As the centuries go by mans life span is getting shorter and shorter. This is because we no longer put our trust in the things God has given us but we are trusting man. The bible warns about putting our trust in man. God has given us what we need to remain healthy but many do not take advantage of them and continue to listen to man and their flawed science. The more man is taught to trust man more then God the sicker the human race is becoming. God gave us what we need to remain health we need to do our best to acquire those things. We are seeing mans arrogance coming to a finality. This started in the garden of Eden when Satan convinced Adam and Eve we do not need God to guide and teach us. We are now seeing the end results of man guiding ourselves. In doing so we are destroying the earth. The destruction of our environment has dramatic negative effects on our health. This is why we need to do our best to maintain a healthy spiritual and physical environment as we can. Because we would be questioning the ways of the world we may be viewed as crazy but would you rather be sick? Something to take note of only 20% of medical treatment now days is backed by valid science the rest is speculation. While many naturals have been proven in clinical trials. Yet people fear the things God gave us and trust corrupt man because they have been indoctrinated to fear those things to fatten the pockets of those who profit from illness.
Man is turning away from the things God has given us to remain healthy. For example God had Israel eat bitter herbs when they consumed meat. Bitter herbs improve digestion. Meat is very difficult to digest. By eating bitter herbs when a person eats meat it would prevent them having issues with digesting the meat. The leaves of many tress are very healing. The bible even told us this. In some areas the apostle were in drinking the water could cause stomach problems. The apostle Paul recommended they drink wine instead of water. It has been found the stomach problems the water they were drinking cause can be corrected by drinking a little wine. Some of the most healing herbs are myrrh, cinnamon and olive oil. They apparently were aware of this in the bible because they put a high value on them.
Most infectious diseases can be linked to specific nutrient deficiencies. For example RNA viruses such as chicken pox and Covid can be linked to zinc and vitamin D deficiencies. Malnourishment causes immune deficiencies. Then there are fad diets some restrict and even omit carbohydrate intake. This causes many health issues because the cells need carbohydrates to function and the immune system cannot function without carbohydrates. The chemicals sprayed on modern crops make it into our food supply and causes chronic illness and they also chelate nutrients from the soil and from the plants. Those who eat foods containing these chemicals end up chelating the nutrients from their bodies. Many medications cause nutrient deficiencies.
Our gut microbiome make up 80% of our immune system. Modern day medications and foods are destroying our microbiome. Not only that but most foods are toxic to the body until the microbiome breaks them down producing the metabolites the body needs to stay healthy. Man has genetically altered plants and spliced genes in them that make the plant produce a toxin that causes the body to react the same way it would if a person had mild food poisoning. So could you imagine people who eat these every day. They are giving themselves what is comparable to mild food poisoning. The cumulative effects of this over their life time is dramatic. This is why so much chronic illness is rampant. Our microbiome have been shown to modulate our genes more then our own bodies do. So when they are destroyed so are our bodies.
Stress , anxieties of life, trauma and fear have all been shown to have a dramatic negative impact on our health. Having faith in God give us hope in the future promise and removes all fears even fear of death. Faith in God will help give us peace of mind during hard times. Reading God’s word daily reminds us that he does love us and is going to give us a brighter future and that better times are coming. God is very aware of our needs. Some of us will struggle but I can tell you from personal experience he has never left me down.
The bible warns that very hard times are going to come very soon. This is a sign that better times are very very near. We need not fear but we need to endure to the end so we can see the future promises . We should not leave the fears and anxieties of this world weaken our faith but keep our eyes on the future promises and what they will bring.
Very soon there will be no more death, sadness, tears of sadness, crime, violence, wars, hatred or the many other things that cause harm and sadness in this world. Better times are coming and they are very very near. There are still sheep to be found if this system has not ended. We need to do our best to teach others about God and the future promises so they to can have hope. The bible tells us many will walk through the great tribulation. They will get to see their loved ones they lost in death during the resurrection.
(Exodus 12:8) 8 “‘They must eat the meat on this night. They should roast it over the fire and eat it along with unleavened bread and bitter greens.
(Ezekiel 47:12) 12 “All sorts of trees for food will grow on both banks of the stream. Their leaves will not wither; nor will their fruitage fail. Each month they will bear new fruit, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruitage will serve as food and their leaves for healing.”
(1 Timothy 5:23) 23 Do not drink water any longer, but take a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent cases of sickness.
(Exodus 30:22-24) . . .: 23 “Next, take the choicest perfumes: 500 units of solidified myrrh, and half that amount, 250 units, of sweet cinnamon, 250 units of sweet calamus, 24 and 500 units of cassia, measured by the standard shekel of the holy place, along with a hin of olive oil.
(Song of Solomon 4:13-15) 13 Your shoots are a paradise of pomegranates With the choicest fruits, with henna along with spikenard plants, 14 Spikenard and saffron, cane and cinnamon, With all sorts of trees of frankincense, myrrh, and aloes, Along with all the finest perfumes. 15 You are a garden spring, a well of fresh water, And flowing streams from Lebʹa·non.
(Genesis 1:29, 30) 29 Then God said: “Here I have given to you every seed-bearing plant that is on the entire earth and every tree with seed-bearing fruit. Let them serve as food for you. 30 And to every wild animal of the earth and to every flying creature of the heavens and to everything moving on the earth in which there is life, I have given all green vegetation for food.” And it was so.
(Proverbs 17:22) 22 A joyful heart is good medicine, But a crushed spirit saps one’s strength.
(Proverbs 18:14) 14 A person’s spirit can sustain him through illness, But who can bear a crushed spirit?
(Isaiah 35:4) 4 Say to those who are anxious at heart: “Be strong. Do not be afraid. Look! Your own God will come with vengeance, God will come with retribution. He will come and save you.”
(Isaiah 40:31) 31 But those hoping in Jehovah will regain power. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary; They will walk and not tire out.”
(Luke 12:22-31) 22 Then he said to his disciples: “That is why I say to you, stop being anxious about your lives as to what you will eat or about your bodies as to what you will wear. 23 For the life is worth more than food and the body more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens: They neither sow seed nor reap; they have neither barn nor storehouse; yet God feeds them. Are you not worth much more than birds? 25 Who of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his life span? 26 If, therefore, you cannot do such a small thing, why be anxious about the remaining things? 27 Consider how the lilies grow: They neither toil nor spin; but I tell you that not even Solʹo·mon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. 28 Now if this is how God clothes the vegetation in the field that today exists and tomorrow is cast into an oven, how much more will he clothe you, you with little faith! 29 So stop seeking what you will eat and what you will drink, and stop being in anxious suspense; 30 for all these are the things the nations of the world are eagerly pursuing, but your Father knows you need these things. 31 Instead, keep seeking his Kingdom, and these things will be added to you.
(Matthew 6:25) 25 “On this account I say to you: Stop being anxious about your lives as to what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your bodies as to what you will wear. Does not life mean more than food and the body than clothing?
(Jeremiah 29:11, 12) 11 “‘For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,’ declares Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope. 12 And you will call me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.’
(Titus 2:11-14) 11 For the undeserved kindness of God has been manifested, bringing salvation to all sorts of people. 12 It trains us to reject ungodliness and worldly desires and to live with soundness of mind and righteousness and godly devotion amid this present system of things, 13 while we wait for the happy hope and glorious manifestation of the great God and of our Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to set us free from every sort of lawlessness and to cleanse for himself a people who are his own special possession, zealous for fine works.
(Romans 12:12-16) 12 Rejoice in the hope. Endure under tribulation. Persevere in prayer. 13 Share with the holy ones according to their needs. Follow the course of hospitality. 14 Keep on blessing those who persecute; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep. 16 Have the same attitude toward others as toward yourselves; do not set your mind on lofty things, but be led along with the lowly things. Do not become wise in your own eyes.
(Revelation 21:1-4) 21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
(John 5:28-30) 28 Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. 30 I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative. Just as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him who sent me.
(Isaiah 65:17) 17 For look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth; And the former things will not be called to mind, Nor will they come up into the heart.
(Psalm 37:29) 29 The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.
