Heat Shock Proteins and their effects on our health.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

HSP70 has it’s benefits if done in moderation. Always keep in mind homeostasis should be the goal.

HSP70 is found to be high in those with skin disorders. So those with dermititis would want to reduce HSP70

HSP70 redulates angeotensin II, it reduces inflammation in the renal system but if a person is deficient in vitamin D it could cause inflammation in the cardiovascular system.

Sulfation is very improtant in the regulation of HSP. If we have sulfation issues or high sulfite levels to need to be addressed for HSP to function properly. Sulfation issues also effect the Nrf2 pathways which is also responsible for HSP homeostasis. Nrf2 is the master regulator of the antioxidant system.

What they don’t want you to know about cancer and why so many children are getting it.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

Cancer has taken a dramatic climb, so has autoimmune disorders. Notice the word play they use? When it is caused by modern medicine they use disorder to avoid the negativity that comes with the word disease. Much of the autoimmune disorders now days can be linked to modern medicine. Autoimmunity can lead and often does lead to cancer. Cancer is one of the most profitable forms of medicine. So they do not want you to know what is really causing cancer, they make too much money from peoples ignorance of the true causes. When I was younger cancer was rare , you did not hear of people getting it very often. I watched many who smoked all their lives die from old age. This made me question what was really causing cancer. Though smoking increases the risk of cancer I kept asking myself why do I see more dying from cancer who don’t smoke then the ones who do. The commonality I seen is many who smoked did not go to the doctors much and grew much of their own food. It took me many years of observing things to put this together in my head. But now that I have, I decided I will show others what I was seeing.

If you look at the statistics it shows that the very diseases they claim to be eradicating actually claim and become more deadly as vaccine rates go up. They call that anecdotal evidence. I call that much more then a coincidence and it is their way of gas lighting to put a smoke screen up. When they intoduced the HPV vaccine cancer took a dramatic climb.

Many of the things in our homes and foods have been found to cause cancer.

https://www.naturalnewsblogs.com/13-ways-uncover-cancer-causing-toxins-home/

The BT Toxin in genetically modified crops has been found to be toxic. This makes up 80% of our food supply imagine what it is doing to the childrens genes. So our foods are not toxic and the toxins is grown inside the genes of the plants so this is not something that can be washed off.

The herbicides and BT Toxins combined are even more toxic.

https://enveurope.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/s12302-014-0014-5

There are hundred of farm chemicals found in our food supply but I am only going to mention the two most used. Many of the herbicides and pesticides used on our food have been found to cause cancer. You cannot wash glyphosate or glufosinate off because it gets taken up by the plants. Glyphosate the herbicide used on GMO crops and is also used to dry beans , grains and many other things has been found to contibute to breast cancer.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0278691513003633?via%3Dihub

Since it has been shown glyphosate is also found in the womb , it stands to reason that glyphosate causes endometrial hyperplasia which can lead to cancer.

What makes things worse is the herbicides they use on crops chelate the nutrients out of the plants so they fortify the food with vitamins. But the vitamins are man made and not natural so they contribute to cancer. Plus all the foods are fortified with iron and many have been found to have high iron levels which causes cancer. For example folic acid which is man made is often used interchangeably with folate, but they are very different. Folic Acid is man made and the body makes very little of the enzyme needed to break it down. The excess folic acid enters the blood stream and has been shown to cause cancer and mental illness.

They fortify foods with iron which is resulting in people having high iron levels. They do this to try and compensate for the nutrient deficiencies caused by the farm chemicals chelating the nutrients out and from the loss of nutrients from over farming.

With the dramatic climb in chronic illness people should be questioning things. The U.S. has the highest infant mortality rate in the industrialized world. These things should be raising alarm bells and should be opening peoples eyes to the reality of modern medicine. It is clear modern medicine is making things worse not better.

https://www.naturalnews.com/022332_disease_medicine_germs.html

The list of things that cause cancer goes on and on. Antibiotics kill the good gut bacteria which increases the risk of cancer. Many medications cause leaky gut which causes systematic inflammation which has been shown to lead to cancer. Many medications have been shown to damage the mitochondria which leads to cancer. The younger a child is subjected to these things the more their risk for cancer increases.

Things that may help with COPD and Asthma.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Many of these things will help with asthma also because they reduce inflammation and histamines. Oxidative stress is a major cause of chronic illness including COPD.

http://erj.ersjournals.com/content/39/6/1368

Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0009898103004534

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

https://drjockers.com/oxidative-stress-test/

So far this is what they know about asthma and allergies. I have looked at many studies on allergies and asthma and I do not know why they do not see it but in all the studies the cytokines they mention are stimulated by inflammation. Which indicates there is a problem that needs addressed and asthma is a symptom not the cause. It seems the thing to do now days though is to look at the symptoms and not the cause. What has happened to science that has caused them to become blind to the whole picture? They only look at symptoms and how to treat them instead of trying to find the cause.  I compare that to having a flat tire. The air continually leaks out. Instead of trying to find why the air leaks out you try to figure out how to prevent the air leaking out without addressing the cause. Wouldn’t it be easier to find the cause of the leaking air and repair it if possible?

https://www.atsjournals.org/doi/full/10.1164/ajrccm.164.supplement_1.2103024

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5800381/

When someone does figure out what the problem is they seem to go to extremes to solve the problem. Instead of looking for the cause of the inflammation they try to figure out how to prevent the inflammation. As with the flat tire, would it not be easier to find the cause like maybe a leaky valve stem or a nail in the tire and patch the tire or replace the valve stem. There are many causes of inflammation, heavy metals, an imbalance in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Diets are too high in Omega 6 now days and Omega 3 levels need to be higher then Omega 6.  Over consumption of processed sugar causes inflammation. Infection can cause inflammation. Also it can be caused by vaccine injury that causes a T cell imbalance. The list of causes goes on and on.

Synergistic Illness.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Mitochondria regulate our immune response and oxidative stress. Many things can cause mitochondria dysfunction. This can lead to metabolic issues, excess oxidative stress and autoimmunity which can lead to cancer and other chronic illness.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6052888/

As you read this you will come to realize why so many are getting Lyme disease and many other illnesses. Our bodies are under assault by fake science also known as corporate science. The science it is based on has been proven wrong yet they push it as fake. Because of that many have developed chronic illness.  Learning how the immune system really works is the first steps to healing.

There are many things that effect our immune system. The amount of toxins in the body, oxidative stress, infections, vaccine injury, processed foods, GMOs and farm chemicals. How we address immune related issues depends on what caused them and the what health problems we have. For example many things cause inflammation which has a dramatic effect on the immune system. Some things will cause mast cell activation which can cause the body to turn on itself. Most illnesses you will find are an autoimmune issue. Inflammation and oxidative stress are the main contributors to autoimmunity. Immunity does not work like pharmaceutical science states it does. They are either lying or doing some of the worst scientific research in the history of man. If you read how the vaccine producers claim vaccines give immunity you will see the very things they claim help the vaccine give immunity are found to be common in autoimmune disorders. They in some way have come to believe stimulating the very things that cause dysfunction in the immune system would impart immunity. How would disabling the immune system impart immunity? I cannot bring myself to believe they are not aware of those facts. If you read the information believe you will see why vaccine will never work. Our immune system works nothing like the fake corporate science leads people to believe it does.

This is just a partial list of the things that are causing modern day illness. There are many other things like heavy metal, and other toxins. If I get time I will update this.

Oxidative stress contributes to chronic illness and cancer. You will hear it mentioned often. There is a test for oxidative stress. It is the Urinary 8-OHdG test.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0009898103004534?via%3Dihub

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

https://drjockers.com/oxidative-stress-test/

They are incorrect about so many things for example they claim genetics cause disease but that is being proven wrong more and more.

http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0154387

They claim antibodies prove immunity but antibodies aren’t even required for immunity.

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/03/120301143426.htm

A break down of our environment effects our health.

https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fimmu.2017.01501/full

Autophagy is required to develop immunity but I truly believe it should be to develop a symbiont relationship.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29654322

Now inflammation and autophagy work together but the toxins in vaccines cause inflammation. So this would mean it would cause a dis-regulation of autophagy.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5933864/

Vaccine producers themselves say they need to cause inflammation for the vaccine to be effective. They are effective at producing autoimmunity because of their fake science.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28741088

Now when you read the research it becomes clear allergies and asthma are caused by inflammation. Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. My question is why do they not look for the cause? Do they already know it is vaccine injury so dance around it to prevent being exposed? Vaccinations are known to make people more susceptible to getting allergies and asthma. Also sugar causes inflammation which will make us more susceptible to allergies and asthma. Many toxins in our food now days cause inflammation and the ingredients in our foods are based on the honor system. The government expects the manufacturers to self regulate what they put in foods for the most part.

https://blog.healthmatters.io/2018/07/27/what-is-gamma-globulin-function-interpretation/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5800381/

Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. It is a common theme now days. They dance around the cause of any illness because they know what it is. They also know they will expose powerful people if they try addressing the cause so they go into cover up mode. Treat the symptoms instead of the cause so they do not expose those responsible for the cause.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5698748/

https://www.achooallergy.com/learning/chronic-inflammation-chronic-disease/

For example a high salt diet can cause an imbalance in gut bacteria which leads to hypertension. Eating habits are passed down from our parents. Even how we interact with others is not genetic, but is determined by the health of our gut microbiome.

https://microbiomejournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40168-018-0466-8#main-content

The whole theory behind vaccinations is severely flawed. They are so flawed that vaccinations have caused diseases to develop that are worse then the ones they are supposedly protecting people from.

They have discovered that adaptive immunity is not how our bodies protect themselves.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3359130/

http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/herd-immunity-flawed-science-and-mass-vaccination-failures

Studies like this frustrate me. Cholesterol is an antioxidant, when there is high oxLDL it indicates that there is either a high toxin level, or an infection. These studies seem to over look that even though they know that cholesterol is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. It means the cholesterol is doing it’s job. They are looking at a symptoms instead of looking for the cause. Even lowering inflammation will not get rid of the oxLDL they have to address the cause. It is not the cholesterol making the T cell levels go up but it is the oxLDL because that is telling the body something is wrong.

Vaccinations and autoimmunity.

They shoot toxins and pathogens directly into the blood stream and they still don’t know how the immune system works. There is no valid science surrounding vaccinations. Those who get vaccinated are the figurative lab rats. The government has never research the safety of vaccinations which they are required to do by law. The dangerous impact vaccine have on our health has been well studied and documented. The vaccine manufactures were having to pay so much out for the injuries and death that occurred the government passed a bill to protect them from the harm they do. They are not required to test the vaccines for safety but the government is supposed to. They illegally have never tested them for safety or even tracked their safety record. To keep the vaccine manufactures from going bankrupt they had to setup the vaccine injury compensation fund which pays out millions a year. The government themselves admit that most vaccine injury goes unreported. Most likely because doctors have no training concerning vaccinations. They do not know what is in them or how to identify vaccine injury and probably never will be because much of the major educational institutions are heavily funded by the pharmaceutical companies.

Because vaccinations are based on theories that have been proven wrong they cannot work and will only cause more illness that are more virulent . They cause things that usually help us and do good for the body to become pathogens. I could post hundreds of studies showing that vaccine make pathogens more virulent.

The problem with this study is that it is pretty much invalid. They use folate which is natural interchangeably with folic acid which is man made. The body does not have issues with folate but our bodies only produce a small amount of the hormones needed to break down man made folic acid. The rest goes into our blood stream causing issues with many receptors in the body and it increases our risk for cancer. The environmental factor they are missing in this study is probably that they were using folic acid instead of folate. The way they used the terms interchangeably made it difficult to tell by the study which they really meant. But issues with the folate cycle can cause immune issues. In my opinion it is most likely from high levels of folic acid.

Modern medicine is not based on real science, it is corporate and special interest science. Or what science has wrong.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and information purposes. I have more I will be adding to this later.

Keep in mind businesses and governments accepted science as proven , only to find out that scientist were wrong. This has happened many times throughout history and even happens in our times. It takes centuries for man to accept the true science. For example they still teach that photosynthesis does not occur in humans but it does and we are actually more efficient then plants at it.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4125832/

https://www.omicsonline.org/human-photosynthesis-and-alzheimers-disease-2153-2435.S15-005.php?aid=5999

When you hear the words the science is settled it usually means they are trying to hide something because historically science is never settled. Many times in history they have killed scientist that opposed the supposed settled science, only to find out decades later they were correct. Here is an example of unsettled science. Now they claim the earths core is solid.

http://science.sciencemag.org/content/362/6412/329

I got very very ill. Allopathic medicine was making me worse. So I decided to start reading the research to see why I was getting sicker instead of better. As I read the studies done by the pharmaceutical industry I noticed that their studies were full of errors, conditional and confirmation bias. The studies read more like an advertisement and they would leave data out of their studies that did not fit their conclusion and would explain away inconsistencies. So I started looking for other research.

They claim genetics cause disease but more and more they are finding that is not true.

http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0154387

What I found is most modern allopathic medicine is not based on science. It is unlikely real science will be performed by them because their main concern is about keeping their stock holders happy. They supply much of the funds that are used for modern day research so even many of the educational institutions have sold out. Their concern isn’t about doing valid scientific research but putting documents out that appear to be research and then promoting it as valid science. Another problem is allopathic medicine is 30 to 50 years behind the valid science.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC156458/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5914207/

The pharmeceutical companies spend billions trying to reproduce the results of previous experiments only to find out they cannot. Yet if you read the other studies the studies with the positive results are published and the ones that could not be reproduced are buried.

http://journals.plos.org/plosbiology/article?id=10.1371/journal.pbio.1002165

Many of the decisions doctors make are not based on science but their beliefs. Since that is the case we need to consider what would shape those beliefs.

http://www.nber.org/papers/w19320

An example of medicine being fake is stents do not extend life or lower the risk of mortality yet they still use them.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/1108733

Another example of fake medicine is hormone replacement therapy. Though it was found to be ineffective it is still used.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK97827/

Hormone treatment in some cases was even shown to increase the risk of heart disease yet they still use it.

https://ebm.bmj.com/content/10/3/74.full

https://www.cochrane.org/CD002003/HTN_beta-blockers-hypertension

This study says it takes ten years for medical practice to catch up to the science. This is generous because many medical practices have been proven wrong decades ago and they are still heavily relied on. For example the research surrounding Lyme disease from decades ago was proven to be outright fraudulent research yet it is still heavily relied on by the medical community. The corruptions surrounding Lyme runs deep so it is unlikely Lyme patients will ever get proper treatment or even be treated like the victims they are. They will continue to be swept under the carpet by society.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/209653

http://www.actionlyme.org/080430_RICO_CABAL_CAVES.htm

https://www.truthcures.org/charge-sheets

Another example of fake medicine is blood pressure medication being used to prevent high blood pressure in those with type 2 diabetes. It has been shown to have no benefits but many side effects. So why do they use it when science shows it does not work. Could it be the money made from prescribing the medications and the permanent customer they are creating from all the side effects and harm to the body many medications cause?

https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1001286

Often times clinical trials end up not translating over into real world patients. Yet they continue the same treatment , even if evidence around them shows they do not work.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaoncology/article-abstract/2585039#.WC31y2jQyOA.twitter

The sad thing is most published research findings are false now days.

http://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.0020124

Real science has been lost, it has reached the point of being ridiculous. Studies show that everything you eat cures and causes cancer. No wonder people are so confused , who do they believe? Is real science dead? No it is not there are still ones who will publish their results no matter what the scientific community thinks because they know it is the right thing to do. That takes courage.

Burning scalp and skin, brown blotches, possible hair loss. What could be causing it? Substance P.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

Burning in the scalp that may radiate across your face and down your spine. When it gets more severe you will get restless legs and pain in the feet. Your hair may start falling out. To stop my hair from falling out I put 5 drops of tea tree oil in 8 ounces of Jojoba oil it also stopped the burning in my skin. It may be difficult to wear clothing because the skin may be uncomfortable or even painful to the touch. Women may experience vaginal discomfort. You also will experience pain in the body that moves around, especially in the chest.

This is caused by high Substance P levels and the condition is called Trichodynia. Substance P levels become raised when there is inflammation in the nerves especially in the central nervous system.

I did find it odd that these things also help with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I will need to see if there is a substance P and PCOS connection.

Most of the medical community has been taught to try and prescribe psych meds for this. That tell me that allopathic medicine does not know how to deal with it. Anytime they prescribe psych meds for a physical illness it means they lack the knowledge to know what to do so they try to offer comfort through pills thinking they can make you forget the pain.

Some things that help lower substance P.

Tryptophan this list of foods contained some GMOs and most know the harm they do especdially GMO soy and corn. https://plenteousveg.com/tryptophan-foods/

Identifying vaccine injury and it’s cost to society.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for information and educational puposes.

Our tax dollars support those disabled by vaccine injury and the numbers are in the thousands. With many state mandating vaccinations the numbers are going to increase. Medical professionals or not trained to identify or report vaccine injury. Most will try and sweep it under the carpet. When someone make a trip to the doctors for sudden unexplained illness they rarely look at their vaccine injury so most of the time it goes unreported. They do not look at vaccine history in the emergency room either. As the number of people injured goes up they will have to raise taxes to pay the disability for those permanently maimed by vaccinations.

Do not sign vaccine refusal forms. They can be used against you as proof of child neglect.

Vaccine injury does not only take a financial toll it take an emotional toll on the families effected , especially when a child dies from vaccine injury. Some become so disabled they become a special needs child and it takes a lot of work to take care of them. That can take a toll on families.

Some symptoms of vaccine injury are obvious. Others are not like. Sudden behavior changes , no longer makes eye contact, severe screaming, rash over whole body or the development of allergies. Most vaccine injury can take months to become apparent. It is very important to keep health journals before and after vaccinations . List allergies food intolerances, behavior, sleep patterns, skin complexion, gut status. Small things mean a lot. Keep copies of medical records. Adults can sue vaccine producers for vaccine injury. I wouldn’t doubt if people could sue for injury for pets. You cannot sue the vaccine manufacturers or those giving the vaccinations when a child is killed or injured by vaccinations. More are learning to identify vaccine injury so now they want to vaccinate the baby in the womb so the parents cannot see the vaccine injury. https://healthimpactnews.com/2015/dr-andrew-moulden-learning-to-identify-vaccine-damage/ http://immunizationalternatives.com/vaccine-injury-identify/

There are many diseases caused by vaccine injury. They will blame it on genetic inheritance to put a smoke screen up to hide the vaccine injury. It is very important to keep health journals and copies of all medical records. It is very difficult to get awarded money for your injuries. The better records you keep the better your chances are of being award for the vaccine injury or death of a family member.

Healing Interstitial Cystitis.

I still have a lot of things to ad but I have decided to put all the research I did when I was working on healing on one web page. Hope it helps.

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. It is for informational and educational purposes only. Please find a qualified naturopathic doctor with a proven history of good work. Allopathic medicine only treats the symptoms, naturopathic treats the cause. For reasons I don’t have time to discuss I do not like homeopathy although it does have some good things.

It takes a lot of research and self discipline to get into remission from interstitial cystitis but I know it can be down because I can eat and do many things now. When I do have flare ups they do not last more then a day or two. For the most part the things that help me have become a habit and a part of my life so I forget I have it sometimes unless I eat some GMOs or a lot of sugar or something else I shouldn’t be eating.

Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal. You can get a test to check oxidative stress levels.

https://www.ichelp.org/oxidative-damage-may-give-clues-to-icbps-diagnosis/

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

If you have bladder issues and are not certain what the problem is this is a pdf you can download that is a symptom profile for interstitial cystitis.

https://www.mdedge.com/jfponline/article/64347/womens-health/when-suspect-interstitial-cystitis

Interstitial Cystitis can be put in remission. There are many causes like toxins in our environment, pathogens. Mine is caused by Lyme disease. There are studies that have shown that up to 80% of those with interstitial cystitis have tick born illness. Vaccine injury is also a cause of interstitial cystitis. BT Toxins in GMOs and the glyphosate used on them can cause interstitial cystitis. I will try to list links to source to show the claims I make. These links list the possible causes. When we get an infection in the bladder it sheds and raises histamines and inflammation. This tell the body there is a problem and it will send an all out attack to try and get rid of pathogens or whatever is causing the problem. In those with interstitial cystitis the bladder get stuck in this cycle and the key is getting the inflammation down and getting the brain to believe that things are ok. That is why it is very important to address mental issues, health issues and reduce the inflammation, histamines and pain so the cycle can be stopped.

GP51 glycoprotein has been found to be deficient in those with IC. This causes the bladder to get stuck in a shedding and repair state. I have found adding source of glycoprotein to my diet helped me a lot. I did herx at first because glycoproteins also help kill pathogens.

Each persons IC is unique and has to be addressed according to their health issues. There is no a one size fits all protocol.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5798639/

I will list things that have helped my friends and I at the end of this article.

Each of us is unique we have to figure out the cause. Many of us have metabolic issues like inhibited sulfation or upregulated CBS or BH4 pathways which causes interstitial cystitis. All this can be caused by toxins, endotoxins from infection and the toxins in vaccinations which stay in the body for years. The key to going into remission is figuring out what our metabolic and immune issues are and addressing them. Many of the things I mentioned cause leaky gut so it must be healed. All the things I mentioned above cause high oxalate levels so we must watch our oxalate intake. Also high doses of vitamin C and vitamin D can cause oxalates so we must do those in moderation. Most recommend we do not do over 4000 IU of vitamin D a day. Because our skin can make vitamin D from sun light life guards have the highest incidence of kidney stones. Sun light is good and needed but do not over do it.

That being said I am going to list sites of people who have gotten their IC into remission. The reason I say remission many I know who have recovered still have temporary short term episodes but because we have learned how to recover they do not last long. So I believe we never fully get rid of IC.

Many of the things in this article helped me but you must make sure they are organic. There are many herbicide and pesticide residues on and in foods now and they will make us much worse. To learn more read my post on GMOs.

Many articles will mention cranberry but most IC sufferers have high oxalates and we must try our best to consume low oxalate foods. D-Mannose in cranberries does help the bladder and you can buy it as a separate supplement. I do not recommend cranberry juice for any bladder issues because of it’s oxalate content. Also it has a high acid level and many IC sufferers have acidosis. The things mentioned in the article below have helped many but they do promote cranberry juice which could cause problems in the bladder. When you see articles that mention cranberry juice take it with a grain of salt.

Epigallocatechon Gallate helps with IC unfortunately many of the foods that contain them are also high oxalate or high histamine. Green Tea if consumed in high quantities can raise histamine levels. Also get organic and from countries that have strict environmental laws. Tea from China has been found to be high in heavy metals and cadmium. Their are many pesticides and herbicides found on non organic teas.

Leaky gut, toxins especially aluminum in vaccines, fluoroquinolones, glyphosate and glufosinsate can cause glycosylation issues. This has been found to be a problem in IC.

Vaccinations, tick born illness and toxins like fluroquinolones, fluoride, lead and mercury can raise substance P levels. The symptoms are burning in the skin, especially in the scalp area and down the spine. Burning or tingling nerves. Substance P increases at night so symptoms get worse at night. If levels get too high it can cause the body to start attacking itself. Feverfew, chamomille, daisy and baking soda lower substance P.

I know it is hard to get over the trauma of our past and things that may have happened through our life. But studies have shown trauma can cause interstitial cystitis. It is very important to let negative things that have happened in our lives make us stronger. If not then the one who caused the trauma still has control by mentally victimizing us over and over again in our minds. We need to take that back and not give anyone that kind of power.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19863855

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28107899

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5067184/

When you have gotten all things addressed the histamines, mast cells, metabolic issues , inflammation and high substance P levels and learned to deal with stress and past trauma and the IC is still present then the brain is stuck in the shed and repair cycle. This can be caused by the pain in the bladder it signals the brain something is wrong. Many have had success with botulin toxin. It numbs the bladder for a while giving the brain time to reset. Some IC can be caused by spinal cord injury. This may help with that also.

Many who have IC have been found to be deficient in Cathelicidin. This is why vitamin D helps with IC. For those who are not converting their vitamin D to D3 you may want to supplement with D3 instead.

https://academic.oup.com/jid/article/211/7/1164/2910517

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2659525/

Cathelicidin deficiency inhibits our ability to fight pathogens. GMOs, fluoride, fluoroquinolones, mercury, lead, aluminum, glyphosate and glufosinsate inhibit our ability to convert vitamin D which would result in an inability to fight infection. Those who have high levels of these substances may benefit from taking vitamin D3.

https://bmcresnotes.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1756-0500-5-575

Butyrate found in butter and ghee and produced when we eat inulin (hard to digest fiber) increases Cathelicidin.

http://iai.asm.org/content/85/3/e00905-16.full

If you do not get inflammation addressed then your ability to make Cathelicidin will be inhibited no matter what your vitamin D status is.

https://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/339149

If the ability to produce Cathelicidin is not inhibited and you are producing too much Cathelicidin then you can develop thrombosis (blood clotting) and will develop more inflammation. Homeostasis is the goal. Do not over do things.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-03925-2

TH2 cytokines down regulate Cathelicidin so if you are TH2 dominant you will be deficient in Cathelicidin. This can cause skin issues to develop. So balancing our T cells is important.

Vaccine injury can raise zonulin levels, leaky gut caused by GMOs and toxins can also raise zonulin levels which can lead to IC. Also antibiotics and glyphosate can kill our good gut and bladder bacteria which regulates our tight junction protein layers which leads to IC. So in other words modern processed food can lead to IC. To find out more on GMOs look at my post on them.

Chemicals especially farm chemicals on our food, drugs especially fluorquinolones and many toxins can cause inflammation in the bladder which causes endothelin-1 over expression. This can lead to interstitial cystitis. If you look at IC research many of the things found in our foods and given as medication is used to cause ischemia-reperfusion in lab animals. This causes blood flow in the bladder to be disrupted which leads to IC. Endothelin-A agonist helps reduce the severity but it will not get rid of the problem. It is not mentioned in this study but Endothelin-A is a protein in a family that encodes histone acetyltransferases (HATS) and plays an important role in chromatin remodeling which is involved in DNA remodling and cell apoptosis (death) . Histones play a role in cell cycle progression and development. It controls endothelial growth. Over expression of ET-A increases inflammation. Withaferin A decreases ET-1 which may help with the inflammation and over expression of ET-1. Resveratrol found in grapes skins, grape seed extract and wine reduces ET-1.

Glyphosate, glufosinate, vaccine adjuvants, and heavy metals like mercury and lead can cause damge to the NMDA receptor. This has been found to be common in those with IC. I do not like this study because instead of addressing the cause they want to treat the symptoms which seems to be the main them of allopathic medicine. If I get a chance I will do a post on things that help repair the NMDA receptor. Mugwort, olive oil, CoQ10, P5P, and coconut oil have been found to help.

Tick born illness and mycoplasma inhibit IL 10, Our bodies use IL 10 to detect infections and rid the body of them. Then it will reduce inflammation. Inhibiting IL 10 causes excess inflammation. This cause the body to be unable to recognize the pathogen. When this happens the body will release hydrogen pyroxide which is a last ditch effect to remove the pathogens from the body. This cause a lot of damage throughout the body. This is why it is important to reduce inflammation and to support the function of IL 10. Hydrogen pyroxide will break down the tight junction layers in the gut, blood brain barrier and bladder. This cause inflammation in all those areas. When the tight junction layer has been effected in the digestive system food allergies and intolerances will develop. Warning increasing IL 10 can lead to weight loss.

I got candida from antibiotics. I fell for the alkazing myth and things got much worse for me so I started doing the opposite. Lo and behold it started going away. Candida likes and alkaline environment and will actually switch from commensal (friendly) to a pathogen if the alkalinity of digestive system or bladder gets too alkaline. Our bladder and digestive tract is supposed to be acidic. We have bacteria that keeps our bladder and digestive system at the correct PH. If we are deficient in those bacteria then our digestive system and bladder can become alkaline promoting infection of many types of pathogens especially candida.

Antibiotics, GMOs and herbicides kill our gut bacteria. Certain gut bacteria use tryptophan to modulate our immune system. We become prone to infection if we are lacking those bacteria, especially candida infection. Consuming foods high in tryptophan helps restore them and our immune function. Our adaptive immunity comes from our gut bacteria. When we are low or deficient in certain ones we can have either an over active immune response or non at all. This also protects us from inflammation.

The metabolic issues I had made it impossible for me to eat meat because of the high phenylalanine content, potatoes and other things high in phenylalanine were out also. I had to eat a vegetarian diet for a very long time until I corrected my metabolic issues. If you have sulfation issues or upregulated BH4 or CBS pathways your will develop very high ammonia levels because sulfite levels rise very high and causes you body to be unable to recycle phenylalanine. So as it is used the biproducts produced build up in the blood stream and ammonia is one of them.

Though NO can cause damage in the body it is needed to maintain health. So we do not want to reduce it too low. It will cause many negative health issues if we do. Olive leaves are very good for fighting infection but if you have a high metabolism they are not good for you. They speed up the metabolism. Olive oil has many benefits. It activates the Nrf2/keap1 pathway which is a key part of our antioxidant system that protects our cells. If you have pyrole issues you will have gall bladder pain and/or indigestion when you consume oils. Supporting sulfation will helps with pyrole issues. Also reducing histamines and inflammation help correct issues with pyroles.

Before I got my gut straightened out my brain was a mess. We need butyric acid but our limited diets prevent us from eating the foods that contain it like milk products and the plants that contain the fiber many of us cannot eat because of sulfation issues which many plants that contain inulin which our gut bacteria produce butyric acid from are high in sulfur. Onions are one example of that and I was so lactose intolerant that milk products were definitely out. The solution for me was to make ghee. All the lactose is removed but the butyric acid remains. It made a world of difference in my health I had more energy and could think so much clearer. Since I have my gut healed and my metabolic issues straightened out I can eat pretty much anything.

Antibiotics and farm chemicals kill our good gut bacteria that protects us from infection.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5911494/

We have commensal bacteria that are related to pathogenic. When they are killed by antibiotics or farm chemicals we lose that protection and become prone to illness from the pathogenic ones. Ever notice how many will eat the same contaminated food but only some of them would get ill. They liked the commensal relatives of the pathogenic bacteria so were not protected. Unfortunately the only probiotic I found that contains the commensal E Coli strain is VSL#3 and it is very expensive.

Modern day chemicals in our food supply and antibiotics can ruin our ability to produce FUT2 enzymes. These modulate our immune system and keep our gut bacteria balanced and happy. If we are not producing FUT2 enzymes then we cannot fight infection and our gut bacteria will get out of balance and we will even become deficient in some bacteria. Many will take probiotics with not results for this very reason.

What complicates things is that the medical community cannot identify the difference between commensal and pathogenic. Often times they give antibiotics that kill bacteria we need. When we get an infection from a bacteria that is usually commensal it means something is out of balance in the body. Instead of looking for the problem they kill the commensal bacteria that we need.

Here is where it can get confusing. Some strains of lactobacillus are pathogenic. We have to make sure the strains we take are ones that reduce inflammation and histamines. We need inflammation and histamines for the body to heal and repair but when there is and imbalance in our gut bacteria the strains that cause them become more numerous and histamine and inflammation levels become too high.

P53 levels are found to be low in most IC cases. I did not pursue increasing this because most cancers have high levles of P53. I think it would be better to find out what is inhibiting it and correct that rather then trying to increase it.

It should be clear to most now that the genetic theory of inherited imperfections causing illness is not accurate.

Reducing Cholesterol, LDL is a symptom not a cause.

Cholesterol Dysregulation/High LDL

This is not medical advice I am sharing what I have learned from me fellow suffers. I am posting this to give others some ideas of things they could research. If you are ill you should see a doctor. Make sure if you are using alternative methods of healing you inform your doctor. I believe before getting treated for any pathogen you should always do a detox protocol first because most damage from being ill is from the endotoxins and exotoxins produced by the pathogens especially when they are dying off. If you have high Low Density Lipid cholesterol levels (LDL) then you most likely have an auto immune disease brought on by Vaccine Injury, Lyme Disease, toxins in the environment, many pathogens can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation, GMOs are known to destroy our guts which causes autoimmune disease and cholesterol dysregulation. Also bad eating habits, to much sugar causes inflammation which can cause oxidative stress which will raise oxLDL levels. Processed foods are high in oxLDL. Cooking increases oxLDL levels in food. Eat raw when possible. Eating processed foods. LDL is oxidized Cholesterol. If you have a lot of oxidative stress , like working too much, stress in our environment, toxins. Many things can cause oxidative stress. This causes the cholesterol to be oxidized much quicker. Gut problems can also cause high LDL levels. If we are having problems with our digestive system then our bile production will decline.

Endothelial Cells help in bile production, if they are not healthy then our production of bile declines decreasing our ability to remove LDL from our bodies. There is also a layer called Tight Junction Protein layer if it is damaged particles can get into our blood stream causing a histamine response which can cause inflammation throughout the body which can result in many problems, autoimmune disease, interstitial cystitis the list goes on and on the inflammation can interfere with many metabolic functions which could cause a rise in LDL levels. It isn’t much how much cholesterol we take in but the type and our environment that affects our LDL levels. Liver and Bladder problems brought on by all the above can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation.

If the Nrf2 pathways become blocked it will cause high LDL levels. Especially if the Pentose Phosphate Pathway becomes hindered or blocked. Another thing that can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation and this one surprised me but is also affected by autoimmune disease so it shouldn’t have is the Lymph Nodes. If they are plugged or infected they cannot help keep the blood cleaned out.
Get plenty of good cholesterol from sources such as coconut oil or avocados. Cholesterol is an antioxidant. If oxLDL is high it is a sign of excess oxidative stress or inflammation and the body is trying to protect itself. High oxLDL is a symptom not the cause. Lowering cholesterol will effect the brain and muscles negatively because they cannot function without it and the brain can suffer permanent damage if it does not get enough cholesterol. When I get a chance I will add the supporting links for these statements. .

Now That We Know The Problem Let’s Try To Solve it. The first thing I would do is work on reducing inflammation and lowering histamines. If you do have gut problems that would be the place to start. Next I would work on the methylation pathways. I covered some of that in my note on detoxing. I covered the CBS pathway also in that note. If it is blocked you will have trouble getting the Nrf2 ( nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2) pathways opened up because anything that raises gluthione production with cause you to feel ill. Another problem is antioxidants will actually cause you cancer if you take them too often or if the Nrf2 pathways are blocked. Don’t over do it with antioxidants and make sure you work on getting your Nrf2 pathways opened. Now some things that help open the Nrf2 pathway can also stimulate it so you do not want to over do it. When you start feeling better back of a bit. It is a good idea to space your supplements out anyways. Some things that will open the Nrf2 pathways are Oleanic Acid found in Savory and Olive Oil. Taxifolin (dihydroquerciten) also helps open them, it is a super antioxidant and one of the few that doesn’t need the Nrf2 to function. It is like Querciten on steroid. Chaga Mushrooms have Super Oxide Dismutase which helps the body in many areas. It is the only source I know of that the SOD is readily absorbed by the body, all the other sources have a low absorption rate. Do not take too much, raising SOD too high can raise reactive oxygen species which would have the opposite effect.

Cruciferous vegetables are high in sulforapanes which help open and stimulate the Nrf2. Make sure you do not have sulfation issue which can be caused by vaccine inujury , toxins like mercury and glyphosate. This will raise your sulfite levels which will cause high ammonia levels and high reactive oxygen species which causes damage from the oxy radicals being produced.

If NADP (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate gets too high then the Pentose Phosphate Pathway could be inhibited. Low doses of Niacin along with Zinc, Vitamin C(too much vitamin C can destroy red blood cells, also man made vitamin C cause oxalates), NAD+, Vitamin D3, Curcumin, Querciten, Resveratol, Another thing that happens is if your methylation pathways aren’t working right or you have and infection your ammonia and hydrogen peroxide levels can go up and it will cause Cholesterol to oxidize. You would think that taking an antioxidant would be the solution but as stated earlier make sure you detox and get your methylation pathways corrected or that can do more harm then good. Now if you worked on your gut and methylation pathways. Then I believe we should work on the liver next. From my research I am lead to believe that oils high in monosatuarated fats produce less LDL when they are subject to heat. Some oil that are supposed to be good for cooking with high heat are. Hazel Nut Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Peanut Oil, Safflower Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, and Rice Bran Oil. Sun Flower is supposed to be one of the best but it scares me because Sunflower is used to pull toxins out of the soil. Canola is supposed to be good but most canola is GMO now. We need to be careful getting too many Omega-6, studies have shown if levels get too high we can develop mental issues even become violent, they can cause endothelial dysfunction which can cause high LDL levels, and cause inflammation.

So now if you worked on the above mentioned problems we are ready to move on to other issues we may have. Avoid Trans-Fats, unsaturated and saturated fats are bad fats and cause oxLDLs to go up. Reduce intake of Corn, Wheat, and processed sugar. They cause inflammation which for various reasons can cause oxLDL levels to go up. Termina Chebula – has many nutrients that help with methylation. Has many antioxidants, has also been shown to fight gum disease. Tyrosine – if you are not methylating properly your body cannot produce it. It is used by your body to build neuro transmitters and various proteins. Good sources are nuts, avocados, bananas, dairy products, beans and seeds. Ginkgo Biloba – improves the bodies use of oxygen but use in moderation, if used too long or in high doses it can damage the liver. Ginkgo Biloba with Raynaulds sysndrome and depression. P5P methylcolbamin molybdenum and manganese 3 times a week.  Those should help get the body methylating. When the methylation pathways open the body will start detoxing so you should continue the detox protocols the whole time. This could cause the bladder to become irritated again until the toxin levels are down. Those with certain methylation issues need to research before taking those.

The liver Of course drink good clean Chlorine free water. Chlorine is very toxic to the body and very difficult to remove from the body. Do not use flouride it is pretty much the same thing., If you are having problems with ammonia levels still I would suggest taking bromelain and betaine. Also Bacopa is supposed to helps. Papain is supposed to reduce symptoms of fatty liver. Omega-3 oils also help reduce fatty liver symptoms, I alternate the types of Omega 3s I use because each has it’s own benefits. Inositol Hexaphospate (IP6) is supposed to help clean the renal system out. Rosmarinic Acid, Ginger, Ashwangha, and Boswellia are all supposed to help with lipid peroxidation using these for too long or too much can have side effects. If the Nrf2 pathway is working antioxidants like Pycgenol, Lycopene, Allicin etc help lower lipid peroxidation.

CoQ10 is involved in the processes for producing energy for the cells. I use Ubiuinol it is the unoxidized form of CoQ10. Some things that can improve bile flow are Artichoke , Danshen, Prenylated Chalcone, Yarrow Root, Fennel Seed, Dandelion, Trolox, and Carom Seed have been shown to stimulate bile flow. Hesperetin has been shown to be powerful against lipid peroxidation. Aegle Marmelos is know to inhibit lipid peroxidation. Pinelba has been shown to protect the gut and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium, Iron, all help to produce bile, they need glycine and taurine to be bile.

Astanxanthin is another potent antioxidant. It reduces peroxide levels, and can cross the blood brain barrier to reduce swelling and provide the brain with energy. Catalase and Chloine also help to reduce lipid peroxidation. If you are low in choline you may get indigestion after consuming any fats. Golden Rod, Japanese Honeysuckle (most other honeysuckles are toxic) have been known to help clean the renal system out.

Lymph Nodes There are many things that can cause the lymph nodes to become plug. Not enough exercise , bad eating habits, environmental toxins, stress, not enough sleep, pathogens. Mold infections are another culprit. Vaccine and GMO damage the list could go on and on. If you read my not on detoxing then you should be half way to getting the Lymph Nodes cleaned out. There are special exercises and massage techniques that can be used to help clear the lymph nodes out. Also brushing the skin to ex-foliate also helps to clean the lymph glans out. Herbs That May help and Supplements for the Renal System.
