We can expect and have seen the CDCs failure to control pandemics. They have a history of corruption and failure. They will always side with the pharmaceutical industry before they protect the citizens. So you can expect them to get the pharmaceutical industry involved even though they are the major cause of Corona becoming so infectious. We have the example of the CDCs failure at controlling the Lyme epidemic as an example of how inadequate and corrupt they are. We cannot entirely blame the pharmaceutical industry because there were some caught stealing a biological agent and shortly after the Corona outbreak occurred. What I am trying to say is man caused this outbreak to occur.
We know that HIV was pretty much created in a lab though I do not know if it was through carelessness or by accident. Well the Corona virus shares many similarities with HIV. This would not be the first time the pharmaceutical industry has caused an infectious agent to cross species or caused something to become more virulent. Most super bugs have been found to come from pharmaceutical flawed and outright negligent science. Not only that but vaccine weaken the immune system.
The main causes of chronic illness whether it be from toxins or infectious disease or injury from medical treatment is inflammation and oxidative stress. These lead to diabetes, heart disease and autoimmunity and can make a person more prone to infectious diseases even ones that would not normally infect humans. I am going to discuss the real dangers. I am also going to discuss who is more susceptible to infection and death from infections. There are dangers that are far worse then the Corona Virus and even Lyme disease that is right in front of our faces but we have been taught to ignore them and to brush them off. The very people we are taught to trust are causing us the most harm. Then near the end I will discuss things that help fight infection and I will also cover herbs that have been used or studied against the Corona virus or viruses related. It is clear that human corruption is causing far far more deaths then any infection is causing.The Corona virus has only been shown to be dangerous to those who’s health is already compromised. For example the elderly and those who are already ill.
Vaccines most likely cause thousands of deaths every year but the number of reactions and and deaths is a heavily guarded secret. So much so the victims when they receive compensation from the vaccine courts usually have to agree not to talk about the reaction that occurred. Because many have been reading the vaccine inserts they are now removing the adverse reactions from the vaccine inserts and they are also removing the ingredients because most of the ingredients are highly toxic to the body and it takes years for the body to remove them. Vaccines are highly carcinogenic. It is one of the reasons so many children are developing cancer now days. Most medical professionals have never filed a report when a victim has suffered an adverse reaction to a vaccine or a drug. To make matters worse the CDC has been putting things in place to make it even more difficult to report adverse reactions to vaccines. If you have gotten the flu vaccine then you have a dramatically higher risk of getting infected by the Corona Virus. If you notice vaccine injury cause symptoms that describe Corona almost to a tee. Not only that but the flu vaccine has been found to make a person more susceptible to infectious agents that the human body would normally be able to fight off. Vaccines cause lung inflammation which is exactly what many viruses especially Corona needs to infect the lungs. Vaccines and glyphosate found in our food supply are known to cause systematic inflammation and cytokine storms which inhibit the immune system. The toxins from vaccines can stay in the body for years. One could speculate that this outbreak of Corona is actually a build of of the toxic onslaught to peoples bodies world wide because vaccines are known to damage the body 100% of the time now add that into the harm Genetically Modified foods and the farm chemicals are doing to our bodies and then add that to the high number of unnecessary drug prescription that are handed out like candy now days and have been shown to damage the body. Now add the excess EMFs in our environment. Our exposome has become too toxic and something like this was bound to happen.

Now take into consideration that medical errors cause hundreds of thousands of deaths a year. Why do they try to induce a panic when something like the flu , cold or corona virus is causing illness? They cause far fewer deaths then allopathic medicine and pharmaceutical products. If you watch the news and the panic the government induces, you can start to see the greed that is driving their agendas. The pharmaceutical industry usually announces shortly after that they have a new drug or vaccine. Even though the vaccines cause more deaths and adverse reactions to drugs cause hundreds of thousands of deaths each year they ignore all that because they do not want to bite the hands that feed them. Almost all politicians world wide are heavily sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry.
The government and media lie about the number of deaths caused by infections each year from many diseases especially the flu and measles. Often times there were no recorded death from the measles yet the media and governments around the world would lie and claim there were thousands. Far less die from the flu each year then the actual number they report. There are actually more deaths from the meningitis vaccine then meningitis itself. As the vaccine rates for the flu shot goes up so does the number of death from the flu.
Adverse reactions to drugs is one of the leading causes of death. Most adverse reactions do not get reported so the numbers of deaths caused by adverse reactions to drugs is most likely much higher. The said part of this is that many drugs like statins have been shown to reduce a persons life span so that would not be included in the death caused by medications.
Many pharmaceutical products damage the immune system especially vaccines. Those who have had their immune system damaged will be susceptible to many infections so should do their best to avoid contracting any infection. Genetically modified foods damage the body and cause autoimmunity and many other chronic health problems so if someone is consuming GMO foods or foods high in glyphosate they should try their best to avoid getting any infections. Vaccines and medications are the number one cause of autoimmune disease.
Those taking any medication should be careful and try your best to avoid any types of infection. Most drugs have been linked to autoimmunity. Fluoroquinolones have been linked to autoimmunity and many other chronic health problems. They are a very dangerous antibiotic.
Toxins can also cause autoimmunity especially ones that cause leaky gut. This is why so many have autoimmunity now days because GMOs and the chemicals used on them cause autoimmunity and the farm chemical levels have been found to be heavy in our food supplies around the world. Nutrient deficiencies have been linked to autoimmunity. Nutrients also modulate our gut microbes. Our gut microbes are one of the main components of our immune system. They train our immune system how to fight pathogens they detect and they also maintain the health of our immune system.
It is very important to reduce inflammation because it inhibits the immune system.
Getting proper rest and getting enough sunlight may be important for maintaining immune health. This also may effect our microbiome. Inflammation can cause autoimmunity. An imbalance in our microbiome can also cause autoimmunity by causing systematic inflammation. Also infection can cause inflammation which can lead to autoimmunity which. So it is very important to address infection and inflammation to prevent infection from other pathogens.
There is a lie being promoted that those who have Corona do not need to show symptoms to transmit it. That study is flawed and has been discredited.
Things that may help with Corona virus.
Neurotensin protects us from the Corona virus and from SARS. It modulates dopamine. in excess it can cause hypotension and hypothermia. When our secondary bile producing microbes are missing when fats are ingested it will increase neruotensin which would make us more sensitive to fats. We develop hypotension and hypothermia when fats are consumed until our secondary bile acid produces and our acetate producing microbes are restored. Neurotension is also secreted in response to infections it is responsible for response to infection in the nervous system. In excess it can cause systematic inflammation and neurological issues. It is usually increase when there is inflammation in the gut. It serves two functions it stimulates pancreatic enzymes but in excess it inhibits pancreatic enzymes. Neurotensin increases tolerance to pain. Excess neurotensin causes glutamate toxicity and intestinal inflammation. Excess neurotensin can lead to Alzheimers and Parkinson’s disease. This shows the need to address infection and inflammation in the gut. This also show the importance of our secondary bile producing microbes and our acetate producing microbes. High levels of neurotensin also causes low GABA levels.
Low fat diet can cause a deficiency in neurotensin and so can short bowel syndrome. This can cause psychosis. Low levels of neurotensin can lead to cholestasis.

So increasing consumption of good fats should help to protect from SARS and Corona by increasing neurotensin. Avoiding bad fats like processed vegetable oil, corn oil , canola oil and especially transfats.
Smokers have a better chance of dying from the Corona virus. This is why more Chinese are dying because many are heavy smokers in China. Also infection and other things that increase ACE2 make a person more susceptible to Corona and similar infections. What I noticed is that ACE2 is a symptom of inflammation and it is not the increased ACE2 that is the problem but the inflammation which is causing the increased ACE2 levels. Reducing inflammation should reduce ACE2 levels. Kudzu, Dan shen, Ginkgo help increase ACE2 which helps fight the Corona infection.
It is very important to restore all normal gut microbes because they are responsible for proper toll like receptor function which is needed to properly detect and fight infections. Many in China are deficient in NAC which make you more prone to retrovirus infections and the Corona virus.
Radix isatidis also known as woad. It can be toxic to the liver in high doses are if taken for too long but has been shown to be very effective at preventing the Corona, MER, SARS and flu viruses from infecting someone.

Cholesterol is needed by the immune system. If we are deficient it can result in immune dysfunction. Since cholesterol is and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory it stands to reason we would suffer ill health effects when deficient in cholesterol.
Cholesterol is needed to produce the hormones we need to protect us from viral infections. This is why if we have issues that cause our production of thiols to be inhibited like high mercury, high glyphosate, high glufosinate or high oxalate levels we need to address them so the body can produce what we need to fight infection.
We need fats to fight infection. Our cells are made up of a lipid layer. If we do not get enough fat our cells become easier targets for infection.
The types of fats are important. For example Omega 9 and Omega 3 help fight infection. Omega 6 does unless levels get too high. Many diets are too high in Omega 6 causing it to have to opposite effect. Omega 9 is found in the milk and fat from grass fed animals. Grain fed animals have much lower levels of Omega 9 fatty acids. This is also why we should address metabolic issues like pyphoria and pyrrole disorders which effect our bodies proper use of fats. I have posted on those. Omega 3 is needed to fight infections.
Whether we take Omega 3 or not is determined by the type of infections. This does not mean we should avoid it but it means we should limit our intake with certain types of infections.

Black Sativa is an amazing herb. It fights some bacteria and fungus, it also kill worms and viruses.

I will not use it any longer then that until I have a chance to research the safety of the alkaloid that is in it. I took it at night because it made me feel like I had a fever and it made me sweat. I decided I would rather sleep through that. Has been shown to be very effective against the flu. Has been shown to be very effective against RNA viruses which are usually the super viruses produced by vaccines. It also fight malaria.
Apple leaf has been shown to heal the gut. It kill most pathogens that can harm the gut. It also has many healing properties.
Hawthorne kills many pathogens that cause gut issues and also is high in mucilage so helps heal the gut.
Lemon Balm surprised me. It is known for reducing pain but has very good antimicrobial properties even against viruses including herpes.
Kudzu has amazing healing properties and also helps fight viruses.

Wormwood helps with many types of infections including malaria.
Uva Ursi contain berberine which has been shown to very effective against many types of pathogens.
Japanese Honeysuckle has antibacterial and antiviral properties.

NAC inhibits the flu virus but I would take this in moderations. I have noticed when taken daily it seems to lose it’s benefits.

Colloidal silver is effective against many types of pathogens. You must make sure it is true or pure colloidal silver at least 98% colloidal silver. In some countries they are allowed to sell ionic silver as colloidal silver. As far as I know ionic silver is not toxic but it does cause what they call blue man syndrome. It takes very high does to occur but it is proof the body cannot remove ionic silver. It is very effective against MRSA.
Lactoferrin protects from viral, fungal and bacteria infections. It is even effective against the Vibrio species.
Rooibos has antibacterial qualities. It really helps me if I get a cold or flu transmitted to me from someone who got vaccinated. Yeah I know they are supposed to be dead pathogens. Why does everyone around someone who has been vaccinated get ill including the vaccinated person? Rooibos also is a strong HIV inhibitor.
Rooibos is effective against the flu.
Elderberry is good for virus and bacteria infection.
Houttuynia is a very potent antiviral but should not be taken daily it should be pulsed about three days a week.
Green tea is good for fighting many types of infection.

Bismuth is a helicase inhibitor this prevents viruses from being able to attach to the cells. Helicase inhibitors do reduce the infection of corona virus.

Ginkgo helps fight many types of viruses.
rough holly seems very potent against viruses.
Echinacea is a potent antiviral but those with an over responsive immune system should not use it.
Hibiscus is a pretty potent antiviral.
Larch is effective against the Corona virus.

How Corona infects the body.
Corona uses the same methods that HIV, Lyme, EBV and others use to enter the cell. It causes endoplasmic reticulum stress. This occurs from the inflammation and cytokine storm they cause. They take advantage of the bodies repair mechanisms because this causes misfolded proteins. When this activates autophagy which activates things needed to clear out the misfolded proteins. Apoptosis is one of the mechanisms induced. In order to prevent this from occurring you must prevent oxidative stress and inflammation.

Pacifastin found in crayfish and locust is a serine protease inhibitor. Boron is also a serine protease inhibitor. Serine protease inhibitors will prevent RNA viruse from being able to replicate and enter the cells. Serione protease inhibitors also help with NAFLD, COPD and other diseases that involved fibrosis. Serine protease inhibitors would work with COV19 also.
Inhibiting furin helps to fight COV19. Biacalein, chrysin, oroxylin, and luteolin are furin inhibitors.
Stimulating autophagy with COV19 is not good because it uses endocytosis to enter the cells, autophagy increases endocytosis.
Inhibiting cathepsin L decreases COV19 infection. Lactoferrin inhibits cathepsin L.
The spike on Cov19 needs trypsin in order to infect the cell. Trypsin inhibitors may help with this.
Hemmaggulin Esterase inhibitors prevents Corona and other RNA viruses from infecting cells. Black Elderberry is a Hemmaggulin Esterase inhibitor. Corona and receptor interactions.
It is very important to get nucleotides in our diets to strengthen the immune system and prevent infection. Sprouted seeds are one of the best sources of nucleotides. Diet is very important for proper immune function.
Inhibiting certain things will usually increase risk of infection but with Corona it should help by preventing lung damage. Estroidal and Progesterone reduce inflammation through the steroid receptors. Also progesterone stimulates the repair of the lungs. Progesterone also has antiviral properties.

Berberine found in Califoria Poppy, Barberry, Oregon Grape, Chinese Goldthread, is a potent NADPH oxidase inhibitor. In high amounts it can be toxic. It is usually found in the bark and roots. Blue berries are potent NADPH oxidase inhibitors. Magnolia is a potent NADPH oxidase inhibitor. Some things mentioned in this study are toxic so use caution when you read studies and choose supplements. Plumbago is toxic. Thundergod vine is mentioned in this study and can inhibit the immune system and is a very potent anti-inflammatory. So those who have an inhibited immune system would not want to use Thundergod vine. These help reduce oxidative stress also.
Thymoquine found in rosemary and oregano is an NADPH oxidase inhibitor, green tea, resveratrol, querciten, curcumine found in tumeric, and hesperiden found in the white part of citrus fruit are NADPH oxidase inhibitors.

If you feel tired after consuming things that reduce oxidative and nitrosative stress you may need to increase your intake of things that increase nitric oxide.
This one mentions soy and soy products. Make sure you get organic because GMO BT Toxins and the glyphosate used on them contaminate our food and is very toxic to the body. If you are low in Nitric Oxide then you may develop high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, inflammation, sleep disorders, a weakened immune system, experience asthma like symptoms, have a reduced sense of smell, decreased insulin production, may develop angina, excessive blood clotting. There are saliva test strips to test NO levels. If deficient in NO a person may become constipated because it helps regulate peristalsis. A nitric oxide deficiency can also cause an overactive bladder,
Nitic Oxide Synthase (NOS) is important for reducing infection and may be effective against Corona Virus. This is why we need to reduce oxidative stress which could derail the NOS system . For NOS to function properly sulfation must be functioning properly so it can properly utilize glutathione and SOD. P5P, magnesium, CoQ10, and molybdenum help to support sulfation. Manganese is needed to produce SOD but the body requires very little of it and high levels can be toxic to the body. Selenium is also needed to produce glutathione and SOD. Zinc is another nutrient that is important for the proper function of these things. BH4 and CBS issues can cause a derailment of NOS. Things that support sulfation support those. It is very important to try and avoid breathing in exhaust fumes from automobiles and other hydrocarbon producers because this can also derail the NOS system.
If you do not address the things mentioned earlier the oxidative and nitrosative stress , instead of NO being beneficial increasing levels will harm the body instead of helping it. So it is very important to make sure NOS does not get derailed in order to heal properly. Food sources of nitric oxide is best because excess nitric oxide can cause life threatening conditions like methemoglobinemia especially if oxidative nitrosative stress are not addressed. Infection can also cause methemoglobinemia so increasing NO without addressing other health issues could be life endangering. With methemoglobinemia CO2 levels become very high which occurs in COVID-19 infection. I suspect it may be methemoglobinemia from excess peroxynitrate production and ROS from the Corona infection. Many medications and toxins can induce methemoglobinemia. Our food supply is contaminated with glyphosate which can cause methemoglobinemia, this makes me wonder is the Corona virus really the problem or the final straw? Farm chemicals in our food, additives in our foods and antibiotics can alter our gut microbiome causing methemogobinemia.
After you read this I will explain why I do not believe a person should avoid iron but should address what is causing the iron overload.
It is very important to reduce Fe3 levels to help reduce the chance of developing methemoglobinemia. Age, oxidative stress, inflammation, infection and toxins can cause iron to build up in the body causing organ failure. It can also damage the lungs so it is important to make sure you detox Fe3 iron and excess iron from the body. Most are iron toxic now days because often times it is added to food. If a person has iron overload knotgrass a few times a week can help to restore iron homeostasis. COVID-19 causes iron overload in the lungs. Infection can cause iron overload in the liver, kidneys and lungs. These are things that can help reduce iron overload because they help chelate excess iron from the body. Tumeric because it contains curcumin, green tea because it contains EGG, Pomegranate which also reduces oxalates, Milk thistle seed, things that contain quercetin, increasing lipoic acid levels in the body prevents iron overload, carnitine helps reduce iron overload,
Iron is needed to fight infections. Though some infectious diseases can use iron in order to increase there is a source of iron that will prevent this and will actually normalize iron levels. This is lactoferrin and clostrum and they act as an antibiotic towards most infectious agents. So you can see taking iron can do more harm then good and it is best to balance iron because too much can add to the health problems during infection and too little can cause it’s own health issues.
This is how COVID-19 causes inflammation which damages the lungs liver, gut and can cause excess blood clotting. COVID-19 increases IL-6. Vaccine adjuvants also induce IL-6 and they remain in the body for months and sometimes even years. IL-6 impairs NOS. Normally during initial infection IL-6 increase to stimulate the immune system. It increases C-reactive protein and Serum Amyloid A. It reduces production of fibronectin, albumin and transferrin. If this persist it can lead to chronic inflammatory disease and Amyloidosis. This causes fibrosis in various organs throughout the body and can eventually lead to organ damage and failure throughout the body. I mentioned earlier the body reduces iron in order to prevent the infectious agent from being able to use the iron. IL- 6 induces hepcidin production , which blocks the action of iron transporter ferroportin 1 in the gut preventing absorption of iron. This is common with many tick born illnesses, mold illness and RNA viruses. This causes a reduction in serum iron levels. This is why those who have these illnesses develop hypoferremia and anemia when they have chronic inflammation. This lead to the production of megakaryocyte which are involved in blood clotting. If left unchecked for too long it can also lead to organ damage, heart failure and strokes. IL-6 in conjunction with TGF-B are involved in the differentiation of TH17 cells from CD4+ T Cells but inhibits T regulatory cell differentiation. T regulatory cells are need to keep the immune system balance. When we are deficient in T reg cells we can develop autoimmunity and the body can start having an immune response to itself resulting in chronic autoimmunity and inflammatory disease. IL-6 also the differentiation of CD8+ T cells into cytotoxic T cells. IL-6 is involved in the differentiation of B cells into AB-producing plasma cells meaning continuous over synthesis of IL-6 results in hypergammaglobulinemia and autoantibody production. Hypergammaglobulinemia is when the body produces too many antibodies which can cause the body to attack itself. IL-6 also stimulates RANKL which is needed for needed for the differentiation and activation of osteoclast this can lead to bone reabsorption and osteoporosis. IL-6 causes excess production of VEGF leading to increased angiogenesis and vascular permeability this results in inflammatory lesions usually found in synovial tissues of rheumatoid arthritis.
Because vaccines induce IL-6 and the adjuvants can remain in the body for years it causes damage to the brain. Some vaccines use mercury and it also induces IL-6 and remains in the body for years. Glyphosate is a contaminant in most of our food supply and induces IL-6 in the intestines that lead to inflammatory bowel disease, food intolerance and food allergies. This in itself starts a cycle that increases IL-6 causing a positive feedback loop that is difficult to break in order to heal. If you are vaccine injured, or have high levels of glyphosate it will make you more prone to dying from the Corona virus because IL-6 already being synthesized excessively. This can also result in RS3PE which causes pitting on the hands and tops of the feet. Because of all the toxins in our food , vaccines and environment that cause high IL-6 levels I believe the Corona virus is not the problem but is an oppurtunistic infection that normally would have been able to infect humans but because there are so many with compromised immune systems now, I believe it infected someone with a weak immune system. Normally the human body could have overcome it but because they could not fight it with the weakened immune system it has a chance to adapt to the human body making it possible to infect even healthy individuals.
Now when IL-is induced by exercise instead of the immune system it is anti-inflamatory. Those who are prone to obesity have higher levels of IL-6. Things that also increase IL-6 is sleep deprivation, chronic stress, refined foods and sugar, smoking and excess alcohol consumption. Excess IL-6 can cause mood swings, violent behavior, and depression which can lead to suicidal behavior. IL-6 in high in those with inflammatory bowel diseases. Increased IL-6 reduces testosterone levels. High IL-6 levels causes high T4 levels because it inhibits the conversion of T4 to T3. High IL-6 levels increases oxidative stress which reduces glutathione. IL-6 does increase liver regeneration.
Resistant starch helps to overcome the negative effects of IL-6 on the brain. IL-6 can prevent a person from getting into ketosis. Decreasing IL-6 reduces risk of PCOS, risk of diabetes, reduces pain, many type of autoimmune diseases are prevented by reducing IL-6, reducing IL-6 prevents osteoporosis.

The importance of getting enough zinc with COVID. It helps prevent the hemoglobin issues and the lung damage. It can help prevent the altitude illness like symptoms caused by the infection. Glyphosate is a contaminant in most of our food supply and can make us deficient in zinc. The symptoms of zinc deficiency is very similar to what COVID does . Much of our soil is deficient in minerals because glyphosate chelates minerals from the soil and from the bodies of those who eat foods that contain it.

Ahr issues can make a person susceptable to lung damge by Corona. Aryl hydrogcarbon receptor helps detect xenobiotics so they can be removed from the body. Antibiotics and glyphosate can cause leaky gut which increases the levels of endotoxins in the body. They also disrupt the microbiome causing a dysregulation of the Ahr receptor. If the Ahr receptor becomes inhibited we can develop astma, COPD, Lupus, psoriasis and many other autoimmune disorders. The Ahr receptor also prevents excess oxidative stress and inflammation. Farm chemicals like glyphosate contaminate our food supply and can alter our microbiome which effects our Ahr. One of the symptoms of altered microbiome is glutamate may induce headaches when consumed. Increasing the butyrate producing microbes like bifidobacteria and clostridia can help correct this. The Corona virus also activates this receptor which can cause a cytokine storm. After the cytokine storm occurs then Ahr becomes inhibited. It doesn not show in the studies that after activating Ahr it inhibits it but it activates TiPARP which is known to inhibit Ahr. Once it becomes inhibited it cannot stop the cytokine storm that is occurring. To break the negative feedback loop and restore the positive feedback loop the inflammation , and high IL-6 levels need to be addressed. Vitamin D3 can help restore Ahr homeostasis. Ahr deficiency causes an inflammatory state and can lead to fibrosis throughout the body especially the lungs.
I mentioned the Ahr receptor. The reason I covered correcting hemaglobin issues caused by infection is because the Ahr receptor maintains immune homeostasis and prevents excess inflammation. When we have infections , especially COVID-19 it can cause hypoxia. Hypoxia stimulates excess HIF-1 and excess eTAP which inhibits Ahr. This causes a lot of damage to the lungs and a cytokine storm occurs.
NAC increases glutathion so would prevent this from happening. Corona, Lyme disease, EBV and many tick born illnesses increase HIF-1. This inhibits Ahr and P2X7. This causes ATP to leak from the cells. I doubt there are studies showing this but when this occurs ATP does leak from the cells. When you have high zonulin levels or inflammation in the gut it induces IL-1b. I posted how to reduce that. IL-1b induces serrotonin hyper responsiveness. If you get crazy after consuming tryptophan and have trouble breathing after consuming it then you most likely need to reduce IL-1b levels.
Short term exposure to sunlight can activate the Ahr receptor, long term exposure can inhibit it because tryptophan will get converted to FICZ which inhibits the Ahr receptor. Many viruses activate Ahr in order to replicate in the body.

Estrogen protects from Corona infection by increasing ACE2 receptors. Phytoestrogens can have the same effect because they increase ERRa activity which increase the number of ACE2 receptors.
We need certain microbes in order to be able to convert the phytoestrogens. Barley sprouts help to increase the microbes that convert the phytoestrogens. Eubacterium Limosum, certain Clostridium species are needed to convert phytoestrogens. E. Limosum requires acetate and antibiotics and glyphosate usually kill off the acetate producing microbes from our guts. Studies claim only 30% of the population contain the microbes needed to convert phytoestrogens so the body can use them. There is still benefits from phytoestrogens but they are not as effective if we are lacking the microbes that break them down for our bodies. Over activation of Ahr will cause low estrogen levels so homeostasis is the key.

Oxidative stress increases 7-oxysterol which induces autophagy. Corona uses autophagy to infect our cells. It is very important to address oxidative stress especially in those who have diabetes because they are know to have excess levels of oxidative stress. Inducing CYP1A1 induces Ahr but over stimulation can deplete Ahr pools resulting in it’s loss of function.
Indigo root may be an alternative for reducing oxidative stress for those who are constipated because it reduces oxidative stress, it induces CYP1A1 which would help with constipation and it has anti-viral properties.
Those who have excess oxidative stress from vaccine injury, toxins like glyphosate, stress, medications, environmental toxins , excess inflammation, infection, toxins like mercury, cadmium and aluminum will develop low serotonin levels because the kynurenine pathway becomes upregulated. This causes enhanced tryptophan metabolism towards kynurenine then this gets converted to quinolinic acid. This is referred to as kynurenine shunt. Quinolinic acid adds to the cycle causing a positive feedback loop that is difficult to break because it also causes inflammation and oxidative stress. To break the cycle it is important to reduce oxidative stress, reduce inflammation and address what started the positive feedback loop until the body gets the upper hand and heals thus restoring the negative feedback loop. If this occurs a person will become sensitive to things that increase glutamate because glutamate levels are already high. Inhibiting Indoleamine 2,3dioxygenase can help reduce the quinine and glutamate levels possibly giving the body the upper hand so that it can heal. Something to take note of emotional stress and life stress can effect this pathway because they cause inflammation and oxidative stress. Leaky gut and gut dysbiosis can also cause high quinolinic acid levels. When this is occuring then tryptophan, glutamine, and arginine will increase quinolinic acid making the symptoms worse.
During inflammation, oxidative stress , emotional stress, infection or toxic burden the high quinolinic acid can cause sepsis which can take years to heal from. Low levels of kynurenic acid causes irritable bowel syndrome while high levels are linked to inflammatory bowel syndrome showing the importance of addressing what is causing it’s dysregulation. Low levels makes a person more prone to ulcers and other gut related issues. Nettles and dandelion is high in kynurenic acid. Lactobacillus acidophilus and lactobacillus lactis also produce kynurenic acid. Quinolinic acid is needed for the production of NAD+ so it should not be inhibited but the things that are causing it’s over production should be addressed. If we are deficient in vitramin B6 we lose proper function of this pathway and instead of NAD+ being produced quin is produced causing pellagra. Nitrositive stress is found to be high in corona infection and other infections. Quinolinic acid increases nitrositive stress. Quinolinc acid can also lead to the break down of soft tissue like ligaments and other areas of the cytoskeleton. If not addressed in time high quin levels can lead to Alzheimers and neurological damage throughout the body. Quin inhibits autophagy which can lead to lysosomal storage disease. Excess oxidative stress and the other things mentioned earlier can cause a decrease in the ability of the body to produce NAD+ from quin or it can decrease the precursors and cofactors needed causing the cells to become deficient in NAD+ increasing oxidative stress and inflammation. I will discuss how these can be increase below.
Beside reducing the causes of the high quinolininc acid levels some nutrients can also help reduce it.

By taking the nutrients needed to produce NAD+ we may be able to restore cellular NAD+ levels. Nicotinamide Riboside seems to be the safest and most effective at helping to increase NAD+ levels. Pyridoxine-5-phophate (5) is also needed to produce NAD+. There are also food sources of NAD+. High Leucine levels will cause a decrease in NAD+. A dysfunction in tryptophan metabolism can cause a loss of neural plasticity. Magnesium is also needed to regulate quin levels and nuerotransmitters. Quin is produced throughout the body and normally cannot enter the brain but when there is excess oxidative stress and inflammation the blood brain barrier becomes porous permitting many things that can damage the brain to enter including quin. Thiamine, folate and riboflavin are also needed to convert quin to NAD+. Excess iron can cause the conversion of quin to NAD+ to be inhibited causing quin levels to increase. Quin becomes neurotoxic in high levels. Increasing ferritin helps to reduce iron toxicity.
Increasing B-hydroxybutyrate reduces guin by increasing Nicotinylalanine which inhibits conversion of kynurenine to quin and increasing kyurinate. This is good for preventing seizures and promoting sleep. Ketogenic diet increases B-hydroxybutyrate. You can also take ketone supplements to mimic a ketogenic diet. Avoiding most meat, and reducing carbohydrates and increasing good fat intake can increase ketones. Also consuming coconut oil, walnut oil, olive oil and avocados or avocado oils increases ketones. Consuming lamb, poultry, and organ meat helps. Full fat dairy products can increase ketones. Nuts and seeds increase ketones. Eating oily type fish increases ketones. Eating non starchy vegetables helps increase ketones. Vinegar, mustard and stevia increases ketones. Those with type 1 diabetes and those who are stuck in ketonuria would most likely not benefit from this because they would already have high ketone body levels. Those with Type 1 diabetes and who have ketonuria my benefit from inhibiting Sirt5 which would prevent fibrosis and increase fatty acid oxidation. Those with excess oxidative stress would benefit from inhibiting Sirt5 which ketones do.
To increase iron lactoferrin can safely increase iron levels but you must make sure you address the inflammation and oxidative stress. Eating foods high in vitamin C with foods that contain iron increases absorption. Keep in mind excess iron causes oxidative stress and can lead to heart disease. Infections also reduce ferritin so would need to be addressed. Calcium slows the absorption of iron. Alcohol and caffeine inhibit iron absorption. Malabsorption can cause a decrease in iron levels causing low ferritin levels. Organic non sulfured black strap molasses is high in iron, most vegetables are high in iron. Low ferritin causes decreased energy levels, difficulty breathing and low thyroid activity.
Increasing NAD+ is very important for preventing DNA damage and damage to the organs. Avocados, mushrooms, peanuts, sunflower seeds and raw or lightly cooked vegetables increase vitamin B levels. Increase Vitamin D it enhances the bodies ability to store NAD+. Poultry and oily fish are good sources of B vitamins. Exercise stimulates NAD+ production. Whole fat cow milk contains Nicotinamide riboside which is the safest and most effective at increasing NAD+. Oily fish contain high levels of NAD+ so would increase NAD+ levels. Consuming brewers yeast increases NAD+ levels. The reason I do not suggest taking B vitamins is because they can build up in the body and damage the liver if taken excessively. Eat leafy greens to increase folate . Be careful with spinach and kale they are high oxalate. If you cook them and dump the water off it reduces their oxalate levels. I do believe a person should take P5P because when a person has sepsis usually they cannot convert their B6 to P5P and P5P us needed to produce NAD+. We need sunlight but excess sunlight can reduce NAD+ levels. Just something to take note of restricting carbohydrates too much can cause autoimmunity and many other health issues. Also many avoid fruits because they contain fructose but the fructose in fruit increases NAD+. A deficiency in NAD+ speeds up aging dramatically. Long term activation of Ahr contributes to vascular aging and nuerodegerative disease. B-lapachone found in Pau D’arco increases NAD+ levels.
Proprionate produced by bifidobacteria protects the blood brain barrier by stimulating gluconeogenesis in the intestines. They also produce HDAC inhibitors which improves brain plasticity and inhibits viral infection. In my opinion Bifidobacteria are the core bacteria even though they are the least numerous because they protect the body from attacking the commensals like commensal clostridea and E coli which protects us from their pathogenic cousins and they also protect the body from attacking itself. Also if we are deficient in Bifidobacteria none of the other commensals can get established.

High levels of certain microbes can deplete or alter the metabolism of tryptophan causing a depletion of serotonin and tryptophan and lead to many neurological and brain issues. Burkerholdia has been linked to autism. Excess Lactobacillus , Akkermansia, produce Indole which can cause increase dysfunction in the kynurenine pathway. Antibiotics, glyphosate and chemicals in processed foods can cause the levels of these microbes to become higher.
Infection can also cause retinoid accumulation. This is caused by infection inducing a retinoid cascade. This causes cell death in the liver resulting in hepatitis. This damages the immune system which can lead to sepsis and make a person more prone to secondary infections. Retinoid accumulation in the liver can also be caused by choline deficiency, and vitaminosis from taking excess amounts of vitamin A. The best description I can think of for what is happening is it causes a person to develop retinol storage disease. Some infectious agents need vitamin A to replicate so maybe the body is doing this to try and inhibit the viral infection or it may be a result of the inflammation. Vitamin A is involved in maintaining glucose levels and in regulating glycolysis. Depletion of retinol saturase inhibits glycolysis and lipogenesis. Increased RetSat levels increases Reactive Oxygen Species, and lipid peroxidation. Low RetSat levels are found in those who are obese and causes insulin resistance. High RetSat levels causes hyperglycemia and fatty liver disease. Low RetSat levels can cause autoimmunity. NAD+ helps maintain homeostasis of vitamin A metabolism, if levels are low then lipid oxidation is inhibited and can result in fatty liver and weight loss. NAD+ maintains vitamin A homeostasis. Conjugated linoleic acid found in dairy and bitter melon seeds can help restore vitamin A metabolism homeostasis. The body can store vitamin A so it is not necessary to take high doses if consumed in a supplement. The stored vitamin A is hydrolysed by retinl ester hydrolase in the liver when the body needs it. I suspect that those who develop fatty liver from excess vitamin A in the liver may be deficient in REHs. Many infectious agents cause this and it is most likely do to the excess oxidative stress , inflammation and NAD+ deficiency.
I am discussing Leucine because often times after a person has been chronically ill they suffer from sepsis. Leucine may be able to help them heal many of the health problems they are dealing with. Society pretty much tosses them out to the trash. Even families will not help those who have sepsis because even though they are very ill they look healthy. We also become very good actors and have learned to pretend we are well even when we are feeling very bad. I am not sure why we do that maybe we desire to be normal again or maybe we want to be treated normal but we are treated far from it. The only ones in the medially community that will try to help those with sepsis are those who practice naturopathic medicine. It stands to reason though because studies have shown that 80% of allopathic medical treatment is based on speculations and assumptions.
Symptoms of Leucine deficiency are those similar to hypoglycemia, dizzyness, fatigue, headaches, confusion, irritability and depression.
Symptoms of excess Leucine can be similar to those who have betaine (TMG) deficiency, CBS or BH4 issues or high urease levels which cause high ammonia levels in the body. It takes a very high amount of Leucine to cause ammonia toxicity. Hypoglycemia like symptoms also can result from excess Leucine intake, it can cause symptoms similar to pellagra and can make pellagra worse , a person will become sensitive to sunlight especially if P5P levels are low. P5P has been shown to prevent that from happening.
Leucine is used in the biosynthesis of protein. Leucine should be taken with valine. The body cannot synthesis it so it is an essential amino acid. It is found in meats especially organ meats, beans, nuts, whole fat dairy products, whey protein, organic soy do not eat GMO so the BT Toxins and glyphosate found in them are very bad for the body. It is also found in legumes, hemp seed haul, fish, poultry, oats, organic corn again we want to avoid the BT Toxin and glyphosate found in GMO products. Brown rice also contains leucine.
The end products of leucine metabolism are acetyl-CoA and acetoacetate. Acetyl-CoA participates in carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism. It’s main function is to deliver acetyl group to the citric acid cycle also known as the Krebbs cycle to be oxidized for energy production. It is involved in glycolysis and B-oxidation. Glycolysis is involved in producing ATP and B-oxidation is involved in converting fats to energy.
Acetoacetic acid is the simplest beta-keto acid. It is produced in the liver from Coenzyme CoA. It can come from the last cycle in B-oxidation of fatty acids. It is released in the blood stream during fasting and when someone has type 1 diabetes or ketonuria also known as ketoacidosis. Heart muscle and the renal cortex prefer acetoacetate over glucose. The brain uses acetoacetate when glucose levels are low dut to fasting or the health problems mentioned earlier. In ketoacidosis B-hydroxy B-methylbutyric (HMB) acid is converted to acetoacetate.
HMB increases exercise induced gains in muscle and muscle size, muscle strength, lean body mass, and reduces skeletal muscle damage from exercise. HMB is a minor leucine metabolite.
Leucine has been found to prevent seizures. Leucine deficiency can lead to obesity. Excess Leucine can cause insulin resistance , most likely because Leucine stimulates mTOR signaling. mTOR regulates many metabolic pathways. Decreased mTOR activity extends life span. Inhibiting mTOR stimulates cellular repair known as autophagy. Since it is needed for protein synthesis balancing mTOR and Leucine is very important.
Excess Leucine can cause maple syrup disease and make symptoms of pellagra worse especially if P5P, niacin and biotin are deficient. Excess Leucine interferes with the conversion of L-tryptophan to NAD+. In lower amounts Leucine increases NAD+. Excess Leucine can cause hyperammonemia. Most Leucine is metabolized in the liver and adipose tissue (fat cells). In lower levels Leucine can increase glucose uptake into cells. In higher doses it can cause insulin resistance.
When we are chronically ill more Leucine, niacin, biotin, P5P are needed in order to heal. Remember though balance is the key do not megadose try and get Leucine from food.
Foods high in niacin are chicken, liver, oily fish, poultry, grass feed animal flesh, brown rice, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and asparagus.
Biotin helps balance energy and glucose levels. Biotin is needed for healthy skin, nails and hair. Foods high in biotin are mushrooms, oily fish, poultry, avocados, swiss chard, cooked eggs, sunflower seeds, liver, peanut butter, cauliflower, berries, nuts, bananas, sweet potatoes, legumes, and cereal grains.
Symptoms of biotin deficiency are dry or scaly skin, brittle hair or hair loss, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, depression, muscle pain, seizures, difficulty walking, difficulty sleeping, dry eyes, corners of mouth crack, and burning in hands or feet.
Biotin is also needed when taking Luecin. Biotin is also needed for proper energy production.
