The United States Food and Drug Administration was given power by congress to enforce the Federal Food , Drug and Cosmetic Act. They also were given authority to enforce Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act. This in theory gives them the authority to oversee the safety of food , drugs, medical devices and cosmetics. They also are involved in the study of the efficacy of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Most know how corrupt and how often the FDA fails to do it’s job. I am going to cover in this article the proof of their failures and their corruption.
The FDA has a history of covering up the harm that is being done by corporations and the pharmaceutical industry. They have gotten caught many times colluding with the pharmaceutical companies to help to hide the harm their products were doing.
In theory they distinguish between things added to foods and things that have caused the food to become adulterated. Under Section 361 they are involved in preventing the spread of disease, this authority can include quarantining. They also are involved in regulating vaccines and biological agents in the U.S. They are supposed to ensure the safety and efficacy of biological and drugs. I won’t get into genetically modified organisms and crops because this article would become too long. But the BT Toxin in genetically modified crops has been shown to cause dramatic negative health effects on the body and as far as I know the FDA has done nothing about it. Also the farm chemicals found in our food supply is having a negative impact on our health and they are doing nothing about it.
We do not have to question their failures we know they have. Most contagious diseases were almost wiped out. They approve vaccines which we know caused the reemergence of many diseases. They have a history of approving drugs that later have been shown to be ineffective or harmed and killed many. Vaccines have never been properly tested for safety and they have injured and killed so many that they have to work very hard to hide the numbers. If you combine the number of people killed by medical error and by pharmaceutical products it becomes the number one cause of death in the U.S. Just as the CDC and many other government organization cannot be trusted or expected to fulfill their jobs because they have become too corrupted the FDA is no different. Imagine how those people who work for the FDA thinking they would make a difference feel. They do all they can to silence those workers who are truly trying to do their jobs.
Take genetically modified foods. They should fall under the FDA jurisdiction. Most know the harm of GMO and the farm chemicals being used. Genes are being added to the GMO. Since they are a biological they should fall under their jurisdiction but they do nothing about it. We know they have failed at controlling contagious diseases. Vaccines have a history of causing infectious diseases to cross species that they previously could not infect. The animal tissues they use in the production of vaccines have been contaminated with many infectious diseases which caused vaccines to be contaminated. Once the infectious agents got injected into humans they eventually developed the ability to infect humans. Since there are so many of them they have no effective way to test to make sure the vaccines are not contaminated. Most test for infectious disease have a very high failure rate at detecting the infectious agent. Most infectious diseases they do not have an effective or cheap method of testing for them. So it would not be economical for them to test their vaccines for contaminants. This has caused illnesses such as H1N1 to cross species. This also occurs with vaccines for pets and has caused illnesses that used to only infect pets to cross over to humans.

The FDA has a history of retaliating against those who expose the corruption. Not only that but the FDA has a history of rigging their advisory committees. Not only does the FDA fail at their responsibilities they often times share the guilt with the pharmaceutical industry of promoting the lies about certain products or they turn a blind eye when data shows the pharmaceutical industry is being fraudulent. They played a big part in contributing to the opoiod epidemic. The whole health industry has become corrupted and is now a mechanism of exploitation.

The corruption is not isolated to the FDA this is a problem in governmental institutions world wide. The industry sponsored research has been shown to be flawed , biased and out right fradulent and yet the governments world wide refuse to sponsor or even look at independent research. The pharmaceutical industry has managed to pretty much purchase control over many governmental organizations that make the decisions that can benefit them world wide. The corruption has become so bad that the medical and pharmaceutical industry are now starting to be viewed as nothing but thieves. How horrible this has to be for those who entered into the pharmaceutical industry and medical community thinking they were joining so they could make a difference and help people. The pharmaceutical industry and medical industries have thoroughly seized control of many governments world wide to the point that most political figures are powerless to stop the corruption.

The FDA and USDA have a history of giving their approval of things that later have to be pulled from the market because of the harm they are doing. Often times they know the harm being done and have been caught colluding with major corporations to hide the harm being done.

Instead they approve drugs, medical devices and biological agents that later have to be pulled from the market because of the harm and deaths they are causing. The whole time they work with big corporations trying to hide the harm being done. The FDA has a history of hiding medical fraud to protect their corporate sponsors the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The FDA kept the information hidden until FISA request were filed. The Prescription Drug User Fee act has given the pharmaceutical industry very heavy control over the FDA because now they can easily pressure them to get their will to take place. The Prescription Drug User Fee Act means that the pharmaceutical and medical industries pay a fee in order to speed up the approval of their product. This has result in a lot of corruption because those who are involved in the approval process feel pressured to make their corporate sponsors happy. This has proven to be a catastrophe because many harmful and ineffective products have been approved and decades later banned because of the harm and deaths they cause. The FDA has used intimidation and has spied on employees to silence them if they try to expose corruption within the FDA.

The FDA has a history of approving some very harmful things. These are the rules of FDA recalls and drugs that have been recalled. The FDA is not entirely to blame. They count on medical professionals to report adverse reactions to drugs. Many do not know how to identify drug adverse reactions, the ones who do report them get pressured by others to gas light and brush them under the carpet. The pharmaceutical industry is known to give perks to medical professionals and studies have shown this causes the medical professional to favor the pharmaceutical industries best interest instead of the patients. It is up to the consumer to report adverse reactions to pharmaceutical products , especially vaccines because that is one of the least reported when it comes to adverse reactions. Also the FDA does not usually issues a public notification of the recalls. Literally thousands of drugs and devices are recalled a year by the FDA.
If anyone else had such a history of making so many errors they would lose their job and possibly serve jail time. Not only this but they are also involved in food recalls but usually get caught dragging their feet on that also. The FDA ask the manufacture to voluntarily recall a product. Most of the time this does not occur and the FDA has to force a recall. I was going to list some of the recalls but the numbers are so high I would have to write a number of books to cover them all. When it comes to food recalls the FDA rarely exerts it’s authority to force food recalls. To make matters worse many hospitals will continue to used recalled products for months and even years after the product has been recalled.

- Class I: A dangerous or defective product that could cause serious health problems or death.
- Class II: A product that might cause a temporary health problem, or pose slight threat of a serious nature.
- Class III: A products that is unlikely to cause any adverse health reaction, but that violates FDA labeling or manufacturing laws.

The pharmaceutical industry has been lobbying the FDA, political figures and pressuring people to try and get supplements banned which have a proven fairly safe track record compared to medical and pharmaceutical products. The pharmaceutical industry makes no profit in curing illness. There is no profit in a healthy customer. Many natural supplements treat the cause of the illness instead of the symptoms. This creates a healthy customer which is no longer a customer for the medical community or the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical companies fingers are so deep into many governments that most governments seem powerless against opposing them.
To protect their coporate sponsors the FDA has seemly declared war on the supplement industry and they have started to ban many supplements and have even tried getting legislation passed to ban the use of things such as vitamins without a prescription. The FDA is even taking steps to make it possible for the pharmaceutical industry to monopolize the supplement industry. It is becoming very clear they have become just as corrupt as many other governmental organizations world wide and they now serve their corporate sponsors and not the citizens. The committee the FDA put together to determine if natural supplements will be banned are comprised mostly of pharmacist who’s jobs are heavily dependent on the pharmaceutical industry so they would have a conflict of interest.
There seems to be a double standard when it comes to naturals compared to drugs and medical devices and even foods that are harmful. The FDA seems to act quickly with very little evidence to shut down the sales of naturals yet when it comes to food or medications it can sometimes take decades for them to act and many times they have been caught colluding how much harm is being done.

So when you see something in the media that says FDA approved you can almost guarantee there is corruption and deception behind it’s approval.
