These are the things i have seen people use in groups on Facebook and they seemed to have very good results form using them. Some I have used and found them to be very effective when I was herxing from Lyme.
If you are not doing your best to eat organic and avoid GMO and foods that are high in glyphosate and other farm chemicals you will be fighting a losing battle.
These are the herbs and supplements I used that I noticed very good results from . Rooibos tea, Pau Darco tea, Dandelion tea, Sumac berry tea, burdock root, sarsparilla, Cleavers was amazing at cleaning out my lymph glands it is also known as bestraw. Rehmannia really improved my energy levels.
A drink made with lemon, water, 1/8 teaspoon of aluminum free cream of tartar, and a little sea salt or himalayan salt, raw honey to taste.
A tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar with in a cup of water with a little raw honey.
glutathione and melatonin helped me a lot. Before taking melatonin a person has to make sure their vitamin D levels are not low. NAC helps but should only be taken about three times a week. Bromelain helped me a lot with reducing toxins and inflammation. Betaine also known as trymethylglycine (TMG) help reduce toxins and improve some metabolic pathway function in the body. Vitamin C helps but should not be taken in high dose. High dose vitamin C can destroy red blood cells and chelate minerals from the body. There are hydrogen supplements a person can get that you dissolve in water. The water has to be drank quickly because after about twenty minute the levels of hydrogen in the water becomes reduced. Tumeric is very healing but if taken in high dose or for too long it can cause anemia because it chelates minerals from the body. Milk thistle is great for healing but high in iron so most likely should not be taken daily so a person does not increase iron levels to high.
Doing yoga, bouncing and lymphatic massage helps to drain the lymphatic system.
Activated charcoal helps to keep endotoxins and other toxins from being reabsorbed into the body.
Soaking in epsom salt then getting 20 minutes of far infrared or sunlight.
Licorice root helps a lot but should not be drank daily because it can cause salt retention.
These are a list of herbs I have seen others have good results with but I never tried myself. Forsythia, Jasminoides, New Jersey tea (Caenothus Americnus), terminalia chebula, Bayberry, Coptis,
Getting light in the morning and shutting lights out at night is very important because our detoxing is regulated by our circadian rhythm. Even if we cannot sleep it is important to lay down with the lights out. It teaches our body that is the time to rest and can help to correct our biological clock.
It is very important to make sure your water is not high in iron because well water high in iron is the number one cause of Alzheimers and Parkinson’s. Excess iron is the body is very damaging and can build up in the brain and organs causing damage. Make sure your water does not contain chlorine or fluoride they are very toxic and damaging to the body. If you drink bottled water make sure it is BPA free. There are filters you can put on water faucet to reduce the toxins exposure.
It is very important to increase feel good hormone they prevent inflammation which can block detox pathways. Ways to do this are to do puzzles, or play a game, have a hobby like knitting or even model building. Humming or singing stimulates the vagus nerve which improves brain health. Laughing also increases feel good hormones. Getting a massage can help. Hugging and caressing increases the feel good hormones.
Meditate on things that relax you. Yoga has been found to improve mental health.
