Coconut oil

Coconut oil contains monolaurin which has very potent antimicrobial properties against just about every type of microbe. It even helps to fight candida. It even has antiviral properties. I got very ill when I first took coconut oil because candida die of, or even die off from and infection causes endotoxins to be released so if you have an infection you may want to ease into taking it.

Coconut oil is very high in electrolytes so could help replenish many minerals in the body.

Coconut increases ketones in the body which can protect from metabolic diseases like diabetes. Ketones also help to fuel the brain during times of glucose deprivation.

Because ketones help to prevent seizures coconut oil helps to reduce the occurrence of seizures in those suffering from epilepsy.

Coconut oil helps to reduce triglycerides and improve cardiovascular health.

Coconut oil improves the health of the skin and reduces episodes of eczema and other skin diseases. It also protects from the negative effects of UV rays.

The ability to use glucose for energy is inhibited in Alzheimers. Coconut improves brain function in Alzheimers by giving the brain an alternative source of energy. This should help those struggling with hyperinsulinemia which causes hypoglycemia.

Since coconut oil increases ketones it would also increase life span because ketones have been shown to slow down aging.

Ketones improve mitochondrial respiration and improve function of the citric acid cycle which would improve the bodies ability to burn fat for energy which would help to stabilize insulin and glucose levels in the body. This is why coconut oil can prevent obesity.

C-reactive protein levels get high during Covid, Lyme and many other infections and can cause sepsis and even death. Coconut oil helps to reduce C-reactive protein levels which could help prevent the damage caused during infection.

Monolaurin in coconut oil helps to prevent over activation of the immune system which can help prevent autoimmunity. This could also help with asthma and inflammatory diseases.

Coconut oil can cause hypoglycemia if taken in excessive amounts and can actually cause weight gain if taken in excess. A tablespoon a day at most, should be enough.
