B-cell function. This is why those with diabetes shows symptoms of being deficient in zinc. Until the palmitic acid levels are reduce supplementing with zinc will most likely have no benefits.
Glucagen like-peptide 1 (GLP-1) found in the gut stimulates insulin secretion by pancreatic B-cells.
GLP-1 is regulated by GPR41 and GPR43 which are regulated by the microbiome and effect metabolic health. Gut bacteria are one of the major sources of free fatty acids.
Excess FFAs overwhelm the body which means the conversion to TAGS does not occur resulting in inhibited beta oxidation. This is mainly the result of high palmitic acid levels. These toxic lipids cause endoplasmic reticulum stress, mitochondrial dysfunction and causes the generation of excess reactive oxygen species. This results in insulin resistance, cellular apotosis, instability in adipocytexs, B-cells and skeletal muscle cells.
PUFAs counter acts free fatty acid toxicity because it they promote the TAG formation and Beta oxidation.
The inflammation caused by FFAs interfere with insulin signaling.
Omega 6 fatty acids increase inflammation.
Omega 3 fatty acids are precursors to resolvins that are anti-inflammatory.
Saturated fatty acids activate the same inflammatory receptors and cytokines as endotoxins. Omega 3 suppresses receptors and cytokines activated by Omega 6 and endotoxins.
Excess inflammation and oxidative stress causes loss of pancreatic B-cells leading to type 2 diabetes.
Excess saturated free fatty acids change the composition of cellular membranes fluidity and permeability to ions and molecules as well as incorporation of insulin receptors into membranes. The increased fatty acid cause insulin resistance from impaired insulin signaling which can lead to type 2 diabetes. This causes reduced conversation of FFAs to TAGS which results in increased inflammation and increased oxidative stress. This also increases food intake. High levels of saturated free fatty acids damage the hypothalamus-pituitary adrenal axis. It increases cortisol release. If this continues for an extended period of time the adrenals , hypothalamus and pituitary start losing the ability to function. Alpha lipoic acid and oleyethanolamide regulate satiety and beta oxidation and help to prevent the effects of SFFAs.
Insulin reduces the activity of hormone-sensitive-lipase a protein required for lipolysis which results in excess FFA production which farther increases insulin resistance and glucose intolerance. This causes the accumulation of fatty acids in the organs.
The liver is the hub for fatty acid metabolism and energy production. Fatty acids can be synthesized from carbohydrates and through gluconeogenesis which is glucose production from fatty acids. Inhibiting gluconeogenesis in the liver improves insulin sensitivity and decreases intestinal absorption of glucose.
When FFA levels are high some of the excess gets taken into the liver this can result in NAFLD the liver loses it’s ability to suppress glucose production or may go the other way and lose the ability to produce glucose from the loss of glucagen.
Excess FFAs cause ischemia in a number of ways. The excess inflammation and oxidative stress can cause damage to red blood cells, excess blood clotting, blood vessel damage, endothelial dysfunction, restricted blood flow through the blood vessels from the inflammation in which all cause reduce blood flow to tissue and organs. This can farther add to the inflammation and damage in the body. Eventually if not corrected a person may start developing heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes and many other health problems. The insulin signaling becomes reduces, nitric oxide levels are decreased farther adding to the health issues. The excess FFAs start adhering to arterial walls causing atherosclerosis farther restricting blood flow. Excess FFAs causes blood clotting and thrombosis farther adding to ischemic damage in the body.
Excess FFAs overwhelm the Krebbs cycle and the electron transport chain which results in incomplete fatty acid oxidation and excess oxidative stress which results in mitochondrial dysfunction farther adding to the inability to properly metabolize FFAs.
AMPK activation increases B-oxidation and inhibits lipogenesis.
HMG-Coa upregulation increases expression of LDL receptors on cell surface increasing cellular uptake of serum LDL which reducing serum levels of LDL.
Nicotinamde reduces plasma FFA levels and increases beta oxidation.
Fiber prevents bile acid reabsorption which reduces FFA levels.
Omega 3s activate PPARa and PPARy which reduces inflammation and FFA levels.
Reducing plasma palmitic acid levels, inflammation and oxidative stress improves insulin signaling and reduces FFA levels.

Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase helps get fat into cells, a deficiency causes hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia.
Citrin deficiency causes hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia and high ammonia levels. FXR activation prevents fatty liver disease, improves insulin sensitivity, reduces fat in accumulation in the liver, increases glycogen production and reduces gluconeogenesis. FXR activation increases PPARa expression, enhances reverse cholesterol transport, reduces bile acid pool size and reduces cholesterol absorption in the intestine.
Ursodeoxycholic acid (UCDA) produced by certain microbes in the microbiome activates FXR. Phenylalanine, tyrosine, and leucine also activate FXR receptor. But those who have mitochondrial issues may not be able to properly metabolize them or if a person has too many microbes involved in protein proteolysis they may react to those proteins. Polyphenols are toxic to the body until broken down by our gut bacteria. Blautia spp break down polyphenols for the body. Reducing animal fat consumption especially from pork fat increases Blautia spp. Soil based bacillus species increases Blautia spp especially Bacillus subtillus.
Foods fermented with the fungus Aspergillus oryzae produces glycoceramide which increases Blautia spp. Aspergillus oryze also produces amylase which is reduced in times of stress during aging. Amylase helps to maintain pancreatic health. Low amylase levels can cause type 2 diabetes. Amylase improves digestion. Urease is produced by the body to prevent cavities and help maintain proper PH. Our microbiome break down urease in the gut and produce nitric oxide for the body. High urease levels can damage the gut and pancrease which causes diabetes and obesity. There are good and bad microbes in the gut when it comes to urease. The high ammonia levels also causes urithiosis or pyelonephritis.

I am not writing this to tell you to not where a face mask that is your decision. I am writing this because we should always look at both sides in any issues.
It is considered dangerous to question modern science, to question the governments science and to question corporate science. This is a very dangerous thing. Science is always changing and if you cannot question it as we gain knowledge we cannot correct the errors in science. Data is showing the science behind the efforts to control the pandemic is flawed and did not reduce the number of deaths and may have increased them. It is dangerous to not question science. Science has a history of being wrong only to find out decades and even centuries later this was so. Why are we repeating history by letting the corrupt political , biotech and pharmaceutical industries cause us to be afraid to question sciences. Real science should be questioned. You only prohibit people from questioning science if you have something to hide.
Most viruses are smaller then .3 microns. Even the N95 mask will not prevent infections so what is the purpose of the face mask when they definitely could not prevent infection? There is a lot of evidence that indicates face mask increase the risk of infection and does not reduce the risk. Even WHO admits that mask wearing has no benefits and may increase the risk of infection.
To hide the fact that infections from Covid increased when mask mandates were put into place many states start fudging the data to paint mask in a positive light.
Since the mask have been shown to have little benefit for preventing infection but has been shown to protect from transmitting infection, then it should be the infected that wear the mask. Also studies have shown that it is mostly those vaccinated for Covid who are spreading the Delta variant so shouldn’t the vaccinated be required to wear a mask?
What the lock downs and mandates that they used to try and prevent the spread of the Covid virus did was cause many more deaths through indirect means by limiting peoples access to health care, financial loss resulting in ill health from not having access to food, many who needed to be checked on like the elderly died because of the lock downs. Suicide rates, homicides and drug overdose took a dramatic climb after they lock down and mask mandates. The extreme measure they took caused many more deaths then people are aware of. In poorer nations police were enforcing the lock down so violently many were killed for not complying by the police. Studies have shown that the negative effects caused by the panicked and extreme response to the pandemic will be felt for many years so the numbers who have died from the extreme measures taken are still piling up. Because the lock downs caused late diagnoses of other forms of chronic illness many died from lack of being diagnosed in time to be treated.
We cannot trust the numbers put out by the governments or medical organizations because they have in times past manipulated data to shape policies to support their ideals or reason for certain actions. The pharmaceutical industry has been caught many times working with government organizations to manipulate data which would increase profits while having a negative impact on peoples health. Who can we trust in all this? We need to use sound reasoning. Take precautions people have taken in the past. When I was younger and there where flu or cold pandemics people increased their consumption of nutritious foods to help prevent infections. People washed their hands and isolated themselves if they were ill so they did not make others ill.
Worldometer keeps stats on many things. When you look at the stats the areas with the least restrictions concerning mask wearing had the lowest rates of infection. Are the political figures promoting these false narratives to increase their corporate sponsors profits. They claim that the pharmaceutical industries are providing the vaccines for free but governments world wide have paid the pharmaceutical industry billions to produce these vaccines and often times the political figures pushing to fund the vaccine production were ones who were most heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry. If you look at the numbers as mask were mandated the Covid infection rates started to rise. States that did not mandate mask seen an increase at first but unlike the states that had the mask mandates who’s number of infection continued to increase the states with the least restrictive mandates concerning mask the infection rates leveled off and then declined. If you look at the numbers for vaccine rates you will see the Delta variant is the highest in those areas. Makes you question if they are not hiding the vaccine injury being caused by claiming there is a new Covid variant.
What I find very interesting is the number of cases of Covid infection started dropping before nations started the lock downs and then increased after the lock downs. Nations that did not have lock downs had not only the lowest rates of Covid cases but it took far less time for Covid to run it’s course because most had developed natural immunity which would have brought the pandemic to an end much more quickly. Instead of locking people down they should have been promoting health life styles and life style choices which is what many nations that did not have locks did.
I our governments world wide are well aware of the data showing that the extreme measures taken to prevent Covid infection had little to no impact so we have to ask ourselves why are they still trying to implement them? Some studies show that the extreme measures taken actually prolonged the time for the pandemic to run it’s course resulting in more deaths. Not only that but it may have increased the mortality of older ones because it shifted the burden of the infection from the population to the elderly. The only thing the extreme measures taken caused is damage to the economy world wide. We need to ask why the data is being ignored showing the lock downs caused more deaths and in some instances increased the rate of infection and how the mask seemed to increase the infection rates?
Wearing of face mask had relevant negative health effects and many of those effects would make a person more prone to infection which would probably explain why Covid infection rates increased in areas with mask mandates. There are reports of people fainting , suffering lung collapses and even fatalities from wearing face mask while exercising. The mask reduce oxygen and creates a warm and moist environment which promote longevity of a virus in the environment. If people think cloth mask may be better they would be wrong they have been shown to be even more prone to increase risk of infection.
Mask have been found to give people a false sense of security which makes them less likely to isolate themselves when ill and less likely to wash their hands. Studies have shown though who have Covid and are asymptomatic do not spread Covid it is those who are ill from it. So it is clear it should be those who are ill that should wear the mask and if they had respect for others they would not go around people when they are ill.
Since it seems the vaccinated are spreading the Delta variant and those who are ill are spreading it and not the healthy people then it seems the vaccinated and those who are ill are the ones who should be wearing the mask.
Data has clearly shown the Delta variant is heavier in the areas most vaccinated for Covid. Data has shown the areas with the strictest mask mandates and the tightest lock downs have the highest rates of infection. It is time to start questioning things. Why did the countries with the least restrictions fair better?

The Corona virus most likely is real and does kill people but so are the common cold and the flu, evidence showed the vaccine for Covid were killing more people then the infection and it is the reason many governments have pulled that information down and is now hiding it from the public. The deaths from Covid have been greatly exaggerated.
The makers of the PCR test state that they are not to be used for diagnostic purposes but for research purposes. I am going to discuss below the reasons for this. Studies have shown that the PCR test for Covid has a high rate of false positives.
The PCR test was not meant to be used for a diagnostic tool. The test has a high right of false positive results in other words it will show someone has a disease when they do not. If you do your research you will find most test that are used to test for disease has a very high false positive rate. Cancer is one example of this, studies have shown up to 80% of those diagnosed with cancer may not of had cancer.
PCR test only look for fragments or partial DNA so indentifying a specific pathogen is nearly impossible it is only testing for certain proteins produced by that pathogen but often times those proteins can be produced by other types of microbes especially if they are in a similar family. For example there are many types of Corona viruses and most of them are harmless to humans. Often times pets carry these harmless strains. The common cold is a type of Corona virus. If you have come in contact with any of these then you could test positive for Covid even if you do not or have not had it. Not only that but the PCR test does not test for an active infection it only test whether someone has come in contact with the infectious agent or not. They use a numbers game to try and justify it’s use for diagnosing infection but numbers can be manipulated, humans are fallible.
What gets me the most about Covid is that the CDC and other government organizations world wide have announced there was going to be pandemics in the past yet it was no more severe and often times even less severe then the flu season. Which if you take note of the flu season, it occurs shortly after they start their flu vaccine campaigns. That is a heck of a coincidence.
PCR test are very prone to even the slightest bit of contamination and human error. All this can cause false positive test results. The study used to promote the use of the PCR test as a diagnostic tool to detect if a person had a Covid infection was so scientifically flawed that researchers are requesting the paper be retracted. Many medical professionals are confused on the definitions and measurements used to determine if someone has Covid which is causing the numbers of those diagnosed with Covid to be exaggerated. What I find interesting is if you read the numbers collected in a study the government did in the U.K. it appears getting the vaccine increase your chances of dying it does not decrease it. Not only that but the CDC admitted the test for Covid could not distinguish between Covid and the Flu which would also help to explain why there have been almost no flu infections or deaths in the last few years.
If you look at the stats the number of people infected with the flu became almost non existent. Many claim that it was the steps taken to prevent Covid infection caused this decline. That does not pan out because when you look at the numbers the states that had the most restrictions with this Covid outbreak showed an increase of Covid infections and Covid deaths. If the measures to stop Covid did not work to prevent Covid infection then how could the prevent infection from the influenza viruses? To add insult to injury they actually paid hospitals to find and treat Covid. If you read the way the CDC recommends a person is diagnosed with Covid if the person shows symptoms and has come in contact or even was suspected of coming in contact with someone who had Covid then it is to be marked down as Covid as the cause of illness or death. Studies have shown that often times commorbities such as heart disease or liver disease was the actual cause of death but Covid was being listed as the cause of death. Many states in the U.S. required them to list Covid as the cause of death even if the person died in an accident if they tested positive for Covid. So you can clearly see how the PCR test isn’t only causing the numbers of infections and deaths by Covid to be exaggerated it is causing them to use the test to exaggerate the numbers. New Yorks requirements for listing a death as being caused by Covid are so loose that if the person dies within 60 days of anything it is still to be listed as Covid as the cause of death.
The use of this PCR test caused lock downs that were not only ineffective but not necessary and the deaths that resulted from that probably are not calculated because many surgeries were canceled because of the Covid epidemic. Many became isolated so when they had a heart attack or other major health issue that required emergency care they died alone. I am still hearing stories of people who had been dead for days before they were found because people had isolated themselves so much that they weren’t even visiting friends and family. The CDCs own data supports this conclusion death from strokes and many other things rose because people feared going to the emergency room. They were afraid they would be diagnosed with Covid and be farther isolated. The rate of suicide rose dramatically. If you look on social media many EMTs are reporting that suicide related deaths and attempts have taken a dramatic increase. Studies in the past have shown that social isolation increases a persons risk of depression . There are studies coming out now showing that the lock downs were ineffective and actually caused the time the epidemic took to run it’s course to increase. Shortly after the lock downs started the rates of domestic violence and homicide started to drastically increase. Many have been struggling to get food because of the hard ships caused by the lock downs which has caused many to become malnourished which make them more prone to disease and even death if they already have a health issue that could cause their health to rapidly decline if they are malnourished.
The CDC got caught a number of times exaggerating the number of Covid infections and Covid related deaths.
The new Covid vaccines have a very high death rate. So high that nations around the world have started hiding the data on the adverse reactions to the vaccines. They are forcing those vaccine on children even though children have been shown to have a very low mortality rate from Covid. Why would you force a medical treatment on a child that has a better chance of causing mortality then the virus itself would? Many studies have shown that there was no documented proof for many who were diagnosed as having Covid as being positive for Covid.
Not only this but there is plenty of evidence to show that the media has been exaggerating the number of Covid infections and deaths. Now consider the fact that hospitals were told to test everyone for Covid. The chances of testing positive for Covid is very high and if a person test positive they are consider to have an active infection even though they may have had Covid or one of other corona viruses. So this would cause the numbers for Covid to be exaggerated. Once again the PCR test whether intentional or not is being used to causer an increase in the number of Covid causes reported. Why do they not do things like this during the flu or measles outbreaks? You could be certain this would also increase the number of people who were testing positive for them because those who are not injured by GMO foods, processed foods, Vaccines or medicine would be able to fight the infections and my not even realize they had them.
Doctors around the world expressed their concern with the extreme measure that were being taken and how it was causing more deaths. If any of them exposed the corruption they are silenced and even have their careers destroyed.
I mentioned the related Corona viruses earlier, well studies have shown those who had come in contact with those less harmful Corona viruses were provided immunity against Covid.
They are silencing anyone exposing these truths. The truth defends itself and only has to be silenced when it is exposing a lie. A lie exposes itself because when the truth exposes the lie it takes more lies to defend that lie and eventually the truth makes it more difficult for that lie to be defended so it must be silenced. This is why so many are being silenced around the world and even removed from social media.

The Covid vaccine is useless when compared to natural immunity. They are trying to force the vaccine on those who acquired natural immunity. Studies have shown this offers not benefit to those who acquired natural immunity. Studies have shown that the vaccines offer very little protection. So again we have to ask why are they pushing these Covid vaccines?
If you look at the research it seems the vaccinated are the ones spreading the new variants of the Corona virus. This has happened in the vaccinated in the past , when the vaccinated come in contact with a person who has been vaccinated they cannot develop immunity but those who got natural immunity could so easily overcome the infection. Because the vaccinated cannot fight the infection it mutates and adapts learning how to overcome the immune defenses in the human body. This appears to be happening with those who have been vaccinated for Covid. The areas with the most heavily vaccinated populations are the areas the new variants of the Corona viruses are springing up. A study done by the CDC showed that three quarters of those infected with the Delta variant were vaccinated so it seems to prove history is repeating itself and the vaccines are causing Corona viruses to mutate and become more virulent. Studies have shown that by the time the vaccines came out most had already come in contact with and developed immunity against Covid and those who developed natural immunity are barely effected by the new Delta variant.

Very soon we will be given a choice to turn our backs on God and worship the beast and put our faith in man and this system of things or to remain faithful and loyal to God and put our faith in the future promises he has given us. Just as in times past Satan and his people will put extreme pressure on those who oppose them and choose to remain loyal to God. They will take many peoples belongings, persecute them in many ways, some may be killed, some will be arrested. When these things occur we have no need to fear. I well explain why we should not be in fear and how we can prepare for the things that are about to occur.
Now more then ever wealth and acquiring material things should be the least of our concerns. This system is clearly winding down and we are in the final minutes. In times past when a nation was going to be judged God would have his people flee or go into hiding. Before this occurred he prepared them spiritually by having them repeatedly read from his word until it was written on their hearts and guided all they did. He also had them simplify their lives. Some had to flee, some had to go into hiding and many times some were very wealthy and had to leave all that wealth behind. In times past there were some who ended up being destroyed with the nations that were judged because they tried to cling to the wealth they had or they were too frightened of leaving the life they had been used to. We need to follow Abraham’s example. He was very wealthy and God instructed him to leave most of it behind including some of his family for hope in a future promise that he would not live to see. He and his wife were very old yet God promised his seed would bless people of all the nations. Because Abraham had faith he did as God ask. We know that Jesus was from Abraham’s bloodline and he fulfilled this promise. Because of Abraham’s faith it was counted as righteous on his part. A lack of faith is a very serious sin in God’s eyes so we need to work on building our faith in God. The way we can do that is by learning how he protects and takes care of those who love, obey and trust him.
The bible warns love of the world and the things in the world, for example showy things, power, or wealth does not originate with God. It is not wrong to have those things but it is wrong if we pursue those things and leave them crowd out worship of God and taking in knowledge of him and Jesus. Many know the whole world lies in the power of the wicked one. If we get caught up in the things of a world we can be easily swayed and manipulated by Satan, we could slowly start putting our faith in the world and the things in it. Money, gold, and silver will be worth nothing very soon. The bible warned us many of the things in this system would be gone soon. So why put our faith in things that will be perishing. God is eternal and does not die. He is the giver of life. Because Jesus defeated Satan God has given him much authority including authority over death which will be the final enemy to be destroyed. So even if man killed us, if we died for righteous reasons, we will be remembered during the resurrection just as Jesus was and he was resurrected so we have no need to fear even death.
True happiness does not come from what we own, any power we may have or anything else in this world. God did not put Adam and Even in the Garden of Eden and say now become wealthy and powerful. He told Adam and Eve to make the whole earth like the garden. We have no word that would accurately convey what the word for the garden meant, but it had a meaning very similar to words we use to describe amusement parks. So we know the garden must have been very fun and very pleasant. Adam and Even had no reason not to trust God. He put them in a garden that had plenty of food. He provided all they needed. So when Satan convinced them that they did not need God and that they would not die. They should have known he was not being truthful because God did nothing that should have made them lose trust in him. They should have known life comes from God and that Satan was lying when he said they would not die. It is a lesson for everyone if someone is saying things about God that may cause us doubt or cause us to put our faith in man or ourselves we should not listen. By Adam and Eve listening they got swayed to put faith in themselves and it brought death and a lot of misery on man. Man has had thousands of years to try and do things without God’s guidance and wisdom. We have tried every means necessary to end crime, violence, poverty, pestilence, wars, greed, selfishness, death and many other things that come from rejecting God. We have tried every form of government and we have failed miserably. When Adam and Even rebelled against God this brought imperfection on man. Not only is man imperfect but we lack the foresight and wisdom God has to be able to do things without him. We have thoroughly proven that lie to be wrong. Because we have the long history of the mistakes man has made and the many failures of man, and all the things I mentioned above have only gotten worse, the original lie in the garden has been thoroughly proven to be wrong. So when the world turns on those worshiping God wholeheartedly we need to keep in mind no matter how many people there are and no matter what weapons they have we have God. No one is wiser or more powerful then God. So there is nothing man could do that God could not protect us from or undo. As for them when they experience God’s rage there will be nothing to protect them. They will not be able to escape his justice. When this occurs God will provide for his people, he will protect them. Yes some may die or be arrested but they will not be forgotten. So even death will not separate us from the love of Jehovah God and Jesus.
I provided scriptures below that show God did not leave faithful ones go without food clothing or other necessities. We may suffer most of our lives because of this wicked system but we need to endure to the end because the new system is forever. This system will be gone soon. In the new system we will have all the time we want to pursue things we may want to do. For example I desire to have donkeys and many other things. I am not making it a goal to acquire donkeys and to acquire land to raise them because I know this system will be gone soon and many of us will lose all we have or even have to leave it behind. I prefer trying to keep my life simple for now and to keep a waiting attitude on God knowing all this is temporary and will be gone soon. If we make it into the new system anything we own no man can or will take it from us. We will be ruled by the heavenly kingdom and guided by God so man will not make the errors and be blindly trying to solve problems because in the new system God will be guiding us and teaching us. Death , illness and all the other bad things will be done away with. We will have all the time we need to pursue things that make us happy and not have things that bring , stress , sadness or any other bad things. The bible tells us the bad memories will be replaced by the good. The bible also tells us before we are done speaking our prayers will be answered. Imagine a life free from death , free from illness. Imagine a world free from unrighteousness , free from the consequences of man making bad decisions. Even when man has good intentions often times we make decisions that we think are good and they can effect others negatively because we lack the foresight and wisdom God has. So the world will be free of the errors man makes by putting faith in ourselves. So many of the problems caused by our decisions will no longer occur because we will be guided and taught by God. The bible tells us he will instruct us in the new system and because his knowledge is so vast we will never be able to learn all he knows. Look at Jesus he was the very first creation of God’s so he has been with God the longest, there are many scriptures that indicate he is still learning from God.
So we need to do things to prepare for the many things we were warned would occur like the pestilence, famine, violence and many other things are going to get much much worse very soon. As in times past we need to heed the warnings and prepare. In times past when famine was prophesied God’s people would take the necessary steps in order to prepare. For example Joseph new there would be a drought. So he stored enough grain to last until the drought was over. Also when it was not possible for God’s people to prepare God provided for them and protected them. We need to know our bibles well because when these things occur the bible tells us God will call the things to mind we have learned to help guide us through it. For some friends and family will turn on them and hand them over to the authorities. We do not have to worry about what to say or do. The bible tells us God will send the holy spirit to guide what we say and do.
Just as in times past it may appear that Satan and his people have the upper hand on those who worship God wholeheartedly but often times God left them believe they had the upper hand but he was actually letting them be lured into a trap. Just as when Israel crossed the sea and God parted it for them. Egypt pursued them. When the last of the Israelite’s had gotten across God left the sea consume the Egyptian army. Not a single Egyptian soldier survived. One angel defended God’s people and it wiped out an entire army. Jesus has legions of angels at his commend. A legion can be up to ten thousand. So we know Jesus has tens of thousands of angels at his command to protect God’s loyal ones. We only need to endure a little while longer and soon things will be much much better.
I posted scriptures below they I would recommend reading so we can write God’s word on our hearts and be prepared. Better times are near we just need to endure a little while longer. We need to persist in prayer and taking in God’s word and writing it on our hearts now more then ever. To improve our chances of surviving the war of Armegeddon. All the signs are in place that it is going to occur very soon.

(2 Corinthians 12:7-10) . . .To keep me from becoming overly exalted, I was given a thorn in the flesh, an angel of Satan, to keep slapping me, so that I might not be overly exalted. 8 Three times I begged the Lord about this, that it would depart from me. 9 But he said to me: “My undeserved kindness is sufficient for you, for my power is being made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly, then, I will boast about my weaknesses, in order that the power of the Christ may remain over me like a tent. 10 So I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in times of need, in persecutions and difficulties, for Christ. (Daniel 6:18-23)18 The king then went to his palace. The CDC, NIH and many other health organizations around the world are pulling the data from their websites on the deaths and harm caused by the vaccines. They are also pulling the data that shows the vaccinated are the ones getting the supposed Delta variant. We have to keep in mind the CDC , NIH and many other health organizations are heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry. They are going to protect their corporate sponsors. It is why they are removing data from their websites that would show the truth about the harm their corporate sponsors are doing. Those vaccines are not free governments around the world are paying the pharmaceutical companies to distribute the vaccines. They have made billions from governments world wide.
Since we no longer have access to the data we have to use reasoning and observational science which the pharmaceutical industry and biotech industry hates because it means you follow the clues, develop a theory and then prove the theory. All the clues point to the vaccines being either the cause of the new Delta variant or they are making people more susceptible to strains of Covid that are usually not very infectious. There are a variety of ways vaccines cause diseases to become more infectious and even jump species.
When you look at the data the states with the highest Delta corona virus infections are the states that are the most heavily vaccinated so either they are falsely claiming there is a new variant to hide the vaccine injury or the vaccinated are causing Corona viruses to mutate and become more infectious. The CDC themselves admitted that the vaccinated are spreading the Covid variant. To hide how ineffective the vaccines are the CDC has decided to limit the data on break through cases among the vaccinated. The CDC themselves admitted that the vaccinated were spreading the Delta variant. I provided a link to the leaked document below. Studies done in some of the most heavily vaccinated nations like Israel are showing that the vaccine offer very little protection if any protection at all. There are many studies showing the vaccinated are spreading the Delta variant. Even the UK is skewing the data to make things appear to be more positive then they are. They did a study that showed the Covid vaccine actually increased your chances of dying from the Delta variant but the skewed the data to make it appear the unvaccinated had a better chance of dying from it. President Biden ordered OSHA to hide the data from employees who had adverse reactions to the Covid vaccine.
As deaths from the Covid vaccines skyrocket and the numbers are very high the CDC and other government agencies are working very hard to protect their corporate sponsors by hiding this data from the public. President Biden has social media companies censoring those who have been exposing the harm the vaccines are doing. Governments world wide have been censoring the information so people will not know that the vaccines are causing more harm and deaths then the Covid virus itself.
In the mean time they are pretending these vaccines are free but governments around the world have been paying the pharmaceutical companies billions for the vaccines. Most politicians are heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry it looks like they are returning the favor.
The CDC , FDA and pharmaceutical industries have a history of deception and criminal activity. They have been caught many time colluding with big corporations to hide the harm being done by the products these corporations are producing. Some things are going to happen very soon that will be very frightening if we do not prepare. Also if we do not heed God’s word it could result in us not knowing what to do. So now more then ever we need to persist in prayer, in taking in knowledge of God and Jesus. This will help get us through what is about to occur. This war that about to occur is called the war of Amageddon. It is not going to be fought by God’s people but it will be God and Jesus who will defend them and it will be the nations and people of the earth who oppose God and Jesus that is involved in the battle.
We know that the world will turn on those who worship in truth and see them as defenseless. They will not have fortified walls or weapons so they will be viewed as vulnerable. The world will attack God’s people. We need not to fear. When this occurs those who oppose God will not be around much longer. He will experience his anger, and justice and he will protect his people and destroy those doing the destroying. We will have not need to fight. He will send Jesus who will be commanding legions of angels. As for food and clothing God always provided for his people in the past during times of hardship so we can be certain he will provide for his people again. Jesus will rule as king until all of his enemies are destroyed even death before he hands the thrown back over to his father. He has full authority over everything except God himself so we know he has all he needs to protect us and to accomplish the work God has given him.
We will not be able to buy sell or trade if we refuse to bow to the beast. But those who side with the beast will be destroyed those who remain loyal to God will be given the gift of eternal life. We will not have to worry about food or clothing God has always provided for his people when they were in need and they ask him to help them. So he will give us protection , food and clothing we have to remember to ask. We need to learn now more then ever to pray to God frequently. Since these things will all be gone soon we should focus more now on spiritual things because the things in the new system are forever and we will have all the time we need to pursue things that make us happy.
Those attacking God’s people will believe their wealth is going to protect them but they will lose everything and because they attacked God’s people they will be much worse off because they do not have God to help them.
Many will falter because they did not heed the warnings and prepare. But when these things occur those who prepared themselves will shine because they will have written God’s word on their hearts and will be guide so they were produce fruits during these times of distress. This is when it will really become clear who the sheep are and who the goats are.
Those who should be in fear are those who chose to oppose God or turn their backs on him because they are going to experience some very fearful things, and they will experience destruction. When these things occur we do not need to be afraid it is a sign our deliverance is very very near. Many will walk through the great tribulation and those ones will live forever.

In the final part of the years you will invade the land whose people have been restored from the ravages of the sword, collected together out of many peoples onto the mountains of Israel, which had long been lying devastated. When God restored true worship his people would be given a special name. I will let the scriptures show what this name would be. God’s name has been removed from many bibles but in some it can still be found in Psalm. It is an english interpretation of the tetragrammaton of YHWH. No one knows what the original name was pronounced like. Most names in the bible no one knows the true pronunciation. It is the meaning that matters. Jehovah means “one who causes to become”. So if someone wanted to play on words and the proper pronunciation we could get caught up in debates that lead to no one learning anything because the name Jesus, Isaiah or any other name in the bible we could question the pronunciation on. It is the meaning of the names or the person the name represents that is important. There is only one true God. He is the one that caused everything to become or caused everything to come about. Gods name originally appeared thousands of times in the bible. I can see why Satan had inspired to have God’s name removed. Satan, Devil and other terms used in the bible are not his name but are words that describe certain aspects of him this is why in some areas of the bible Satan is referred to as the oppressor and even serpent. If he could not be worshiped by name then he would almost definitely be jealous of people knowing God’s name. When true worship is restored there would be identifying marks that would make his people stand out.

Why doesn’t the universe run out of energy. Why does this energy not burn out?
Mass is energy and energy is mass. This is how Einstein came up with E-MC2. But energy burns out and gets spent eventually so how does it keep getting replenished. Scientist have been trying to solve this problem for decades because based on mathematical models the universe should be out of energy. Scientist have been predicting the end of the universe for decades but their mathematical models do not support this theory. There seems to be some unknown energy source that keeps replenishing the energy in the universe. Scientist cannot figure out where this extra energy is coming from. They have come up with a theory that dark energy keeps fueling the energy needs of the universe. Even if that theory was proven to be true they would have to ask where is the dark energy getting it’s energy from?
So we need to ask ourselves why does the function of the universe defy all scientific models? This is because they do not consider the fact the universe had a creator who is unlimited in power. Not only is he unlimited in power but God cannot die so will live forever, his energy can keep sustaining the universe forever.
Just a side note you notice that the bible mentions someone being with God during the creation of everything. We also know Jesus was referred to as the word because he delivered God’s word to man. So you will notice he was the first born of all creation and worked with God in creating everything, this is why the bible refers to Jesus as the master worker. The bible tells us we must acknowledge that Jesus is God’s son but many reject this and call Jesus God even though Jesus himself never made himself equal to God. This is why God referred to Jesus as his master worker. This is why Jesus is called the only begotten son. Jesus is the only one created directly by God. God has appointed Jesus king on the heavenly throne. When Jesus work is done he will hand the throne back over to his father. If he was God he would have no need to hand the throne back to his father. This is why the bible tells us God is the head over everything including Christ. So by refusing to admit that Jesus is the first born son of God, we are not only rejecting Jesus but we are also rejecting God. By calling the son God we refuse to acknowledge God is the head of everything. By refusing to admit Jesus is the only begotten son we reject he was created meaning there really would have been no ransom because there would have been no son to ransom if Jesus was God.

There are flaws with any type of energy we use. Ronald Reagon had it correct. We need to reduce our demand for energy by being wiser about how we use it. Do our best to reduce our demand for energy.
Let’s be real about this green new energy they talk about. One of the most obvious is that our energy grid could not handle the increased demand on our power grid. During the summer months in the U.S. rolling black outs occur because the demand from the air conditioning causes a higher demand for electricity. This causes the power grid to fail because it cannot keep up with the demand. So What do you think is going to occur if they start adding millions of electric powered vehicles to the demand for electricity? They estimated they would have to cut down 50% of the trees in the U.S. to put up enough solar and wind farms to supply the U.S. Electricity. Trees absorb CO2, meaning it is going to increase CO2 levels. Cutting the trees down causes soil erosion which depletes nutrients from the soil. It causes excess flooding because trees help the water to absorb into the ground instead of running off and over filling waterways. Trees also prevent excess water evaporation , this is why the lands that were stripped in the west by settlers became deserts and remain that way today. The run off from the erosion changes the PH of the ocean which has a dramatic negative impact on it and the wild life in the ocean. Just considering those facts should get people to think their green energy is not as green as they think. So lets consider other ways this supposed green energy can impact the environment.
Now consider nuclear power. Not only do they pose a danger because of nuclear accidents which has happened many times around the world, the nuclear waste dumps leak the waste into the environment. They consider nuclear energy as part of the green energy. What is going to happen as even more nuclear waste is added to existing waste dumps or they have to build new dumps which will eventually start leaking into the environment.
Now consider that huge areas of land have to be deforested to set up these wind farms and solar farms. In the past when this has occurred it nearly caused the extinction of many species of wildlife. How is removing thousands and thousands of acres of trees going to reduce the carbon foot print? Not only this but often times land that was formerly used for cropland start being used as solar farms or wind farms which reduces our capacity to produce food increasing our dependence on other nations even more. Wind farms have also been shown to increase surface temperature. Trees absorb CO2 and the run off from the deforestation changes the PH of the ocean which reduces the amount of CO2 it can absorb. Much farm land is being used up to create wind farms which reduces the amount of food that can be produced.
Now consider the wind mills are noisy and also many birds fly into them and get killed. To produce solar panels there are many toxins that have to be used and are produced adding to the toxins that have to be buried in toxic waste dumps.
The materials needed to build this green new energy has to be extracted from the earth. This means more mining which means the destruction of even more land. Not only that but many minerals needed are rare earth minerals that require huge areas of land to be mined. Not only does this green new energy consume vast amounts of land it also consumes far more resources to produce energy then fossil fuel. Now consider the fact that these resources have to be transported to the companies for them to be manufactured, produced and installed. Consider also the resources needed to dig up these minerals and move the earth, and process those minerals. This is consuming even more resources.
France experimented with electric vehicles. They are now stuck with tons and tons of toxic batteries that have been spent. What would the U.S. do with all those toxic batteries? Bury them in waste dumps that always end up leaking no matter how many precautions they try to take?
Many of the materials that are used in the green new energy cannot be recycled. This will ad to the demand for land fills as the waster from this green new energy has to be buried. As parts wear out or get damaged they have to be replaced. Many of the parts are made of materials that can be toxic and cannot be recycled. This is the reason we have difficulty disposing of electronic devices.
Many of the minerals needed would have to be acquired from other nations making the U.S. more dependent on other nations to keep this green new energy power grid functioning. The more dependent we are on other nations the more vulnerable it makes us because we lose more and more independence.
Wind power and solar power require back up sources of energy which would be fossil fuel but dependence on fossil fuel use decline causing companies to go out of business that produces the fossil fuel meaning the fossil fuels become less available. Germany learned this the hard way and now have to depend on other nations to supply their fossil fuel and they could never completely rely on the supposed green energy because of how unreliable it is.
The worst part of it all is most science that supports the climate change model has been proven to have falsified data and outright incorrect conclusions or are very speculative yet the studies are treated as if they are proven science. The earth has always went through cycles of climate change this has been proven so climate change should be expected. Most research shows man has very little to do with the climate change.
Now consider how much the production of this green new energy will increase the toxins produce especially when it comes to the batteries that must be used with the green new energy. There are many toxins produced in the production of those batteries and then the batteries have a limited life span and have to be replaced. Most of the batteries used in their green new energy cannot be recycled and are very toxic to the environment.
Now consider the wind turbine waste. The blade are huge and usually cannot be recycled. Our land fills are already overburdened with waste now add to the tons of waste produced by wind turbines and we are asking for trouble. The U.S. is actually running out of places to bury out waste. So what is going to happen when there is an increased need to bury waster from the supposed green new energy?
Now look at solar energy. It requires just as many resources to produce. It may cause the production of even more toxic waste. It also increased the demand on our land fills. The toxic batteries also come into play with solar energy. Not only that but solar farms have been found to raise the local temperature. Just as with wind power most waster produced cannot be recycled and can leach toxins into the environment.
Solar farms and wind farms have been found to have a dramatic negative impact on wildlife. Often times animals habitats are destroyed in order to put up wind farms or solar farms. Off shore wind farms have been found to interfere with whales sonar resulting in whale beaching.
It seems very clear the supposed green new energy is far more damaging to the environment then fossil fuels are.
There are leaking nuclear waste dumps throughout the U.S. So as you can see these supposed green energy sources harm the environment way more then fossil fuel does only the harm they cause would take hundred and sometimes thousands of years to recover from. Most nuclear waste dumps are leaking. Not only that there are tanks full of nuclear waste with no where to bury them. As they increase production of nuclear power where will they bury the nuclear waste? They have already run out of places to bury it and it is sitting in tanks waiting to be buried. They still have not figured out how to store and dispose of the waster produced by nuclear power plants. Nuclear waste dumps are leaking into ground water and waterways.
They have to use a lot of rare earth minerals that take far more mining then fossil fuels to produce their suppose green energy. Also tons of radioactive waste is produced in the production of their suppose green energy. The U.S. and other nations already have tons of radioactive waste sitting with no place to dispose of it. Once their green new energy is implemented the earth my be destroyed to a point of no return. Those rare earth minerals are toxic to the environment, so much so that the government does not allow them to be buried in land fills so what will they do with all of they when the devices such as wind mils and solar panels need replace? They need to be disposed of some how.
What are the signs that the grand climax of this system of things is near. What are is going to occur? How does this effect us and others? How can we prepare for what is about to occur? We need to consider these questions and many others. We also need to stay strong these times are a sign that better times are very near.
We are going to face some difficult times very soon. We must prepare for what is about to occur. There has been a spiritual battle happening since Satan, Adam and Eve rebelled against God in the garden of Eden. This battle is reaching a climax and the system that come about from that rebellion is near it’s end. Times are going to become very very difficult especially for those who choose God’s side in the battle. We need not fear because those who choose God’s side will be victorious. We were told God would gather his people from all the nations of the earth and establish them. This has already occurred. Many have returned to pure worship. This also is a sign we are in the final minutes and things have reached a climax. We get a clue as to what the disgusting thing is in the book of Daniel which indicates it is the apostate or false religion that has become established throughout the earth and claims to represent God or to be true worship but cause many people to become corrupted. In doing so we see the earth being desolated spiritually and physically. But the beast will turn on the disgusting thing and destroy it. God will put it into the hearts of the beast and it’s allies to destroy the Harlot also known as Babylon the Great. Shortly after this occurs the beast , it’s allies and those who participated in false worship will turn on those who returned to pure worship. We must prepare for the time this occurs.
The beast that is mentioned in the bible is a government type entity and it’s allies they try to replace God’s rightful place to rule over the whole earth. They will form a one world type system and mankind will be given a choice. Put our faith in the beast or put our faith in God. Those who put their faith in the beast and submit to it’s will will be marked with a figurative mark. This mark is not a literal mark but it is symbolic and by submitting to the beast will instead of God’s those ones will be figuratively marked with the number 666. Those who remain loyal to Jehovah God and his son Jesus will be figuratively marked, they would figuratively have the name of Jehovah and the name of Jesus written on their foreheads. In other words their behavior would make them stand out so much that it would be clear who they really are because they would do their best to follow Jesus examples he set for us. The beast and those who have chosen to side with the beast will turn on those who have been marked. Those who choose the side of the beast will forfeit the privilege of eternal life. Those who worship in truth will consist of two groups of people one that will be of a heavenly class and the other group Jesus mentioned who will dwell on the earth. Those who are of the heavenly class will rule with Jesus for the thousands years as the earth is restored to a paradise and the original purpose of the earth has been fulfilled. These ones while on earth will provide the other sheep Jesus mentioned with pure spiritual food and guide them and teach them what God requires and would restore pure worship. Most know the United nations is one of the key parts of that beast system of things.
Many things occurring mark the beginning of the great tribulation. As Jesus stated these are the beginning of the pangs of distress. It will get much much worse when the beast is fully empowered. Those who do not submit to the beast authority but put God’s will firs, will not be able to buy sell or trade. Many will be rounded up and arrested and some who do not submit and do not escape may be killed. Disease and famine will become more rampant. Those who will not submit to the beast will need to count on their resourcefulness and on Jehovah God to get the things they will need to survive. When the beast and it’s allies start exerting it’s power and authority there will be a tribulation like has never occurred before it will be on a world wide scale and to a degree that has never occurred before. In the past there have been times of famine so severe that people would pick grains out of animal feces so they would have something to eat. So imagine things like this happening on a world wide scale. Only those who chose God’s side will escape.
When these things start to occur many of us will have to flee. We will have to flee so quickly that we may not even have time to grab our coats. So we should pack some bags with things needed to survive like water, cloths, and foods that can be stored for long periods of time. Sure many of us will have to start over but if we make it into the new system we will never have things we built or worked for taken from us or destroyed by others again. We will not work hard just to survive. But this suffering is short term and the prize is well worth the suffering we may endure for a short while. Even if some of us have suffered all their lives if they just hold out a little longer they may make it into the new system and these things will never occur again. We not only need to prepare spiritually. This battle is a spiritual battle and not a physical battle. It is not physically we must triumph but spiritually if we want to survive so we need to make sure we put spiritual things first will doing our best to maintain health. We need to write God’s word on our hearts so it can guide us through what is about to occur. The bible warns that many will betray us, family will and even some of our spiritual relatives will betray us. So now more then ever we need to apply the scripture that warns us to be cautious as serpents and kind as doves. We know people have been corrupted and they do not fear God as they should and many appear to have faith but when things get rough they will prove false to it’s power. This is why now more then ever we need to learn the fruits of the spirit and learn how to identify when someone is producing them. Some of the fruits would be the sharing of the good news of the heavenly kingdom and teaching others about God’s word and teaching others about Jesus. Many who are of the world may produce fruit that appear to be of the spirit but if they are not accepting and sharing bible truths then we should be cautious in our relationships with them. This can be very difficult because often times it may be family members or ones we have known all our lives and are very fond of. For those who may get arrested we do not have to rehearse what to say , if we have written God’s word in our hearts , God will call scriptures to our minds to help us to make a stand. He will also call scriptures to mind to protects us as we navigate the tribulation that is about to occur and help guide us through it. The grand climax of this system is very near and who we choose to have close to us can determine whether we survive the great tribulation or not.
As to what each of us need to do to prepare that I can not say. It will be based on an individual basis. Some of us won’t even have time to grab the things we may have packed but we need not worry God will make sure we have what we need. Lot did not have time to grab anything. When it is time to flee we cannot hesitate because remember when happened to Lot’s wife when she looked back she did not make it.
Many may seek to preserve the life they have when it is time to flee. Jesus warned those seeking to preserve their present life with lose their life. Those who do as God instructed and make the necessary changes and prepare for the time of Judgment will preserve their life. It is not any material means that will determine whether we live or die but it will be our faith.
If you read Revelation 9 you will see these things are going to occur because man will not repent and submit to God’s authority but they continue to rebel and continue believing the lies of false religion and continue to believe the original lie in the garden that man does not need God. The wars , the plagues, are occurring because men is refusing to give up on false worship and return to pure worship, man continues to put faith in themselves instead of God and his appointed king Jesus Christ.
When it is time to flee we do not have to fear. We have the example of Israel when they were fleeing from the Egyptians. The path God had them take put them in a position that may have seemed vulnerable. I am sure their enemy thought they had the Israelite’s trapped. The trail they went down had two steep cliffs on each side of them, the Egyptians were pursing them from behind, they had the sea in front of them. If their faith wavered they would have weakened and given up out of fear. Instead they did as God has said they stay the course. He parted the sea for them so they could cross. Once Israel made it across the Egyptians were still pursuing them. God left the sea consume the Egyptians and they died. Israel had arrived at the promised land. We are in a very similar time. Things well get very difficult and could be very frightful if we let our faith waiver. We have to do all God requires to stay the course and keep following the path Jesus laid out for us. Keeping in mind some of us may have to give up many things in order to survive. This battle is not about if we win or lose physically it is about whether we win or lose spiritually. Our battle is a spiritual battle so gaining spiritual wealth is what will preserve us. Many may lose all they have but gaining eternal eternal life and having the promises that gives us future hope is a much better victory because these things will be forever. This system and the things in it are temporary and will be gone soon. We have no reason to look back. If we do we, show a lack of faith and it could cost us our lives.
The line between what is right and wrong has been blurred by false religion. We need to make sure our worship is pure and we are doing what God requires. This is what will make certain we survive and have God’s protection during the great tribulation. There may be people who we care about deeply who are not staying awake and are not aware of the timeline we are in. If this is true then it may indicate they have hidden things in their heart that has blinded them. This may be difficult to accept but we cannot read peoples heart as God and Jesus can. If they have been blinded, when it is time to flee there will be no reasoning with them. We have to except the way things are and remember their relationship is between them and Jehovah and if they have been blinded , we have to flee we may have to leave them behind. Some may have to flee and some may have to hide. We need not worry. If we pray to God in Jesus name for our protection and those we are concerned about and leave it in their hands we can be assured the father and son will do what is best and will protect us.
Some of us may only have to hide, but we still will have the fact we cannot buy sell or trade to deal with so we need to work on being self reliant as much as possible. We also know there will be a great famine. We need to prepare as they did in times past when God warned them of famines or drought or other dangers. Those who had faith and trusted God prepared for the things they had been warned about and survived. If we want to survive the great tribulation we need to start preparing now before it is too late.
We cannot false reason and think I will prepare tomorrow because we do not know the time or hour it will occur. When it does occur the bible warned it would be very sudden. We do not want to be caught off guard and falsely reason that we do not need to heed Jesus warning to stay alert. We need to consider the things he warned us of and use them to gauge the time frame we are in. The scriptures show we are in the final minutes of this system. It is not if the great tribulation will occur but when and all signs are in place to indicate things are going to get very very bad very soon. We need not have to fear because the bible also tells us many will come out of the great tribulation and will survive. These things have to occur the nations of the world have to be judged in order to end all this suffering. Man has had plenty of time to do things without God. We have tried just about every form of government and we have failed. Things are only getting worse and man has destroyed the earth so much spiritually, morally and even physically that we are at a breaking point. Only our king Jesus can straighten the mess man has made out. Many think God is cruel for destroying the wicked or those who lack faith but if he lets those who are wicked survive or leave those who lack faith survive. It would only result in the corruption and evil remaining on the earth. It was Adam and Eve’s lack of faith in God that started all this mess. Those who lack faith put their confidence in themselves or man and it results in turning away from God and ignoring what he requires which is worship that is pure in his eyes, letting him guide all we do and having faith that he only wants us to be safe and happy.
As you can see we will have to learn to be very resourceful. We may need to eat things we may not like or are not used to eating as food. We may have to do types of work we may not like doing. We definitely will have to rely on each other and watch out for and take care of each other while being very careful about exposing who we are. We need to learn to be open minded and not be afraid if we do have to flee or travel to a place we know nothing about if it means surviving. We may have to leave things or people behind. If that is the case we cannot hesitate it could cost us our lives. Some will have to hide the bible said in their inner rooms. This will only be for a short while and then the new system will be here and all the bad including death will be done away with. If we are ill our health will be restored.

(Daniel 11:30-35) . . .“He will go back and hurl denunciations against the holy covenant and act effectively; and he will go back and will give attention to those leaving the holy covenant. 31 And arms will stand up, proceeding from him; and they will profane the sanctuary, the fortress, and remove the constant feature. “And they will put in place the disgusting thing that causes desolation. 32 “And those who act wickedly against the covenant, he will lead into apostasy by means of smooth words. But the people who know their God will prevail and act effectively. 33 And those having insight among the people will impart understanding to the many. And they will be made to stumble by sword and by flame, by captivity and by plundering, for some days. 34 But when they are made to stumble, they will be given a little help; and many will join with them by means of smooth speech. 35 And some of those having insight will be made to stumble, in order to do a refining work because of them and to do a cleansing and a whitening until the time of the end; because it is yet for the time appointed.
Isaiah 66:19-24 19 “I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who escape to the nations—to Tarʹshish, Pul, and Lud, those who draw the bow, to Tuʹbal and Jaʹvan, and to the faraway islands—who have not heard a report about me or seen my glory; and they will proclaim my glory among the nations. 20 They will bring all your brothers out of all the nations as a gift to Jehovah, on horses, in chariots, in covered wagons, on mules, and on swift camels, up to my holy mountain, Jerusalem,” says Jehovah, “just as when the people of Israel bring their gift in a clean vessel into the house of Jehovah.”
21 “I will also take some for the priests and for the Levites,” says Jehovah.

(Revelation 17:15-18)15 He said to me: “The waters that you saw, where the prostitute is sitting, mean peoples and crowds and nations and tongues. 16 And the ten horns that you saw and the wild beast, these will hate the prostitute and will make her devastated and naked, and they will eat up her flesh and completely burn her with fire. 17 For God put it into their hearts to carry out his thought, yes, to carry out their one thought by giving their kingdom to the wild beast, until the words of God will have been accomplished. 18 And the woman whom you saw means the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth.”
(Revelation 13:14-18)14 It misleads those who dwell on the earth, because of the signs that it was permitted to perform in the sight of the wild beast, while it tells those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the wild beast that had the sword-stroke and yet revived. 15 And it was permitted to give breath to the image of the wild beast, so that the image of the wild beast should both speak and cause to be killed all those who refuse to worship the image of the wild beast. 16 It puts under compulsion all people—the small and the great, the rich and the poor, the free and the slaves—that these should be marked on their right hand or on their forehead, 17 and that nobody can buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name. 18 This is where it calls for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a man’s number, and its number is 666.
(Revelation 13:3-8) . . .. 4 And they worshipped the dragon because it gave the authority to the wild beast, and they worshipped the wild beast with the words: “Who is like the wild beast, and who can do battle with it?” 5 It was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and it was given authority to act for 42 months. 6 And it opened its mouth in blasphemies against God to blaspheme his name and his dwelling place, even those residing in heaven. 7 It was permitted to wage war with the holy ones and conquer them, and it was given authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation. 8 And all those who dwell on the earth will worship it. From the founding of the world, not one of their names has been written in the scroll of life of the Lamb who was slaughtered.
(Revelation 14:1-8) 14 Then I saw, and look! the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who have his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. 2 I heard a sound coming out of heaven like the sound of many waters and like the sound of loud thunder; and the sound that I heard was like singers who accompany themselves by playing on their harps. 3 And they are singing what seems to be a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, and no one was able to master that song except the 144,000, who have been bought from the earth. 4 These are the ones who did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins. These are the ones who keep following the Lamb no matter where he goes. These were bought from among mankind as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb, 5 and no deceit was found in their mouths; they are without blemish. 6 And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, and he had everlasting good news to declare to those who dwell on the earth, to every nation and tribe and tongue and people. 7 He was saying in a loud voice: “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of judgment by him has arrived, so worship the One who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and the springs of water.” 8 Another, a second angel, followed, saying: “She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen, she who made all the nations drink of the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality!”
(Luke 12:41-44)41 Then Peter said: “Lord, are you telling this illustration just to us or also to everyone?” 42 And the Lord said: “Who really is the faithful steward, the discreet one, whom his master will appoint over his body of attendants to keep giving them their measure of food supplies at the proper time? 43 Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so! 44 I tell you truthfully, he will appoint him over all his belongings.
(Matthew 24:7-18)7 “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. 8 All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress. 9 “Then people will hand you over to tribulation and will kill you, and you will be hated by all the nations on account of my name. 10 Then, too, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. 11 Many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness, the love of the greater number will grow cold. 13 But the one who has endured to the end will be saved. 14 And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. 15 “Therefore, when you catch sight of the disgusting thing that causes desolation, as spoken about by Daniel the prophet, standing in a holy place (let the reader use discernment), 16 then let those in Ju·deʹa begin fleeing to the mountains. 17 Let the man on the housetop not come down to take the goods out of his house, 18 and let the man in the field not return to pick up his outer garment.
(Matthew 10:16-23)16 “Look! I am sending you out as sheep among wolves; so prove yourselves cautious as serpents and yet innocent as doves. 17 Be on your guard against men, for they will hand you over to local courts and they will scourge you in their synagogues. 18 And you will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a witness to them and the nations. 19 However, when they hand you over, do not become anxious about how or what you are to speak, for what you are to speak will be given you in that hour; 20 for the ones speaking are not just you, but it is the spirit of your Father that speaks by you. 21 Further, brother will hand brother over to death, and a father his child, and children will rise up against parents and will have them put to death. 22 And you will be hated by all people on account of my name, but the one who has endured to the end will be saved. 23 When they persecute you in one city, flee to another; for truly I say to you, you will by no means complete the circuit of the cities of Israel until the Son of man arrives.
(Galatians 5:22-26)22 On the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Moreover, those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed to the stake the flesh together with its passions and desires. 25 If we are living by spirit, let us also go on walking orderly by spirit. 26 Let us not become egotistical, stirring up competition with one another, envying one another.

(Genesis 19:15-17)15 As dawn was breaking, the angels became urgent with Lot, saying: “Get up! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here with you, so that you will not be swept away in the error of the city!” 16 When he kept lingering, then because of Jehovah’s compassion for him, the men seized hold of his hand and the hand of his wife and the hands of his two daughters, and they brought him out and stationed him outside the city. 17 As soon as they had brought them to the outskirts, he said: “Escape for your life! Do not look behind you and do not stand still in any part of the district! Escape to the mountainous region so that you may not be swept away!”
(Genesis 19:23-26)23 The sun had risen over the land when Lot arrived at Zoʹar. 24 Then Jehovah made it rain sulfur and fire on Sodʹom and Go·morʹrah—it came from Jehovah, from the heavens. 25 So he overthrew these cities, yes, the entire district, including all the inhabitants of the cities and the plants of the ground. 26 But Lot’s wife, who was behind him, began to look back, and she became a pillar of salt. . .
(Luke 17:31-33)31 “On that day let the person who is on the housetop but whose belongings are in the house not come down to pick these up, and likewise, the person out in the field must not return to the things behind. 32 Remember the wife of Lot. 33 Whoever seeks to keep his life safe will lose it, but whoever loses it will preserve it alive.
(Hebrews 10:38) “But my righteous one will live by reason of faith,” and “if he shrinks back, I have no pleasure in him.”
(Exodus 14:26-28)26 Then Jehovah said to Moses: “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may come back over the Egyptians, their war chariots, and their cavalrymen.” 27 Moses at once stretched out his hand over the sea, and as morning approached, the sea returned to its normal condition. As the Egyptians fled from it, Jehovah shook the Egyptians off into the midst of the sea. 28 The returning waters covered the war chariots and the cavalrymen and all of Pharʹaoh’s army who had gone into the sea after them. Not so much as one among them was allowed to survive.
(Zephaniah 2:3)3 Seek Jehovah, all you meek ones of the earth, Who observe his righteous decrees. Seek righteousness, seek meekness. Probably you will be concealed on the day of Jehovah’s anger.
(Amos 5:15)15 Hate what is bad, and love what is good, Let justice prevail in the city gate. It may be that Jehovah the God of armies Will show favor to the remaining ones of Joseph.. . .
(2 Corinthians 4:2-6) . . .. 3 If, in fact, the good news we declare is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. 5 For we are preaching, not about ourselves, but about Jesus Christ as Lord and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God is the one who said: “Let the light shine out of darkness,” and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate them with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ.
(Mark 13:18-20) . . .; 19 for those days will be days of a tribulation such as has not occurred from the beginning of the creation that God created until that time, and will not occur again. 20 In fact, unless Jehovah had cut short the days, no flesh would be saved. But on account of the chosen ones whom he has chosen, he has cut short the days.
(Revelation 7:13-17)13 In response one of the elders said to me: “These who are dressed in the white robes, who are they and where did they come from?” 14 So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one who knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 That is why they are before the throne of God, and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread his tent over them. 16 They will hunger no more nor thirst anymore, neither will the sun beat down on them nor any scorching heat, 17 because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne, will shepherd them and will guide them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes.”
(Revelation 21:1-4) 21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
(Ezekiel 36:22-30)22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: “Not for your sakes am I acting, O house of Israel, but for my holy name, which you profaned among the nations where you have gone.”’ 23 ‘I will certainly sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the nations, which you profaned among them; and the nations will have to know that I am Jehovah,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah, ‘when I am sanctified among you before their eyes. 24 I will take you from the nations and gather you back from all the lands and bring you into your land. 25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will become clean; I will cleanse you from all your uncleanness and from all your disgusting idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit inside you. I will remove the heart of stone from your body and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put my spirit inside you, and I will cause you to walk in my regulations, and you will observe and carry out my judicial decisions. 28 Then you will dwell in the land that I gave to your forefathers, and you will be my people and I will be your God.’ 29 “‘I will save you from all your uncleanness and summon the grain and make it abound, and I will not bring famine upon you. 30 I will make the fruitage of the tree and the produce of the field abound, so that you may never again suffer the disgrace of famine among the nations. . .
(Ezekiel 34:25-31)25 “‘“And I will make a covenant of peace with them, and I will rid the land of vicious wild beasts, so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the forests. 26 I will make them and the area around my hill a blessing, and I will cause the rain to fall at the proper time. Blessings will pour down like the rains. 27 The trees of the field will yield their fruit, and the soil will give its produce, and they will dwell securely on the land. And they will have to know that I am Jehovah when I break their yoke bars and rescue them from those who enslaved them. 28 They will no longer become something for the nations to prey upon, and the wild beasts of the earth will not devour them, and they will dwell in security, with no one to make them afraid. 29 “‘“I will establish for them a plantation of fame, and they will no longer die from famine in the land, and they will no longer be humiliated by the nations. 30 ‘Then they will have to know that I, Jehovah their God, am with them and that they, the house of Israel, are my people,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah.”’ 31 “‘As for you, my sheep, the sheep that I care for, you are but men, and I am your God,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah.”
I am writing this to show we are in the final minutes of this system. Most material things will likely be gone. We need to focus on spiritual things being healthy and preparing for what is going to come. In times past when God warned of the events that were going to occur, God’s people heeded his words and prepare for it. When they try to force everyone to bow to the beast instead of God times are going to get very difficult. Some will be arrested and imprisoned, some will be killed, there will be famine and disease will become more rampant. Many will have to flee for their lives if they reject bowing to the beast and choose to remain loyal to God.
We know we are now well are beyond the last hour of this system of things we are in the final minutes because many of the prophecies Jesus has given us have been fulfilled. Now more then ever we need to focus on spiritual things. All this will be gone. Why invest time and our energy in things that will be gone very soon. In the new system no one can take things you earned or built from you. We will have time to do many things we never had time in this system to do. Much of these things will be destroyed just as it was in Noah’s day. We were warned the great apostasy would come first. This is why there are so many religious sects. False religion is rampant on the earth. Many will put their faith in their wealth but it will become valueless. It is the treasures we store up in heaven that will get us through this system and the true wealth is the treasure we store in heaven.
I often times wonder if people would say some of the things they say if Jesus was standing in front of them giving them the warnings of the times we are in. Would they give him excuses. Would they say I cannot change because my family , friends and those of my church would reject me. Would they say I do not have time to prepare for the end of this system? Would they tell him I do not have time to focus on spiritual things I have too much to do. Would they react the way those who tortured him and hung him on a torture steak did. Many of them were upset when he told them to stop practicing traditions of man. Would they get angry if he was standing in front of them and telling them that now? Would they get angry if he told them to focus on spiritual things and health because all this will be gone soon? Well he told us the things his father has taught him so getting angry at the one who is giving the warning as Jesus instructed us to do would be getting angry at Jesus. These ones are trying to lead others to salvation so ignoring their warning that are from the bible would be no different then those who rejected Jesus when he was tortured and kill.
We were told the signs to look for to know we were in the last days. Many of those have occurred. Many would ignore this fact. The bible tells us to stay alert because no one knows what hour God’s great day will occur not even Jesus. Jesus will not know until God gives him the command to end the wickedness and corruption. Jesus did know the signs and what we needed to watch for and the order things would take place. Much of the things he warned us about are being fulfilled now and things are coming to a climax.
(2 Peter 3:5-7) 5 For they deliberately ignore this fact, that long ago there were heavens and an earth standing firmly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and that by those means the world of that time suffered destruction when it was flooded with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that now exist are reserved for fire and are being kept until the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly people.
(Ezekiel 7:19-21)19 “‘They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will become abhorrent to them. Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them in the day of Jehovah’s fury. They will not be satisfied, nor will they fill their stomachs, for it has become a stumbling block causing their error. 20 They took pride in the beauty of their ornaments, and they made with them their detestable images, their disgusting idols. That is why I will make it an abhorrent thing to them. 21 I will give it into the hand of the foreigners for plunder and to the wicked ones of the earth for spoil, and they will profane it.
(Zephaniah 1:18)18 Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them in the day of Jehovah’s fury; For by the fire of his zeal the whole earth will be consumed, Because he will make an extermination, indeed a terrible one, of all the inhabitants of the earth.”
(Matthew 24:42) Keep on the watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
(Mark 13:35) Keep on the watch, therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming, whether late in the day or at midnight or before dawn or early in the morning,
(Revelation 6:16, 17) And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
(Revelation 16:15) “Look! I am coming as a thief. Happy is the one who stays awake and keeps his outer garments, so that he may not walk naked and people look upon his shamefulness.”
(Matthew 24:36-44)36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the Flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they took no note until the Flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 40 Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 41 Two women will be grinding at the hand mill; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 42 Keep on the watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. 43 “But know one thing: If the householder had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have kept awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 On this account, you too prove yourselves ready, because the Son of man is coming at an hour that you do not think to be it.
(2 Thessalonians 2:3-5)3 Let no one lead you astray in any way, because it will not come unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness gets revealed, the son of destruction. 4 He stands in opposition and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits down in the temple of God, publicly showing himself to be a god. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I used to tell you these things?
Now more then ever we need to store up treasure in heaven not treasures on earth.
(Matthew 6:19-24)19 “Stop storing up for yourselves treasures on the earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal. 20 Rather, store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If, then, your eye is focused, your whole body will be bright. 23 But if your eye is envious, your whole body will be dark. If the light that is in you is really darkness, how great that darkness is! 24 “No one can slave for two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick to the one and despise the other. You cannot slave for God and for Riches.
(Revelation 12:7-12)7 And war broke out in heaven: Miʹcha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the Kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”
People claim to love God but put material things, wealth, power and other desires first. In doing so they harm many people while claiming to be doing God’s work. We will see the fruits of many false religions . These religions are also a sign we are near the end because the bible prophesied when Satan and the demons were cast out of heaven, they knew they would have very little time left so they try to take down as many humans with them as they can. Not only this but since they have been cast out of heaven they are working to corrupt as many as they can and it is not always in obvious ways. Satan has many tools he uses whether it be the desires of the eyes, desire for material things, prestige, power, if those do not work he has the more subtle methods he uses like he did with Job when he tried to break Job’s will. Or he may have someone who appears as an angel of light slowly corrupt us. His drawing us away from God is not always obvious often times it is more subtle and the more drastic things he uses when he cannot draw you away. We have the example of Job to demonstrate what Satan may do if he cannot draw you away from God and pure worship. So we have to be on our guard constantly especially for the more subtle things.
(2 Peter 3:2-7) . . .. 3 First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as they were from creation’s beginning.” 5 For they deliberately ignore this fact, that long ago there were heavens and an earth standing firmly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and that by those means the world of that time suffered destruction when it was flooded with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that now exist are reserved for fire and are being kept until the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly people.
(2 Timothy 3:1-7) 3 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6 From among these arise men who slyly work their way into households and captivate weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7 always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.
How do we know we are in the final minutes of this system of things? Many of the prophecies Jesus mentioned when speaking of the last days have been fulfilled. When he spoke of these things happening he was referring to them happening on a grand scale like they had never happened before. In 1914 we had our first world war, later we and a second world war and in that war man had developed the ability to wipe out most of the earth. There are people starving to death by the millions world wide even in some of the wealthiest nations in the world there are people dying of starvation. Major earthquakes occur so frequently now people barely take note of them. Love of the greater number would grow cold. In other words people who let love guide what they do would be uncommon. Because of this most would ignore the laws Jesus gave us. The is very evident it is difficult to know who we can truly trust now days. Pestilence is now rampant. Many are ill from autoimmune diseases, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases. I remember a time when people died from old age. Now it is usually one of those diseases that kills them. Another of the final prophesies that has been fulfilled is the good news of the heavenly kingdom would be preached in all the earth then the end would come. Many have ministered world wide teaching the hope the heavenly kingdoms gives and promises that give us hope that will be fulfilled. For those nations that could not be reached many shared this hope online. So the good news has reach every part of the earth.
We were warned false religion would be rampant on the earth and we see this by the many sects of religion that has risen up world wide. Jesus warned not everyone professing to speak in his name would claim to be teaching the truth. But because they did not obey God’s laws and followed teachings not taught by Jesus they would not be accepted by him.
(Matthew 24:4-14)4 In answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads you, 5 for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. 6 You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars. (Luke 21:10, 11)10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs.
(Luke 13:22-27)22 And he traveled from city to city and from village to village, teaching and continuing on his journey to Jerusalem. 23 Now a man said to him: “Lord, are those being saved few?” He said to them: 24 “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to get in but will not be able. 25 When the householder gets up and locks the door, you will stand outside knocking at the door, saying, ‘Lord, open to us.’ But in answer he will say to you: ‘I do not know where you are from.’ 26 Then you will start saying, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our main streets.’ 27 But he will say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from. Get away from me, all you workers of unrighteousness!’
(1 Timothy 4:1-5) 4 However, the inspired word clearly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired statements and teachings of demons, 2 by means of the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, whose conscience is seared as with a branding iron. 3 They forbid marriage and command people to abstain from foods that God created to be partaken of with thanksgiving by those who have faith and accurately know the truth. 4 For every creation of God is fine, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5 for it is sanctified through God’s word and prayer over it.

False religion is rampant on the earth. Many will put their faith in their wealth but it will become valueless. It is the treasures we store up in heaven that will get us through this system and the true wealth is the treasure we store in heaven.
I often times wonder if people would say some of the things they say if Jesus was standing in front of them giving them the warnings of the times we are in. Would they give him excuses. Would they say I cannot change because my family , friends and those of my church would reject me. Would they say I do not have time to prepare for the end of this system? Would they tell him I do not have time to focus on spiritual things I have too much to do. Would they react the way those who tortured him and hung him on a torture steak did. Many of them were upset when he told them to stop practicing traditions of man. Would they get angry if he was standing in front of them and telling them that now? Would they get angry if he told them to focus on spiritual things and health because all this will be gone soon? Well he told us the things his father has taught him so getting angry at the one who is giving the warning as Jesus instructed us to do would be getting angry at Jesus. These ones are trying to lead others to salvation so ignoring their warning that are from the bible would be no different then those who rejected Jesus when he was tortured and kill.
We were told the signs to look for to know we were in the last days. Many of those have occurred. Many would ignore this fact. The bible tells us to stay alert because no one knows what hour God’s great day will occur not even Jesus. Jesus will not know until God gives him the command to end the wickedness and corruption. Jesus did know the signs and what we needed to watch for and the order things would take place. Much of the things he warned us about are being fulfilled now and things are coming to a climax.
(2 Peter 3:5-7) 5 For they deliberately ignore this fact, that long ago there were heavens and an earth standing firmly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and that by those means the world of that time suffered destruction when it was flooded with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that now exist are reserved for fire and are being kept until the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly people.
(Ezekiel 7:19-21)19 “‘They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will become abhorrent to them. Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them in the day of Jehovah’s fury. They will not be satisfied, nor will they fill their stomachs, for it has become a stumbling block causing their error. 20 They took pride in the beauty of their ornaments, and they made with them their detestable images, their disgusting idols. That is why I will make it an abhorrent thing to them. 21 I will give it into the hand of the foreigners for plunder and to the wicked ones of the earth for spoil, and they will profane it.
(Zephaniah 1:18)18 Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them in the day of Jehovah’s fury; For by the fire of his zeal the whole earth will be consumed, Because he will make an extermination, indeed a terrible one, of all the inhabitants of the earth.”
(Matthew 24:42) Keep on the watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
(Mark 13:35) Keep on the watch, therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming, whether late in the day or at midnight or before dawn or early in the morning,
(Revelation 6:16, 17) And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
(Revelation 16:15) “Look! I am coming as a thief. Happy is the one who stays awake and keeps his outer garments, so that he may not walk naked and people look upon his shamefulness.”
(Matthew 24:36-44)36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the Flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they took no note until the Flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 40 Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 41 Two women will be grinding at the hand mill; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 42 Keep on the watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. 43 “But know one thing: If the householder had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have kept awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 On this account, you too prove yourselves ready, because the Son of man is coming at an hour that you do not think to be it.
(2 Thessalonians 2:3-5)3 Let no one lead you astray in any way, because it will not come unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness gets revealed, the son of destruction. 4 He stands in opposition and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits down in the temple of God, publicly showing himself to be a god. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I used to tell you these things?
Now more then ever we need to store up treasure in heaven not treasures on earth.
(Matthew 6:19-24)19 “Stop storing up for yourselves treasures on the earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal. 20 Rather, store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If, then, your eye is focused, your whole body will be bright. 23 But if your eye is envious, your whole body will be dark. If the light that is in you is really darkness, how great that darkness is! 24 “No one can slave for two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick to the one and despise the other. You cannot slave for God and for Riches.
(Revelation 12:7-12)7 And war broke out in heaven: Miʹcha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the Kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”
People claim to love God but put material things, wealth, power and other desires first. In doing so they harm many people while claiming to be doing God’s work. We will see the fruits of many false religions . These religions are also a sign we are near the end because the bible prophesied when Satan and the demons were cast out of heaven, they knew they would have very little time left so they try to take down as many humans with them as they can. Not only this but since they have been cast out of heaven they are working to corrupt as many as they can and it is not always in obvious ways. Satan has many tools he uses whether it be the desires of the eyes, desire for material things, prestige, power, if those do not work he has the more subtle methods he uses like he did with Job when he tried to break Job’s will. Or he may have someone who appears as an angel of light slowly corrupt us. His drawing us away from God is not always obvious often times it is more subtle and the more drastic things he uses when he cannot draw you away. We have the example of Job to demonstrate what Satan may do if he cannot draw you away from God and pure worship. So we have to be on our guard constantly especially for the more subtle things.
(2 Peter 3:2-7) . . .. 3 First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? (2 Timothy 3:1-7) 3 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6 From among these arise men who slyly work their way into households and captivate weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7 always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.
How do we know we are in the final minutes of this system of things? Many of the prophecies Jesus mentioned when speaking of the last days have been fulfilled. When he spoke of these things happening he was referring to them happening on a grand scale like they had never happened before. In 1914 we had our first world war, later we and a second world war and in that war man had developed the ability to wipe out most of the earth. There are people starving to death by the millions world wide even in some of the wealthiest nations in the world there are people dying of starvation. Major earthquakes occur so frequently now people barely take note of them. Love of the greater number would grow cold. In other words people who let love guide what they do would be uncommon. Because of this most would ignore the laws Jesus gave us. The is very evident it is difficult to know who we can truly trust now days. Pestilence is now rampant. Many are ill from autoimmune diseases, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases. I remember a time when people died from old age. Now it is usually one of those diseases that kills them. Another of the final prophesies that has been fulfilled is the good news of the heavenly kingdom would be preached in all the earth then the end would come. Many have ministered world wide teaching the hope the heavenly kingdoms gives and promises that give us hope that will be fulfilled. For those nations that could not be reached many shared this hope online. So the good news has reach every part of the earth.
We were warned false religion would be rampant on the earth and we see this by the many sects of religion that has risen up world wide. Jesus warned not everyone professing to speak in his name would claim to be teaching the truth. But because they did not obey God’s laws and followed teachings not taught by Jesus they would not be accepted by him.
(Matthew 24:4-14)4 In answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads you, 5 for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. 6 You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for these things must take place, but the end is not yet. 7 “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. 8 All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress. 9 “Then people will hand you over to tribulation and will kill you, and you will be hated by all the nations on account of my name. 10 Then, too, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. 11 Many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness, the love of the greater number will grow cold. 13 But the one who has endured to the end will be saved. 14 And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
(Luke 21:10, 11)10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs.
(Luke 13:22-27)22 And he traveled from city to city and from village to village, teaching and continuing on his journey to Jerusalem. 23 Now a man said to him: “Lord, are those being saved few?” He said to them: 24 “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to get in but will not be able. 25 When the householder gets up and locks the door, you will stand outside knocking at the door, saying, ‘Lord, open to us.’ But in answer he will say to you: ‘I do not know where you are from.’ 26 Then you will start saying, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our main streets.’ 27 But he will say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from. Get away from me, all you workers of unrighteousness!’
(1 Timothy 4:1-5) 4 However, the inspired word clearly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired statements and teachings of demons, 2 by means of the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, whose conscience is seared as with a branding iron. 3 They forbid marriage and command people to abstain from foods that God created to be partaken of with thanksgiving by those who have faith and accurately know the truth. 4 For every creation of God is fine, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5 for it is sanctified through God’s word and prayer over it.
(2 Corinthians 11:13-15) . . .. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps disguising himself as an angel of light. 15 It is therefore nothing extraordinary if his ministers also keep disguising themselves as ministers of righteousness. But their end will be according to their works.
(2 Thessalonians 2:9-12)9 But the lawless one’s presence is by the operation of Satan with every powerful work and lying signs and wonders 10 and every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth in order that they might be saved. 11 That is why God lets a deluding influence mislead them so that they may come to believe the lie, 12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness.
How can we prepare and what should we do? It is very important to focus on spiritual things now more then ever. We were told to stay alert. God’s word will guide us teach us how to keep from being deceived and make us aware of the time frame we are in so that we may escape the destruction that is coming very soon on this wicked system of things. We have to be careful not to add more burdens on ourselves and to not get over burdened by this world and the anxieties surrounding it. This can draw us away and we will lose sight and then God’s day could suddenly be upon us , by the time we realized the time frame we are in it may be too late as the bible warned. Jesus even warned Mary to simplify her life so she could choose the good portion which would be taking in knowledge of God and learning from Jesus.
(Luke 10:38-42)38 Now as they went on their way, he entered into a certain village. Here a woman named Martha received him as a guest in her house. 39 She also had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the feet of the Lord and kept listening to what he was saying. 40 Martha, on the other hand, was distracted with attending to many duties. So she came to him and said: “Lord, does it not matter to you that my sister has left me alone to attend to things? Tell her to come and help me.” 41 In answer the Lord said to her: “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and disturbed about many things. 42 A few things, though, are needed, or just one. For her part, Mary chose the good portion, and it will not be taken away from her.”
(Matthew 4:1-4) 4 Then Jesus was led by the spirit up into the wilderness to be tempted by the Devil. 2 After he had fasted for 40 days and 40 nights, he felt hungry. 3 And the Tempter approached and said to him: “If you are a son of God, tell these stones to become loaves of bread.” 4 But he answered: “It is written: ‘Man must live, not on bread alone, but on every word that comes from Jehovah’s mouth.’. . .
(Isaiah 55:1, 2) Come, all you thirsty ones, come to the water! You with no money, come, buy and eat! Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. 2 Why do you keep paying out money for what is not bread, And why spend your earnings for what brings no satisfaction? Listen intently to me, and eat what is good, And you will find great delight in what is truly rich.
(Psalm 36:7, 8)7 How precious your loyal love is, O God! In the shadow of your wings, the sons of men take refuge. 8 They drink their fill of the rich bounty of your house, And you cause them to drink of the torrent of your delights.
(Luke 21:34-36)34 “But pay attention to yourselves that your hearts never become weighed down with overeating and heavy drinking and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day be instantly upon you 35 as a snare. For it will come upon all those dwelling on the face of the whole earth. 36 Keep awake, then, all the time making supplication that you may succeed in escaping all these things that must occur and in standing before the Son of man.”

(Philippians 4:4-7)4 Always rejoice in the Lord. Again I will say, Rejoice! 5 Let your reasonableness become known to all men. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.
We cannot let fears and anxieties of this system shape how we live our lives. Not let ourselves get overwhelmed by things because very soon things are going to happen we can do nothing about. We have to stay focused , remain faithful and trust Jehovah God and our king Jesus Christ. We need not worry about things we can do nothing about or dwell on them but keep the future hope in mind and have full confidence the promises that gives us the future hope will be fulfilled. Soon all the wickedness, illness, violence, death and many other bad things will be done away with and there will be a new system where those things will never occur again.
(1 Peter 5:6-11)6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time, 7 while you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 8 Keep your senses, be watchful! Your adversary, the Devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone. 9 But take your stand against him, firm in the faith, knowing that the same kind of sufferings are being experienced by the entire association of your brothers in the world. 10 But after you have suffered a little while, the God of all undeserved kindness, who called you to his everlasting glory in union with Christ, will himself finish your training. He will make you firm, he will make you strong, he will firmly ground you. 11 To him be the might forever. Amen.
(Romans 12:1, 2) 12 Therefore, I appeal to you by the compassions of God, brothers, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, a sacred service with your power of reason. 2 And stop being molded by this system of things, but be transformed by making your mind over, so that you may prove to yourselves the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
(Matthew 6:33, 34)33 “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you. 34 So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.
(1 Corinthians 3:16, 17)16 Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that the spirit of God dwells in you? 17 If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple.
(Revelation 13:16-18)16 It puts under compulsion all people—the small and the great, the rich and the poor, the free and the slaves—that these should be marked on their right hand or on their forehead, 17 and that nobody can buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name. 18 This is where it calls for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a man’s number, and its number is 666.
The king of the North will bring down many natiorns. It will attack true worship which will be the only religion left because of their refusal to turn their backs on God and bow to the beast. When this occurs there will be a great tribulation but this is not a fearful time because it means the new system and the resurrection is near and the bible promises us that God’s people will escape. Then the resurrection follow shortly after.
(Daniel 11:40-12:2)40 “In the time of the end the king of the south will engage with him in a pushing, and against him the king of the north will storm with chariots and horsemen and many ships; and he will enter into the lands and sweep through like a flood. 41 He will also enter into the land of the Decoration, and many lands will be made to stumble. But these are the ones that will escape out of his hand: Eʹdom and Moʹab and the main part of the Amʹmon·ites. 42 And he will keep thrusting out his hand against the lands; and as regards the land of Egypt, she will not escape. 43 And he will rule over the hidden treasures of gold and silver and over all the desirable things of Egypt. And the Libʹy·ans and the E·thi·oʹpi·ans will be at his steps. 44 “But reports out of the east and out of the north will disturb him, and he will go out in a great rage to annihilate and to devote many to destruction. 45 And he will plant his royal tents between the grand sea and the holy mountain of Decoration; and he will come all the way to his end, and there will be no helper for him. 12 “During that time Miʹcha·el will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of your people. And there will occur a time of distress such as has not occurred since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, everyone who is found written down in the book. 2 And many of those asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some to everlasting life and others to reproach and to everlasting contempt.
Since we are in the final minutes of this system of things we need to make sure now more then ever what God truly requires. It will preserve our lives and many will make it through the tribulation that is about to occur into the new system. Meaning they will not see death but survive to see love ones they have lost be resurrected. We need to keep in mind when God warned of things that were about to occur God’s people believe and trusted him and adjusted their life styles and sometimes even had to completely change their lives to survive some like Lot had to leave everything behind and start over again. In times of famine they had to store up food in order to make it through the famine. I will cover the things that are about to occur and try the best I can to show how we may be able to prepare for them in my next article.
(Matthew 7:21-27)21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day: ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them: ‘I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness!’ 24 “Therefore, everyone who hears these sayings of mine and does them will be like a discreet man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain poured down and the floods came and the winds blew and lashed against that house, but it did not cave in, for it had been founded on the rock. 26 Furthermore, everyone hearing these sayings of mine and not doing them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 And the rain poured down and the floods came and the winds blew and struck against that house, and it caved in, and its collapse was great.”

(Luke 21:34-36)34 “But pay attention to yourselves that your hearts never become weighed down with overeating and heavy drinking and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day be instantly upon you 35 as a snare. For it will come upon all those dwelling on the face of the whole earth. 36 Keep awake, then, all the time making supplication that you may succeed in escaping all these things that must occur and in standing before the Son of man.”
(Matthew 22:35-40) . . .in the Law, tested him by asking: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 The second, like it, is this: ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.”
(Philippians 4:4-7)4 Always rejoice in the Lord. Again I will say, Rejoice! 5 Let your reasonableness become known to all men. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.
We cannot let fears and anxieties of this system shape how we live our lives. Not let ourselves get overwhelmed by things because very soon things are going to happen we can do nothing about. We have to stay focused , remain faithful and trust Jehovah God and our king Jesus Christ. We need not worry about things we can do nothing about or dwell on them but keep the future hope in mind and have full confidence the promises that gives us the future hope will be fulfilled. Soon all the wickedness, illness, violence, death and many other bad things will be done away with and there will be a new system where those things will never occur again.
(1 Peter 5:6-11)6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time, 7 while you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 8 Keep your senses, be watchful! Your adversary, the Devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone. 9 But take your stand against him, firm in the faith, knowing that the same kind of sufferings are being experienced by the entire association of your brothers in the world. 10 But after you have suffered a little while, the God of all undeserved kindness, who called you to his everlasting glory in union with Christ, will himself finish your training. He will make you firm, he will make you strong, he will firmly ground you. 11 To him be the might forever. Amen.
(Romans 12:1, 2) 12 Therefore, I appeal to you by the compassions of God, brothers, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, a sacred service with your power of reason. 2 And stop being molded by this system of things, but be transformed by making your mind over, so that you may prove to yourselves the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
(Matthew 6:33, 34)33 “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you. 34 So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.
(1 Corinthians 3:16, 17)16 Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that the spirit of God dwells in you? 17 If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple.
(Revelation 13:16-18)16 It puts under compulsion all people—the small and the great, the rich and the poor, the free and the slaves—that these should be marked on their right hand or on their forehead, 17 and that nobody can buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name. 18 This is where it calls for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a man’s number, and its number is 666.
The king of the North will bring down many natiorns. It will attack true worship which will be the only religion left because of their refusal to turn their backs on God and bow to the beast. When this occurs there will be a great tribulation but this is not a fearful time because it means the new system and the resurrection is near and the bible promises us that God’s people will escape. Then the resurrection follow shortly after.
(Daniel 11:40-12:2)40 “In the time of the end the king of the south will engage with him in a pushing, and against him the king of the north will storm with chariots and horsemen and many ships; and he will enter into the lands and sweep through like a flood. 41 He will also enter into the land of the Decoration, and many lands will be made to stumble. But these are the ones that will escape out of his hand: Eʹdom and Moʹab and the main part of the Amʹmon·ites. 42 And he will keep thrusting out his hand against the lands; and as regards the land of Egypt, she will not escape. 43 And he will rule over the hidden treasures of gold and silver and over all the desirable things of Egypt. And the Libʹy·ans and the E·thi·oʹpi·ans will be at his steps. 44 “But reports out of the east and out of the north will disturb him, and he will go out in a great rage to annihilate and to devote many to destruction. 45 And he will plant his royal tents between the grand sea and the holy mountain of Decoration; and he will come all the way to his end, and there will be no helper for him. 12 “During that time Miʹcha·el will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of your people. And there will occur a time of distress such as has not occurred since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, everyone who is found written down in the book. 2 And many of those asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some to everlasting life and others to reproach and to everlasting contempt.
Since we are in the final minutes of this system of things we need to make sure now more then ever what God truly requires. It will preserve our lives and many will make it through the tribulation that is about to occur into the new system. Meaning they will not see death but survive to see love ones they have lost be resurrected. We need to keep in mind when God warned of things that were about to occur God’s people believe and trusted him and adjusted their life styles and sometimes even had to completely change their lives to survive some like Lot had to leave everything behind and start over again. In times of famine they had to store up food in order to make it through the famine. I will cover the things that are about to occur and try the best I can to show how we may be able to prepare for them in my next article.
(Matthew 7:21-27)21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day: ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them: ‘I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness!’ 24 “Therefore, everyone who hears these sayings of mine and does them will be like a discreet man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain poured down and the floods came and the winds blew and lashed against that house, but it did not cave in, for it had been founded on the rock. 26 Furthermore, everyone hearing these sayings of mine and not doing them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 And the rain poured down and the floods came and the winds blew and struck against that house, and it caved in, and its collapse was great.”
(Revelation 7:9, 10)9 After this I saw, and look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands. 10 And they keep shouting with a loud voice, saying: “Salvation we owe to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
(Revelation 21:1-4) 21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Perriwinkle (Vinca minor)
Perriwinkle has potent anti-oxidant, antibacterial and antitumor properties.
Perriwinkle improves blood flow to the brain. It also improves cellular glucose uptake which would imcrease endurance and improve mental function. Because it improves blood flow it helps protect the body from ischemia and hypoxia. There are many Vinca species but Vinca minor has been found the most effective at protecting and healing the brain. It Perriwinkle is high in chlorogenic acid which has many healing properties including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Perriwinkle can help to prevent stroke and it also speeds recovery from stroke up and helps to prevent the brain damage that usually occurs during strokes. I am mainly speaking of Vinca minor because it is the species of Perriwinkle that contains vinpocetine which is a very potent neuroprotectant and protect the brain from injury and improves brain function. It is so effective at healing the brain that it has been used to correct certain types of birth defects that cause a child to have seizures.
Perriwinkles antioxidant effects comes from the fact it not only activates Nrf2 but stabilizes it preventing it from malfunctioning.
I could not find any toxicity studies so I do not know the side effects other then a few studies mentioning that some using it developed a rash. I would say if you use this one then use it in moderation once you have healed and just use it once in a while to maintain health. With no toxicity studies being done I would use this one wisely.

Butcher’s Broom (Ruscus aculeatus)
It has very potent anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates enzymes in the body that heals blood vessels, soft tissue and cartilage in the body. This should benefit those who have been injured by fluoroquinolones, glyphosate or any other of the many man made things that cause soft tissue to break down in the body. Infection can also cause this to occur and Butcher’s broom helps to block this from happening during infection.
It blocks TLR4 so it would also help reduces the symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease and interstitial cystitis. This would also prevent organ damage cause by inflammatory disease.
Butcher’s broom not only blocks the effects of the toxins and infection but can reverse the fibrosis they have caused in organs.
Severe infection, mold toxins, or the previous methods of injury I mentioned can damage the blood vessels which makes it difficult for blood to return to the heart. This also results in varicose veins. Butchers broom helps to correct this and helps to restore proper blood flow in the blood vessels. The improved blood flow should help those who have legs swelling. This also would help those who are prone to getting hemorrhoids.
Something that surprised me about butcher’s broom is it is very effective against bacteria that infect the gut and lungs.
Nuerological damage causes orthostatic hypotension. Damage to neurons in the heart causes the heart to lose the ability to increase blood pressure rapidly enough when a person stands or there is an increased demand for blood in the body. This causes dizziness and muscle weakness. Many who have been injured by flouroquinolones or who have had tick born illness know this as POTS. Butchers broom helps to correct this.
Excess consumption of butchers broom can decrease absorption of minerals in the body so do not use super high doses use it in moderation. Excess consumption can cause stomach issues, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. A person should take no more then 200 mg a day.
Butchers broom is an a-adrenergic stimulator. This would help those who are hypoinsulemic and hypoglycemic. It would increase the production of glucose by increasing fat burning but it may cause ketoacidosis in those with type 1 diabetes by increasing ketone levels.
