People in the U.S. have dramatically reduced their intake of cholesterol and fat. Since then cardiovascular disease, obesity and chronic illness has climbed almost 5 times what it was before the diet change. People need to ask why? Shouldn’t people be healthier by following the government guidelines. As usual you will find the government is wrong again as they often times are.

Sorry I did not summarize this like I have with other post but I am getting tired and I have no source of income and need to try to focus on finding a way to make some money with my limited resources. There are many industries that get people on a hamster wheel of fear. There is no money in solving a problem but if you keep giving people false hope and they do not do their research and search for the truth they end up on a hamster wheel of false hope getting no where. I watch these people go on fad diets and pay for supplements they will lose weight temporarily but those diets cause the body to go into starvation mode, when they do consume food it will start storing fat so that when it is starving again it will have the reserves it needs the next times starvation occurs. Starvation and fat deprivation are different then fasting. Fasting has many benefits if done correctly under guidance of and experienced naturopath.

High triglyceride levels can indicate excess oxidative stress. It is not caused by excess fat or cholesterol consumption. It is a symptom not the cause. This is why lowering cholesterol and fat intake does not lower the bodies fat and cholesterol content. There is a myth about fat making you fat. There is fat that causes obesity one is man made trans-fat which also causes cardiovascular disease. They are still stuck on the high cholesterol causes heart disease hamster wheel but if you read my blog post on cholesterol and statins you will see those with high cholesterol live longer. This myth got started from a flawed study produced in the 1950’s and had been discredited but the media ran with it and it become accepted as a valid scientific paper even though it was plagued with flaws. The results of that are that the diet in the U.S. changed. People consume for less cholesterol and fat in their diets. This has resulted in something like 5 times the obesity rate and cardiovascular disease. Studies still try to prove that cholesterol levels are linked to heart disease but when you read the studies you can see they have not proven they are linked to heart disease but to prevent attacks from the pharmaceutical industry or even the medical industry who makes millions from this deception they will and comments that are biased even though their studies show there is no link between high cholesterol and heart disease. Almost every cell in our bodies need cholesterol , our heart and brain cannot function without it. It is why statins have been linked to increased cardiovascular disease and mental decline. They deprive the heart, muscles and brain of cholesterol.

Vaccination increase B cell levels which can cause the same health problems. We need fat to absorb fat soluble vitamins so no matter how much we eat we will not absorb nutrients. I have posted on things that can inhibit bile like gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, fat deficiency or pyrrole issues which prevent the body from being able to use fats properly. Vitamin B12 status can effect our heart. Reducing Cholesterol, LDL is a symptom not a cause.

Cholesterol Dysregulation/High LDL

This is not medical advice I am sharing what I have learned from me fellow suffers. I am posting this to give others some ideas of things they could research. If you are ill you should see a doctor. Make sure if you are using alternative methods of healing you inform your doctor. I believe before getting treated for any pathogen you should always do a detox protocol first because most damage from being ill is from the endotoxins and exotoxins produced by the pathogens especially when they are dying off. If you have high Low Density Lipid cholesterol levels (LDL) then you most likely have an auto immune disease brought on by Vaccine Injury, Lyme Disease, toxins in the environment, many pathogens can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation, GMOs are known to destroy our guts which causes autoimmune disease and cholesterol dysregulation. Also bad eating habits, to much sugar causes inflammation which can cause oxidative stress which will raise oxLDL levels. Processed foods are high in oxLDL. Cooking increases oxLDL levels in food. Eat raw when possible. Eating processed foods. LDL is oxidized Cholesterol. If you have a lot of oxidative stress , like working too much, stress in our environment, toxins. Many things can cause oxidative stress. This causes the cholesterol to be oxidized much quicker. Gut problems can also cause high LDL levels. If we are having problems with our digestive system then our bile production will decline.

Endothelial Cells help in bile production, if they are not healthy then our production of bile declines decreasing our ability to remove LDL from our bodies. There is also a layer called Tight Junction Protein layer if it is damaged particles can get into our blood stream causing a histamine response which can cause inflammation throughout the body which can result in many problems, autoimmune disease, interstitial cystitis the list goes on and on the inflammation can interfere with many metabolic functions which could cause a rise in LDL levels. It isn’t much how much cholesterol we take in but the type and our environment that affects our LDL levels. Liver and Bladder problems brought on by all the above can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation.

If the Nrf2 pathways become blocked it will cause high LDL levels. Especially if the Pentose Phosphate Pathway becomes hindered or blocked. Another thing that can cause Cholesterol Dysregulation and this one surprised me but is also affected by autoimmune disease so it shouldn’t have is the Lymph Nodes. If they are plugged or infected they cannot help keep the blood cleaned out.
Get plenty of good cholesterol from sources such as coconut oil or avocados. Cholesterol is an antioxidant. If oxLDL is high it is a sign of excess oxidative stress or inflammation and the body is trying to protect itself. High oxLDL is a symptom not the cause. Lowering cholesterol will effect the brain and muscles negatively because they cannot function without it and the brain can suffer permanent damage if it does not get enough cholesterol. When I get a chance I will add the supporting links for these statements. .

Now That We Know The Problem Let’s Try To Solve it. The first thing I would do is work on reducing inflammation and lowering histamines. If you do have gut problems that would be the place to start. Next I would work on the methylation pathways. I covered some of that in my note on detoxing. I covered the CBS pathway also in that note. If it is blocked you will have trouble getting the Nrf2 ( nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2) pathways opened up because anything that raises gluthione production with cause you to feel ill. Another problem is antioxidants will actually cause you cancer if you take them too often or if the Nrf2 pathways are blocked. Don’t over do it with antioxidants and make sure you work on getting your Nrf2 pathways opened. Now some things that help open the Nrf2 pathway can also stimulate it so you do not want to over do it. When you start feeling better back of a bit. It is a good idea to space your supplements out anyways. Some things that will open the Nrf2 pathways are Oleanic Acid found in Savory and Olive Oil. Taxifolin (dihydroquerciten) also helps open them, it is a super antioxidant and one of the few that doesn’t need the Nrf2 to function. It is like Querciten on steroid. Chaga Mushrooms have Super Oxide Dismutase which helps the body in many areas. It is the only source I know of that the SOD is readily absorbed by the body, all the other sources have a low absorption rate. Do not take too much, raising SOD too high can raise reactive oxygen species which would have the opposite effect.

Cruciferous vegetables are high in sulforapanes which help open and stimulate the Nrf2. Make sure you do not have sulfation issue which can be caused by vaccine inujury , toxins like mercury and glyphosate. This will raise your sulfite levels which will cause high ammonia levels and high reactive oxygen species which causes damage from the oxy radicals being produced.

If NADP (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate gets too high then the Pentose Phosphate Pathway could be inhibited. Low doses of Niacin along with Zinc, Vitamin C(too much vitamin C can destroy red blood cells, also man made vitamin C cause oxalates), NAD+, Vitamin D3, Curcumin, Querciten, Resveratol, Another thing that happens is if your methylation pathways aren’t working right or you have and infection your ammonia and hydrogen peroxide levels can go up and it will cause Cholesterol to oxidize. You would think that taking an antioxidant would be the solution but as stated earlier make sure you detox and get your methylation pathways corrected or that can do more harm then good. Now if you worked on your gut and methylation pathways. Then I believe we should work on the liver next. From my research I am lead to believe that oils high in monosatuarated fats produce less LDL when they are subject to heat. Some oil that are supposed to be good for cooking with high heat are. Hazel Nut Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Peanut Oil, Safflower Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, and Rice Bran Oil. Sun Flower is supposed to be one of the best but it scares me because Sunflower is used to pull toxins out of the soil. Canola is supposed to be good but most canola is GMO now. We need to be careful getting too many Omega-6, studies have shown if levels get too high we can develop mental issues even become violent, they can cause endothelial dysfunction which can cause high LDL levels, and cause inflammation.

So now if you worked on the above mentioned problems we are ready to move on to other issues we may have. Avoid Trans-Fats, unsaturated and saturated fats are bad fats and cause oxLDLs to go up. Reduce intake of Corn, Wheat, and processed sugar. They cause inflammation which for various reasons can cause oxLDL levels to go up. Termina Chebula – has many nutrients that help with methylation. Has many antioxidants, has also been shown to fight gum disease. Tyrosine – if you are not methylating properly your body cannot produce it. It is used by your body to build neuro transmitters and various proteins. Good sources are nuts, avocados, bananas, dairy products, beans and seeds. Ginkgo Biloba – improves the bodies use of oxygen but use in moderation, if used too long or in high doses it can damage the liver. Ginkgo Biloba with Raynaulds sysndrome and depression. P5P methylcolbamin molybdenum and manganese 3 times a week.  Those should help get the body methylating. When the methylation pathways open the body will start detoxing so you should continue the detox protocols the whole time. This could cause the bladder to become irritated again until the toxin levels are down. Those with certain methylation issues need to research before taking those.

The liver Of course drink good clean Chlorine free water. Chlorine is very toxic to the body and very difficult to remove from the body. Do not use flouride it is pretty much the same thing., If you are having problems with ammonia levels still I would suggest taking bromelain and betaine. Also Bacopa is supposed to helps. Papain is supposed to reduce symptoms of fatty liver. Omega-3 oils also help reduce fatty liver symptoms, I alternate the types of Omega 3s I use because each has it’s own benefits. Inositol Hexaphospate (IP6) is supposed to help clean the renal system out. Rosmarinic Acid, Ginger, Ashwangha, and Boswellia are all supposed to help with lipid peroxidation using these for too long or too much can have side effects. If the Nrf2 pathway is working antioxidants like Pycgenol, Lycopene, Allicin etc help lower lipid peroxidation.

CoQ10 is involved in the processes for producing energy for the cells. I use Ubiuinol it is the unoxidized form of CoQ10. Some things that can improve bile flow are Artichoke , Danshen, Prenylated Chalcone, Yarrow Root, Fennel Seed, Dandelion, Trolox, and Carom Seed have been shown to stimulate bile flow. Hesperetin has been shown to be powerful against lipid peroxidation. Aegle Marmelos is know to inhibit lipid peroxidation. Pinelba has been shown to protect the gut and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium, Iron, all help to produce bile, they need glycine and taurine to be bile.

Astanxanthin is another potent antioxidant. It reduces peroxide levels, and can cross the blood brain barrier to reduce swelling and provide the brain with energy. Catalase and Chloine also help to reduce lipid peroxidation. If you are low in choline you may get indigestion after consuming any fats. Golden Rod, Japanese Honeysuckle (most other honeysuckles are toxic) have been known to help clean the renal system out.

Lymph Nodes There are many things that can cause the lymph nodes to become plug. Not enough exercise , bad eating habits, environmental toxins, stress, not enough sleep, pathogens. Mold infections are another culprit. Vaccine and GMO damage the list could go on and on. If you read my not on detoxing then you should be half way to getting the Lymph Nodes cleaned out. There are special exercises and massage techniques that can be used to help clear the lymph nodes out. Also brushing the skin to ex-foliate also helps to clean the lymph glans out. Vitamin A -allows for proper gene activation within the lymph glands which helps the body develop proper immunity. Sources are orange colored fruits and vegetables, Kale and fish

L-Carnitine – required to transport fatty acids to mitochondria, protects and heals nerves. Protects and heals nerves. Found in meat and milk products, also found in asparagus. Also helps remove toxic compounds generated in cells.

Threonine – Helps prevent fatty liver, helps maintain proper protein balance in the body. Helps break down fats. Most vegetarians are low in this.

Pectin – shown to break biofilms, lowers bad cholesterol levels. Avena (Oat Straw) Helps balance our electrolytes. Has many nutrients needed for healing and proper functioning of the lymphatic system, helps improve cardiovascular health. Also has relaxant qualities. Most say it doesn’t affect them but it knocks me out.

Joe Pye – has been shown to fight renal infection. Should not be taken for extended periods of time because it is a sodium channel blocker.

Buchu – (Agathosma Betulina) fights urinary tract infections reduces hangover symptoms.

Silver Weed (Potentilla Anserina) The leaves have antiviral properties, and contains more flavonoids then green tea.

Aerva Lanata – has diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiparasitic, antimicrobial, hepa-protective and anti-asthmotic properties.

Eupatorium Perfoliatum – also known as Boneset (should not be taken for too long has alkaloids that can build up in the body) and Feverfew has been shown to be affective against the common cold and the flu. Aslo affective at treating cytokine dysregulation. Has been shown to be very affective against the plasmodian parasite.

mullein (Verbascum Thapsus) has antibacterial and expectorant properties. Has also been shown to fight mycobacteria. Is a natural anti-inflammatory. Helps ease menstrual and stomach cramps. Has been shown to help with interstitial cystitis.

Ajuga Decumbens improves liver and kidney function, helps correct hypoglycemia.

Hovenia Dulcis – protects the renal system, reduces oxidative stress. Helps to protect the brain. RDA 1400 to 2500 mg. Cysteamine – helps remove blockages in the renal system.

Acanthus Ilicifolius – increases production of osteoblast which are necessary for bone growth and health. Has been shown to help gastric ulcers heal. Has strong antibacterial and antifungal properties. Chlorophyll – helps restore blood health, lowers our risk of cancer, helps to remove heavy metals from the body and other toxins. Has been shown to fight Candida and protect the good bacteria in the gut. Sources are green produce, spirullina. Many including me had reactions to spirulina so I use liquid chlorophyll (to not use more then 3 times a week it can raise copper levels).

Horse Gram (Dilichos Biflorus) Help dissolve kidney stones, also kills many pathogens. The seeds are used to make tincture.
