Getting ill from many foods? It may be salicylate or phenol sensitivity.

Written by Lee Stevenson, sorry I do not edit very well.

This is not medical advice, this is for educational purposes. If you are ill please find a qualified and experienced functional medicine practitioner.

These health issues have been found to cause autism. Salicylate and phenol issues can also cause a sensitivity to sunlight which is caused by the adrenal issues.

Salicylic acid sensitivity can be caused by stress, leaky gut, Clostridium or Candida overgrowth, inflammation in the gut or high cortisol levels. If the person only reacts to salicylates then this part of the article will inform them but if they react to almost all foods then they need to read the part of this article on phenols.

Salicylic acid is natural aspirin , but straight aspirin is man made and can irritate the gut.

There is such a variety of information on what food contain salicylate that I could not list them here because each list I found was different.

Symptoms will be similar to high histamines. It is caused by high levels of leukotriens which is usually a result of intestinal inflammation. The inflammation is usually caused by COX-1 inhibition. In many it may be necessary to address sulfation. For example Lyme and Clostridium can inhibit sulfation. So can many toxins like glyphosate and mercury. Blocking COX-2 can help but you have to be careful because many natural COX-2 inhibitors inhibit COX-1 which would make things worse.

The symptoms of salicylate sensitivity will occur after consuming them. If you experience the symptoms below write down the foods and see if they are high in salicylates.

Symptoms of salicylate sensitivity are:

Rosy looking cheeks.

difficulty breathing or asthma like symptoms.

Stuffy nose

gas , bloating or abdominal pain.

Diarrhea

hives or skin swelling.

Ringing or buzzing in the ears.

Swelling in lower layer of skin (angiodema)
Tongue or eye swelling.
Frequent headaches
frequent urination
persistent cough
fatigue
memory loss
depression
psuedoanaphlaxis (throat swelling)

The herbs most potent for reducing leukotriene has side effects so I would not take high dose these are boswellia, and butterbur. Omega 3 oils reduce leukotriene. Omega 6 fatty acids should be avoided except evening primrose. It is a type of Omega 6 that actually reverses the inflammatory effects of other Omega 6s. Antioxidants such as grape seed extract and pine bark extract reduces leukotrienes. Increasing the Butyrate producing microbes helps with salicylate sensitivity. PQQ and pcyogenol also help. Zinc and selenium help but should be taken in low dose. Salicylate sensitivity can cause high histamines and histamines can cause salicylate sensitivity causing a cycle that needs broken. If a person has high oxalate levels it can make them sensitive to salicylates.

Restoring secondary bile acids is a must.

Phenol sensitivity.

The causes of phenol sensitivity are antibiotic use, glyphosate , mercury, inflammation, leaky gut, lead toxicity, swimming in or drinking water that has been chloronated and vaccine injury.

Phenol sulfur transferase is responsible for the detoxification of salycilates and phenols. Sulfation is needed so should be supported. This could make someone sensitive to just about any foods that contain salicylates and phenols. So they will react to just about everything. This is usually caused by cresol that is produced by many gut pathogens especially Clostrium overgrowths. Glyphosate, antibiotics and swimming in chloronated water can also cause this to occur. Onces with this problem will also have issues with amines. These ones will also be sensitive to salicylates because sulfation is effected and sulfation is needed to detox salicylates.

If you have issues with phenols you will have the problems salicylates cause but you will have issues with pheols also.

Symptoms are dark circles under the eyes

Red face and ears

Hyperactivity

Aggression

Head banging or self injury.

Difficulty sleeping at night

Walking in sleep

Night sweets.

If they continue to consume these without addressing the problems by taking the nutrients I mention below they can go anaphylatic. Their throat could swell shut and they will have difficulty breathing and swallowing.

This can be corrected by restoring secondary bile acid production and restoring the microbes that break down cresol. B12 ,B2, niacinomide, low dose biotin, Folate, vitamin C , molybdenum , taurine, vitamine A , undenatured whey protein, potassium, glycine and histidine is needed . Those with this problem must take magnesium before they take the P5P or it will make them ill. Shisandra will improve their glutathion status. High sulfur foods should be avoided until those supplements have been started then the person should start increasing there consumption of foods that contain sulfur. A person with phenol sulfotransferase deficiency needs B6 but it inhibits phenol sulfotransferase unless it is taken with magnesium. B6 should not be taken in high dose.
These foods should be avoided by those who have this problem. Bananas, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruit, beetroot, peppers, pumpkins, cheese, and chocolate. Molybdenum is needed but high dose will inhibit phenol sulfotransferase. Those who have this problem will excrete excess sulfur in their urine. If the person has night sweats then methylsulfanylmethane will help reduce the symptoms. Molybdenum should not be any higher then 1mg a day. High sulfur foods may have to be limited until this is addressed. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) 250 to 300 mg can provide the sulfur needed. Feingold diet helps those suffering from this problem. Royal jelly will enhanced their ability to detox. Selenium is needed but once levels are up a person should not keep taking it.

Addressing the cause can help correct this, whether it be a toxin or overgrowths of Candida or Clostridium. . But nutritional support is needed until the things that have caused it have been corrected. Secondary bile acid production needs to by restored by increasing FXR expression , bayberry, bearberry or coptis helps with that along with restoring the secondary bile acid producing bacteria. Epsom salt baths also help. Also increase the acetate producing microbes they use hydrogen preventing the hydrogen sulfate producing microbes from using it. Also the microbes that increase IgA need increased.

Cooking and peeling foods can reduce salicylate and phenol content.

Vaccine injury is very subtle. If you have allergies you may be vaccine injured. Learn the things they do not want you to know.

Written by Lee Stevenson, sorry I am not a good editor.

This is not medical advice I am posting the for educational and informational purposes. I am not suggesting you do not get vaccinated that is your choice. I am asking that you look at the things they do know want you to know about vaccines before you vaccinate yourself or your child.

We need to ask ourselves what is causing the epidemics of allergies, intestinal disorders, and supposed genetic issues, all of which used to be rare? Our own government has declared they have become epidemic. Doctors visits used to be rare and a person would go years without having to see a doctor and now it is normal for a person or child to have to frequently seek medical attention. Even though genetics has been shown to contribute very little to chronic illness the biotech and pharmaceutical industry has indoctrinated many to blame genetics on the harm they are doing to people. Chronic illness has reached a point they are now saying it is epidemic levels. Those who promote the genetics being the cause of chronic illness are helping the pharmaceutical industry and biotech industry hide the harm they are doing.

I am going to provide links in this blog post discussing the ingredients in vaccines and their effects on health. Most vaccine injury is very subtle and gets brushed off as genetics, even though science has shown that genetics contribute very little to chronic illness.

Our own government declared vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. They acknowledged vaccines are dangerous.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/10pdf/09-152.pdf

https://www.focusforhealth.org/vaccines-and-the-vulnerable-child-by-guest-contributor-eileen-iorio/

Medical professionals do not know how to identify and report vaccine injury so they will brush vaccine injury off as something inherited from the genes of their parents even though research has shown genetics contributes very little to chronic illness. So is causing the epidemic of chronic illness, autoimmune diseases and allergies? Studies are finding it is exposure to toxins in our environment. Vaccine contain many toxins that require a hazmat team to clean up if they are spilled. Read the vaccine inserts and the hazards of receiving the vaccine. The the list of side effects is huge. So much so they have to print the inserts using very small print to contain all the side effects and it still ends up being pages long.

List of Vaccine Ingredients & Their Known Side Effects

This is a more comprehensive list. If you notice aluminum is in many of them and we know aluminum permanently damages the brain.

Vaccine Ingredients — A Comprehensive Guide

Mortality from infectious disease dramatically dropped and then took a huge leap and epidemics started to occur with the introduction of vaccinations.

Even the CDC admits it was better hygiene, better access to nutrition and better sanitation practices that reduced the spread of disease.

https://academic.oup.com/jn/article/131/2/401S/4686951

The mortality rate is twice as high in vaccinated who contract the disease they have been vaccinated against. Not only that but vaccines seem to make those vaccinated more prone to the very disease they are claiming vaccines protect them from.

The unvaccinated are healthier then the vaccinated and live longer.

Studies comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated populations

New strains constantly emerge because all life has the ability to adapt. This means we need an intact immune system and the fact that vaccines damage the immune system and that fact has been well documented it means the vaccinated immune system cannot adapt making them more prone to infection

https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/7/7/pdfs/01-7708.pdf

Studies show the non vaccinated are much healthier then the vaccinated and have a lower mortality rate. So if you want you or your child to be unhealthy and die younger get them lots of vaccinations.

The unvaccinated are not getting the mercury and aluminum found in some vaccines which are known to be toxic to the body. The body cannot remove them and studies have shown they go to the brain causing damage to the brain and over stimulate the immune syste.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25625408

Food allergies are a form of vaccine injury. It has become such a problem that the CDC has declared it an epidemic. What starts out as food allergies slowly progresses until it becomes a life threatening disease. Studies have shown vaccines cause food allergies.

Studies have shown those vaccinated require more urgent care then unvaccinated. The pharmaceutical industry knows what they are doing they are creating more customers to fatten their pockets. Doctor have no reason to speak out because they also profit from the increase in chronic illness. Not only that but vaccinated have a higher mortality rate. Studies have shown that those who develop allergies have much higher medical expenses.

http://healthimpactnews.com/2015/healing-from-vaccine-damage-begins-in-the-gut/

If we do not correct the vaccine injury it can cause a life threatening disease called oesinophilic esophagitus. As I mentioned earlier vaccine can lead to the production of IgG4 autoantibodies which can lead to gastrointestinal disorders.

All of these autoimmune diseases listed at this link have increased dramatically with the introduction of vaccinations. So much so that these used to be rare diseases and now many of them are very common. They claim it is genetic but science has shown genetics only causes a very small percentage of chronic illness so we need to ask ourselves why is chronic illness becoming so rampant? This is because it is environment that effects what genes are expressed and what ones are not. Vaccines contain toxin that require a hazmat team to clean them up if they are spilled. The fact that vaccines cause all of these illnesses has been well researched and documented.

Notice how many young people are dying from strokes and heart failures. Vaccines cause thrombosis which causes excess blood clotting which leads to strokes and heart failure. Even though research shows genetics contribute very little to these health problems they still blame genetics. Genes being turned off or on at the wrong times has been shown to cause health issues but even though science falsely claims it is inherited that has never been successfully proven in research. So they are either speculating about it or they are outright lying about genetic inheritance causing chronic illness.

To downplay the fact they are destroying the immune system they come up with terms that sound less threatening. Instead of saying autoimmunity or immune dysfunction they call it the bystander effect. Peanut allergy is a considered a bystander effect.

Then you get studies like this that falsely claim adverse events to vaccines is rare. It is very common but most medical professionals do not know how to identify and report vaccine injury. So often times a parent is told they are being paranoid or falsely accuse the parent of using their child to try and get attention. Our own government stated that only 1% of adverse vaccine reactions get reported so most deaths and permanent injury caused by vaccines go unreported. When you read studies that test whether they cause allergies or immune dysfunction they compare vaccinated to vaccinated. They do not do a double blind placebo study because they know it would expose the truth about the harm vaccines are doing. Even though historical records show contagious disease dramatically dropped before vaccines were introduced and suddenly became epidemic again when vaccine were introduced they falsely claim vaccines wiped out contagious diseases and many of the new super bugs have been caused as a result of vaccines. They also mislabel it to hide that the child is vaccine injured.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3492692/

In actuality it has been shown that the vaccinated are more prone to diseases that shorten life span like asthma and autoimmune disease. So even though vaccines have been shown to increase mortality and shorten life span they falsely claim they are saving lives. Not only do they cause death they also cause chronic illness that a person has to deal with the rest of their lives so they are a permanent customer put on a medical hamster wheel by the pharmaceutical poisons they inject into the victim. Now they have created a lifetime customer because they have gotten them on a medical hamster wheel and offer false hope with their medications which shorten lifespan even more while hiding the symptoms of the damage they have done. This includes damage to the brain. Many vaccines contain aluminum. Those with autism have been found to have high levels of aluminum in their brains. Studies have shown those who are vaccinated have a much higher rate of mental illness.

Some symptoms of vaccine injury are obvious.

https://wisconsininjury.com/2017/09/29/early-warning-signs-first-symptoms-vaccine-injury/

This is a list of vaccine injuries that you can be compensated for if you or a loved one is injured. Not all of them are obvious and if you read through the list many of these they falsely claim it is genetics that caused you or you loved ones health problems. As far as I know they do not compensate for the damage it does to the immune system. If you notice you must report the vaccine injury almost as soon as it occurs or you will not be compensated for the vaccine injury or death that occurs.

https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/d/injury-table.pdf

They falsely claim vaccine injury is rare while also claiming a very low percentage of vaccine injury is reported. How can they claim vaccine injury is rare and then turn around and contradict themselves by saying it is rare for vaccine injury to be reported? We have proof it is not rare billions have been paid out for vaccine injuries and death. Most medical professionals do not know how to identify and report vaccine injury. Many have loved ones are are vaccine injured themselves and they are being lied to and being told it is genetic.

Because the injury or death from vaccines can take months to occur there are test you can get to see if the death or injury was caused by the vaccinations. There is a statue of limitations on reporting and getting compensated for vaccine injury. After that the health issues caused by them and the financial burdens they cause will fall on the victims. The frequent doctors visits because of the frequent infections caused by a damaged immune system or the frequent doctors visits from the allergies caused by vaccine injury will fall on the victims or their family.

The mainstream media colludes to cover up the truth about vaccines.

http://outlawvaccinescience.weebly.com/vaccine-injury.html

Do not let the media decide your life for you. They are heavily funded by the very industry they promote. They are not going to bite the hand that feeds them. Greed for power and money drives them. Most of us who expose the truth do so at our own expense. It takes us a lot of time to research and put this information together. There is no money in it for us. Who will you believe the ones who profit from a person being ill or those who have nothing to gain and get heavily persecuted for exposing the truth of matter? Educate yourself and base your decisions on that not on propaganda put out by mainstream media and the very industry that profits from the illness they are causing.

Causes of Obesity and Things That May Help.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

They blame genetics for obesity. Many things caused by modern medicine and toxins they blame on genetics. Also it is our life styles and eating habits that we inherit from our families that influence our health. If you read some of my post you would see that most things are not genetic as they falsely claim.

They constantly blame genetics but if you do your research you would see that our gut microbiome modulate our genes and if you are lacking a certain microbiota the genes it modulates will be effected. I have posted on it is not your genes but it is your gut and gut microbiome. A change in our microbiome from farm chemicals in our food, BT Toxins from GMOs, antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals and heavy metals can change our gut bacteria. This can result in obesity.

Ghrelin can also effect our weight and those who are obese seem to have lower levels of ghrelin but are more sensitive to it. They believe this is because many obese people have been shown to have high cortisol levels. This makes us more sensitive to ghrelin. Rooibos, suma and maca are adaptogenic herbs. Ghrelin, insulin and leptin communicate with each other so issues with those will effect our ghrelin levels.

Why asthma is rampant now.

Many get asthma because of medications changing our gut microbiome, toxins like glyphosate in our foods disrupting out gut microbiome. One the the biggest causes is vaccine injury. We have been taught that many things that keep us healthy are a bad pathogen. When we have all the nutrients we need the supposed pathogens actually help maintain our health. I could not cover anything or this answer would get too long but studies have found receiving immunization naturally protects us from allergies and autoimmunity and receiving it through vaccinations makes us more prone to allergies and autoimmunity. Add all the toxins in our environment and we are asking for trouble.

For example H Pylori reduced our risk of getting asthma.

Germ Theory and Terrain Theory are wrong.

Terrain theory is wrong and so is germ theory. I will add more links showing this is true as I find them. Our group on Facebook Synergistic Illness has come up with a theory we call “Enviromental Biome Theory of Health. ” . Our environment as a whole effects our health and if you read my post on here on “It is not your genes it is your gut bacteria” or “Vaccines spread disease they do not prevent them” and many other of my post support this theory. The health of our soil is important because if it is healthy then the plants are healthy providing more nutrients. If there are chemicals and toxins in the soil they effect the body and cause us to be susceptible to things making us ill that would normally be beneficial. I covered that in my post
“Things Science has wrong”.

It is our internal and external exposome that determines if we get ill or not. This is why some seem immune to infectious disease while others seem impervious. Medications, toxins in our foods, chemicals used for farming are destroying the external and internal exposome. Studies have shown many supposed infectious agents can play a protective roll in the body so we need to ask ourselves why in some do these supposed infectious agents protect them but make others ill?

In this post i am showing how our gut microbiome regulate our gene expressions and our immune system. They also are responsible for all types of immunity in the body. I posted the links to the other blog post that support this at the bottom of this post.

Over active MyD88 can lead to cancer, lupus and other autoimmune diseases , in autoimmunity TLR are up-regulated which activates MyD88 causing a cytokine storm. If you look at the studies below then look at documented vaccine injury cases you will see they are connected.

this is a good article explaining how toxins effect our gut. I have posted on things that effect the gut bacteria. Now we know that they regulate our immune system and many of our genes anything that effects our gut bacteria including dyregulation in B cells or T cells causes a loss of communication with our gut bacteria leading to chronic illness.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/07/16/modern-medicine-is-not-based-on-science/

Synergistic Illness.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

When I wrote this the Covid vaccine had not been introduced. I causes many of the things I mentioned below only to a much bigger degree. It is causing sudden deaths and autoimmunity much worse then the things I mention below.

Mitochondria regulate our immune response and oxidative stress. Many things can cause mitochondria dysfunction. This can lead to metabolic issues, excess oxidative stress and autoimmunity which can lead to cancer and other chronic illness.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6052888/

As you read this you will come to realize why so many are getting Lyme disease, heart disease, diabetes and many other illnesses. Our bodies are under assault by fake science also known as corporate science. The science it is based on has been proven wrong yet they push it as fake. Because of that many have developed chronic illness.  Learning how the immune system really works is the first steps to healing.

There are many things that effect our immune system. The amount of toxins in the body, oxidative stress, infections, vaccine injury, processed foods, GMOs and farm chemicals. How we address immune related issues depends on what caused them and the what health problems we have. For example many things cause inflammation which has a dramatic effect on the immune system. Some things will cause mast cell activation which can cause the body to turn on itself. Most illnesses you will find are an autoimmune issue. Inflammation and oxidative stress are the main contributors to autoimmunity. Immunity does not work like pharmaceutical science states it does. They are either lying or doing some of the worst scientific research in the history of man. If you read how the vaccine producers claim vaccines give immunity you will see the very things they claim help the vaccine give immunity are found to be common in autoimmune disorders. They in some way have come to believe stimulating the very things that cause dysfunction in the immune system would impart immunity. How would disabling the immune system impart immunity? I cannot bring myself to believe they are not aware of those facts. If you read the information believe you will see why vaccine will never work. Our immune system works nothing like the fake corporate science leads people to believe it does.

This is just a partial list of the things that are causing modern day illness. There are many other things like heavy metal, and other toxins. If I get time I will update this.

Oxidative stress contributes to chronic illness and cancer. You will hear it mentioned often. There is a test for oxidative stress. It is the Urinary 8-OHdG test.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0009898103004534?via%3Dihub

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

https://drjockers.com/oxidative-stress-test/

They are incorrect about so many things for example they claim genetics cause disease but that is being proven wrong more and more.

http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0154387

They claim antibodies prove immunity but antibodies aren’t even required for immunity.

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/03/120301143426.htm

A break down of our environment effects our health.

https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fimmu.2017.01501/full

Autophagy is required to develop immunity but I truly believe it should be to develop a symbiont relationship.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29654322

Now inflammation and autophagy work together but the toxins in vaccines cause inflammation. So this would mean it would cause a dis-regulation of autophagy.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5933864/

Vaccine producers themselves say they need to cause inflammation for the vaccine to be effective. They are effective at producing autoimmunity because of their fake science. The Covid vaccine have been the most harmful. They are causing heart disease, cancer, and many other forms of chronically illness faster then anything I have seen.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28741088

Now when you read the research it becomes clear allergies and asthma are caused by inflammation. Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. My question is why do they not look for the cause? Do they already know it is vaccine injury so dance around it to prevent being exposed? Vaccinations are known to make people more susceptible to getting allergies and asthma. Also sugar causes inflammation which will make us more susceptible to allergies and asthma. Many toxins in our food now days cause inflammation and the ingredients in our foods are based on the honor system. The government expects the manufacturers to self regulate what they put in foods for the most part.

https://blog.healthmatters.io/2018/07/27/what-is-gamma-globulin-function-interpretation/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5800381/

Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. It is a common theme now days. They dance around the cause of any illness because they know what it is. They also know they will expose powerful people if they try addressing the cause so they go into cover up mode. Treat the symptoms instead of the cause so they do not expose those responsible for the cause.

The whole theory behind vaccinations is severely flawed. They are so flawed that vaccinations have caused diseases to develop that are worse then the ones they are supposedly protecting people from.

They have discovered that adaptive immunity is not how our bodies protect themselves.

Studies like this frustrate me. Cholesterol is an antioxidant, when there is high oxLDL it indicates that there is either a high toxin level, or an infection. These studies seem to over look that even though they know that cholesterol is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. It means the cholesterol is doing it’s job. They are looking at a symptoms instead of looking for the cause. Even lowering inflammation will not get rid of the oxLDL they have to address the cause. It is not the cholesterol making the T cell levels go up but it is the oxLDL because that is telling the body something is wrong.

Vaccinations and autoimmunity.

They shoot toxins and pathogens directly into the blood stream and they still don’t know how the immune system works. There is no valid science surrounding vaccinations. Those who get vaccinated are the figurative lab rats. The government has never research the safety of vaccinations which they are required to do by law. The dangerous impact vaccine have on our health has been well studied and documented. The vaccine manufactures were having to pay so much out for the injuries and death that occurred the government passed a bill to protect them from the harm they do. They are not required to test the vaccines for safety but the government is supposed to. They illegally have never tested them for safety or even tracked their safety record. To keep the vaccine manufactures from going bankrupt they had to setup the vaccine injury compensation fund which pays out millions a year. The government themselves admit that most vaccine injury goes unreported. Most likely because doctors have no training concerning vaccinations. They do not know what is in them or how to identify vaccine injury and probably never will be because much of the major educational institutions are heavily funded by the pharmaceutical companies.

Because vaccinations are based on theories that have been proven wrong they cannot work and will only cause more illness that are more virulent . They cause things that usually help us and do good for the body to become pathogens. I could post hundreds of studies showing that vaccine make pathogens more virulent.

The problem with this study is that it is pretty much invalid. They use folate which is natural interchangeably with folic acid which is man made. The body does not have issues with folate but our bodies only produce a small amount of the hormones needed to break down man made folic acid. The rest goes into our blood stream causing issues with many receptors in the body and it increases our risk for cancer. The environmental factor they are missing in this study is probably that they were using folic acid instead of folate. The way they used the terms interchangeably made it difficult to tell by the study which they really meant. But issues with the folate cycle can cause immune issues. In my opinion it is most likely from high levels of folic acid.

One of the differences between acidosis and alkalosis is that nerves become hyper sensitive in alkalosis and we become excitable. In acidosis nerves are depressed and we become drowsy.

If not addressed it will result in damage to the pancreas.

Acidosis causes hypercalciuria which causes osteoporosis, and kidney stones. It also causes increased levels of vitamin D3 which causes sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis will cause granulomas to form throughout the body. It often gets mistaken for non alcohol fatty liver and COPD. Sarcoidosis is brought on by an infection and T cells that are out of balance from a result of the acidosis. When in more severe stages the granulomas can be seen under the skin especially around the muscles. This also increase adrenaline which can increase us taking risk and we could develop paranoia.

Acidosis can also be induced by our diet. Our body needs nutrients found in certain fruits and vegetables to regulate our bodies PH. If we eat too much meat and carbohydrates and not enough fruit our blood could become acidic. Our blood is supposed to be alkaline about 7.3 or a little above. When it drops below that we become acidic. The digestive system and bladder are acidic and should be kept at an acidic PH.

Metabolic issues cause acidosis especially porphyria.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3784862/

This is an example of them treating the symptoms but not the cause. Acidosis is a symptoms, but they treat the acidosis instead of figuring out and treating the cause. It is why they did not correct the problem in this experiment. Only 6% of modern medicine is based on science because they are looking at the mind set of thinking the symptoms are the cause. Naturopaths for the most part look for the cause and treat it. That is why they are more successful. Allopathic medicine views successfully treating the symptoms as a success even the the cause is making a person sicker they figure hiding the symptoms is good.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC291975/

Whether a food is acid or base has nothing to do with what it does inside the body. For example lemons are estremely acidic but it cause the body to become more alkaline. I found this list to be some what accurate but the mention a lot of high sulfur foods which should be avoid if you have BH4, CBS issues or high sulfite levels it will make the acidosis worse. Once you have addressed what is causing the acidosis whether it be and infection, toxin, or nutrient imbalance you will not have to worry whether the food alkalizes or not because you body will be able to regulate it’s own ph again.

http://www.altered-states.net/barry/update178/phfoods.htm

In acidosis a person will have high plasma potassium levels and in alkalosis they will have low potassium levels.

https://acutecaretesting.org/en/journal-scans/on-the-relationship-between-potassium-and-acid-base-balance

If we are deficient in magnesium, calcium or salt our body cannot properly regulate our ph levels. Calcium is usually not a problem but because of the myths about salt many have ended up being deficient and there are many deficiencies in minerals because of over farming and glyphosate chelates minerals from the soil.

I believe fasting would be bad with someone who has acidosis because ketones are acidic though I have not found studies to show they raise acidic levels , it would only stand to reason, especially since our body becomes acidic when glucose levels drop.

As with many types of chronic illness a lack of variety in our gut bacteria causes acidosis.

Those with SIBO or gut dysbiosis usually have acidosis. Candida causes alkalosis. This is why increasing bile production is important because if the food ferments from inhibited bile it will increase acidosis.

http://www.healthy.net/Health/Article/Intestinal_Dysbiosis_and_the_Causes_of_Disease/423

http://www.ichnfm.org/braininflammation5

It is the reason those with dysbiosis have bad breath often times. It is also why after stimulating bile , using chlorophyll reduces bad breath it balances the gut bacteria out restoring the good and killing the bad.

http://mergemedicalcenter.com/uncategorized/halitosis-lies-beneath/

The optimal ph of the large intestine is 6 , in those with acidosis it is around 4 which reduces the good bacteria. I think that is why sipping on a cup of water with half a tablespoon of baking soda in it helped restore my gut. It probably raised the ph of my bowel by reducing the acidity of my chime. As for the alkalinity of the baking soda making H Pylori go from commensal to pathogenic. That would be addressed by bile if you have done things to improve bile production, bile keeps it commensal.

http://msphere.asm.org/content/msph/2/3/e00047-17.full.pdf

Many toxins especially glyphosate and endotoxins can inhibit BH4 that can lead to acidosis so addressing BH4 issues should help. I addressed that in some of my other post if you do a search for BH4 they should come up.

http://journals.plos.org/plospathogens/article/file?id=10.1371/journal.ppat.1004655&type=printable

In my other post I showed how BH4 becomes uncoupled. This can lead to acidosis , taking the correct nutrient will help correct this problem. If not corrected it can lead to cardiovascular disease.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/5991066_Myocardial_ischemia_results_in_tetrahydrobiopterin_BH4_oxidation_with_impaired_endothelial_function_ameliorated_by_BHIN4

All the issues caused by toxins and endotoxins lead to acidosis. They inhibit blood flow which farther increases acidosis. That is why I used grape seed extract to thin my blood to improve blood flow. It also reduces inflammation and bradykins.

The effect of high or low histamines.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational reason only.

stock-photo-young-man-sneezes-because-of-an-allergy-to-ragweed-1039352290

There are two sources of histamines endogenous and exogenous. Endogenous means from within or internally so is produced inside the body. Exogenous is introduced to or produced from outside the body. There are health issues with high or low histamines. Narcolepsy is in it’s own class it alternates between high and low histamine.

Histamine has many functions in the body , it is involved in the immune response, regulating physiological function in the gut. It acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain , spinal cord and uterus. It is involved in inflammation and the itching we feel. Histamine is produced by basophils and mast cells types of white blood cells. Histamines increases the permeability of blood vessels to allow white blood cells and some proteins to pass through so they can to engage pathogens in infected tissues.

Histamines generated in granules in mast cells and basophils. Most cells are more numerous in sites of the body that is more prone to injury like the mouth , nose, internal body surfaces and blood vessels. Non mast cell histamine in found in areas such as the brain. Another site of histamine storage and release is in enterochomaffin-like cell (ecl). This is an area in the gastric mucosa. Because of histamines properties it is versatile and able to interact and bind more easily.

The most important role of histamine is immunologic. When the mast cells or basophils have been sensitized to a pathogen by IgE antibodies that attach to their membranes will degranulate when exposed to the appropriate antigen. Certain amines, alkaloids found in plants can displace histamine in granules and cause their release. The break down of amino acids releases amines which are higher in aged meats. Lowering IgE can reduce histamine release.

Histamine is involved in anaphylaxis. Anaphylas is a rapid onset allergic reaction. It can involve itchy rashes, throat and tongue swelling, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, vomiting and low blood pressure. Sometimes they develop over hours. Vaccinations and toxins in our environment and food are known causes of a person developing allergies.

Histamine gated chloride channel is said to be expressed in the hypothalamus, thalamus, and intestines. It has synaptic inhibitory effects. It inhibits the GABA receptors making us more awake. It is also involved in diarrhea.

Histamines are the cause of runny noses. Increased vascular permeability caused by histamines causes fluid to leak from the capillaries into the tissue which leads to runny nose and watery eyes. Allergens can bind to IgE-loaded mast cells in the mucous membrane. This is what causes the sneezing, hyper secretion from glandular tissue, and congested nose from the vasodilation increasing the size of the blood vessels.

Histamine is a neural transmitter that is released from histamine neurons in the hypothalamus (hypothalamus links the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland.) . These cells are located in a part of the hypothalamus known as tuberomammilian nucleus. The tuberomammilian nucleus consist largely of histamine neurons and is involved in sexual arousal, learning, memory, sleep and energy balance. The nuerons in this area comprise the brain’s histamine system. It contains nerve fibers that connect it to other areas of the brain.

Enterochromaffin-like cells located within the gastic glands of the stomach that stimulates a certain type of epithelials cell by binding to the end of the H2 receptor. Stimulation of the pariental cells (stomach epithelial cells that secret hydrochloric acid) induces the uptake of carbon dioxide and water from the blood, which is then converted to carbonic acid by the enzyme carbonic anhydrase. Inside the cytoplasm of the pariental cell the carbonic acid readily disassociates into hydrogen and bicarbonate ions. The bicarbonate ions diffuse back through the basilar membrane and into the blood stream while the hydrogen ions are pumped into the lumen of the stomach via specialized pumps. Histamine release is halted when the ph of the stomach starts to decrease. Certain drugs contain antagonist molecules that block the H2 receptor and prevent histamine from binding causing decreased hydrogen ion secretion. Antagonist is a type of receptor ligand that blocks or dampens biological response by binding to and blocking a receptor.

Though histamines have stimulatory effects on neurons it also has suppressive effects against the susceptibility to convulsions, and lesions in the brain.

Those with schizophrenia have increased histamine metabolites in their cerebrospinal fluid and the efficiency of the H1 receptor binding sites is decreased. This can be caused by the toxins in vaccinations, farm chemicals found in our food, heavy metals or inflammation.

Seeing all that histamines do demonstrates the importance of histamine homeostasis. To much can cause many health problems and if inhibited it can cause many health problems. Now knowing the types of histamine receptors will help identify where a specific problem may be. This helps identify the most probably cause of the health problems. For example vaccinations damage certain areas in the brain that that could effect the histamine receptors in our brain that effect our sleep and wake cycle. BT Toxins and the farm chemicals used on them cause leaky gut which can effect histamines throughout the body. Identifying the areas effected by histamines helps narrow the cause down. If you read studies on those who take frequent antihistamines they eventually develop autoimmune disorders which shows the importance of achieving homeostasis so once you have reach homeostasis you should work on maintaining it. Many over do things by continuing the same protocols even those the problem has been corrected which ends up creating other problems.

There are four types of histamine receptors H1-H4.

H1 is expressed in the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). It is involved in the sleep wake cycle. It promotes wakefulness. It is involved in body temperature regulation, hormone regulation, it can simulate appetite, it constricts the airways, it can increase the sensation of pain, especially in the pelvis and stomach. It can also cause uticaria and itch perception.

H2 is expressed in the central nervous system, stomach, mast cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, cells in the heart and uterus. It has very few effects on the brain, most H2 receptor ligands cannot cross the blood brain barrier. Primarily involved in vasodilation and stimulation of gastric acid and appetite.

H3 Located primarily on basophils in the bone marrow, thymus, spleen and intestines. Plays a role in mast cell chemotaxis (movement cells in response to a chemical stimulant), sensation of itching, cytokine production and secretion, heightened pain in inner organs, involved in inflammation and allergies.

Some H1 agonist can cause drowsiness while H3 agonist can cause wakefulness.

In some illnesses T Cells attack the bodies own cells. H1 and H4 make the symptoms worse will H2 and H3 decrease the symptoms. They believe it is because H2 and H3 help with T Cell differentiation in the immune system. So this would help differentiate between our own cells and a pathogens, preventing the immune system from attacking it’s own cells.

Since histamine are an important part of the immunes system disorders involving histamines can have effects on our immune system. Things like mastocytosis and mast cell activation syndrome. They have some differences but the remedies for them are pretty much the same so I will probably just say mast cell disorders. They are caused by excess mast cell degranulation. Many of these illnesses they claim are genetic but they are finding it is the gut bacteria that modulate those genes that are inherited or that a person may be lacking. Also gene mutations usually do not present themselves unless many other things have went wrong. To reach homeostasis you have to address any other health issues especially leaky gut. When you have high histamines and your nose runs it will be clear or white colored. When it is from and infection it will be different it will be darker colored, I have seen green, brown when the infection is in the tissues, I have even seen yellow.

Anaphylaxis is caused by mast cell degranulating.

Histaminosis is a disorder that is caused by a shortage of the enzymes that break down histamine. Diamine Oxidase and Histamine N-methyltransferase.

Diamine Oxidase (DAO) known as histiminase is an enzyme involved in the metabolism, oxidation and inactivation of histamine and other polyamines. Poly amines are found in aged meats and fermented foods. The highest levels of DAO are found in the digestive tract and placenta.

Histamine N-methyltransferase also reduces histamines. The Cytochrome P450 enzymes are involved. Glyphosate inhibits CytP450 Ezymes which raises histamine levels. This is also why it is very important to address inflammation because that can inhibit detoxing.

When you have problems with histamines it is very important to adjust your diet to reduce histamines and amines. Once you reach homeostasis you can slowly reintroduce them back into your diet. Because most of the solutions for addressing the various disorders overlap I won’t mention which disorder it helps because for the most part all will be helped by the things mentioned. Do your research to be better able to develop a protocol unique for you. We are all different and can not do a one size fits all protocol. A disruption in the endocanabinoid system can cause allergies. But there is a big scam people believe that cannibus is the only source of cannabinoids and that is not true many plants have them and each has it’s own unique benefits. Big corporations own the cannabinoid crops though so you will not hear about the other cannabinoids that often times have more healing benefits.

Histamine Deficiency

We have to cover both side of the coin. Histamine deficiency can also cause health problems. It is why once we achieve homeostasis we should work towards maintaining it and not continue with the protocols that may inhibit it. We could cause other health problems by pushing things in the opposite direction.

This site give the symptoms of histapenia, it mentions to take folic acid. Do not take it, it is man made and damages the body. Folate is natural and does not harm the body, I do not know why but many medical professionals do not know the difference between folate and folic acid.

Any ways the symptoms of low histamine levels are inhibited immune system, elevated serotonin, elevated dopamine, elevated norepinehrine, and low histamine. Low basophil levels, food senstivities which is not the same as food allergies, difficulty digesting food, anxiety, low libido, becoming obssesed with things, paranoia, auditory hallucination, hyperactivity, delusions of grandeur, excessive sleepiness. It can be caused by overmethylation. With low histamines the nose can be dry and you may get nose bleeds.

It’s not your genes it is your gut microbiome.

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. I am posting this for educational and informational reasons.

This is a list of gut microbiota and the conditions they help with.

Probiotic Guide.

I state this often to people. You should not take the same strains of probiotic everyday. It will lead to SIBO which causes major health problems. You have to alternate the strains you take and take a break from probiotics once in a while to let the microbiome balance out. Sibo can lead to metabolic acidosis and many other health problems.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5987188/

Ok now for the information. One mistake people make if their histamine levels go up when they take a probiotic they panic. When you first take a probiotic it sends out a molecule to tell your body to produce histamines. That makes the mucous membrane more porous. It does this so it can enter and establish itself in the mucous membrane. Once it is in and has set up camp it will continually send out a molecule telling the body not to produce too many histamines so it does not kill the good gut bacteria. So initially histamines will rise for a day or two then after they are established they will drop back down. You may bloat when you first take probiotics. It is best to alternate the types you take or you will develop gut dysbiosis. That is as bad if not worse then having Candida. Your gut bacteria keep your bladder and digestive system acidic. If it becomes alkaline which is usually caused by high ammonia levels in the body. High ammonia levels can be a result of inhibited sulfation or having too many sulfur digesting, methane producing bacteria. High ammonia levels can also be the result of high endotoxin or afloxin levels. I experienced Candida and dysbiosis . I found grapefruit seed extract helped a lot. But you can only take it for a few days and you cannot take it more then two days a week because it inhibits cytochrome P450 enzymes. Yogurt , fermented foods and aged meets should be avoided they have histamine producing bacteria in them and will raise histamine and inflammation levels. Once you get things straightened out you can eat those. I take 3 days a week where I do not take any probiotics to prevent dysbiosis. Some Probiotics that reduce histamines.

High Substance P levels can make our skin peel and cause gut issues. One of the major causes of high substance P is stress. Probiotics that reduce stress reduces substance P. High substance P causes burning skin , it will get worse at night. The worst burning will be in the scalp and down the spine. Because high substance P can make the skin itch it gets mistaken for high histamine.

Many toxins in our foods especially BT Toxin, glyphosate and glufonisate can inhibit FUT2. This is an enzyme that we secrete that keeps our gut bacteria healthy. Medications like fluoroquinolones can slo inhibit it along with endotoxins from pathogens and afloxin from fungus. This causes food intolerances, food allergies and chronic illness from gut dysbiosis which produces high sulfite and hydroxy radicals which raise ammonia levels in the bladder and digestive system. Ammonia alkalizes our bladder and digestive system. It should be acidic to prevent pathogens. Candida and H Pylori are normally commensal but when we become alkaline they become pathogenic. Also many pathogens prefer an alkaline enviroment. This also leads to gluten, milk and protein intolerance.

Candida Myths busted.

There are many myths about candida for example you should alkalize the body to fight it. If you do that you will feed it and many other pathogens. Our bladder and digestive system is supposed to be acidic. When you alkalize them which is very hard then you would be feeding candida. When we get high ammonia levels from metabolic issues or from gut dysbiosis it alkalizes our bladder and digestive system causing candida to go from a friendly fungus we need to a pathogenic form. To get it back to the friendly form we need to fix the metabolic issues or the any other number of issues that can cause high ammonia levels. Once Candida is in the pathogenic form it will raise the PH to an alkaline one and it does it in a very short period of time.

Probiotics and cancer. It is better to prevent cancer. Many who have cancer have been found to have acidosis which indicates an underlying health is. That can be from metabolic issues, leaky gut, toxins especially heavy metals and the BT Toxins found in GMOs and the herbicide used on it glyphosate. All those can cause leaky gut which can cause high histamines which also leads to acidosis. Cancer has also been found to create it’s own micro acid environment. Keeping our gut balanced protects us from cancer and many other illnesses. This can also lead to acidosis from dybiosis or akalosis (hyperammonemia)from fungal infection which also causes cancer.

Self Heal

self heal

Prunella Vulgaris is the one I am familiar with Prunella Grandiflora has bigger flowers and I have never seen it. They are known as heallall, or self heal.

This is not medical advice this is form information and educational purposes and should not be taken as medical advice. If in doubt don’t, if you are not certain of the identification of a plant do not use it. Has many health benefits and has been shown to stimulate healing throughout the body including areas that are difficult to heal like cartilage and ligaments. Has been shown to fight cancer and infection.
