This is not medical advice I am posting this for informational and educational purposes.
There are many myths about cholesterol that is propagated by the pharmaceutical industry to boost their profits and by the medical community out of ignorance. They are taught to believe things that are not scientifically or factually true about fat and cholesterol. In feeding the pharmaceutical greed machine they are causing a lot of suffering and will be held accountable by God. These links show the truth about heart disease, cholesterol and fats. At the end of this I listed things that may help with heart disease. The beginning shows the truth about cholesterol and the rest discusses how statins actually contributed to increased mortality and declining health especially mental health.
Symptoms of low cholesterol.
Low cholesterol can increase risk of death.
The believed HDL was good cholesterol and LDL was bad but they are finding you need a balance of the two. If HDL levels get too high it can cause inflammation. Inflammation lead to heart disease.
I posted links to information on how to lower cholesterol at the end of this post. For now lets address the myths surrounding cholesterol.

There are many things that can cause high C Reactive levels in the blood. This causes inflammation. Tick born illness and many other infections can cause it. Toxins like glyphosate can cause high C Reactive levels and it has been found to be high in much of the food we consume. Also heavy metals and vaccine injury can cause high C Reactive levels. There are many things that can effect bile acid production. If it is inhibited we can develop diabetes because it can effect the whole body including the heart. It also effects the pancreas and when it is inhibited the pancreas will produce less digestive enzymes which will make our food sit in our digestive tract and ferment. This will make us bloated and will make it feel like we have a heavy weight sitting in our guts. This can cause H Pylori and Candida to go from commensal to pathogenic form. I have posted on how to balance our gut bacteria. It can also cause us to develop either acidosis or alkalosis. If you have candida you will have alkalosis and will experience anxiety and difficulty sleeping. If you have acidosis you will be very drowsy and experience episodes of severe depression. The Mediterranean diet reduces heart disease because it reduces oxidative stress and inflammation. They mention curcumin in here. It has amazing healing abilities but chelates iron from the body so it is something that should be used in moderation so a person does not make themselves anemic. It should not be a problem in the U.S. because GMOs and glyphosate cause nutrient deficiencies so they fortify the foods with iron. Because of that many have very high levels of iron which can cause heart disease.

This paper reviewed the research on fats and their effects on the body. Omega 3s help reduce heart disease including myocarditis. But there is times only fats can cause problems. If a person has pyrrole issues which can be a symptom of porphyria they will have problems with fats. It is a very serious health problem that can be corrected with the correct nutrients and lifestyle changes. I have posted in it. There are a number of types of Omega fatty acids. The American diet is high in Omega 6 which has been shown to cause inflammation. Omega 3 Fatty acids should be at a higher level then Omega 6 in the body. Because they are involved in the regulation of many metabolic pathways, consuming too much Omega 6 can cause many health problems. Metabolic syndrome is a cause of diabetes and heart disease.

Histidine helps protect the heart. This may seem confusing but if you read my post on high and low histamines it will explain. Histidine deficiency can cause many negative health effects. Aromatase enzyme are important for it’s proper function. Glyphosate, glufosinate and some foods can inhibit aromatase which can raise ammonia levels in the body resulting in alkalosis. Histidine is important in our response to stress.

Now the bad and it shows the importance of nutrients and homeostasis. A folate deficiency (not folic acid it is toxic) can raise histidine levels which can cause histamine levels to go too high resulting in chronic illness. So the most important thing is to focus on balancing nutrient and histidine levels.

The way we breath can effect our blood pressure. Breathing deeply can lower blood pressure. If we have acidosis we will breath quickly and shallow to reduce CO2 levels which will reduce the acid levels. If we have alkalosis we may breath deeply and very slowly almost to the point were take very few breaths per minute. We must address the issues that are causing the alkalosis or acidosis before breathing will be effective.

The ketogenic diet has been shown to help with oxLDL but I do not believe in staying on one specific diet. The body was made to consume a variety of foods and once homeostasis is achieved I feel it is better to start adding other types of foods to the diet.
https://www.ruled.me/the-ketogenic-diet-and-cholesterol/
Now on the other side of the coin too much potassium can cause problems that is why we should always focus on homeostasis.

Gingko inhibits bradykinin which contributes to tachycardia. But I have seen a study that showed that renal damage starts to occur if taken for an extended amount of time. It really helped me with my brain fog but I had a strange reaction to it. The first couple of days I got a really bad headache when I took it. But I continued to take it and on about the fourth day I could feel my brain fog starting to lift. I still take it once in a while to help keep the brain fog from coming back but until I am certain of the toxicity I will not take it often. I have only seen one study on the toxicity and there was a lot of data missing leaving me uncertain if it was the gingko that caused the renal damage. Sophora root helps with just about any type of heart disease. It really helped my carditis.

Mugwort raises GABA which causes relaxation and is a calcium channel blocker. They claim thujone is toxic but it takes a very high amount to become toxic. They often do things like that , and I believe it is to deter people from healing so they can keep them on the allopathic hamster wheel. Yeah they tell people to take high levels of iron which is toxic and most in the U.S. have been found to have levels of iron that are too high which causes oxidative stress.
