This is not medical advice , I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.
This is a list of things that help with infection. I have literally seen hundreds of studies showing vaccines make pathogens more virulent. Knowing pathogens are going to become more deadly we need to learn how to protect ourselves. Almost all we were taught about germs is wrong. If you read my post on things science has wrong you will see that germ theory and terrain theory are wrong and have been proven to be wrong. Yet almost all modern day science is based on a theory that has repeatedly been proven wrong. This makes most modern day research to be flawed from the start. So we need to seek answers ourselves because if we do not we will not find them because modern science has headed the same direction it often times does in history. It has become corrupted by the greedy and power hungry. This results in the promotion of science that is very very flawed. If you also read my post on it is not your genes it is your gut you will also see flaws in other areas of science. I even discuss how the immune system really works.
I find Buhner’s list of herbs to be the most effective and safest of those I have seen listed.

If possible it is good to breast feed infants, it protects them from infection.

I do not believe in kissing an infant on the lips. There are valid reasons for this and people get angry when I mention it but the babies depend on us to protect them. What if someone who kisses the baby on the lips has been recently vaccinated. There is a good chance they are carrying a mycoplasma because vaccine have been shown to be contaminated with mycoplasma. Also vaccines have been shown to cause more virulent diseases to form. Those could be transmitted to the infant thus endangering their life.

Often times infections can be linked to a vitamin deficiency. For example respiratory infection has been shown in many studies to be linked to a vitamin D deficiency. Now days this could also indicate high mercury or high glyphosate levels because they interfere with our bodies ability to convert vitamin D. In those instances vitamin D3 may help. Do not take excessive amounts of vitamin D. Anything over 4000 IU can cause oxalates to form which are very harmful to the body. I have posted on that.

Vitamin A deficiency dramatically increase our risk of infection and immune dysfunction. This is one vitamin we want to achieve homeostasis with though because excess amounts can lead to increased risk of cancer. It is best to try and get your vitamins from food sources when possible.

Cholesterol is needed by the immune system. If we are deficient it can result in immune dysfunction. Since cholesterol is and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory it stands to reason we would suffer ill health effects when deficient in cholesterol.
https://academic.oup.com/qjmed/article/96/12/927/1533176
Cholesterol is needed to produce the hormones we need to protect us from viral infections. This is why if we have issues that cause our production of thiols to be inhibited like high mercury, high glyphosate, high glufosinate or high oxalate levels we need to address them so the body can produce what we need to fight infection.

We need fats to fight infection. Our cells are made up of a lipid layer. If we do not get enough fat our cells become easier targets for infection.

The types of fats are important. For example Omega 9 and Omega 3 help fight infection. Omega 6 does unless levels get too high. Many diets are too high in Omega 6 causing it to have to opposite effect. Omega 9 is found in the milk and fat from grass fed animals. Grain fed animals have much lower levels of Omega 9 fatty acids. This is also why we should address metabolic issues like pyphoria and pyrrole disorders which effect our bodies proper use of fats. I have posted on those. We also need to address sulfation issues which can lead to problems with our bodies proper use of fats.

Boneset helps fight the cold and flu. I found it to be extremely effective. I only had to take it for three days. It also helps fight malaria. There is an alkaloid in it and I have not had a chance to research the health effects of the alkaloid so I only use it for about three days. I will not use it any longer then that until I have a chance to research the safety of the alkaloid that is in it. I took it at night because it made me feel like I had a fever and it made me sweat. I decided I would rather sleep through that. Has been shown to be very effective against the flu. Has been shown to be very effective against RNA viruses which are usually the super viruses produced by vaccines. It also fight malaria.

I posted on things science has wrong. I had noticed most things they call pathogens have beneficial effects in the body. Some help get rid of toxins, while others help modulate and keep the immune system balanced. Some pathogens even fights cancer. So I kept researching and found when an illness exist then it can harm the pathogen so it has to go into survival mode. When it does that is when it can harm the body. So we much correct the problem to get the said pathogen back to commensal form.

Golden Rod helps with colds and flu. It is high in betaine also known as tmg so can cause indigestion if taken in excess. It is not mentioned in this link but it stimulates bile production and reduces urinary tract infection. It can aid in digestion if you get that feeling like there is a brick in your gut after eating. It reduces inflammation and symptoms of allergies.

Colloidal silver is effective against many types of pathogens. You must make sure it is true or pure colloidal silver at least 98% colloidal silver. In some countries they are allowed to sell ionic silver as colloidal silver. As far as I know ionic silver is not toxic but it does cause what they call blue man syndrome. It takes very high does to occur but it is proof the body cannot remove ionic silver. It is very effective against MRSA.
