This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Written by Lee Stevenson, sorry I am a lousy editor.

Folate is the natural form folic acid is man made. More and more we are learning man made nutrients are toxic to the body and folic acid is no exception It can even damage infants in the womb. It increases the risk of cancer. It can interfere with MTHFR enzymes. The list of health problems it cause goes on and on. It can even mask when someone have a vitamin B12 deficiency.

Most products that contain wheat or some other form of flour are fortified with folic acid. That bread may look tasty but as you learn you will see it may be causing many health problems.

Because people are figuring out how toxic it is they are changing the labels on food. Folic Acid will now be listed as DFE. Folate needs magnesium to work. It is very important to know the difference between folate and folic acid. Folic acid is found in foods that have been fortified and many vitamins contain the toxin.

https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2014/03/03/2014-04387/food-labeling-revision-of-the-nutrition-and-supplement-facts-labels?fbclid=IwAR0G26wcBkTOszQtEvjmiAF6SQbHXEvmoLxPZ5qvv2vqE_EnCVNBSJh4Q3c#h-78

Because of the ill health effects of folic acid most of Europe will not fortify food with it. Now combine that with the toxin glyphosate which contaminates most of our foods.

Our body produces a very limited amount of the enzyme needed to break down folic acid. It get depleted pretty quickly. Now at to that fact that our gut bacteria also have a limited ability to break down folic acid. This causes it to build up in the blood causing health problems.

Health hazards of EMFs.

antenna-blue-sky-cell-tower-94844

This is not health advice, I am posting this for informational purposes only.

Written by my Facebook friend Matt Murtaugh. I know how exhausting it is to research things and to put the information together. It has taken me 50 hours and sometimes more to do post like this. Thank you Matt, we appreciate your hard work.

EMFs (Electromagnetic fields) or EMRs (Electromagnetic radiation) has become big parts of our lives. Many are unaware of risks and believe they would know if there were any, but there are many studies bringing EMF’s safety in question. With the rollout of 5G, it will increase our exposure, and regulators are not erring on the side of caution. The precautionary principle must be exercised. Towards 5G communication systems: Are there health implications?

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1438463917308143?fbclid=IwAR1dF245KqqNZRrZOVYQi35mOvZE7orZHoGdukneu4yAsaO9znUBTx0GHIY

“In this evolving scenario, although the biological effects of 5G communication systems are very scarcely investigated, an international action plan for the development of 5G networks has started, with a forthcoming increment in devices and density of small cells, and with the future use of millimeter waves (MMW). Preliminary observations showed that MMW increase skin temperature, alter gene expression, promote cellular proliferation and synthesis of proteins linked with oxidative stress, inflammatory and metabolic processes, could generate ocular damages, affect neuro-muscular dynamics.” Wi-Fi is an important threat to human health

“Many computer monitors and TV tubes, when displaying pulsed images, emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to cause such excitation. It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set. For the latter, the image pulsing may be imbedded in the program material, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal. Written by Lee Stevenson , sorry I am a lousy editor so there will be error in my grammar.

GMOs are one big lie.

They say we need GMOs because of a shortage of food. That is a lie it is because of greed. Many nations are studying how to deal with the massive amounts of food wastage. They create false fears then offer a false solution. Nothing that comes from the devil will be positive there are too many things you have to give up when you make a deal with him. For many politicians it may be their opportunity of living forever if they are willfully doing the harm they are by siding with big corporations and supporting their lies.

They claim that BT Toxins in GMOs are safe for human consumption. They say the animals that died from eating them is anecdotal evidence. At what point does it become solid proof? When the corporation lying about it decides it is real evidence ? When the corrupt governments who have been proven to be colluding with the biotech industry to hide the harm they are doing decides the evidence is beyond anecdotal? It has become clear now days that our governments and many of those in them are overcome with greed for power and money. I feel sorry for those who have not been corrupted and are trying to fight for what is right. Why are they not required to test them for safety. Why are they allowed to falsely claim they have been tested when they have not. They claim they have but the studies are so flawed they are invalid. They read more like and advertisement for the biotech industry. Most of the studies they quote to promote GMOs have been retracted or proven to be flawed.

What gets me is the BT Toxin has been found in the human blood stream showing that consuming it does effect the body because the biotech industry claims that cannot happen. They have even found it in the blood streams of infants in mothers wombs. I would like to see if those BT Toxin crystals cause the same ill health effects as oxalates because they are sharp crystal shaped structures. Oxalates cause joint pain especially in the hips, they also cause inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation causes autoimmunity, cancer and chronic illnesses like heart disease and diabetes. I wonder how many out there have joint pain and it is being caused by BT Toxin crystals but since there is no research in it they are probably being told it is in their heads or it is stress. That is allopathic medicines go to solution when they do not have an answer.

BT Toxins have been found to cause genetic alterations in rats that consume them. Since they are making their way into human blood streams there is a good chance that is also occurring in humans. The worst part of it is they are now doing what is called stacking. They are splicing genes from a number of different BT Toxin producing microbes into GMOs making them even more toxic.

There are studies showing the body reacts to BT Toxins the same way the body would react if it was having an allergic reaction. Many believe they are gluten intolerant but it is BT Toxin and glyphosate intolerant that is really the problem. The BT Toxin works by pretty much by destroying an insects gut giving them leaky gut which in humans causes food intolerances and allergies. BT Toxin has been show to deteriorate the mucus membrane in the gut. Now add the toxic effects of glyphosate which does pretty much the same things but can cause gut paresis. BT Toxins have been shown to trigger an inflammatory response in the gut which reduces the gut mucus membrane were our gut microbes that keep us healthy reside. There is no study showing the health effects of this from BT Toxins but there are many studies showing when this happens we develop leaky gut , autoimmunity and chronic inflammatory diseases. Now you can see why inflammatory bowel diseases are rampant now days.

BT Toxin has been found to be toxic to the blood and causes anemia and many other blood disorders. It has been shown to negatively impact the adrenal glands, spleen, liver and kidney. Notice all those types of illnesses have taken a dramatic climb lately.

GMOs have been shown to be nutritionally inferior. When they alter the genes so the plant produces higher amounts of a certain nutrient it causes the plant to produces less of another. The glyphosate and glufonisate they use on them chelate nutrients from the soil and enter our blood stream and chelate nutrients form the body. I believe it is not a coincidence the U.S. government started requiring they fortify food with the very nutrients that those chemicals chelate from the soil and body. The bad part about that is they use synthetic vitamins which are toxic to the body. Folic acid is man made and has been shown to increase the risk of cancer. It builds up in the blood stream causing psychosis and bipolarism because it damages the NMDA receptor. If you search my blog I have posted on it. Folate which is natural has the opposite effects. The sad part is many medical professionals do not know the difference between folate and folic acid. Because they are fortifying foods with iron many in the U.S. have iron toxicity which causes oxidative stress which can lead to cancer and chronic illness and digestive problems.

They have shown that it is possible for the genes from GMOs to transfer horizontally to the gut microbiotia and in animal studies it has happened. Knowing what BT Toxin does to the body can you imagine if our microbiotia is producing BT Toxin adding to the levels of BT Toxin in the bodies of those consuming GMOs. I would like to see someone study that and I would like to see a study on the blood levels of BT Toxins in those who consume GMOs.

GMOs are causing insects and weeds to become resistant to herbicides and pesticides which has increased the need to use those harmful chemicals. This has resulted in the extinction of some insects that polinate. It has brought the monarch butterfly on the verge of extinction and many bees have been put on the endangered species list. Bees are not the only thing that pollinates and the BT Toxin has been killing a variety of pollinating insects.

It is also contaminating the environment because the BT Genes are transferring to plants in the wild. I have posted on how toxic GMOs are if you want to learn more you can read more at this link.

Hundreds of studies showing insects build up a resistance to it which means they are now stacking a variety of BT Toxin genes into the GMO crops making them even more toxic to eat. Cattle and sheep have died from eating GMOs. It had a negative impact on rats fed even low doses of GMOs. The most notable are the changes to the rats intestinal system which matches many unexplained digestive disorders many suffer from now days.

Tactics used by corporate science to deceive people into not asking questions.

stock-photo-gmo-concept-148204901addiction-aid-bottle-356054

This is not medical advice, I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

There are three tactics fake corporate science uses to intimidate people into not looking deeper into things because they have indoctrinated people to believe to questions things when those statements are made means you are crazy or an idiot. “The evidence is anecdotal”, “Correlation does not mean causation”, or “The science is settled.” . All those statements she not be taken to heart and should be ignored. How many times in history has this been said and has been proven to be untrue? Many many times and in the past anyone who questioned those things would be persecuted, imprisoned and even killed and decades later they would learn that the truth was being hidden and covered over. Much of science that is real has been based on those who were once called crazy, or wrong. Those in power want to control everything even what is believed to be true. There is a lot of evidence of the collusion between governments and corporations to hide the truth from people. This has happened throughout history and we need to learn from history. Man cannot be trusted and we should question things.

When I become ill I would have never figured out what caused me to become chronically ill if I had been intimidated into not questioning corporate science. Because I noticed that the anecdotal evidence which most theories get developed from was pointing a certain direction I looked at the various evidences to know which path to follow. I looked to see which evidence correlated with the cause and drew up and tested theories. This led me to others who where ahead of me on things and had already done the same things and had proven the theories and repeated the results. All these things had been claimed to be false by corporate science and the political entities just as it has occurred in the past it is occurring now.

I learned that many illnesses they claim to be genetic are not genetic but caused by our environment. I also learned that with the proper nutrition and self discipline and time many of these things could be corrected and we could heal.

All this led me to learning about the metabolic pathways in the body and how to use nutrition to correct issues with them. I also learned what nutrition could be used to turn some genes on and others off to help with healing. I also learned that things like germ theory had been proven wrong and that even terrain theory was incorrect. Germs and our immune system do not work like we are led to believe. That is why our group on Facebook “Synergistic Illness” developed our own theory we call “The Biome Theory of Health” , because we realized pathogens normally did not harm the body but were beneficial. For example borrelia, I noticed would break down scar tissue in the body, many supposed pathogens fight cancer, some like the measles prevent us from developing allergies. Man has altered many pathogens in the lab causing them to act differently then they originally did this has been done by governments and corporations all in the name of science, believing they could improve on things. All they have managed to do is change the Biome. This is leading to chronic illness, so much so that babies are now being born with cancer and many other chronic illnesses.

These things can also effect the immune system because our gut and gut microbiome modulate many of our genes, our metabolic pathways , they modulate and train our immune system and even regulate many processes in the organs of our body. All these things effect our gut and gut bacteria.

Vaccines bypass the primary immune system causing our bodies to unleash an all out attack. This causes the immune system to become confused and often times leads to an autoimmune disorder. This very process prevents the immune system from developing immunity because it causes excess T cell activation, a B cell imbalance and excess inflammation all which inhibit the bodies ability to develop immunity.   Immune dysfunction is  subtle at first so many do not even realize they have been injured by the vaccine as it slowly progresses over the years they start to develop food allergies and intolerance. They will start developing sensitivities and allergies to their environment. This will slowly progress over the years until it becomes a major health problem.  This also effects the brain so they will develop mental disorders.

So many of us begin to look at the evidence. What we found is our whole environment effected our health. The health of the plants and soil effected our health. The quality of our food effected our health. Not only that but negative epigenetic changes are taking place that get passed down to our children.

Farm chemicals which contaminates our food supply changes our environment externally and internally which leads to nutrient deficiencies and many health issues. Those toxins also effect many metabolic processes and genes. The farm chemicals destroy the diversity of plants which helps restore many nutrients to the soil. They also destroy certain microbes that help plants break down and absorb nutrients in the soil. This results in plants that contain far less nutritional values. Also over farming has depleted many nutrients from the soil. This is why they require companies to add specific nutrients to our food. Many farm chemicals chelate nutrients from the soil and plants adding to the problem. Many of the toxins found in our food has even been shown to cause a person to change their gender preference. In other words they if they are a man they may believe they are a woman and vice versa.

Not only this but the genetically altered foods have been shown to cause the body to react in the same way it would if a person had food poisoning and the toxins they produce have been found in a mothers breast milk, placenta and even in human muscle tissue and the brain. It has been proven to cause many negative health effects which include gut dysbiosis, mental illness, leaky gut, allergies and food intolerance.

The lesson I learned that helped with my healing the most is that the statements made by big corporations where being stated to hide the fact that they are the number one cause of chronic illness and they are using those statements to prevent people from looking deeper into things. The sad part of all of it is I am seeing people suffer and die from things that could be easily prevented or corrected. Vaccines can not work because they are based on science that has been proven wrong. They have a proven track record of harming and killing thousands. The U.S. government has a fund to give money to the person or families harmed by vaccine injuries and deaths, because the manufactures are exempt from the repercussions of the injuries they cause. This fund pays out millions and the government itself admits that only about 10% of vaccine injury gets reported.

Farm chemicals destroy our guts, our gut bacteria and effect many metabolic pathways and genes in the body. The U.S. government has a history of approving toxins and even promoting them only to find out decades later they were killing people and causing a lot of harm. Even today there are whole towns that cannot be lived in because they are so contaminated with toxins the government once promoted and declared safe.

The corporations pay a lot of money for lobbyist to sway politicians. Many believe their fake science and they use fear to scare people into believing it  just as they did in the past. Many politicians fall for these fear tactics. For example they promote vaccines as a way to prevent disease. They falsify information to make the disease appear more deadly then they really are when in actuality the vaccines are spreading disease and they are even causing them to mutate and become more virulent.

Our governments have a history of siding with those with the money and power. Yet many still trust that their government has their best interest at heart. Even those in positions of power who do try to do what is best for the citizens have been heavily influenced by the fake science and corporations misinformation. They are imperfect humans and we all can be misled and fooled. It is why we should not let others convince us not to look deeper into things. As the saying goes “ if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck.” But if we based things on corporate and government standards and ideals we would believe it if we were told it was a dog and would not look deeper into it.

It is okay to question things, it does not mean you are crazy or stupid if you do. Many have been led to miserable deaths for not asking questions and seeking answers. You can follow where the path leads you or you can let someone else decide where the path leads you. But consider what is in it for the person leading you. I have posted many things on this blog that back and prove the statements I have made.

Keep in mind businesses and governments accepted science as proven , only to find out that scientist were wrong. This has happened many times throughout history and even happens in our times. It takes centuries for man to accept the true science. For example they still teach that photosynthesis does not occur in humans but it does and we are actually more efficient then plants at it.

https://www.omicsonline.org/human-photosynthesis-and-alzheimers-disease-2153-2435.S15-005.php?aid=5999

When you hear the words the science is settled it usually means they are trying to hide something because historically science is never settled. Many times in history they have killed scientist that opposed the supposed settled science, only to find out decades later they were correct. Here is an example of unsettled science. Now they claim the earths core is solid.

Cancer, what causes it? What may help with it.

This is not medical advice. I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

These are the notes I compiled together from my friend in our group on Facebook , Synergistic Health. They are an amazing group of people with amazing thinking abilities in my opinion. After ready my friends post and their notes I came to realize that just like diabetes, autoimmunity is not caused by one thing but is a result of a number of things working synergistically to effect the body cancer is also an illness caused by a synergistic effect of a number of things. It also lead me to believe that restoring homeostasis to the things in the body that can contribute to cancer is the best way to recover. An imbalance either direction can contribute to cancer. Most of the things in this article I have posted information on them.

Acidosis and alkalosis are signs of health problems that need addressed. If the health problems causing them aren’t addressed then trying to fight any illness is futile and is like running on a hamster wheel. I have posted on those.

This man tells his story about beating cancer. I have met many who have beat it in a similar way.

There are many problems in cancer research and it leads to many mistakes in their attempts to cure it. The part that frustrates me is the main causes of cancer are things like inflammation, metabolic disorders and autoimmune issues. Instead of trying to correct those and restoring homeostasis they keep looking at the cancer and cannot see the whole picture most of the time. Even in this article they do not mention those things when they talk about the problems in cancer research.

I believe people are focusing too much on the symptom and not the cause. If they focused on getting the body at homeostasis they would have more success in fighting any chronic illness including cancer. Cancer is a symptom not necessarily the cause of the illness. Science now focuses on the symptoms instead of the cause. I guess this may be because the pharmaceutical industry is the cause of many types of chronic illness and if they looked at the cause they may lose funding from the pharmaceutical industry. Also the biotech industry is owned by the pharmaceutical industry and it is a cause of much of the chronic illness now days. So many researchers are stuck in a hard place, if they looked at the cause they risk losing funding and most likely would lose their jobs.

Cancer is usually metabolic illness or autoimmunity and sometimes both. One thing common in most cancers is that it uses glycolysis instead of phosphorylation. Fructose feeds cancer in a different way then glucose does. I do not believe fructose in fruits would do this because natural sources of fructose are usually things that inhibit cancer growth. People were promoting antioxidants for cancer. The problem with that is there are man metabolic issues that if not corrected will cause antioxidants to cause or increase cancer. Those metabolic issues must be dealt with before antioxidants can be used. For example if the Nrf2 pathway is blocked antioxdiants will increase oxidative stress instead of reducing it.

In this study they claimed bile acid caused cancer. When I looked deeper into it I found it was a lack of certain gut bacteria that break down the more toxic forms of bile. Not consuming enough fiber which absorbs some of the excess bile and metabolic issues that prevent the body from properly recycling the bile.

Bile acids are also involved in inhibiting cancer. This is why it is important to try and achieve homeostasis. We have to get the idea of killing things out of our heads and learn to support the body so it can do what it was designed to do. There are bile acids that are carcinogenic, our gut bacteria and fiber help reduce those. Also our bodies when functioning properly will recycle bile and reduce the carcinogenic effects. This is why if we have an over production or under production of bile we need to address what is causing it, whether it be from toxins, inflammation, a gut microbiome imbalance or any of the other number of things that can disrupt bile homeostasis.

Cancer as an infection. I have suspected this as a child. I would see people who got diagnosed with cancer take antibiotics and shortly after their cancer would be gone. This stands to reason because some infections cause inflammation and metabolic issues which lead to cancer. We get infections when toxins, vaccine injury or any number of things that effect the immune system occur.

This study shows that folic acid and B12 can increaste the risk of cancer. This leads me to believe that the person may have problems converting B12. It would build up in the body and studies have shown this increases risk of cancer. This can be corrected with proper nutrients. Also folic acid is different then folate and has been known to cause cancer because the body makes very little of the enzyme needed to break down folic acid. Many have high levels in their bodies because they fortify food with it. It has been shown to increase cancer risk.

This study shows the importance of homeostasis because in many studies I have read over stimulation of something can cause another form of cancer to develop and completely inhibiting something can cause other forms of cancer to develop. Homeostasis should be the goal because once the body is at homeostasis it will do what it was designed to do and that is to keep us healthy. We achieve homeostasis with proper nutritional support, addressing any metabolic issues, addressing health issues like a deficiency in certain gut bacteria. We should also help support our antioxidant system so that antixodants can do their job. If our antioxidant system is not working then antioxidants will actually increase our oxidative stress. It is very important to reduce inflammation but the body also uses inflammation to tell the body something is wrong and it will stimulate healing. So we do not want to completely block inflammation but reduce excess inflammation.

Adding to this is G6PD deficiency causes anemia. G6PD deficiency can protect from cancer. Now this is where the pharmaceutical companies would look at the deficiency and try to treat it instead of seeing why the body may be reducing G6PD levels. It is why pharmaceuticals make people sicker while hiding the symptoms. They look at the symptoms as the cause and cannot distinguish between a symptoms and the illness. They view symptoms as illness. G6PD deficiency can also cause cancer because mTOR is upregulated when there is a G6PD deficiency which demonstrates the importance of achieving homeostasis.

Amygdalin has been shown to fight cancer. It is found in the pits of some fruits and the bark of wild cherry trees. The problem with most of this research is they purify it removing the nutrients that would be found in it naturally. Purifying anything in nature makes it act more like a drug then a nutrient. High levels of cyanide can be toxic.

Resveratrol has been shown in many studies to reduce cancer. Alpha-napthoflavone mentioned in the first study is an aromatase inhibitor so would not be good for some to use but those who have high estrogen levels it may help. If a person has high glyphosate or glufosinate levels they would become worse from Alpha-napthoflavone. Glyphosate and glufosinate are aromitase inhibitors. I am not certain I would want to take this route in fighting cancer. It would be better to correct what is causing the high estrogen levels which often times it is a toxin. Resveratrol can activate the hepatitis virus so those with hepatitis may want to avoid it.

Heat Shock Proteins and their effects on our health.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

HSP70 has it’s benefits if done in moderation. Always keep in mind homeostasis should be the goal.

HSP70 is found to be high in those with skin disorders. So those with dermititis would want to reduce HSP70

What they don’t want you to know about cancer and why so many children are getting it.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.

Cancer has taken a dramatic climb, so has autoimmune disorders. Notice the word play they use? When it is caused by modern medicine they use disorder to avoid the negativity that comes with the word disease. Much of the autoimmune disorders now days can be linked to modern medicine. Autoimmunity can lead and often does lead to cancer. Cancer is one of the most profitable forms of medicine. So they do not want you to know what is really causing cancer, they make too much money from peoples ignorance of the true causes. When I was younger cancer was rare , you did not hear of people getting it very often. I watched many who smoked all their lives die from old age. This made me question what was really causing cancer. Though smoking increases the risk of cancer I kept asking myself why do I see more dying from cancer who don’t smoke then the ones who do. The commonality I seen is many who smoked did not go to the doctors much and grew much of their own food. It took me many years of observing things to put this together in my head. But now that I have, I decided I will show others what I was seeing.

The BT Toxin in genetically modified crops has been found to be toxic. This makes up 80% of our food supply imagine what it is doing to the childrens genes. So our foods are not toxic and the toxins is grown inside the genes of the plants so this is not something that can be washed off.

There are hundred of farm chemicals found in our food supply but I am only going to mention the two most used. Many of the herbicides and pesticides used on our food have been found to cause cancer. What makes things worse is the herbicides they use on crops chelate the nutrients out of the plants so they fortify the food with vitamins. But the vitamins are man made and not natural so they contribute to cancer. Plus all the foods are fortified with iron and many have been found to have high iron levels which causes cancer. For example folic acid which is man made is often used interchangeably with folate, but they are very different. Folic Acid is man made and the body makes very little of the enzyme needed to break it down. The excess folic acid enters the blood stream and has been shown to cause cancer and mental illness.

With the dramatic climb in chronic illness people should be questioning things. The U.S. has the highest infant mortality rate in the industrialized world. These things should be raising alarm bells and should be opening peoples eyes to the reality of modern medicine. It is clear modern medicine is making things worse not better.

https://www.naturalnews.com/022332_disease_medicine_germs.html

The list of things that cause cancer goes on and on. Antibiotics kill the good gut bacteria which increases the risk of cancer. Many medications cause leaky gut which causes systematic inflammation which has been shown to lead to cancer. Many medications have been shown to damage the mitochondria which leads to cancer. The younger a child is subjected to these things the more their risk for cancer increases.

It’s not your genes it is your gut microbiome.

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. I am posting this for educational and informational reasons.

This is a list of gut microbiota and the conditions they help with.

Probiotic Guide.

I state this often to people. You should not take the same strains of probiotic everyday. It will lead to SIBO which causes major health problems. You have to alternate the strains you take and take a break from probiotics once in a while to let the microbiome balance out. Sibo can lead to metabolic acidosis and many other health problems.

Ok now for the information. One mistake people make if their histamine levels go up when they take a probiotic they panic. When you first take a probiotic it sends out a molecule to tell your body to produce histamines. That makes the mucous membrane more porous. It does this so it can enter and establish itself in the mucous membrane. Once it is in and has set up camp it will continually send out a molecule telling the body not to produce too many histamines so it does not kill the good gut bacteria. So initially histamines will rise for a day or two then after they are established they will drop back down. You may bloat when you first take probiotics. It is best to alternate the types you take or you will develop gut dysbiosis. That is as bad if not worse then having Candida. Your gut bacteria keep your bladder and digestive system acidic. If it becomes alkaline which is usually caused by high ammonia levels in the body. High ammonia levels can be a result of inhibited sulfation or having too many sulfur digesting, methane producing bacteria. High ammonia levels can also be the result of high endotoxin or afloxin levels. I experienced Candida and dysbiosis . I found grapefruit seed extract helped a lot. But you can only take it for a few days and you cannot take it more then two days a week because it inhibits cytochrome P450 enzymes. Yogurt , fermented foods and aged meets should be avoided they have histamine producing bacteria in them and will raise histamine and inflammation levels. Once you get things straightened out you can eat those. I take 3 days a week where I do not take any probiotics to prevent dysbiosis. Some Probiotics that reduce histamines.

High Substance P levels can make our skin peel and cause gut issues. One of the major causes of high substance P is stress. Probiotics that reduce stress reduces substance P. High substance P causes burning skin , it will get worse at night. The worst burning will be in the scalp and down the spine. Because high substance P can make the skin itch it gets mistaken for high histamine.

It is very important to balance our gut bacteria they regulate gene expressions. They are involved with methylation and metabolic pathways. A disruption in them cause problems throughout our bodies. Supposed inherited imperfection are really a lack of certain commensal microbiota. Much of what they claim is genetic can be corrected by getting the correct microbiota.

Many toxins in our foods especially BT Toxin, glyphosate and glufonisate can inhibit FUT2. This is an enzyme that we secrete that keeps our gut bacteria healthy. Medications like fluoroquinolones can slo inhibit it along with endotoxins from pathogens and afloxin from fungus. This causes food intolerances, food allergies and chronic illness from gut dysbiosis which produces high sulfite and hydroxy radicals which raise ammonia levels in the bladder and digestive system. Ammonia alkalizes our bladder and digestive system. It should be acidic to prevent pathogens. Candida and H Pylori are normally commensal but when we become alkaline they become pathogenic. Also many pathogens prefer an alkaline enviroment. This also leads to gluten, milk and protein intolerance.

Candida Myths busted.

There are many myths about candida for example you should alkalize the body to fight it. If you do that you will feed it and many other pathogens. Our bladder and digestive system is supposed to be acidic. When you alkalize them which is very hard then you would be feeding candida. When we get high ammonia levels from metabolic issues or from gut dysbiosis it alkalizes our bladder and digestive system causing candida to go from a friendly fungus we need to a pathogenic form. To get it back to the friendly form we need to fix the metabolic issues or the any other number of issues that can cause high ammonia levels. Once Candida is in the pathogenic form it will raise the PH to an alkaline one and it does it in a very short period of time.

Probiotics and cancer. It is better to prevent cancer. Many who have cancer have been found to have acidosis which indicates an underlying health is. That can be from metabolic issues, leaky gut, toxins especially heavy metals and the BT Toxins found in GMOs and the herbicide used on it glyphosate. All those can cause leaky gut which can cause high histamines which also leads to acidosis. Cancer has also been found to create it’s own micro acid environment. Keeping our gut balanced protects us from cancer and many other illnesses. This can also lead to acidosis from dybiosis or akalosis (hyperammonemia)from fungal infection which also causes cancer.

Arugula another super food.

arugulaEruca Sativa

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. This is for informational and educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, know a plant before you use it.

I found out about this plant by accident. I strange weed started growing in my garden. I posted it in a plant ID group on Facebook and they identified it as Arugula. I tasted it and it had a pleasant taste. Not only that I have Lyme and was having a bad day, after eating it I felt better so decided to find out more about it. Smilax

Smilax

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. I am posting this for informational and educational purposes only. If in doubt don’t get to know a plant and it’s safety before using it.

There are many plants in the Smilax family in my area which is the eastern part of the United States. The ones I am familiar with are S. Ecirrhata, and S. Tamnoides. S. Tamnoides has briars on them that really hurt when jagged by them. We also have S. Glauca, S. Herbaceous, S. Rotundifolia, S. Pulverulenta, and S. Pseudochina in my area. I have eaten the leaves and like the taste. Many say the young shoots taste like asparagus. I have never eaten the roots but they are edible.

Curly Dock and Yellow Dock

Yellow dockRumex Crispus

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. I have posted this for informational and educational purposes. Know your plants if in doubt don’t . Some parts of plants are edible while other parts can be lethal.

There are many species of yellow dock but the one most are familiar with is R. Obtusifolius. It has many benefits from detoxing, providing much needed nutrients especially minerals. The young shouts and leaves can be eaten but become high oxalate when they get older especially when the stems start turning red. Oxalates can cause severe damage in the body and even death. It is why I mainly use the root and only eat the stems once in a while when they are very young. Young first years roots taste good cooked in butter they have kind of a nutty flavor. When they get older they get tough and bitter. I use second year roots to make tea. So separate the seeds from the husk and use them to make flour. I have not been successful with that. I did see a video on Youtube were a young man used a food processor with a dough mixing blade on it to separate them and then put them on a tray an place a fan by them to blow the husk away and it seemed to work pretty well. The health benefits of the root is pretty astounding to me. There are other types of dock with similar benefits but in my area Yellow Dock is the most common. Most Docks have cross bread and share the similar benefits. R. Obtusifolius or very common and have cross bread so much you can barely tell them apart.

Sumac, no it is not poisonous.

Rhus Typhina

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. If you are not certain don’t, do not use a plant if you do not know it. Make certain of thing you plan on eating or using.

No it is not poisonous. It is very tasty it taste like lemon aid but does not have the bitter after taste. It has many health benefits. The poison sumac is not in the same family. There are many in the Rhus family which is the sumac family. The one I will be talking about is Rhus Typhina which is known as Staghorn Sumac. There are a few other species in my area but Staghorn Sumac has the lowest oxalate levels. The sumac berry of all species is very high in nutrients. It grows very quickly and spreads through the roots or seeds so be careful where you plant it. Since the nutrient content of most of the rhus are the same I will list studies for a variety from the rhus family and it would most likely apply to R. Typhina.

Skullcap

Scutellaria

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such , I am posting this for information and educational purposes only. If in doubt don’t please know your plants before using them.

There are many plants that are poisonous that get mistaken for Scutellaria and are sometimes contaminants in supplements containing Skullcap. Two of the most common that can be mistaken for Skullcap that are poisonous are Downy Skullcap (scutellaria icana) and Germander which is in the Teucrium family.

The ones with the most health benefits in the order of effectiveness are Sculletaria Racemosa, Sculletaria Biacalensis, and the one with the best sedative effects is Sculletaria Lateriflore.

They contain biacalein which I have seen miss spelled as biacalin in some studies. It has amazing healing abilities. S Racemosa has the highest levels of biacelain. It has been shown to be very effective against cancer with little side effects. One of the problems I had with Skullcap was that it healed my nerves and improved my blood circulations so fast that all heck broke loose. The best way I can describe it is when you sleep on your arm and it goes to sleep. As the blood flow returns you experience muscle spasms and major tingling. That happened to me for about three days when I started taking it and then I started to feel much much better. I was surprised at how fast it was healing me. I used Sculletaria Racemosa.

The list goes on and on as to the benefits of Skullcap.

Purslane a super food.

Portulaca Oleracea

Purslane is a super food it has almost all the nutrients the body needs including fats needed by the body. It is slightly tangy in the morning but after the sun has hit it the tangyness goes away and it has a nutty flavor when cooked. I love it raw in salads and it is great in stir fries. It is very high in mucilage so can be used to thicken soups. It is an unusual plant because when broken off the detach branch can form seeds. It is one of my favorites and I grow it in big quantities because of the many uses it has.

Lady’s Thumb

Persicaria Maculosa it is also referred to as Polygonum Persicaria.

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. If in doubt don’t. Make sure you know a plant before you use it. I have eaten Lady’s Thumb, it does not have much taste but a similar plant that can easily be mistaken for lady’s thumb has a peppery taste. I do not think it has much nutritional value but some studies have shown it reduces symptoms of herpes.

http://www.weedinfo.ca/en/weed-index/view/id/POLPE

Lady’s Thumb does contain a potassium channel blocker. This means it could slow the heart rate down.

Fleabane

Erigeron Annuus and Erigeron Philadelphica

I am have written this for educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, make certain you know your plants. This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such.

Known as daisy fleabane. They look very similar and have the same taste and health benefits. They are difficult to tell apart and I often confuse them. So I am not sure which I have picutures of but I like the peppery taste. The older they get the hotter they get. The flowers and roots are very hot almost as hot as a habenaro but the burning does not last as long. It taste like for hot black pepper. The younger the plant the milder it is. Many claim you should not eat the roots.

Feverfew

Tanacetum Parthenium

I  have written this for educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, make certain you know your plants. This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such.

Feverfew is another one of those herbs that have been a life saver for me and my battle with Lyme. I could not believe how much better I felt in the morning after taking it. It has been shown to reduce inflammation and fight cancer. It has been shown to reduce headaches and other types of pain. Long term use of Feverfew can result in toxic rebound withdrawal headaches. This is an herb I only use when I have the flu or a cold. It dramatically reduces the symptoms and duration of my illness.

Barberry

Barberry

Berberis Vulgaris

I  have written this for educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, make certain you know your plants. This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such.

Has antioxidants, contains berberine which is known to fight many pathogens. Reduces oxidative stress, inflammation and oxLDL. Has been shown to fight cancer. When I was a kid and I would get ill I would crave the leaves from this plant although it is the berry that is used. When the leaves get red they get very bitter. It has even been shown to help with acne. Has been shown to help with fibrosis.

The bush is invasive and is not native to the US. It can spread and cause problems. I try and isolate my bush and get the berries before the birds to prevent it from spreading. I had to move my bush so I just ripped it out and gathered a few small ones to replant. They are the ones you see in the pictures.

Bone Health

Remember I am not a medical professional. I am relaying things I have learned from other Lyme sufferers or from research I have done. When you implement any supplements or diet changes only do one at a time so if something doesn’t agree with you or you have a reaction you can easily identify what caused the reaction. I am listing on these pages what I have observed or seen studies to support that they have worked. It is best to alternate the things you use. I have found that works the best it also keeps things that would be otherwise safe to use from building up to the point where they become toxic like some vitamins.  Some things can take three to four days before you will realize the effects.

Avoid GMOs at all cost the terrible impact they have on our health has been well research and documented. They have been shown to cause leaky gut syndrome, cancer, blood disorders, digestive disorders etc. The toxins they produce have even been found to cross the blood brain barrier and the placenta.

Bone Health

Detoxing

To fight infection you need to make sure you detox everyday. So I will make a list of  things important for cleansing the body of toxins.

1 Water  make sure that you drink lots of unchlorinated water. Chlorine is toxic to the body and very difficult for the body to get rid of. If you cannot avoid chlorinated water then I would recommend taking a boron supplement it is one of the few things that can remove chlorine from the body.

2 Dandelion you can use this as a tea as greens in a salad some like to cook them. I love deep frying the flowers. I have a post on here on how I deep fry them.  Dandelions have been shown to remove heavy metals and many other toxins from the body. It has many micro-nutrients and has been shown to hinder and even reverse cancer. It has been shown to protect and heal the renal system.

3 Potassium Iodide  protects the body from radioactive iodine. Iodine is needed for the proper function of the lymphatic system which helps to develop immunity to pathogens we come in contact with. It also bone in bone health. Helps remove many toxins from the body. I would not take anymore then 50 mcg a day.

4 Chlorophyll  helps to detox is one of the few things that will help to remove mercury from the body. It also helps to support and protect the health of our blood. Has many antioxidant properties.

It did upset my stomach if I took it on an empty stomach but it fights candida and many other infections.

Good sources of chlorophyll is any produce that is green.

5 Citruline for some it is difficult for their bodies to remove ammonia from their bodies. If our citruline  levels get low our bodies cannot remove ammonia. Citruline helps remove ammonia from our bodies. It also helps fight infection and prevents muscle fatigue.

Good sources of citruline are melons, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins, fish, and eggs.

Fighting Infection

Remember when pathogens die they put out toxins so detoxing must be a daily thing. One thing I did not mention earlier that helped with my detoxing was salt water with lemon and honey. There are many natural ways to fight infection. I am listing as many as I can to make it easier for each person to find something that may help them because each of us has certain herbs that are more readily available to us depending on our location globally. The list is big I would recommend you choose things based on your research of the herb. Www.webmd.com is a great resource for information on drug interactions and side effects of herbs.

Herbs To Help Fight Infections

1  Teasel Root Tincture   helps pull infections from bone and tissue. Also has antimicrobial properties. I would not use this one until you have gotten the Lyme infection reduced in your body because even though I am doing much better it still made me herx for a week or so. You have to start out slow with about 5 drops and thing work up to about 15. Use your judgment on what works best for you.

2 Chinese Skullcap  has many antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Do not confuse with American Skullcap they have different health benefits.

3 Honeysuckle Tea  very good at killing bacteria and many other types of infection. Also contains micro-nutrients and antioxidants. This is another one that made me herx but it helped me with my myocarditis. It has also been shown to heal nerve and smooth muscle tissue and support the cardiovascular system.

4 Coconut Oil  the fats in coconut oil help protect cells from damage. Also has very good antimicrobial properties. It is very good at fighting Candida. Has been shown to even help can pass through the blood brain barrier to protect the brain and has been shown to reduce seizures.

5  Hops Tea  has been shown to fight many infections, has also been shown to inhibit and reduce cancer.  This is also know to remove toxins from the body and has been shown to protect the renal system. Promotes proper function of the thyroid and has been shown to protect the cardiovascular system. !!Be careful if you over use it you can get diarrhea and nausea and  in very large amount it can cause seizures so I would space my usage of this out!!

Use two teaspoons per cup of  boiling water.

6 Probiotic With Active Acidophilus  the higher the number of cultures the better it is. This helps restore the good bacteria and fight the bad bacteria especially in the digestive tract.

7  Yogurt and Kefir help restore the good bacteria and fight the bad bacteria especially in the digestive system.

8 Fermented foods like Sauerkraut and  Kimchi  they also help fight the bad bacteria and replace the bodies bad bacteria in the digestive tract.

9  Bromelain the is extracted from pineapple it helps to reduce pain. Has many antimicrobial properties and has been shown to kill Candida.  It also promotes muscle and tissue repair.

10  Sulfur  has antimicrobial properties and has also been shown to kill Candida and many other pathogens. It keeps the Lymph Glands healthy.

Good sources of sulfur are onions, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower,  broccoli, kale and egg yolks. This is one of the few times cooking will actually increase the release of the sulfur so your body can more easily absorb it.

11 Barberry  contains berberine which has been shown to kill bacteria and many other pathogens. Has been shown to protect the cardiovascular system. Has also been shown to reduce seizures.

12 Oregano Oil  this has been shown to fight many pathogens. This one made me herx but I could actually feel the results. After about 3 days I could feel my body getting better which indicated to me that I was beating the Lyme. I have had a difficult time finding it now though and have run out.

Supporting Immune System

Supporting the immune system is important because when we have an infection or even cancer it can wear our immune system down. I don’t really believe for the most part in stimulating it because that can cause other problems. There are parts of the immune system that I will discuss later that Lyme sufferers could try to stimulate.

1 Aloe Vera  the stomach is key to our immune system if it does not heal then all the other things we do will be futile. Aloe Vera helps heal leaky gut. I have had the best results with liquid aloe vera capsules.

It has also been shown to kill things like Candida. It helps regulate the immune response.

2  Rehmann helps with detoxing has been shown to ease fibromyalgia symptoms. It also helps regulate the immune system.  Has been shown to improve bone health. !! Can cause bloating!!

3  Reishi Mushroom Extract  strengthens immune system. Has been shown to prevent and reduce cancer. Has also been shown to protect the cardiovascular system.

4  Wormwood/walnut/clove Tincture  this is very good at fighting many types of infection. I like getting the combined tincture because it seems to work better. Clove is very good at soothing nausea.

This helped my blurred vision, head aches, and mental confusion. It is also know for fighting Candida. They all are known for their antimicrobial properties. !! Do not use large quantities and do not take for more then a month. Follow directions on bottle!!

5 Fermented Wheat Germ  strengthens the immune system. Alleviates fatigue. Shown to inhibit and reduce cancer. Also high in protein.

6 Grape Seed Extract  this is another one that really helped my myocarditis. Grape Seed Extract strengthens the immune system and heals and protects the cardiovascular system and smooth muscle throughout the body. It has been shown to protect the DNA. Also has Reseveratol which is know for protecting and healing RNA and DNA. It also has some antimicrobial properties.

When we are ill we can suffer from a lot of pain. I prefer natural methods of dealing with them because even over the counter drugs really damage the body.

1  Valerian relaxant, eases symptoms of pain. Also eases menstrual cramps. Has been shown to reduce food allergies. !! Only take at night has very good sedative properties, take before you are ready to go to sleep!!

2  Dark Chocolate  helps produce hormones that protect us from pain and help the body heal.

3  Birch Leaf Extract  works like aspirin. Also reduces damage to the body because it has antioxidants.

4  Devils Claw  eases joint pain

5  Cherries  contain anthrocyanins which are know to reduce pain and has many antioxidants for healing.

6  Vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption, many who have osteoporosis have been found to be lacking this. It has been found to ease the symptoms of pain.

7  Avena (Oatstraw)  can help balance our electrolytes. Has many nutrients necessary for bone healing. Also known to promote better function of the thyroid. Has been shown to improve the health of the cardiovascular system. Has relaxant qualities. This one knocked me out but most I talked to said it did not do that with them. I did notice the health benefits though. I used in in the tea form.

8  Butchers Broom Extract  reduces leg pain, improves the circulation of blood. Has also been shown to strengthen bones and heal connective tissue.

9  Chamomile  reduces muscle spasms and pain. Has also been shown to reduce menstrual cramps.

Bone Healing

When we have any type of illness our bones are usually affected so we need to support the healing of our bone.

1 L-Arginine  improves exercise tolerance. Improves blood flow which helps with the deep down healing. Helps regulate creatine levels.

Good sources of L-Arginine is nuts, legumes, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

2  L-Theanine  has a calming affect on our brain. Has been shown to fight cancer and heart disease. It also helps prevent infection and prevents muscle fatigue.

Good source of L-Theanine  is green tea, can buy in extract form. !! Just like some vitamins it can be toxic in high doses!!

The best sources are green colored produce.

3  Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longifolia)  this enhances bodies adaptive response to exercise, also increases testosterone production.

4  Muira Puama  increases healing hormones.

5  Maca Root  gives the body energy. It is high in micro-nutrients, vitamins and minerals the body needs. Stimulates and nourishes the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which control all other glands. It can aid the body in achieving homeostasis.

6  Tribulus Terrestis (Puncture Vine) fights infections. Also know to increase testosterone levels. Helps to increase muscle mass. Aids in blood circulation.

7  Panax Ginseng  impedes cancer growth and aids in cancer cell destruction. Improves circulation which helps with healing.

8  Vitamin C  has many healing properties has been shown to help fight cancer. Many other nutrients need vitamin C to work. Also has antioxidant properties. The best type of vitamin C to use is Liposomal Vitamin C. It is more readily absorbed by the body.

9  Vitamin E (A-tocopherol)  helps with deep down healing and has antioxidant properties. If there is a DL in the front of the name it is man made and the body has a difficult time using it so I would stay away from supplements that have a DL in them for example DL-A-tocopherol.

Good sources are sunflower seeds, nuts, spinach, broccoli, kiwi, mango, and tomatoes.

10  Horsetail Herb (Aquamin)  this has silica which the bones need to stay healthy. It also needs silica to build new bone. !! Do need use to often, I have seen conflicting studies on this some say that to much silica can cause kidney stones and others stated that it has not been proven to cause kidney stones so I would space my usage of this out. I used the tea form. !!

11  Ginger   has many micro-nutrients and antioxidants the body needs for healing.

12  Fish Oil has Omega-3s which are know for their antioxidant qualities also helps with nutrient distribution. The body needs Choline to process fats. !! Make sure they say mecury free!!

13  Glucosimine and Chondroiton  Helps repair joints and cartilage.

14 Vitamin K2  Prevents Osteoporosis. Protects us from cardiovascular disease. Has been shown to reduce cancer. Has also been shown to improve Alzheimer conditions. It controls were calcium goes and does not go. Helps with the function of muscles. Also protects nerve cells from oxidative stress. When we are ill our sodium pumps can shut down this can help prevent that.

Good sources are meat and milk from grass fed animals. For some reason grain fed animals do not produce as much.

15  Ginkgo Biloba  aids in blood circulation which helps with healing.

16  Selenium  needed for the proper synthesis of hormones so we can fight disease and heal. Also helps repair DNA.

Good sources are sea food, brazil nuts, milk products, and greens. Make sure if you take in a supplement you do not get too much. No more then 150 mcg because your body can store it. I would space out using it if you take it in supplement form. If you take it in supplement form you want to look for Selenomethione.

17  Potassium Iodide  I mentioned this earlier but many people are low in this. It is very important in the function of the lymphatic system and healing of the bone.

18  Cholesterol  helps balance hormones also keeps the lymphatic system from becoming clogged. It is integral in all functions of the body. It also functions as an antioxidant and protects our DNA. The type of cholesterol our body needs is Oxidized Cholesterol found in unprocessed foods. Good sources of cholesterol are free range chicken eggs, milk products from grass feed animals. Again I don’t know why but grain fed animals produce a bad type of cholesterol. Avocados, legumes, and beans are also good sources of cholesterol.

19  Choline  we need choline to break down fats so our bodies can use them. Choline also helps with nerve repair. Helps provide the body with more energy.

Good sources of choline are eggs, and milk products.

20  Phospholipids  these are a type of fat that is very good for the body. They help protect the cells from pathogens. They also aid in healing. They also help the body produce energy better. Has been shown to aid with healing leaky gut syndrome.

The best source of these is butter if you are lactose intolerant then you could use ghee which is not purified butter. It is butter with the milk proteins removed. Butter and Ghee also contain Butyric Acide which helps break food down so that we can absorb more nutrients. Butyric acid also protects the digestive system and intestines and has been shown reduce cancer.

21  Butyric Acid  it is produced when we eat fiber that the body has a difficult time digesting it has been shown to have many health benefits including fighting infections in our digestive system to breaking our food down better.

22  Pickles and Pickle Juice  when we are ill it is hard to keep our electrolytes balanced. Pickle help balance our electrolytes. They also contain many micro-nutrients that our bones need for healing. The juice contains many of the same benefits so don’t dump it drink it. Some of the benefits of the vinegar in the juice is it disrupts pain receptors thus reducing pain. It also has antimicrobial properties and reduces Candida.

23  Red Clover Tea  I have heard of this one causing gas pains but have not been able to confirm it. I have talked to some who have used it and didn’t complain. It has been shown to strengthen bones and increase estrogen production.

24  Olive Oil  olive oil helps maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, it also reduces the risk of stroke. It has been shown to prevent the death of DNA and encourages tumor cell death. It also contain Oleanic Acid which helps maintain Nrf2 pathways. When Nrf2 pathways are not functioning properly there is a lot of damage throughout the body especially neurological. Oleanic acid cuts down on oxidative stress.

25  Bone Broth  has been shown to heal leaky gut and also helps build bone marrow.

26  Tumeric  contains Curcumin which has been shown to fight cancer and has antimicrobial properties. It has also been shown to reduce MS symptoms. Tumeric also helps protect the renal system. Black Pepper helps increase the bio-availability of Curcumin.

27  Iron  helps metabolize protein and reduces fatigue. When we are ill we can lose iron. Iron also strengthens the immune system.

Good sources of iron are legumes, lentils, grains, leafy green vegetables, turnips, fish, and meat.

28  Multivitamin  take a good quality multivitamin if you can. I would not take more then a few times a week because usually if you do you only end up peeing the rest of them out.

Lyme Sufferers Only

This is one that I am nervous mentioning because it could result in someone getting very ill. If you have Lyme and your immune system has been suppressed there are things that will help, only do this if you have had the numbers of the spyrochete lowered in your body or it may set off a nightmarish cytokine response. Lyme decreases IL-4 to stealth itself from the immune system.

Echinacia (E. angustifolia and E. Pallida) are the types to use. This has been know to increase IL-4. Also a Chinese herb called Furling has been shown to increase IL-4 production.

Modern day wheat can be hard for our bodies to process. If you are like me and if you can find it try getting Einkorn Wheat. It is the type that our ancestors used and it is easier for our bodies to process.
