This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.
Inflammation does serve a purpose. It is involved in healing and immune response in the body. But excess inflammation can lead to chronic illness, immune dysfuction, and mental illness. Inflammation and nutrient deficiencies can lead to infection which cause and add to the inflammation and immune dysfunction. Imbalance in B or T cells can cause chronic inflammation, chronic inflammation can cause an imbalance in B and T cells. They are tightly connected to each other. I posted on autoimmunity with information on balancing the immune system. Reducing inflammation is also important to maintain homeostasis if we are chronically ill.
There are many types of cytokines in the body and many types of inflammation. If the cause is not addressed it can lead to chronic illness, autoimmunity and chronic pain. Inflammation disables the immune system and many metabolic pathways needed to heal. It can cause us to become prone to infection from microbes that are usually beneficial to the body. Inflammation can lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and death.
T Cell imbalance and inflammation are the commonality in autoimmune diseases this includes interstitial cystitis, arthritis, hardening of the arteries, obesity, lupus the list goes on and on. You must restore balance to the immune system and reduce inflammation to heal.
If you have sulfation issues or problems with lipid metabolism you cannot heal you need to get them straightened out. Most things I mention I have posted information on things that will help correct them. If we have issues with lipid metabolism then our bodies cannot use cholesterol effectively which effects the function of the brain, heart and digestion. This is a good video with information on their importance.
These are my summarized note on metabolic issues. They have to be addressed in order to achieve homeostasis. Many of these issues I posted more detail in other post.
I will mention things that heal the gut but I covered it in more detail in this blog post.
Many will take vitamin D3 to reduce inflammation but this can in some instances make things worse. Excess levels of vitamin D can cause high blood calcium levels which can result in oxalate formation. Those who have sarcoidosis which is an inflammatory disease that effects the organs have high levels of vitamin D3. I have seen many develop this when they have gotten and infection. This leads me to believe there are issue with the vitamin D receptor because problems with the vitamin D receptor will make us prone to illness. Those with sarcoidosis should avoid vitamin D until they get the issues causing the high vitamin D levels resolved. This is caused by upregulation of Cyp27b1 enzyme , the high levels of vitamin D inhibit the vitamin D receptor. This results in vitamin D binding to the Pregnane X receptor. This causes bile to be metabolized quicker reducing the amount of bile produced, this also causes issues with lipid metabolism resulting in lipid accumulation in the liver. Many of the symptoms caused by this are common in those with inflammatory bowel diseases. Make me believe there is a common tie. Maintaining our vitamin D levels is important but those with sarcoidosis probably should not take vitamin D3 but if they supplement it should be regular vitamin D like what is found in fish oil.
Vitamin D supplementation did not seem to have any benefits in those with sarcoidosis.
Vitamin A protects against vitamin D toxicity.
Leaky gut and inhibited bile production can lead to food intolerances. I posted on correcting these. Food intolerances cause inflammation and autoimmunity if not corrected.
We need to ask ourselves why food sensitivities, food intolerances , gluten intolerance, gliaden intolerance and many other problems that used to be rare are now very common? What is causing the epidemic?
Antibiotics have been linked to causing all those illnesses and you will see in this post how. Fluoroquinolone is one of the most dangerous antibiotic of all there are people who have been permanently disabled by fluroquinolones. The inflammation they cause to the body and damage is very very difficult to repair. If we do something reckless that cost people their lives we would go to jail. The pharmaceutical industry is frequently falsifying data, ghost writing studies and even paying people to lie about their products safety. The government has often times been caught colluding with the pharmaceutical industry to hide the harm they do. Why the double standard? Why is no one held accountable for the harm they do? Often times their drugs are what sets people up for chronic illness.
This is an example of a bad article. The advice may seem good but they mention spinach which if not cooked it will cause inflammatin because it is high oxalate. It needs to be boiled and the water dumped to reduce oxalates. It recommends fermented foods. Fermented foods are high histamine and if a person dealing with inflammation or high histamines eat fermented foods it will cause inflammation instead of reduce it. They also recommend high sulfur foods which normally would be very healthy but those with sulfation issues or gut dysbiosis who have high levels of sulfur digesting bacteria will become sicker and develop inflammation and high oxidative stress levels. I have posted on oxidative stress, and sulfation. Oxidative stress causes inflammation and can lead to cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
Increasing T regulatory cells helps with type 1 diabetes. Our gut microbiome regulate our T regulatory cell levels. I have posted on how to increase them. They regulate the health of our whole bodies even our bone health. I have posted throughout my blog on our microbiota and how each one effects our health. T regulatory cells prevent autoimmunity and excessive inflammation.
If we do not address our gut imbalance it can lead to B cell lymphoma. We need to increase the microbiome that reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. I posted on other post which ones accomplish that.
High resistin is blamed for causing diabetes type 2 and cardiovascular disease. Infection, leaky gut and oxidative stress can cause high resistin levels. It is usually an issue in the gut. It can also be caused by zinc deficiency. A person with zinc deficiencies will have a poor sense of taste or smell, a poor appetite, experience weight loss, whites spots on finger nails and night blindness. High resistin levels is actually a symptom not the cause but just like most allopathic medicine they view the symptom as the cause. Resistin helps protect the body from endotoxins. High levels indicate leaky gut or infection. Zinc deficiency also causes high TH17 levels which is common in lupus and other autoimmune diseases. High levels of endotoxins damage the brain.
Endotoxemia which can be caused by leaky gut or infection which causes high resistin levels. This leads to insulin resistance.
Endotoxins cause the blood brain barrier to become porous.
High endotoxins cause the body to release inflammasomes which activate Gasdermin. Gasdermin causes pyropoptoses. Instead of the cell dying in the normal way through apotosis which give the body a chance to clear the debris out with pyropoptose the cell erupts spewing material out. If this occurs enough times the body cannot keep up with the process of cleaning debris out and metabolic pathways can become blocked and it can add to the inflammation and toxic burden in the body. It is believed this occurs to control infection. This shows why it is important to heal leaky gut and to get our lipopolysaccharide levels down and reduce inflammasomes. Stimulating autophagy helps reduce inflammasomes. Mitochondrial dysfunction and damage can also activate inflammasome so glyphosate and many drugs especially fluorquinolones can cause this to occur. Arglabia found in species of artemisia inhibit inflammasomes. Resveratrol inhibits inflammasomes. Activating CB2 receptor reduces inflammasomes. I posted on plants that contain cannabinoids that activate CB2.
Since resistin protects us and if you read my post on cholesterol you will see it also protects us, what does allopathic medicine do. They see the resistin as something that needs reduced which would further add to the health problems but that is ok they will find a drug to treat those symptoms also. Allopathic medicine is not about treating the cause but about treating the symptoms. Here is an example here. Resistin protects from the damage of endotoxins and also from the damage statins do. Their solution try to find a way to reduce resistin. Oh great just what a person needs even more health problems.
Nutrient deficiencies can cause oxidative stress and inflammation.
There are many things that cause inflammation and metabolic issues. This results in mold sensitivity. If you are sensitive to mold it is a symptom not the cause. Most mold the body can detox easily until something goes wrong. There are molds that are dangerous but you would have to breath large quantities of them in directly. The white mold that grows on rotting wood that looks like a spider web is one of those molds. Glucuronidation and sulfation are not mentioned in this article but if they are inhibited they also can cause a person to be sensitive to mold. We have to ask ourselves people have lived around mold for centuries and it did not cause problems before. What has changed? Our environment and food is now toxic. Vaccinations damage the body. Our bodies are being pushed to the max when it comes to detoxing.
In the U.S. over farming and the use of glyphosate has cause nutrient deficiencies. Over farming depletes minerals from the soils. Glyphosate chelates minerals from the soil and is high in our food supply and chelates minerals from our bodies and kill many of our beneficial microbes in our gut. Our microbes produce some of the vitamins we need especially the B vitamins. Heavy antibiotic use can cause us to become deficient in B vitamins from the loss of our microbiome that produce the B vitamins for us. They have started fortifying our food to compensate for the loss of nutrients. The problem is they use a type of iron that the body cannot easily use, many have toxic levels of iron in their bodies now which causes excess oxidative stress and inflammation. They also fortify our food with folic acid which is man made and toxic to the body. Folate is natural but many do not know the difference including many medical professionals. I have even seen research papers incorrectly interchange the use the words folate and folic acid. High levels of folic acid causes cancer and damages the brain. High levels of folate the natural vitamin prevents cancer and protects the brain. Knotgrass increase lipocalin 2 which helps to restore iron homeostasis. Lactoferrin also helps restore iron homeostasis. Lipocalin can be low in malabsorption but is high during infection.
Processed sugar has been found to cause inflammation that can lead to obesity and heart disease. Fructose is much worse then sugar. But when I looked at studies on those products in their natural forms they did not have ill effects. So apparently our bodies were not meant to have them in purified forms. It doesn’t help that most sugar and fructose is made from GMOs and can contain glyphosate.
GMOs alone even without glyphosate has been found to cause gut inflammation.
Our gut microbiota modulate our immune system and are important for the health of all organs including our brain. I have covered it in more detail in other blog post. It is very important to figure out which ones we are lacking and replace them.
The cannabinoid system is important in maintaining our bodies health. Our gut microbiome modulate it. There are many plants that contain them I have posted on cannabinoids.
The omega 3 to omega 6 ratio can effect our cannabinoid system. In the U.S. we consume to much Omega 6 . When Omega 6 levels become higher then Omega 3 levels it can have a negative impact on the cannabinoid system.

Many spices reduce oxidative stress and when cooked with they reduce toxins produced during cooking. This helps prevent inflammation.
If the NRF2 pathway is blocked or over activated it can lead to excess oxidative stress. I discuss it in my post on oxidative stress. Activating it can reduce oxidative stress but we do not want to over activate it.
Mental stresss makes the gut more permeable. This can lead to endotoxemia resembling an infection.This leads to chronic inflammation.
Many spices help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
Using spices when we cook helps prevent the toxins that can be produced while cooking.
Our food has become very toxic now days if you read my post on GMOs and what they do to the body it is unbelievable they let them feed us those things. Not only that but the additives they put in foods are toxic to our bodies. Something as simple as Ramen noodles are very bad for our health.
Too many oxalates can cause chronic illness. High oxalates can irritate the bladder and run the liver, kidneys, gallbladder and cause urinary and vaginal irritation.
Symptoms of high oxalates.
Oxalates can also cause us to become sensitive to phenols the very nutrients we need to reduce inflammation will now make us ill. They inhibit sulfation which can cause phenols to build up in our bodies. Glyphosate, mercury and vaccine injury can also cause inhibited sulfation. I have posted on correcting sulfation.
To add insult to injury oxalates can cause kidney stones and gallstones one their own. They also cause inflammation which can inhibited bile flow and cause problems in the gallbladder which can lead to gall stones. Bile is involved in cholesterol homeostasis so when it because inhibited cholesterol and fats in the body become dis-regulated. When bile is inhibited it breaks the balance of the gut up and will cause an imbalance in our gut bacteria leading to dysbiosis or inflammatory bowel diseases.
Vasoactive intestinal peptide is usually low in those who have malabsorption issues from inflammatory bowel. When low a person will have difficulty gaining weight.
Hypoxia can reduce the symptoms of inflammatory bowel diseases.
When lipids become dis-regulated it can cause an increase in eicosanoids which are inflammatory. When this happens healthy oils like Omega 3s become inflammatory and Omega 6 will cause inflammation. So we must address metabolic issues that will interfere with the proper metabolism of fats to reap the benefits of fats. Cod liver oil works very good for reduing eicosanoid type inflammation. I get cod liver oil that has lemon juice which will keep it from oxidizing. Cod liver oil is also good for the brain.
Those with inflammatory bowel should avoid saturated fat until they heal. When we have systematic inflammation we need to adjust our diets. Medium chain fatty acids work best when we have inflammatory bowel issues or malabsorption issues.
A mistake many make when they have chronic inflammation is they will take high dose vitamin C which increases inflammation when taken at high doses. Also high dose vitamin C causes anemia because it breaks red blood cells down and depletes certain minerals from the body.
Luteolin helps with inflammatory diseases. It has been shown to prevent diabetes and heart disease. It is high in cooked tomato skin. It is also found in thyme, watercress, citrus fruits, celery, green peppers, and chamomille tea. It is one of the most potent anti-inflammatory and is very potent at reducing oxidative stress.
This is a list of foods high in luteolin.
If inflammation is not addressed it will lead to chronic fatigue syndrome.

This is a list of spices that reduce inflammation. Out of all of them I feel celery, sage, oregano oil and vanilla helped me the most.
Liver X receptor regulates cholesterol homeostasis which is very important in the regulation of inflammation and preventing infection.
Excess NOD2 causes inflammation and can damage the renal system. Infection, and leaky gut can cause high NOD2 levels. This increases inflammation in the intestinal tract leading to inflammatory bowel. Our gut bacteria modulate NOD2. NOD2 recognizes our gut microbiome and will not harm it. Excess inflammation can interfere with toll like receptors which can prevent NOD2 from being able to recognize our good gut microbiome. There are gut microbiome that stimulate IL-12 a loss of these microbiome causes a loss of the ability for NOD2 to recognize our good microbiome. Many metabolic issues can interfere with the proper function of NOD.
Infection can inhibit NOD2 especially mycoplasma infection.

HSP is modulated by diet and our gut microbiota.
Excess inflammation and excess lipopolysaccharide can inhibit NcoR and SMRT which are the checkpoints for appropriate inflammatory and anti-inflammatory response. I have posted on edotoxemia it is very important to get endotoxins levels down.
There are many causes of excess inflammation . The major ones now days is vaccinations and farm chemicals in our foods, especially glyphosate, bt toxins found in GMOs also cause inflammation.
Many illnesses have been linked to inflammation inflammatory bowel diseases, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and many metabolic diseases. Many things that contain the OspA cause inflammation and the OspA disables the immune system. The only way the body can remove the OspA proteins is through autophagy, using and the Heat Shock Protein 70. Inflammation can inhibit those. Many vaccines contain the OspA along with some mycoplasmas, tick born illnesses, EBV and some molds contain it.
Lupus is caused by a type of inflammation. Ironic it is caused by the same type of inflammation that vaccinations and glyphosate cause. Arthritis has been linked to vaccinations.
Arthritis is an autoimmune disorder, vaccines cause autoimmunity awful coincidence. Vaccinations can cause a B cell imbalance that alters our gut microbiome, so can antibiotics and glyphosate.

This is a list of herbs that help with arthritis and why they work. Green Tea inhibits many inflammatory cytokine but should be used in moderation. Drinking it in excess can damage the liver. Curcumin reduces many types of inflammatory cytokines but should be used in moderation it chelates iron and can cause anemia. Resveratrol found in grape skins, wine and grape seed extract reduce many types of inflammatory cytokines but those with hepatitis have to be careful it can activate hepatitis.
Paeonia helps with arthritis.
Thungergod vine helps with many forms of inflammatory illnesses but can irritate the stomach and have effects on hormones in the body.
Inulin and oligofructose reduces many types of inflammation by increasing bifidobacteria. Those with dysbiosis have to ease into things like this and slowly increase intake as their gut microbiome increase that digest this type of fiber. It takes about 3 months for most types of gut microbes to get fully established. If our gut bacteria are not established then we can get severe bloating and gas from consuming too much. Also in order to get our gut bacteria balanced we need a variety of foods in order to get them balanced. Over consumption of inulin and oligofrutose can also cause dysbiosis by increasing levels of inulin and oligofructose microbes to high causing an imbalance in our microbiome. An imbalance in our gut microbiome causes allergies, inflammation, food intolerances, and autoimmunity.
I have listed in other blog post on the microbiome that protect us from inflammation, from autoimmunity and from infection. They also modulate our genes and keep our organs throughout the body healthy and communicate with various parts of the body and even teach the immune system how to fight infection.
Notice vaccines increase inflammatory cytokines for quite some time.
Those with inflammatory bowel diseases are usually low in interleukin 10 and T regulatory cells. I have posted which gut microbes increase those.

Vaccinations cause systematic inflammation which causes neurological damage.
Since we know vaccinations cause inflammation that can damage the brain imagine what is happening to an infant when an expecting mother gets vaccinated.
Brain inflammation has been linked to most mental diseases including alzheimer’s. Mugwort, coconut oil and astaxanthin have been shown to help with brain inflammation. They also stimulate brain repair.
When chronic inflammation persist it can make the brain prone to infection. Lyme has been known to form cyst in the body and can damage the brain by forming cyst on it. Lyme causes systematic inflammation it is part of it’s tactic for evading the immune system.
Inflammation causes high glutamate levels which will cause restless leg syndrome and difficulty sleeping. When glutamate levels get too high it will feel like your skull is going to split in half. To restore normal glutamate levels we must address the metabolic issues causing it and reduce inflammatin.
If inflammation persist it can effect enzymes in the body leading to neurological damage.
Skin inflammation is usually a sign of high TH17 levels. I have posted on autoimmunity and it should cover information concerning high TH17 levels.
Lipoxins are very important for reducing inflammation so it is very important to support their function. Lipoxins cannot remove inflammation until the cause of the inflammation has been removed. If we have metabolic issues or issues in fat metabolism the body cannot produce lipoxins which will increase inflammation. Lions Mane mushroom increases lipoxin. Low lipoxin levels cause asthma and allergies. Consuming Omega 3 and medium chain fatty acids increases lipoxins.
There are many naturals that help with inflammation but they have to be geared towards the type of inflammation and also the cause. For example Golden Rod helps with swelling in the feet and legs and high blood pressure. Golden Rod also has antispasmodic effects which also helps with bladder and muscle pain. It also has antimicrobial effects. It also helps reduce many of the inflammatory markers found in interstitial cystitis. There are a variety of species but they are mostly chemically very similar.
Stimulating the vagus nerve helps to reduce inflammation and pain.the health of the vagus nerve is very important it can even effect our heart and contribute to obesity and fatty liver disease.
Cholesterol is needed to prevent inflammation.
Pau D Arco is an all around amazing herb. It fights candida, inflammation, mycoplasma you name it. It even helps heal stomach ulcers.
Proteolytic enzymes help break down food and reduce inflammation, they help the gut heal. There are plant sources for those not producing them.
5-Lox inhibitors help with illnesses caused by high eicosanoids like asthma and allergies. Caffeic acid inhibits 5-Lox, it can be found in coffee, thyme, basil, cinnamon, star anise, red wine, black chokeberry, barley, rye and apricots. If excess oxidative stress and inflammation and the things causing them are not addressed it leads to neurological damage. Vaccinations, glyphosate and other farm chemicals that are high in our food supply cause systematic inflammation. Heavy metal also causes systematic inflammation. One thing found to be common in obesity is low grade inflammation.
Vaccine inserts will state that brain inflammation is a side effect of the vaccine. They no longer call it autism because vaccines cause many types of brain injury so they us a blanket term encephalopathy to cover a variety of brain injuries vaccinations cause. Tylenol also causes brain inflammation and liver damage because it depletes glutathione so it enhances the inflammatory effects of vaccines. Two things all with autism have in common are brain inflammation (encephalopathy) and autoimmunity. Both things vaccinations and glyphosate have been shown to cause.
Many do not realize that their chronic fatigue (ASIA syndrome), lupus or allergies are actually vaccine injury because the CDC says that only 10% of vaccine injuries get reported but many medical professionals claim that number is much lower. I have posted on identifying vaccine injury because it is usually subtle or brushed of by the medical community. It is up to the parent of the injured child to report vaccine injury or the person who is injured. If you do not keep accurate medical history and medical journals your chances of being compensated for vaccine injury or death is very slim.
N-acetylcysteine helps with damage from tylenol. High stress and high cortisol levels also have a negative impact on BHMT enzymes.
Encephalitis and autism is the same thing. They relabeled autism encephalopathy in order to cover a broader spectrum of brain injuries caused by vaccines and farm chemicals.
Many vaccines contain aluminum which is known to be toxic to the body and it is very difficult for the body to remove it especially once it enters the brain. It has been linked to autism.
If the brain inflammation persist long enough it can result in mental disorders.
When mast cells degranulate they release histamines. Excess histamines cause inflammation. If the immune system is not balanced it could lead into mastocytosis or mast cell activation syndrome. High mast cell levels cause allergies, inflammation, asthma and man other illnesses. We need mast cells to clean up the body but over expression can cause illness.
Mast cells are needed for health but excess and excess degranulation can damage nerves.
Histamines compromise the blood brain barrier causing the brain to become even more inflamed. It also leaves the brain open to toxins and infection.
Some may be helped with a low histamine diet. I have posted on autoimmunity and some tips for some things that will help.
This is why high homocysteine levels lead to inflammatory diseases , it has also been linked to IBD. Often times it is nutrient deficiencies that causes high homocysteine levels. Eating more raw fruit, vegetables and leafy greens can help reduce high homocysteine levels. Also if a person is deficient in B12 which is produced by our gut microbiome and B6 they will develop high homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels can lead to cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance, excess oxidative stress., issues with glutamate because it acts on the NMDA receptor, it can cause the blood brain barrier to become leaky, and can lead to depression. It can cause hoshimoto’s disease, arthritis, psoriasis, lupus which all indicate high TH17 levels. High homocysteine causes headaches, inflammation in the gums and mouth. I am not big on drugs because the pharmaceutical industry and even our own government has shown they can not be trusted when it comes to drug safety. They have often times caused many death from marketing drugs that they falsely claimed to research for safety and the government has many times been caught colluding with them to hide the harm being done. But Ebselem is one drug I have seen many independent studies showing it’s effectiveness at reducing oxidative stress, inflammatory disease and reversing autoimmunity. Unfortunately most governments only allow it to be prescribed to those who are mentally ill.
Vaccinations, heavy metals, stress, toxins, farm chemicals in our food, gut dysbiosis, glyphosate and glufonisate increases zonulin levels which causes leaky gut. This results in autoimmunity, allergies and food intolerances which leads to systematic inflammation. There are test that can help identify leaky gut. It is not always obvious when someone has leaky gut. High zonulin levels also cause interstitial cystitis and a leaky blood brain barrier.

Almost all chronic illness can be linked to our gut microbiome.
Many with inflammatory bowel diseases and chronic illness have been shown to be deficient in Clostridium Leptum. Has been shown to help with asthma and allergies.
Vitamin B6 helps reduces brain inflammation. Some who are not converting B6 may have to use the bioavailable form P5P.
Disruption of lysosomes can lead to inflammatory disease. I have posted on things that may help with lysosomal issues.
Poshpolipase A2 activates during infection. Citroline helps reduce inflammation caused by PLA2. It should not be used often because the body recycles it and if we get too much it can start damaging the liver.
Our Liver X Receptor is important for homeostasis of the immunes system and in preventing inflammation.
Yarrow reduces inflammation in the digestive tract. It also give energy without the side effects of caffeine. It also helps with asthma.
There are many toxins in our food and enviroment that cause inflammation. If we do not detox them and leave the inflammation continue then it can lead to autoimmunity and cancer. Oxidative stress causes inflammation so the source of the oxidative stress needs address, treating the inflammation would only be treating the symptoms. Cancer is a symptom of illness but not the cause, it is a symptom of an underlying illness. I have also posted on cancer in more detail.
Tea tree oil works great for reducing histamines, and substance P in the skin. It reduces inflammation and has great disinfectant properties. It is too strong to use straight. I found adding about 5 drops to 8 ounces of Jojoba oil worked great. Jojoba oil stimulates hair growth and reduces inflammation. It also will disinfect , it even kills fungus.
Infection causes inflammation, if systematic inflammation is not addressed it can lead to interstitial cystitis. It is very difficult to recover from. I am in remission with no help from allopathic medicine they just made things worse. They will try and prescribe you psych meds and tell you it is in your head like they do with Lyme disease. There are two things I have seen common in the many types of interstitial cystitis. Leaky gut or digestive issues and high inflammatory cytokines. High substance P levels have been found in some types of asthma , autoimmunity and all with interstitial cystitis have high substance P levels. I have posted on substance P. It is a sign of leaky gut or gut dysbiosis.
Often times with IC it is hormone imbalance that causes the inflammation.
Infection causes issues with tryptophan this can lead to both malabsorption and interstitial cystitis. I have seen people go years with undetected infections because it was tick born illness and they always over look it. As a matter of fact some studies claim up to 80% of those with interstitial cystitis may have tick born illness that is going undetected. Tick born illness is not what it should be called though because most illnesses ticks transmit can be transmitted by biting insects including Lyme disease. Our adrenaline levels can effect our bodies causing inflammation and autoimmunity. Adaptogens like suma root or maca root usually help with that.
If you do not have porphyria then Omega 3 fatty acids will reduce inflammation in the bladder. If you have porphyria, which pyrrole issues are some of the first symptoms then all oils except medium chain fatty acids will cause you inflammation. Also if your Omega 6 levels get higher then Omega 3 then instead of reducing inflammation Omega 6 will cause inflammation.

There are a lot of farm chemicals in our food. PON1 is needed to detox them. Inflammation inhibits PON1. Reducing inflammation will help with detoxing. Sumac helps to stimulate PON1. Dandelion stimulates DIG1 which detoxes the body. Alternating between them should help to detox.
Fats which are needed by almost all cells of the body can make inflammation worse if a person has pyrrole issues. If a person has pyrrole issues it is a symptom of a bigger problem porphyria. They will get ill from consuming oils. Medium chain fatty acids is all they should consume until they have addressed it. I have posted on porphyria.

It is found in cassava, legumes, beans, grains, many root vegetables.
St. Johnswort reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. It has a cannabinoid in it that that causes relaxation. The best way I know how to describe it is that it gives you that feeling you get when you are fighting sleep as a child and you get giggly.
Chlorophyll helped me a lot. It is high in copper so should only be used a few times a week , I used it about three times a week. It is also a good source of magnesium and increases oxygen levels in the blood.
If a person gets mast cell activation syndrome from Lyme there are a number of things people have tried. Supplements worked best for me. I have covered this in my autoimmunity post. When mast cells degranulate they cause high histamines which cause inflammation. It is very important to get them under control and restore homeostasis. We need some histamines to fight infection and for digestion so we do not want to over do it.
When I was very ill my skin started to lose it’s color . When it is low the immune system will become imbalanced and we will develop inflammation throughout the body. On the other end of the scale those who have chronic fatigue syndrome have excess a-MSH. If levels are high a person will not have an appetite.

When levels get high the skin will burn especially in the scalp and down the spin. The burning with increase at night and can also itch. Substance P levels increase at night. Substance P is used by the body to stimulate healing in the body. Excess substance P can cause excess bone marrow to be produced. I have posted on how to reduce it. When it gets very high brown spots may develop around the hair follicles. Nutrient deficiencies can also cause high substance P levels especially magnesium. This is also why many have leaky gut now days because high substance P levels cause leaky gut. Over farming and the use of glyphosate has caused many to become deficient in magnesium. If high substance P levels are not addressed it can lead to pancreatic damage and even cancer. If substance P levels get high enough it can feel like bugs crawling under and on the skin, I experienced that. I also experienced butt itching which drove me almost to the point of madness.

It contains resveratrol which can activate hepatitis. It contains resveratrol which reduces the inflammatory cytokines that cause neurological damage and leaky gut.
Resveratrol helps with obesity by reducing the inflammation that causes it. It is also an Nrf2 activator so reduces oxidative stress. Keep in mind we do not want to reduce oxidative stress too low because we need it to produce enzymes, protect us from infection and toxins and cancer. Homeostasis should always be the goal. To little inflammation or oxidative stress can cause cancer, to much can also cause cancer we need to balance things out.
Serrapeptase is an enzyme that silk worms use to escape their cocoon. It has great anti-inflammatory properties. It breaks down scar tissue in the body and can break down cyst formed by infection. It should only be used in low doses. High doses can also start breaking down tissue in the body good tissue in the body , do not take in high doses. It also breaks down biofilms.
I have never tried chrysanthemum but it is supposed to reduce inflammation and protect from renal injury.
Red gensing has a lot of health benefits but those with high blood pressure should not use it. It is a stimulant.
Pau D Arco contains B-lapchone which has been found to fight many types of cancer. It has been found to protect the renal system and reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. Hesperidin is great for healing, reducing inflammation and reducing histamines. It is also a helicase inhibitor so helps fight viruses. It is found mostly in the white parts of citrus fruits and peppermint.
Palmitoylethanolamide helps with many types of chronic illness. It helps keep the cannabinoid system healthy. It is involved with cellular repair, nerve repair and reduces inflammation. This is one of those things I thought was crazy is earth grounding. So I look for research to show people who believe that had to be crazy. Plantain herb is another herb with amazing healing properties. It contains baicalein which is what makes scutellaria mare effective. It kills many types of infection including gangrene. It reduces Cox-1 and Lox which would help with allergies and interstitial cystitis. It also helps with renal damage.
Mugwort is another amazing plant. It helps heal the renal system and brain , fights many pathogens including mycoplasma. It reduces inflammation and is 1000 as potent against cancer then chemotherapy. Mugwort increases the bodies antioxidants and prevents heart disease.
Scutellaria is high in baicalein which prevents thrombosis, reduces inflammation and balances the immune system. There are two types usually sold on the market american and chinese. Amercan is higher in baicalein. I used american when I was sickest and because it is so potent the sudden restored blood flow to my legs, hands, and brain caused a lot of problems. I experienced headaches from the barin starting to heal, I experienced muscle spasms in my legs and feet and burning pain from the nerves and muscles waking up. I experienced burning in my hands. I wold suggest using chinese which would not cause such sudden healing.
Frankinsense is another super herb. It is from the sap of 5 different spcies of Boswellia. Their sap has been found to help with asthma, inflammation, very good at fighting infection, heals leaky gut and helps with gut dysbiosis. Has been found to help with peristalisis (when the gut is paralyzed. Has been found to fight cancer. The essential oil has been shown to fight skin cancer and reduce scars on the skin. It has been shown to prevent oral infections. The list of benefits goes on and on.
If leaky gut is not corrected it can lead to liver and kidney disease. Leaky gut is not always obvious it usually presents as food intolerances and the number of food intolerances will increase the worse it gets.
Cox-2 inhibitors are good for healing the gut and bladder. Cox-2 inhibitors help with some types of asthma and interstitial cystitis. Things that inhbit iNOS would help with interstitial cystitis. They act similar to NSAIDs without the side effects. Remember you do not want to inhibit COX-2 For too long because we need it for healing, once homeostasis is reach it would be a good idea to just take some once in a while. Natural salicitic acid found in willow bark works as well as NSAIDs if a person has sulfation issues it can make them ill, it can also irritate the stomach if over consumed. Myrtus Communis also reduces pain as well as NSAIDs but I have not found any toxicity studies on it. Myrtus communis does work very well for healing the gut. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29303617 . But does not inhibit Cox-2. Cox-2 inhibitors also help heal the gallbladder.
Lysolecithin causes bladder inflammation. Lysolecithin causes systematic inflammation interstitial cystitis, neurological damage and has been implicated as a causative factor in MS. It is needed for autophagy and low levels can cause hardening of the arteries. Lysolecithin is in high amounts in processed foods and enzyme-modified foods. It is also known as Lysophosphatidylcholine. It is also released from cells during inflammation. It can cause bile blockage. The problem is all processed foods are very high in it which raises our bodies levels too high. lysoPC in high amounts damages the mucus membrane of the gut, combined with alcohol it is much worse. Cigarette smoking also causes damage by rasing LP-PLA2 which increases oxidative stress and lysoPC. I cannot find the link to the study but it causes interstitial cystitis through the nerve damage it causes.
Mediterranean Sage reduces COX-2, and iNOS. It also reduces oxidation of lipids.
Alterations in our gut microbiome can contribute to muscular dystrophy.
Curcimin inhibits COX-2 but if used for too long it can make you anemic so should be pulsed and not used daily. Thunder God Vine reduces COX-2 without inhibiting it’s effects but it can have effects on our hormones if taken for too long. Resveratrol and Querciten inhibit COX-2 with many beneficial effects. Green Tea inhibits COX-2 but over consumption can damage the liver. All things should be done in moderation and homeostasis should be the goal.
Bulgleweed in the mint family inhibits COX-2,
Many of the cornus (dogwood) species the berries reduce inflammatory cytokines and inbibits COX-2,
Groundcone reduces TNF-a, iNOS and COX-2,
Catalpa helps with colitis, inhibits many inflammatory cytokines and COX-2.
Cape Jasmine heals the retina by improving oxygen levels in tissues. It inhibits iNOS and Cox-2. Yellow gentian produces one of the most bitter substances known. Bitter substances stimulate bile. It helps normalize the NMDA receptor which can be overstimulated by metabolic issues causing head aches and anxiety.
Cox-2 is a precursor to prostaglandin E2, mock privet leaves inhibit PGE2.
Rehmannia root should not be taken if the immune system is over activated for example with mast cell activation because it stimulates the immune system. Rehmannia leaves inhibit blood clotting. Rehmannia helps prevent depression and helps with blood brain barrier repair by improving production of tight junction proteins which would also help heal the gut.
Foutainbush also known as firecracker plant reduces inflammation and oxidative stress, it fight infections like malaria. It depresses the central nervous system which improves sleep.
Water figwort inhibits inflammatory cytokines, especially the ones that cause skin inflammation. Desert figwort has similar properties but has a little more potent inflammatory inhibiting effects. Ironwort also known as mountain tea inhibits inflammation, reduces oxidative stress and helps heal the gut. It inhibits Lipoxygenase.
Blue snakeweed reduces anxiety through the GABA and opioid receptors and enhances sleep. It also reduces pain. It fight malaria. It also has potent anti-inflammatory effects and helps heal the gut.
Lilac flowers and bark reduces hydrogen peroxide levels in the body, it reduces lipid peroxidation, and reduces Nitric Oxide levels in those with excess Nitric oxide. In other words it reduces oxidative stress. It also reduces TNF-a , NFK-B and IL-6 and other inflammatory cytokines. It also helps with diabetes. It also stimulates IL-10 which is usually inhibited by the OspA protein in vaccines and some infections like Lyme. It also contains rutin which fights infection.
Water speedwell is in the plantain family. It reduces oxidative stress and reduces inflammatory cytokines stimulated by endotoxins.
Vitex inhibits Cox-2
Liverwort is very effective against fungus even nail and skin fungus. It is anti-inflammatory but contains a cannabinoid that is very potent so should be used in moderation.
Nutmeg inhibts COX-2 and has a cannabinoid that has narcotic like effects. It should not be used in high doses. In high doses it can cause seizures and even death. It has hepaprotective, antiseptic, memory enhancing and reduces inflammation.
Chicory prevents biofilms, helps normalize gut microbiota, it is a bitter herb so stimulates bile production, it fights many infections including malaria and helps fight parasites. It reduces inflammation and is hepaprotective. Helps heal the gut. It has mild sedative effects and reduces pain. It reduces oxidative stress.
Speedwell reduces inflammation by inhibiting Cox-2 and TNF-a. Has strong antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. It also helps with mast cell issues.
Feverfew is great for reducing pain and inflammation. It also helps fight the flu and colds. But if taken for too long a person can become addicted. When they stop taking it they will have toxic withdrawal syndrome and will feel ill and will get a very severe headache.
Berberine protects the brain, renal system, helps balance the immune system. Kills just about all types of infection including mycoplasma. Berberine improves insulin sensitivity, and prevents cardiovascular disease. It also improves lipid metabolism which would help those with pyrrole issues, it also reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. It is found in berberis, oregongrape, amur cork, and california poppy. California poppy also has pain killing properties.

This one surprised me. I have only seen studies on the bark and roots of paeonia flowers but the health benefits have been amazing, helps with diabetes, heart disease and even helps balance the immune system. It reduces inflammation, oxidative stress and helps normalize the adrenal hormones. It even inhibits cancer growth. It even reduces brain inflammation. It reduces oxalates which are very damaging to the body. It improves gut motility which would help those who have digestive disorders that causes constipation. It also helps prevent biliary blockage which would cause inhibited bile production.
If inflammation is not addressed it can lead to bone loss.
Magnolia has a cannabinoid that reduces pain and inflammation, it also helps with inflammatory bowel issues. It stimulates bone growth, and reduces depression by it’s actions on the GABA receptor it also prevents glutamate build up by increasing the hormone that converts glutamate to GABA, It reduces inflammation by inhibition of PPARy and many of the cytokines found in inflammatory bowel diseases. It has been show to be effective against many metabolic disorders. It inhibits blood clotting it is very effective against cancer, it has been know to fight forms of cancer that are drug resistant. Magnolia reduces oxidative stress and helps restore proper lipid function in the body. It has been shown to fight fungus, Hepatitis C and HIV. It helps with hypertension and is and ACE inhibitor. Most species of magnolia are chemically similar.
Flax seed has a cannabinoid similar to thc. It has anti-inflammatory effects, reduces histamines, reduces pain, helps heal the gut. It is high in Omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seed must be crushed because humans cannot digest that has not been crushed. Flax seed is also high in mucilage so helps heal the gut. It balances our gut microbiome. Leptin levels increase during infection and is known to be high in those suffering from sepsis. Leptin contributes to the production of inflammatory cytokines and oicosanoids. So if a person has inflammation, allergies, mast cell issues or asthma they may want to avoid leptin until they have those issues corrected.
The type of asthma described in this link is caused by leaky gut. The symptoms they describe are symptoms of leaky gut. The worse a person gut becomes the more allergies they will develop. Rutin is found in the waxy part of the skins of red apples, white skin of citrus fruit, buckwheat, figs,cherries, apricots, rooibos, and black and green tea are high in rutin. Be careful drinking too much black and green tea. Drinking them excessively can damage the liver. Anything can harm our health if used in excess.
Not eating enough foods effects our gut and is why so many in the western world have gut issues, that along with the BT Toxins in GMOs and glyphosate and other farm chemicals. Search my blog on GMOs and glyphosate and you will see there is a lot of research showing how they destroy the gut and brain. Processed foods are very bad on the digestive system. Once our gut is compromised it starts effecting the health of the whole body resulting in increased mast cell degranulation and inflammation. Digestive enzymes helped me a lot. I chose plant derived enzymes. They reduce inflammation, reduce mast cell degranulation which reduces histamines. They help the food break down and be absorbed by the digestive system. I tried to match the enzymes with the types of foods they broke down so what I was going to eat determined what enzymes I would use. If we are deficient in digestive enzymes we will develop gut dysbiosis, bloating, intestinal inflammation, malabsorption, all things that lead to chronic illness. Farm chemicals which are high in our food supply and processed foods inhibit our digestive enzymes. We also will develop fatigue because it inhibits the bodies ability to produce cellular energy. They help prevent cystic fibrosis and asthma. If inflammation or infection persist it can develop into brochhiectasis which causes excess mucus in the lungs. Brochiectasis can result from inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune disease, and allergies also. High levels of H2S producing bacteria in the gut can deplete thioredoxin which results in thiol build up in the body making us sensitive to thiols and causing hormone imbalances. H2S has been found to be decreased in age related brain degenerative illnesses. Excess H2S production in the intestines can lead to pouchitis because it inhibits gut motility. High levels of H2S causes chronic fatigue syndrome. High levels of H2S inhibit the electron transport chain which is one of the final steps in energy metabolism in the body. Excess H2S can enhance the activity of the NMDA receptor , excessive NMDA receptor activity is common in autism. When there is excess H2S thiyl radicals are produced which effect lipid metabolism.
For some cannibus has many health benefits and has shown amazing results on cancer. Unfortunately I am one of the few that is negatively impacted by the cannabinoids in it. Fortunately there are many types of cannabinoids found in many plants. I posted on them in more detail.
Rooibos tea is another amazing herb for healing. It reduces inflammation, reduces histamines, helps with asthma, it fights infection in the lungs.
Choline deficiency or issues with choline metabolism can cause fatty liver, brain dysfunction, neurological damage, inflammation and oxidative stress. I had to deal with choline metabolism issues. You will get indigestion when you consume fats if you have issues with choline metabolism. That could also be a sigh of porphyria. It also causes problems metabolizing fats if you are choline deficient.
I had a lot of friends who used black ginger and they said it really helped them with a variety of illnesses from autoimmunity, asthma, inflammation, arthritis, leaky gut you name it.
Chrysanthemum helps with endotoxemia from infection and leaky gut. It reduces oxidative stress, inflammation and reduces nitrositive stress.
Camu Camu is very nutritious and high in vitamin C and minerals. It reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. It also increases GABA levels.
I am still uncertain about HDAC inhibitors reducing oxidative stress and increasing things that deal with oxidative stress would be a better route to go. Inhibiting HDAC would be treating the symptoms but not the cause of the illness. Inhibiting it can have such a dramatic effect on the body. There are natural HDAC inhibitors. Which help fight cancer.
Ogg1, increasing Ogg1 fights cancer, excess oxidative stress and reduces risk of cardiovascular disease and other inflammatory diseases. It has been shown to help with autoimmunity. Inhibiting mTOR activates Ogg1. Remember do not over do it we need some oxidative stress to absorb nutrients, fight infection and break down scar tissue in the body.
Ogg1 needs folate to function properly. Remember folate and folic acid are not the same folic acid is toxic to the body and is man made. High blood glucose levels and low insulin levels can inhibit Ogg1. I have posted on mTOR inhibitors. Inhibiting mTOR increases Ogg1.
Ogg1 and MuT Homolog1 are DNA repair mechanism and are upregulated in ulcerative colitis. Oxidative stress increases their expression.
In bladder injury parp is activated. This indicates excess inflammation or excess oxidative stress causing DNA damage because PARP is activated during DNA damage. Excess PARP activation depletes NAD+/ATP which causes cell death. PARP is over activated in some types of cancer. Keep in mind the common ties. Inflammation, what causes it why is it happening? Finding the source and correcting in is how to heal not by treating the symptoms. PARP inhibition can lead to obesity, insulin resistance and glucose intolerance.
Excess PARP1 hyperactivation can cause occluding to be down regulated. This is found in tight junction layers throughout the body and can lead to a leaky blood brain barrier, bladder injury, and leaky gut. It has also been linked to Alzheimer’s. It can also lead to stroke, heart inflammation, brain and nerve damage.
Querciten and Rutin inhbiti PARP with Querciten being the most potent inhibitor. Heat Shock Protein 90 inhibits PARP. This can be stimulate by heat.
C-reactive protein causes inflammation. It is a sign of bacteria infection. If C-reactive levels are high for too long it can damage the bladder and lead to chronic illness like cardiovascular disease, diabetes and autoimmunity. C-reactive levels are high in most chronic illness especially heart disease and interstitial cystitis. It is usually caused by infection yet I have seen many go years with high C-reactive levels and refused antibiotic treatment because they are told they do not have and infection. Those with tick born illness and interstitial cystitis are the ones who are the most victimized by the medical community. In order to reduce C-reactive protein levels you must address the cause which means detoxing if it is caused by something like glyphosate, aluminum, mercury or infection. An anti-inflammatory diet helps. Also often times oxidative stress is involved and needs addressed.
If p53 is inhibited ROS increases. This in turn can cause mutant P53 which will have the same effects as inhibited p53. Inflammation inhibits p53. Loss of p53 causes inflammation in the body that becomes unregulated especially in the bladder. Oxidative stress and excess inflammation can inhibit P53 creating a cycle that is difficult to break. Mutated P53 is common in interstitial cystitis and cancer.
Magnets reduce inflammation and improve blood flow. One pole stimulates blood flow and one pole reduces inflammation but I do not remember which pole does which and I cannot find the links to the studies.

GMOs are one big lie.
They say we need GMOs because of a shortage of food. That is a lie it is because of greed. Many nations are studying how to deal with the massive amounts of food wastage. They create false fears then offer a false solution.
They claim that BT Toxins in GMOs are safe for human consumption. They say the animals that died from eating them is anecdotal evidence. At what point does it become solid proof? When the corporation lying about it decides it is real evidence ? When the corrupt governments who have been proven to be colluding with the biotech industry to hide the harm they are doing decides the evidence is beyond anecdotal? It has become clear now days that our governments and many of those in them are overcome with greed for power and money. I feel sorry for those who have not been corrupted and are trying to fight for what is right. Why are they not required to test them for safety. Why are they allowed to falsely claim they have been tested when they have not. They claim they have but the studies are so flawed they are invalid. They read more like an advertisement for the biotech industry. Most of the studies they quote to promote GMOs have been retracted or proven to be flawed.
What gets me is the BT Toxin has been found in the human blood stream showing that consuming it does effect the body because the biotech industry claims that cannot happen. They have even found it in the blood streams of infants in mothers wombs. I would like to see if those BT Toxin crystals cause the same ill health effects as oxalates because they are sharp crystal shaped structures. Oxalates cause joint pain especially in the hips, they also cause inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation causes autoimmunity, cancer and chronic illnesses like heart disease and diabetes. I wonder how many out there have joint pain and it is being caused by BT Toxin crystals but since there is no research in it they are probably being told it is in their heads or it is stress. That is allopathic medicines go to solution when they do not have an answer.
BT Toxins have been found to cause genetic alterations in rats that consume them. Since they are making their way into human blood streams there is a good chance that is also occurring in humans. The worst part of it is they are now doing what is called stacking. They are splicing genes from a number of different BT Toxin producing microbes into GMOs making them even more toxic.
There are studies showing the body reacts to BT Toxins the same way the body would react if it was having an allergic reaction. Many believe they are gluten intolerant but it is BT Toxin and glyphosate intolerant that is really the problem. The BT Toxin works by pretty much by destroying an insects gut giving them leaky gut which in humans causes food intolerances and allergies. BT Toxin has been show to deteriorate the mucus membrane in the gut. Now add the toxic effects of glyphosate which does pretty much the same things but can cause gut paresis. BT Toxins have been shown to trigger an inflammatory response in the gut which reduces the gut mucus membrane were our gut microbes that keep us healthy reside. There is no study showing the health effects of this from BT Toxins but there are many studies showing when this happens we develop leaky gut , autoimmunity and chronic inflammatory diseases. Now you can see why inflammatory bowel diseases are rampant now days.
BT Toxin has been found to be toxic to the blood and causes anemia and many other blood disorders. It has been shown to negatively impact the adrenal glands, spleen, liver and kidney. Notice all those types of illnesses have taken a dramatic climb lately.
GMOs have been shown to be nutritionally inferior. When they alter the genes so the plant produces higher amounts of a certain nutrient it causes the plant to produces less of another. The glyphosate and glufonisate they use on them chelate nutrients from the soil and enter our blood stream and chelate nutrients form the body. I believe it is not a coincidence the U.S. government started requiring they fortify food with the very nutrients that those chemicals chelate from the soil and body. The bad part about that is they use synthetic vitamins which are toxic to the body. Folic acid is man made and has been shown to increase the risk of cancer. It builds up in the blood stream causing psychosis and bipolarism because it damages the NMDA receptor. If you search my blog I have posted on it. Folate which is natural has the opposite effects. The sad part is many medical professionals do not know the difference between folate and folic acid. Because they are fortifying foods with iron many in the U.S. have iron toxicity which causes oxidative stress which can lead to cancer and chronic illness and digestive problems.
They have shown that it is possible for the genes from GMOs to transfer horizontally to the gut microbiotia and in animal studies it has happened. Knowing what BT Toxin does to the body can you imagine if our microbiotia is producing BT Toxin adding to the levels of BT Toxin in the bodies of those consuming GMOs. I would like to see someone study that and I would like to see a study on the blood levels of BT Toxins in those who consume GMOs.
GMOs are causing insects and weeds to become resistant to herbicides and pesticides which has increased the need to use those harmful chemicals. This has resulted in the extinction of some insects that polinate. It has brought the monarch butterfly on the verge of extinction and many bees have been put on the endangered species list. Bees are not the only thing that pollinates and the BT Toxin has been killing a variety of pollinating insects.

They falsely claim they need to save the world from starvation when in reality many nations are trying to figure out how to deal with the massive food wastage.

IL-10 prevents MyD88 from causing exciess inflammation.
Along with our T cells and B cells our gut bacteria also regulate IL-10.
Issue with the retinoic receptor can also inhibit our gut bacterias communication with our cells.
It is important for that communication to keep our body from attacking our good gut bacteria.
Those who have an over active immune response would want to avoid TLR2 agonist they increase the immune response and the inflammation. This would help those who have low CD4 counts.
Coriolus mushroom is a TLR2 agonist which would stimulate the immune system.
Turkey tail mushroom also is a tlr2 agonist.
Spirulina increases cd4 T cells.
Those with HIV lack the gut bacteria that stimulate CD4 cell production.
These are things that help with HIV.
Yogurt increases CD4.
Phloretin is a TLR2 inhibitor. This reduces the immune response and would reduce inflammation.

We need to keep in mind that our immune system protects us from cancer so loss of MyD88 can lead to cancer.

MyD88 is needed to fight infection but if it is over stimulated it can cause health problems.
So what could cause these cytokine storms that will not shut down. Well vaccines have been well documented for causing such reactions.
Over active MyD88 can lead to cancer, lupus and other autoimmune diseases , in autoimmunity TLR are up-regulated which activates MyD88 causing a cytokine storm. If you look at the studies below then look at documented vaccine injury cases you will see they are connected.

When it is caused by modern medicine they use disorder to avoid the negativity that comes with the word disease. Much of the autoimmune disorders now days can be linked to modern medicine. So they do not want you to know what is really causing cancer, they make too much money from peoples ignorance of the true causes. When I was younger cancer was rare , you did not hear of people getting it very often. I watched many who smoked all their lives die from old age. This made me question what was really causing cancer. Though smoking increases the risk of cancer I kept asking myself why do I see more dying from cancer who don’t smoke then the ones who do. The commonality I seen is many who smoked did not go to the doctors much and grew much of their own food. It took me many years of observing things to put this together in my head. But now that I have, I decided I will show others what I was seeing.

Easy when you do a search for the undeclared ingredients you find they cause cancer.
Many of the things in our homes and foods have been found to cause cancer.
The BT Toxin in genetically modified crops has been found to be toxic. This makes up 80% of our food supply imagine what it is doing to the childrens genes. So our foods are not toxic and the toxins is grown inside the genes of the plants so this is not something that can be washed off.
Even in small amounts the bt toxins has been found to be toxic to humans.
The bt toxin has been found in the blood of pregnant women.
So it stands to reason Genetically modified foods have been connected to causing leukemia.
The herbicides and BT Toxins combined are even more toxic.
There are hundred of farm chemicals found in our food supply but I am only going to mention the two most used. Many of the herbicides and pesticides used on our food have been found to cause cancer. You cannot wash glyphosate or glufosinate off because it gets taken up by the plants. Glyphosate the herbicide used on GMO crops and is also used to dry beans , grains and many other things has been found to contibute to breast cancer.
Since it has been shown glyphosate is also found in the womb , it stands to reason that glyphosate causes endometrial hyperplasia which can lead to cancer.

Glufosinate Bayers form of glyphosate has proven to be just as toxic and is use in very much the same way that glyphosate is.
Processed foods and commercially raised foods have been shown to cause cancer from all the chemicals in them.
What makes things worse is the herbicides they use on crops chelate the nutrients out of the plants so they fortify the food with vitamins. But the vitamins are man made and not natural so they contribute to cancer. Plus all the foods are fortified with iron and many have been found to have high iron levels which causes cancer. For example folic acid which is man made is often used interchangeably with folate, but they are very different. Folic Acid is man made and the body makes very little of the enzyme needed to break it down. The excess folic acid enters the blood stream and has been shown to cause cancer and mental illness.

They fortify foods with iron which is resulting in people having high iron levels. They do this to try and compensate for the nutrient deficiencies caused by the farm chemicals chelating the nutrients out and from the loss of nutrients from over farming.
They are finding vaccine prevent the protective effects that getting the infection naturally give us. For example there are many studies showing getting infections naturally protects us from allergies.
Those who get vaccinated cannot develop immunity against new diseases that may come about so they have no protection against them were those who develop natural immunity are immune to the new diseases.

With the dramatic climb in chronic illness people should be questioning things. The U.S. has the highest infant mortality rate in the industrialized world. These things should be raising alarm bells and should be opening peoples eyes to the reality of modern medicine. It is clear modern medicine is making things worse not better.
The list of things that cause cancer goes on and on. Antibiotics kill the good gut bacteria which increases the risk of cancer. Many medications cause leaky gut which causes systematic inflammation which has been shown to lead to cancer. Many medications have been shown to damage the mitochondria which leads to cancer. The younger a child is subjected to these things the more their risk for cancer increases.

Inflammation and oxidative stress are the main contributors to autoimmunity. Immunity does not work like pharmaceutical science states it does. They are either lying or doing some of the worst scientific research in the history of man. If you read how the vaccine producers claim vaccines give immunity you will see the very things they claim help the vaccine give immunity are found to be common in autoimmune disorders. They in some way have come to believe stimulating the very things that cause dysfunction in the immune system would impart immunity. How would disabling the immune system impart immunity? I cannot bring myself to believe they are not aware of those facts. If you read the information believe you will see why vaccine will never work. Our immune system works nothing like the fake corporate science leads people to believe it does.
This is just a partial list of the things that are causing modern day illness. There are many other things like heavy metal, and other toxins. If I get time I will update this.
Oxidative stress contributes to chronic illness and cancer. You will hear it mentioned often. There is a test for oxidative stress. It is the Urinary 8-OHdG test.
There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.
They are incorrect about so many things for example they claim genetics cause disease but that is being proven wrong more and more.
They claim antibodies prove immunity but antibodies aren’t even required for immunity.
A break down of our environment effects our health.
Autophagy is required to develop immunity but I truly believe it should be to develop a symbiont relationship.
Now inflammation and autophagy work together but the toxins in vaccines cause inflammation. So this would mean it would cause a dis-regulation of autophagy.
Vaccine producers themselves say they need to cause inflammation for the vaccine to be effective. They are effective at producing autoimmunity because of their fake science.
Now when you read the research it becomes clear allergies and asthma are caused by inflammation. Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. My question is why do they not look for the cause? Do they already know it is vaccine injury so dance around it to prevent being exposed? Vaccinations are known to make people more susceptible to getting allergies and asthma. Also sugar causes inflammation which will make us more susceptible to allergies and asthma. Many toxins in our food now days cause inflammation and the ingredients in our foods are based on the honor system. The government expects the manufacturers to self regulate what they put in foods for the most part.
Instead of looking for the cause they try treating the symptoms. It is a common theme now days. They dance around the cause of any illness because they know what it is. They also know they will expose powerful people if they try addressing the cause so they go into cover up mode. Treat the symptoms instead of the cause so they do not expose those responsible for the cause.
For example a high salt diet can cause an imbalance in gut bacteria which leads to hypertension. Eating habits are passed down from our parents. Even how we interact with others is not genetic, but is determined by the health of our gut microbiome.
Many are coming to realize our gut microbiome modulate our genes and that many things are not cause be inherited genetics.
The whole theory behind vaccinations is severely flawed. They are so flawed that vaccinations have caused diseases to develop that are worse then the ones they are supposedly protecting people from.
They have discovered that adaptive immunity is not how our bodies protect themselves.
Studies like this frustrate me. Cholesterol is an antioxidant, when there is high oxLDL it indicates that there is either a high toxin level, or an infection. These studies seem to over look that even though they know that cholesterol is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. It means the cholesterol is doing it’s job. They are looking at a symptoms instead of looking for the cause. Even lowering inflammation will not get rid of the oxLDL they have to address the cause. It is not the cholesterol making the T cell levels go up but it is the oxLDL because that is telling the body something is wrong.

Because vaccinations are based on theories that have been proven wrong they cannot work and will only cause more illness that are more virulent . Just as this study has found. After reading a lot of research, I have come to realize that there are other things involved in repairing the immune system. We must increase T Reg cells, reduce inflammation, address any infections or/or toxins and correct any metabolic issues.
Th17 , high levels are common in psoriasis, lupus and interstitial cystitis.

The problem with this study is that it is pretty much invalid. They use folate which is natural interchangeably with folic acid which is man made. The body does not have issues with folate but our bodies only produce a small amount of the hormones needed to break down man made folic acid. The rest goes into our blood stream causing issues with many receptors in the body and it increases our risk for cancer. The environmental factor they are missing in this study is probably that they were using folic acid instead of folate. The way they used the terms interchangeably made it difficult to tell by the study which they really meant. But issues with the folate cycle can cause immune issues. In my opinion it is most likely from high levels of folic acid.
Lyme has many ways to avoid the immune system. One of them is by manipulating the immune system.

This helps if you have acidosis and would probably be about the only reason I would take it. It has been shown to strengthen bones and teeth. Do not take too often or for too long because it can inhibit absorption of other nutrients. It has been shown to reduce the symptoms of mental illness, improve memory and cognitive function. It helps heal leaky gut. It inhibits absorption of lead and alunimun into the body. It also helps ease bladder pain. It reduces inflammation and fights cancer. It increases IL 10 which can be inhibited by many pathogens to stealth themselves from the immune system.
Calcium-D-Glucarate this reduces ammonia levels in the body. It helps remove toxins from the body. It can help remove carcinogenic estrogen from the body. It reduces stress on the liver which causes a reduced need for cholesterol which will reduce cholesterol levels. It also reduces the risk of cancer. It also prevents toxins from being absorbed in the digestive system. It improves glucuronidation.
Phospholipids – needed for healing and protecting the cells in the body. Also helps transport nutrients through the body. Breaks up biofilms. It is good to alternate sources because each has their benefits. Cholesterol – needed to heal in all parts of the body. The heart and brain cannot function without it. If your oxLDL is high it indicates you have inflammation or high oxidative stress levels. Cholesterol is an antioxidant and high LDL is a sign your antioxidant systems is working but something is causing inflammation or oxidative stress. Lowering chlolesterol prevents the body from healing. Address what is causing it, also not drinking enough water can also cause high LDL levels. Reducing cholesterol is not a good idea. Studies have shown memory and cognitive function decline as cholesterol levels decline. Muscles start to deteriorate if they do not get enough cholesterol. I did a post on cholesterol that gets into more detail.
Arrowroot – helps the cells use cholesterol more affectively especially in the bladder. It reduces oxLDL levels. It has many of the nutrients to support our metabolic pathways. Cholesterol is needed for our bodies to heal. Oxidative stress prevents our cells from being able to use cholesterol properly. Arrow root helps improve the absorption and use of cholesterol in the body. This reduces the bad cholesterol like oxLDL. There are many types of roots used from a variety of plants but most have the same benefits. Helps heal the gut and bladder because it has nutrients to support the health of mucous membranes. When processed into flour it losses many of it’s vitamins but retains minerals. Many of the benefits from arrowroot are from drinking teas made from arrowroot. Most of these because of the type of starch found in roots would help heal the gut. Seems those in the Canna family, Maranta Arundinacea are the best ones to use.
This is the Canna family mostly Canna Indica which is also referred to as Canna Coccinea. Reduces oxidative stress and reduces the risk of cancer.

This one seems to show promise.
Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera)– improves thyroid and adrenal health. Reduces brain cell degeneration. Improves endurance and stamina. This is an herb you want to back off using and only take maintenance doses once you start healing. Ashwagandha reduces stress hormones. Ashwagandha also balances sugar levels in the body. Improves memory and heals the brain. It contains withanolides which are also found in plants in the same family like Tomatilla and ground cherries. Has many antioxidants which help reduce inflammation and histamines that results in lower oxidative stress, lower oxLDL and better immune function. It increases male fertility and fights cancer. It simulates thyroid hormones. It increases red and white blood cell counts. It also kills pathogens so you could herx when you first take it. Though there are no apparent side effects homeostasis should always be the goal. When you feel better a rule that has helped me is to stop taking something and start taking maintenance doses once in a while to keep things working.

Helps regualte the amount of water in our cells and is part of the bile system. If you are deficient in taurine it could effect your gall bladder which in turn could cause gall stones and high oxLDL. There is so many benefits to taurine I am not going to list them. I have found no studies on negative effects caused by it.
Ginkgo Biloba – before I mention the benefits I need to give a warning. Taking it for too long or in high doses may damage the liver. I say may because the studies showing it harms the liver where poorly designed so I could not draw a conclusion. Their are studies showing it’s safety but they did not test on liver enzymes and function so I cannot draw a conclusion from those either. helps adrenals by lowering stress hormones. Improves memory and blood circulation. I got a headache the first few times I took this then I could think much clearer. The is one that you are not supposed to take often or for extended periods of time. If taken for too long or to high a dose it can damage the kidney and liver. It helps with interstitial cystitis and reduces inflammation. It also fights infection. It enhances memory and cognitive function. Helps with Raynauds disease which is cause by damage or inflammation in the blood vessels which causes restricted blood flow. It can also be caused by carditits from sepsis or infection. Some drugs can cause it like fluoroquinolones one of the most harmful drugs on the market. If you have epilepsy most recommend you do not take it. The first couple of times I took it I got a really bad headache. It improves mood and energy levels. Heals, hemorrhoids, fights fibromyalgia and reduces symptoms of asthma. Then about the third day my brain fog from the Lyme started lifting and I could think more clearly and concentrate better. If you are allergic to poison ivy you may be allergic to this. I am allergic to poison ivy but did not react but they say some do.

Azo (Phenazopyridine) – I do not recommend because it can damamge the liver. This is used for those who have bladder pain. It does help with some urinary tract infections though but can make others worse. Many seemed to have better results with Uristat when it came to bladder pain and it does not stain like phenazopyridine.
PPQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) enhances mitochondria function. Improves memory, protects and heals nerves, improves sleep, mood and reduces fatigue.Reduces symptoms of fibromyalgia,ms,als etc. Reduces urinary tract problems. It is a REDOX agent, neutralizing oxidants then it gets recycled by glutathion. It reduces inflammation and enhances mitochondria function. It prevents NAFL and protects from the inflammation caused by the western diet and our toxic food.
Prevents Gut dysbiosis.

It helps stimulate musculoskeletal repair. This would be goof for those who have been floxxed.
Organic unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses has too many benefits to list but I will try to list some of them. It promotes overall body health. Speeds up wound healing and helps with anemia. Has many nutrients needed for the metabolic pathways. Ease into using it because when the metabolic pathways open your body will start to detox. You do not want to open the flood gates too fast but open them slowly until the toxin levels are low enough for your body to be able to keep up. Also Blackstrap Molasses is high in fulvic acid and you do not want to get your fulvic acid levels to high. It has many benefits but many nutriets lose their benefits if over consumed.

We need a variety of oligosaccharides because different members of our gut bacteria need different oligosaccharides. I found when I was able to start eating again I had to ease into adding these because I bloated at first. This in turn would reduce hydrogen sulfide which would reduce hydroxy radicals and sulfite levels.
