Vitamin B12 status can effect our heart. Very good DIY insect repellant.

 

I have read the research on this and it has been shown to work 10 times better then DEET.  When I spray it on no insects bother me. With biting insects carrying so many diseases and the CDC corruption causing Lyme to become epidemic it is a good idea to prevent illness by doing your best to avoid getting bit by any insects.

Make tea with catnip. About a table spoon per cup of water and a pinch of rose mary and cloves . To extent the amount of time it is effective add vanilla.

To make it for plants in the garden which I have used it for that also and it is very effective. Do the above mentioned things and then add the things below.

Smash a few cloves of garlic per gallon of water. Add a pinch of clove per cup of water. It doubles the time it is affective. Add ceyanne pepper. If you use the spray on your person you may want to leave the cayenne pepper out. If you have mold problems I found chelated copper works great. About 1 cap per 2 gallons of water worked great. Works great on people or in the garden. Mugwort also helps prevent mold on plants so you could add some tea made from mugwort to it.
