Gluten Free Bread Mix

This is the recipe for the Gluten Free Bread Mix from http://www.nuts.com. As I stated in my other post http://www.nuts.com does not put the recipes on how to prepare their mixes on the packages , you have to go to their website to find the recipes. Note to keep in mind, nuts.com has their recipes incorrect the amount of liquid on their site is way to high and you will ruin your recipe if you use the amount they state. I never made homemade bread before so mine came out like fruitcake. I have learned and will give it another try someday. So here is the recipe.

1 Cup of warm milk which was still too much, I suggested adding the liquid a little at a time until you get the desired consistency for the dough.

3/4 Cup of egg.

1/4 Cup of oil of your choice.

1 Package of yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons.

1 Teaspoon of vinegar.

1 Pound of bread mix.

Mix ingredients well put in bread pan and let rise then place in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. If you like you bread crust softer rub with oil, I rub mine with ghee because it is very nutritious and good for your health in so many ways.
