Reducing Pain.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

There are many things that can cause pain. It is usually a synergistic effect of things that have built up and caused high inflammatory cytokines, mast cell activation syndrome, high substance P levels, even metabolic issues can cause pain. I have posted on those things and to reduce pain and start healing they must be addressed. I have much more detailed notes on reducing pain but figure this would be a good start.

Many pain killers have been linked to chronic illness , for example tylenol has been linked to liver disease along with many pharmaceuticals for pain. Opoiods have been shown to increase inflammation and add to pain. Even steroid injections have been found to make things worse.

This is a list of things that can cause inflammation which leads to chronic pain. I have posted information on most of these.

PEA has also been found to help with bladder pain. But if a person has pyrrole issues which is usually a symptom of porphyria they should address those issues before taking any type of fats. If they do not it can irritate their bladder. It will also cause a type of acid reflux.

How endothelin contributes to pain and inflammation. Endothelin is usually increased under nitrosative stress. I have posted on it. Increased endothelin levels can lead to high blood pressure. So when high we should try and reduce them. High Indothelin levels can cause asthma, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Opium Lettuce also known as wild lettuce has a natural pain killer in it that is non addictive. It is similar to opium and has been used to break opium addiction and has been shown to reduce withdrawal. It also reduces inflammation. The only toxicity I have seen is when people have purified the sap and smoked it. Also a few who consumed much too much. There were no fatalities that I could find documented.

If you have certain metabolic issues like protenuria, porphyria or sulfation issues which they claim is genetic but I have seen many recover from it when they have detoxed fluoroquinolones or glyphosate. Some may have to avoid meat for a while until they correct the metabolic issues.

Oxalates cause a lot of pain and inflammation. They can be produced endogenously. The problem with endogenous oxalates they block metabolic pathways causing even more oxalates to be produced. It becomes a cycle that is difficult to break. Oxalates cause leaky gut which adds to the oxalate burden by permitting oxalates that are consumed to enter our blood streams. Another thing that contributes to high oxalates is a loss of the oxalate digesting bacteria from our guts. The loss of oxalate digesting bacteria is caused by antibiotics and farm chemicals in our foods. Also heavy metals found in food grown in contaminated soil can kill our oxalate digesting bacteria. Oxalates prevent the gut from healing making the cycle even more difficult to break. I have posted on how to overcome this.

When getting treated for infection it can set off sepsis which I covered under my endotoxemia post. Sepsis can set off mast cell activation syndrome which causes high histamine. It can also cause high substance P levels, high mTOR levels and set off an inflammatory cytokine storm. Vaccine injury can also do this. When getting treated for infection it is safer to start at low doses and slowly work up to higher doses. This also includes when taking naturals for infection.

Galinsoga Parviflora is the one I am familiar with and the one I grow. There are many varieties and they have similar health effects. Galinsoga is one of my favorites when it comes to taste.
