Those Not helping the ones effected by chronic illness will not be helped on God’s great day of judgment.

Written by Lee Stevenson. Sorry I did not edit it but I am very busy trying to figure out how to find a source of income, I have been trying to find a way to make money with my limited resources so I do not have much time for editing.

Vaccine injury, Lyme disease and chronic illness from the BT Toxins and glyophosate used in GMOs are the most common forms of chronic illness now days but Lyme sufferers are the most looked down on and most discriminated against. As they judge us they also will be judged on Gods great day.

(Matthew 7:1-5) 7 “Stop judging that you may not be judged; 2 for with the judgment you are judging, you will be judged, and with the measure that you are measuring out, they will measure out to you. 3 Why, then, do you look at the straw in your brother’s eye but do not notice the rafter in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Allow me to remove the straw from your eye,’ when look! a rafter is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the rafter from your own eye, and then you will see clearly how to remove the straw from your brother’s eye.

Lyme needs systematic inflammation to take out the immune system. Our environment and food is so toxic that it is causing systematic inflammation in people. The OspA is a funfal antigen that is used in bioweapons, vaccinations and many pathogens have somehow developed the ability to produce a variety of outer surface proteins that are similar to the OspA fungal antigen. My question is how did they suddenly develop this ability? Now add this with the well known fact vaccinations also cause systematic inflammation and you can see why so many are developing chronic illness from tick born disease. Ask yourself what has changed to cause so much chronic illness now days? Now I am going to describe what I experienced.

Fortunately we have Carl Tuttle on our side and his pursuit of justice and fairness is relentless. He does not let up. I am glad he is on our side and not theirs. I would not want to be on the opposing side of him. He is thorough with his research and knows what he is talking about. He has been amazing. Those suffering from mysterious illness that they cannot explain should read this. This is a medical professional describing her experience in getting diagnosed and treated for Lyme disease.

If you do not have Lyme you are one insaect bite, or one sexual partner away from your life being destroy. There are many methods Lyme can be transmitted. You can carry it for decades then one vaccination, too many GMOs or too many toxins and you will experience what this medical professional did. They first try to prescribe Psych meds. Then they ignore you and tell you not to come back to their office you have to jump from one doctor to another and all of them will do the same exact things. This woman had a lacerated meniscus and swollen knee. This was my first symptoms and happened exactly like it happened to her only when they went in to repair my meniscus they discovered weird calcium deposits on my muscles and ligaments. they removed them and my muscle spasms went away for a while and I could use my leg. Then slowly this started happening throughout my body.

Then over the years different joints including my fingers would swell and get very sore. They told me I had gout or arthritis. All doctors had the same reactions when the test come back negative for both. So their next reaction was because I believe something was wrong with my body I was imagining things and it was causing my body to react this way. So again they tried to prescribe me psych meds. Then just before I become bedridden many of my joints started developing cyst around them including my fingers and toes. The pain was beyond anything I could describe. I finally found a doctor who know immediately what it was but said I was so ill that giving me antibiotics my kill me. I thought she forgot about me because I laid for four months. My Facebook friends were teaching me how to heal and I was slowly getting better. Then my new doctor called said she finally found someone who knew how to treat someone who was as ill as I was.

It took me so long to get treated that it destroyed my health, I lost my job and you will be denied disability if you get Lyme. I have watched Lyme sufferers starve to death and become homeless because most peoples family will not research things but will believe the false narratives surrounding Lyme so they offer no help and actually do things to try and force use into doing things we are not capable of doing. I lost everything I had even my tools. To eat and to get medical treatment I had to sell everything I had. There are many Lyme suffers Laying bedridden right now with family that will not help them and treat them horrible because of the false narratives out there.

God does not accept ignorance as an excuse when the truth is easily available so all those involved, even those who choose to remain ignorant neglect those suffering will be held accountable on Jehovah’s great day.

I have covered why many die before getting diagnosed with Lyme in another blog post.

https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2018/12/15/why-most-die-before-getting-a-diagnosis-of-lyme-disease/

This is why there cannot be a real Lyme test.

https://badlymeattitude.com/2018/08/08/why-there-cant-be-a-real-lyme-test/

Ticks are not the only methods of Lyme transmission other biting insects can transmit it. It can be transmitted from mother to child, It can also be transmitted sexually. Many who have gotten Lyme do not remember getting bitten by a tick because most likely they were not bitten by a tick but became infected through other means.

God sees what they are doing and will hold them accountable.

Jeremiah 8:“How can you say, ‘We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us’? But behold, the lying pen of the scribes has made it into a lie.
9 The wise men shall be put to shame;they shall be dismayed and taken; behold, they have rejected the word of the Lord,
so what wisdom is in them?
10 Therefore I will give their wives to others
and their fields to conquerors, because from the least to the greatest everyone is greedy for unjust gain; from prophet to priest, everyone deals falsely.
11 They have healed the wound of my people lightly,
saying, ‘Peace, peace,’when there is no peace.
12 Were they ashamed when they committed abomination?
No, they were not at all ashamed;they did not know how to blush.
Therefore they shall fall among the fallen;
when I punish them, they shall be overthrown, says the Lord.

2Peter 2:and if He delivered righteous Lot, vexed with the filthy conduct of the wicked

(for that righteous man, having dwelt among them seeing and hearing, was vexed in his righteous soul day after day with their unlawful deeds)—

then the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgment to be punished,

10 but chiefly those who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise governance. Presumptuous are they and selfwilled; they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities,

11 whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not, and shall utterly perish in their own corruption,

13 and shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to revel in the daytime. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceptions while they feast with you,

14 having eyes full of adultery and who cannot cease from sin, beguiling unstable souls; their hearts they have exercised with covetous practices; accursed children!

15 They have forsaken the right way and have gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages ofunrighteousness,

16 but was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with a man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried by a tempest, for whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh and through much wantonness those who had clean escaped from those who live in error.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption; for by whom a man is overcome, by the same is he brought into bondage.

Proverbs 21:He who shuts his ear to the cry of the poor Will also cry himself and not be answered.

Micah 3:4 Then they will cry out to the LORD, But He will not answer them Instead, He will hide His face from them at that time Because they have practiced evil deeds.

(Psalm 12:5)  5 “Because the afflicted are oppressed, Because of the sighing of the poor, I will rise up to act,” says Jehovah. “I will save them from those who treat them with contempt. . .

(Proverbs 28:24-27) 24 Whoever robs his father and mother and says, “It is not wrong,” Is a partner of the man who causes ruin. 25 The greedy person stirs up dissension, But whoever relies on Jehovah will prosper. 26 Whoever trusts in his own heart is stupid, But the one who walks in wisdom will escape. 27 Whoever gives to the poor will lack nothing, But the one who closes his eyes to them will receive many curses.

Why many die before getting a diagnosis of Lyme disease.

There is a lot of fraud and flaws with Lyme testing and it has been 30 years since the fraud was exposed and our government will do nothing about it. Lyme test do not work and the guidelines set out by the CDC and IDSA are based on fraudulent research. It is why people have to die first before they are properly diagnosed with Lyme. The test for Lyme was meant to be used to track Lyme disease cases it was not meant to be used for clinical diagnoses so why are they requiring it to be used before a person can be treated?

https://dariningelsnd.com/lyme-disease-testing-continues-fail-properly-identify-lyme-disease/

https://www.lymedisease.org/lyme-basics/lyme-disease/diagnosis/

They will probably never be able to create a test for Lyme because of the complexity of Lyme iteslf.

https://badlymeattitude.com/2018/08/08/why-there-cant-be-a-real-lyme-test/

https://rawlsmd.com/health-articles/testing-chronic-lyme-disease-really-worth

Though the test may offer some hope if they get diagnosed chances are if they have Lyme even the most reliable test can be negative but it increases your chances of being able to be treated if you get tested and it shows you have Lyme.

http://www.betterhealthguy.com/lyme/testing

http://lyme-basics.com/lyme-disease-basics/co-infection-bartonella/

There are many strains of Lyme but the test only test for two that I know of. So what happens of a person has one of the many other types of Lyme infections? It will go undetected.

Sadly they are still running on the Lyme testing hamster wheel and it is going no where and is why it should be a clinical diagnoses. Or they should have the blood put directly under the microscope to looke for live spirochetes. Sadly even that fails. I have seen people told they do not have Lyme after getting their blood put under a microscope when you could clearly see Lyme spirochetes in the persons blood. Why all the lying?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4441761/

The true number of those dying from Lyme will never be known because unlike HIV, or other illnesses that they list on the death certificate complications of HIV or diabetes or things of that nature with Lyme they will list it as renal failure or heart failure. Also because Lyme damages the brain and causes depression suicide rates are very high with Lyme sufferers so there again though Lyme indirectly was the cause of death it is not what the death certificate would say.

High ammonia levels, brain fog, fatigue.

This is not medical advice, I am posting this for imformational and educational purposes.

stomache

Hyperammonemia

Homeostasis should always be the goal. If you over do things you can push yourself too far in the other direction and have a whole lot of new problems to deal with.

High levels of ammonia in the body can damage the liver and kidneys. It can irritate the bladder and damage the brain. A person will develop brain foga and, they will develop brain swelling because ammonia makes the blood brain barrier more porous. A person will also develop muscle weakness, blurred vision, confusion and possibly demensia. When ammonia levels get very high a person will start developing high glutamate levels. This will cause a head ache that will make your head feel like it is going to split in half. Dysbiosis, high glyphosate or glufonisate levels in the body can cause high ammonia levels. Infections can also increase ammonia levels, especially tick born illness. High aluminum levels causes a disruption in the cycle needed to convert glutamate to GABA. This causes low GABA levels and high glutamate levels. I have posted on the pineal gland which covers detoxing aluminum. Most species of bifido bacteria will produce GABA if they are provided with fiber or Galacto-oligosaccharide. A bacteria found I swiss chees Propionibacterium Freudenreichii produces substances that enhances the growth and health of bifidobacteria.

Most lactobacillus species of probiotic produce lactate which helps reduce ammonia levels. Glacto-oligosaccharide help increase lactobacillus.

Drugs like fluoroquinolones can cause metabolic issues that can cause high ammonia levels.

High ammonia levels also effect our bladder and our digestive system. It changes the ph increasing it. This causes commensal like Candida and H Pylori to go from commensal to pathogenic forms. In order to restore our health we must work on reducing the ammonia levels in our bodies. Metabolic issues can also cause increased ammonia levels. Porphyria, pronteinuria, BH4 deficiency, and upregulated CBS pathway can cause high ammonia levels. Another why that high ammonia can develop is if the bodies ability to metabolize phenylalanine is blocked or inhibited. Low zinc levels can impair the uric acid cycle which can cause ammonia levels to become raised. I found zinc pocalinate helped me a lot.

When a person is suffering from any of those issues high sulfur foods and meat will make things worse. Also consumption of fats will make someone ill if they have high ammonia levels. Medium chain fatty acids are the best to consume when we have those issues. P5P a bioavailable for of B6, magnesium chloride and getting micro nutrients helps reduce ammonia levels. Molybdenum also becomes depleted but should only be taken a few times a week it can become toxic if we over do it. We need selenium I prefer natural sources to prevent getting too much and messing our thyroids up. I eat about 4 Brazil nuts a day. If you have thyroid issues selenium can cause you to react in a way that resembles a food allergy.

High ammonia levels cause neurological damage throughout the body. It will also cause excessive blood clotting and damage to our blood vessels. Bacopa, grape seed extract and hawthorne help prevent that damage.

High ammonia levels can cause high histamines from leaky gut that high ammonia levels cause which can lead to mast cell degranulation which can result in mast cell activation syndrome or mastocytosis. To reduce histamines probiotics that reduce histamines may help. Avoid high histamine foods and fermented foods including most cheese. I have posted on healing the gut. It is very important to address that or you will not get your ammonia levels down. Also take probiotics that reduce zonulin levels, break down ammonia , decrease inflammation and increase T regulatory cells.

Detoxing any chemicals especially glyphosate and mercury is very important and I have posted on that also.

Determining the cause of your high ammonia levels is very important that helps pinpoint what is needed to help correct it.

Things that help the brain heal are mugwort or wormwood they are very similar chemically, sunflower seed lecithin, coconut oil, butyrate found in butter or ghee. Whey protein has glycoprotein that helps the brain heal, fights infection, and improves cell to cell communication. Mushrooms and oatmeal contain beta glucan which fights infection and helps the brain heal.

Reducing the bad gut bacteria and increasing the good is very important in order to reduce high ammonia levels. High ammonia levels can also be a result of gut dysbiosis especially if a person has too many sulfur digesting gut bacteria.

If we do not address high ammonia levels it can increase our estrogen levels and cause high T4 levels causing thyroid problems.

When we have high ammonia levels it causes our breathing to become slow and deep. This is to increase oxygen in the body because high ammonia levels cause a decrease in oxygen in the blood.

If the water we consume has too many nitrates or we get too many nitrite in our bodies it will increase ammonia levels and make a person suffer from oxygen deprivation from the effects on the read blood cells.

Consuming meat can increase the ammonia levels in the body. If too much meat is consumed it does not digest all the way and will ferment in the lower intestinal tract which causes ammonia to be produced.

Lactulose helps reduce ammonia levels in the intestines. It is fermented to lactate which binds to ammonia prevent it from entering the body. Betaine helps reduce ammonia by helping to recycle the enzymes in the body used to break down and convert proteins. Those with PEMT issues should be cautious with betaine (trimethylglycine). Onithine, arginine, yucca root, butyric acid, vitamin C which should be acquired from natural sources also help reduce ammonia. Manganese ad molybdenum help reduce ammonia in the body but should not be taken in high doses and should not be taken for more then a few times a week they are toxic in high levels in the body. Oligosaccharides and inulin help reduce ammonia in the body. Supporting the pathways that are involved with sulfation will help reduce ammonia levels. Magnesium chloride and P5P (pyidoxal 5 Phosphate).

High ammonia levels can cause other metabolic problems which can lead to high ketone levels which can inhibit many metabolic pathways.

Gingko Biloba helps repair the damage in the brain from high ammonia levels but should not be used for more then a couple of months. Many studies I have read show it starts damaging the liver after about two months. The first three days I took it, all heck broke loose because with the improve blood flow to my brain it started to heal. When it started to heal I got pain in my eyes and a bad ache in the front of my head. I continued taking it and after the third day I could feel my mental clarity coming back and I could focus better. Things with biacelin like skuletaria, plantaine herb and fleabane help repair the damage high ammonia causes. Mugwort, coconut oil and other medium chain fatty acids also help the brain to repair. Creatine levels can also become low but I did not have the money to supplement it so I do not know if it would have benefited me or not. Mugwort helps increase GABA. Rooibos tea also helps increase GABA and helps improve brain function.

A person with high ammonia levels may have problems oxidizing fats. Medium chain fatty acids can be readily used by the body which can help promote healing.

Because protein can cause ammonia levels to become low I added glycoproteins to my diet which helped me a lot. I got those from mushrooms and whey protein. We still need to consume some meat. When I had to consume meat I would take protease enzymes like papain, bromelain and beataine with my meal to help increase the break down of the protein thus preventing the build up of ammonia in the gut. I still had to address the metabolic issues.

Though I am not big on drugs rifaximin and neomycin taken together has been shown to help with gut dysbiosis. You will have to take probiotics to replace the good gut microbes. I have posting on taking those. You must do it with caution. Taking too much of one type or taking them too often can lead to gut dysbiosis putting you back to where you started.

High ammonia levels can inhibit autophagy which will contribute to lysosomal issues. This will increase ammonia levels even more. Nobiline and fulvic acid stimulate autophagy but should be used in moderation.

Another problem that can develop is high insulin levels and low glucose levels. I found snacking often helped keep the proteins in my body from being broken down. Most with high ammonia levels have protein deficiencies from the many metabolic issues. I have posted a summary of my notes on metabolic issues and information on things that may help. I would make small shakes with whey protein. You have to make sure they did not add phenylalanine in the whey protein or it will make you worse. Many whey protein shake mixes and proteins and phenylalanine will increase ammonia levels in the body. I also bought bee pollen because it is high in protein and micro nutrients. I added it to my shake. I grow purslaine which has almost all the nutrients the body needs and I added that to my shakes. If I did not have any of those things I would eat carrot sticks or a couple of nuts. I found walnuts helped me the most. Hazlenuts and and pecans helped me a lot but if I ate too many they gave me an upset stomach. Pecans helped me but I could only eat about five of them, anymore then that and I would become nauseated. Brazil nuts helped me a lot but they are high in selenium so I would not recommend more then four or so a day. By preventing our sugar levels from dropping it helps preserve our proteins in our bodies. Once your ammonia levels come down your insulin levels and glucose levels will normalize.

Addressing inflammation is very important because the high ammonia levels causes systematic inflammation. This leads to metabolic issues and can cause and imbalance in the immune system.

I posted on the vitamin D receptor. It becomes inhibited when we have high ammonia levels. Taking Vitamin D is useless unless you address the other receptors that work with the vitamin D receptor this is why vitamin K, vitamin E, Vitamin A and other oil soluble vitamins are important. They must be taken with an oil for the body to absorb them. I used cod liver oil that had lemon juice to prevent it from oxidizing. Cod liver oil contains many of those nutrients. Studies have found that synthetic vitamin C does more harm then good so use natural vitamin D if you take it. Also studies have shown doses of vitamin D over 5000 IU can have a negative impact on our health. Most studies show that taking vitamin D had benefits at first but as it build up in the body it would start negatively impacting our health. I pulsed the vitamin D I took to just maintain levels in my body. I did not take it until I had the other oil soluble vitamins needed.

Antioxidants help reduce the oxidative stress from the high ammonia levels but should be used in moderation once the oxidative stress has been reduced because we need oxidative stress for healing and nutrient absorption. If we reduce reactive oxygen species too low we start losing the ability to heal and to absorb nutrients. Those who have hepatitis need to avoid things that contain resveratrol like grape seed extract because resveratrol activates hepatitis virus. L-lysien, and helicase inhibitors found in the skin or red apples, self heal and lemon balm help with hepatitis and herpes type viruses.

Branched Chain Ammino Acids help restore metabolic pathways and stimulate healing. Whey protein in high in branched chain ammino acids. Though whey protein has to be digested and broken down taking the supplements will help the body more readily absorb them. Eggs are high in BCAAs but many with sulfation issues have problems with consuming high choline foods and may feel ill after eating them. Isoleucine, valine and leucine are the three branched chain ammino acids that could be taken in supplement form.

Calcium-D-Glucarate helps with the brain fog from high ammonia levels. It can be found in the area for urinary tract infections at most pharmacies. Calcium-D-Glucarate also reduces ammonia in the body produced from breaking down protein. Calcium-D-Glucarate also reduces estrogen levels in the body which is often times high in those with high ammonia levels. It also helps the body to reduce toxins.

Bicarbonate rich mineral water can help restore insulin levels and improve blood glucose levels. I could not afford it so I used a tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of water about three times a week and it helped me a lot.

Citrulline helps reduce ammonia in the body but should only be taken a few times a week. If citrulline is taken daily it should be low dose. The liver recycles it and it can build up in the body. If levels get too high it can start causing liver damage and damage to the red blood cells. Citrulline also helps those who have lysinuric protein intolarnce. Those with Lysinuric Protein intolerance may benefit from taking the bioavailable forms of proteins L-lysine, L-argine, L-carnitine and L-ornithine because they are deficient in them. Malabsorption issues can also cause a deficiency in these. If a person is experiencing this their bones may become brittle and they may experience hair loss.

The reason I do not recommend glutamine for those with high ammonia levels is because the liver is usually stressed and it can add to the liver stress.

Cause of flaccid myelitis.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Flaccid myelitits is vaccine injury and should be reported there is a time limit. Vaccine injury of this type takes time to manifest and will start out as allergies or food intolerance. Most medical professionals have no training with vaccines so do not recognize vaccine injury. When it does occur most go to the emergency room and they do not look at a patients vaccine history so they will not make the connection.

It has been a recognized vaccine injury that is awarded in vaccine court.

Certain infections like Lyme disease can also cause it but the test has a failure rate of up to 80% so if a person has Lyme their chances of getting properly diagnosed is very slim.

Very good DIY insect repellant.

I have read the research on this and it has been shown to work 10 times better then DEET.  When I spray it on no insects bother me. With biting insects carrying so many diseases and the CDC corruption causing Lyme to become epidemic it is a good idea to prevent illness by doing your best to avoid getting bit by any insects.

Make tea with catnip. About a table spoon per cup of water and a pinch of rose mary and cloves . To extent the amount of time it is effective add vanilla.

To make it for plants in the garden which I have used it for that also and it is very effective. Do the above mentioned things and then add the things below.

Smash a few cloves of garlic per gallon of water. Add a pinch of clove per cup of water. It doubles the time it is affective. Add ceyanne pepper. If you use the spray on your person you may want to leave the cayenne pepper out. If you have mold problems I found chelated copper works great. About 1 cap per 2 gallons of water worked great. Works great on people or in the garden. Mugwort also helps prevent mold on plants so you could add some tea made from mugwort to it.

This is not medical advice I am posting this here for informational and educational purposes.

I have much more to add to this but have burned out doing it and will finish adding things to it later. I feel I have covered the most important things.

blur-chart-check-up-415779

There are many things that can cause heart disease. Infection especially tick born illness. Gut dysbiosis, and cancida. Systematic inflammation is a major cause of heart disease and this can be caused by toxins especially those found in GMO foods. Many food additives cause heart disease especially transfat and aritificial sweeteners. Processed sugar causes heart disease. Oddly when I looked at sugars like maple syrup, honey and molasses they actually reduced inflammation. The same with fruits high in sugar so I have come to the conclusion when things are no longer in their natural form they lose their health benefits and act more like a drug. Almost all drugs has side effects and have a negative impact on the body. The whole idea that cholesterol causes heart disease was based on one study that was not a clinical study but was an observational study. Observational studies are supposed to be used to develop and test a theory and clinical studies are used to test the theory. So observational studies should never be used to draw a final conclusion yet almost all pharmaceutical and medical protocols are based on observational studies. We need to overcome the myths put out by modern medicine and their villiainzing of cholesterol. The odd thing is I found things that help with hypertension usually help with myocarditis or tachcardia. But it actually isn’t that odd they are both caused by oxidative stress and inflammation. I have posted on cholesterol separately if you search my blog.

Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal. You can get a test to check oxidative stress levels.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0009898103004534

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

They also spread false fears about fats to get people to consume their alternatives. The truth of things is the fats we used to consume are good for us and the alternatives they tell us are good for us to fatten their pockets are actually what causes heart disease and obesity. It is one of the things that has contributed to the sudden and dramatic rise in obesity and heart disease.

Another thing they do is to make all starch seem to be bad but we need some starches to prevent cardiovascular disease.

They make all sugars including ones found in fruit seem bad but D-mannitol which is found in some berries has many protective effects and so do the sugars found in most fruits and vegetables unless they are GMO. This is why oxLDL is lower in those who eat fruits and vegetables.

Here is an example of the pharmaceutical industry trying to put their medications in a positive light by saying that they raise HDL levels. Bad thing about that they have found those with low LDL levels and high HDL levels have a higher mortality rate. Stands to reason. OxLDL means that the antioxidants system is working. If there is no oxLDL and the body is in and inflammatory state or under oxidative stress and there is no oxLDL it is an indications something is not working because oxLDL is a sign the body is working to repair something so inhibiting it would inhibit the bodies ability to repair. You can also have high oxLDL if you are eating too much oxidized cholesterol. The body has to convert it to a form it can use and if you eat too much it can deplete your antioxidants. That is when antioxiants do help as longs as we make sure we correct any issues that effect the antioxidant system.

Our bodies are incapable of making the hormones needed without cholesterol and statins inhibit the bodies ability to use cholesterol so can you imagine what they are doing to the body.Your intake of fats and cholesterol have very little to do with your levels of cholesterol in your blood. The exceptions to that is if you consume high levels of Omega 6 and transfats which cause inflammation and arteriosclerosis. They also damage soft tissue throughout the body.

Not only that CoQ10 is needed by the cells in our bodies, especially our brains. Studies like this amuse me. They state eating oatmeal lowers LDL. Well the problem with that is those with low LDL levels have a higher mortality rate. They should be looking at oxLDL, it is a sign of inflammation and oxidative stress. It reduces LDL because it is reducing inflammation but allopathic medicine is stuck on treating the symptoms and not the cause. I could speculate and assume they do this to keep people from healing and keep them running on a medical hamster wheel so they have a permanent customer. There is no money in a healthy patient. When we eat fiber it increases butyric acid which reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.

Vitamin B12 status can effect our heart. I do not say deficiency because in some they could have high B12 levels but if they have high levels of farm chemicals from eating foods that contain them it will inhibit their bodies ability to convert it to a usable for. Often times because they know low B12 can cause irregular heart beats they will give IV B12 which can make someone who is not converting very ill.

There are many things that can effect bile acid production. If it is inhibited we can develop diabetes because it can effect the whole body including the heart. It also effects the pancreas and when it is inhibited the pancreas will produce less digestive enzymes which will make our food sit in our digestive tract and ferment. This will make us bloated and will make it feel like we have a heavy weight sitting in our guts. This can cause H Pylori and Candida to go from commensal to pathogenic form. I have posted on how to balance our gut bacteria. It can also cause us to develop either acidosis or alkalosis. If you have candida you will have alkalosis and will experience anxiety and difficulty sleeping. If you have acidosis you will be very drowsy and experience episodes of severe depression. I have posted on sulfites and sulfation. If we have high sulfite levels or we have sulfation issues it can cause heart disease. Sulfur is very important for regulating many things throughout the body including hormones and blood pressure. Glyphosate, glufosinate and mercury inhibit sulfation.

This is talking about genetic issues and autoimmune disorders that can cause heart disease. We know many of these negative epigenetic changes are caused by man and can be corrected. Most autoimmunity is induced by man with toxins like glyphosate, heavy metals and vaccines. We must address those to correct the cardiovascular issues.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28982122

If you look at the stats and the rise in chronic illness it coincides with the introduction of GMOs and glyphosate. So much so that it is too much to be a coincidence.

Nrf2 is the master regulator of the antioxidant system. Problems with Nrf2 can cause the body to lose it’s ability to detox, to neutralize free radicals or it can even cause excess oxidative stress. It is even involved in the bodies response to inflammation.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3649703/

https://www.nrf2.com/inflammation-major-contributor-disease-aging-can-nrf2-help-reduce/

Nrf2 is part of the redox system. Nutrient deficiencies especially minerals can have a negative impact on the redox system. Glhyphosate and glufosinate along with over farming deplete nutrients from the soil so many have nutrient deficiencies. When the redox system is not functioning it causes cardiovascular disease.

The Mediterranean diet reduces heart disease because it reduces oxidative stress and inflammation. They mention curcumin in here. It has amazing healing abilities but chelates iron from the body so it is something that should be used in moderation so a person does not make themselves anemic. It should not be a problem in the U.S. because GMOs and glyphosate cause nutrient deficiencies so they fortify the foods with iron. Because of that many have very high levels of iron which can cause heart disease.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5228762/

This paper reviewed the research on fats and their effects on the body. Omega 3s help reduce heart disease including myocarditis. But there is times only fats can cause problems. If a person has pyrrole issues which can be a symptom of porphyria they will have problems with fats. It is a very serious health problem that can be corrected with the correct nutrients and lifestyle changes. I have posted in it. There are a number of types of Omega fatty acids. The American diet is high in Omega 6 which has been shown to cause inflammation. Omega 3 Fatty acids should be at a higher level then Omega 6 in the body. Because they are involved in the regulation of many metabolic pathways, consuming too much Omega 6 can cause many health problems. Metabolic syndrome is a cause of diabetes and heart disease.

Histidine helps protect the heart. This may seem confusing but if you read my post on high and low histamines it will explain. Histidine deficiency can cause many negative health effects. Aromatase enzyme are important for it’s proper function. Glyphosate, glufosinate and some foods can inhibit aromatase which can raise ammonia levels in the body resulting in alkalosis. Histidine is important in our response to stress.

Now the bad and it shows the importance of nutrients and homeostasis. A folate deficiency (not folic acid it is toxic) can raise histidine levels which can cause histamine levels to go too high resulting in chronic illness. So the most important thing is to focus on balancing nutrient and histidine levels.

Gingko inhibits bradykinin which contributes to tachycardia. But I have seen a study that showed that renal damage starts to occur if taken for an extended amount of time. It really helped me with my brain fog but I had a strange reaction to it. The first couple of days I got a really bad headache when I took it. But I continued to take it and on about the fourth day I could feel my brain fog starting to lift. I still take it once in a while to help keep the brain fog from coming back but until I am certain of the toxicity I will not take it often. I have only seen one study on the toxicity and there was a lot of data missing leaving me uncertain if it was the gingko that caused the renal damage. The effect of high or low histamines.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational reason only.

stock-photo-young-man-sneezes-because-of-an-allergy-to-ragweed-1039352290

There are two sources of histamines endogenous and exogenous. Endogenous means from within or internally so is produced inside the body. Exogenous is introduced to or produced from outside the body. There are health issues with high or low histamines. Narcolepsy is in it’s own class it alternates between high and low histamine.

Histamine has many functions in the body , it is involved in the immune response, regulating physiological function in the gut. It acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain , spinal cord and uterus. It is involved in inflammation and the itching we feel. Histamine is produced by basophils and mast cells types of white blood cells. Histamines increases the permeability of blood vessels to allow white blood cells and some proteins to pass through so they can to engage pathogens in infected tissues.

Histamines generated in granules in mast cells and basophils. Most cells are more numerous in sites of the body that is more prone to injury like the mouth , nose, internal body surfaces and blood vessels. Non mast cell histamine in found in areas such as the brain. Another site of histamine storage and release is in enterochomaffin-like cell (ecl). This is an area in the gastric mucosa. Because of histamines properties it is versatile and able to interact and bind more easily.

The most important role of histamine is immunologic. When the mast cells or basophils have been sensitized to a pathogen by IgE antibodies that attach to their membranes will degranulate when exposed to the appropriate antigen. Certain amines, alkaloids found in plants can displace histamine in granules and cause their release. The break down of amino acids releases amines which are higher in aged meats. Lowering IgE can reduce histamine release.

Histamine is involved in anaphylaxis. Anaphylas is a rapid onset allergic reaction. It can involve itchy rashes, throat and tongue swelling, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, vomiting and low blood pressure. Sometimes they develop over hours. Vaccinations and toxins in our environment and food are known causes of a person developing allergies.

Histamine gated chloride channel is said to be expressed in the hypothalamus, thalamus, and intestines. It has synaptic inhibitory effects. It inhibits the GABA receptors making us more awake. It is also involved in diarrhea.

Histamines are the cause of runny noses. Increased vascular permeability caused by histamines causes fluid to leak from the capillaries into the tissue which leads to runny nose and watery eyes. Allergens can bind to IgE-loaded mast cells in the mucous membrane. This is what causes the sneezing, hyper secretion from glandular tissue, and congested nose from the vasodilation increasing the size of the blood vessels.

Histamine is a neural transmitter that is released from histamine neurons in the hypothalamus (hypothalamus links the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland.) . These cells are located in a part of the hypothalamus known as tuberomammilian nucleus. The tuberomammilian nucleus consist largely of histamine neurons and is involved in sexual arousal, learning, memory, sleep and energy balance. The nuerons in this area comprise the brain’s histamine system. It contains nerve fibers that connect it to other areas of the brain.

Enterochromaffin-like cells located within the gastic glands of the stomach that stimulates a certain type of epithelials cell by binding to the end of the H2 receptor. Stimulation of the pariental cells (stomach epithelial cells that secret hydrochloric acid) induces the uptake of carbon dioxide and water from the blood, which is then converted to carbonic acid by the enzyme carbonic anhydrase. Inside the cytoplasm of the pariental cell the carbonic acid readily disassociates into hydrogen and bicarbonate ions. The bicarbonate ions diffuse back through the basilar membrane and into the blood stream while the hydrogen ions are pumped into the lumen of the stomach via specialized pumps. Histamine release is halted when the ph of the stomach starts to decrease. Certain drugs contain antagonist molecules that block the H2 receptor and prevent histamine from binding causing decreased hydrogen ion secretion. Antagonist is a type of receptor ligand that blocks or dampens biological response by binding to and blocking a receptor.

Though histamines have stimulatory effects on neurons it also has suppressive effects against the susceptibility to convulsions, and lesions in the brain.

Those with schizophrenia have increased histamine metabolites in their cerebrospinal fluid and the efficiency of the H1 receptor binding sites is decreased. This can be caused by the toxins in vaccinations, farm chemicals found in our food, heavy metals or inflammation.

Seeing all that histamines do demonstrates the importance of histamine homeostasis. To much can cause many health problems and if inhibited it can cause many health problems. Now knowing the types of histamine receptors will help identify where a specific problem may be. This helps identify the most probably cause of the health problems. For example vaccinations damage certain areas in the brain that that could effect the histamine receptors in our brain that effect our sleep and wake cycle. BT Toxins and the farm chemicals used on them cause leaky gut which can effect histamines throughout the body. Identifying the areas effected by histamines helps narrow the cause down. If you read studies on those who take frequent antihistamines they eventually develop autoimmune disorders which shows the importance of achieving homeostasis so once you have reach homeostasis you should work on maintaining it. Many over do things by continuing the same protocols even those the problem has been corrected which ends up creating other problems.

There are four types of histamine receptors H1-H4.

H1 is expressed in the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). It is involved in the sleep wake cycle. It promotes wakefulness. It is involved in body temperature regulation, hormone regulation, it can simulate appetite, it constricts the airways, it can increase the sensation of pain, especially in the pelvis and stomach. It can also cause uticaria and itch perception.

H2 is expressed in the central nervous system, stomach, mast cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, cells in the heart and uterus. It has very few effects on the brain, most H2 receptor ligands cannot cross the blood brain barrier. Primarily involved in vasodilation and stimulation of gastric acid and appetite.

H3 Located primarily on basophils in the bone marrow, thymus, spleen and intestines. Plays a role in mast cell chemotaxis (movement cells in response to a chemical stimulant), sensation of itching, cytokine production and secretion, heightened pain in inner organs, involved in inflammation and allergies.

Some H1 agonist can cause drowsiness while H3 agonist can cause wakefulness.

In some illnesses T Cells attack the bodies own cells. H1 and H4 make the symptoms worse will H2 and H3 decrease the symptoms. They believe it is because H2 and H3 help with T Cell differentiation in the immune system. So this would help differentiate between our own cells and a pathogens, preventing the immune system from attacking it’s own cells.

Since histamine are an important part of the immunes system disorders involving histamines can have effects on our immune system. Things like mastocytosis and mast cell activation syndrome. They have some differences but the remedies for them are pretty much the same so I will probably just say mast cell disorders. They are caused by excess mast cell degranulation. Many of these illnesses they claim are genetic but they are finding it is the gut bacteria that modulate those genes that are inherited or that a person may be lacking. Also gene mutations usually do not present themselves unless many other things have went wrong. To reach homeostasis you have to address any other health issues especially leaky gut. When you have high histamines and your nose runs it will be clear or white colored. When it is from and infection it will be different it will be darker colored, I have seen green, brown when the infection is in the tissues, I have even seen yellow.

Anaphylaxis is caused by mast cell degranulating.

Histaminosis is a disorder that is caused by a shortage of the enzymes that break down histamine. Diamine Oxidase and Histamine N-methyltransferase.

Diamine Oxidase (DAO) known as histiminase is an enzyme involved in the metabolism, oxidation and inactivation of histamine and other polyamines. Poly amines are found in aged meats and fermented foods. The highest levels of DAO are found in the digestive tract and placenta.

Histamine N-methyltransferase also reduces histamines. The Cytochrome P450 enzymes are involved. Glyphosate inhibits CytP450 Ezymes which raises histamine levels. This is also why it is very important to address inflammation because that can inhibit detoxing.

When you have problems with histamines it is very important to adjust your diet to reduce histamines and amines. Once you reach homeostasis you can slowly reintroduce them back into your diet. Because most of the solutions for addressing the various disorders overlap I won’t mention which disorder it helps because for the most part all will be helped by the things mentioned. Do your research to be better able to develop a protocol unique for you. We are all different and can not do a one size fits all protocol. Histamine Deficiency

We have to cover both side of the coin. Histamine deficiency can also cause health problems. It is why once we achieve homeostasis we should work towards maintaining it and not continue with the protocols that may inhibit it. We could cause other health problems by pushing things in the opposite direction.

This site give the symptoms of histapenia, it mentions to take folic acid. Do not take it, it is man made and damages the body. Folate is natural and does not harm the body, I do not know why but many medical professionals do not know the difference between folate and folic acid.

Any ways the symptoms of low histamine levels are inhibited immune system, elevated serotonin, elevated dopamine, elevated norepinehrine, and low histamine. Low basophil levels, food senstivities which is not the same as food allergies, difficulty digesting food, anxiety, low libido, becoming obssesed with things, paranoia, auditory hallucination, hyperactivity, delusions of grandeur, excessive sleepiness. It can be caused by overmethylation. With low histamines the nose can be dry and you may get nose bleeds.

Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction. Also known as Herxing, can be life threatening.

Adult_deer_tick(cropped)

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Herxing is what most who are ill get when they have a pathogen. It is from the excitotoxins and endotoxins produced from the dying pathogen. It is why we should ease into killing pathogens off. Too much die off can overwhelm the body causing sepsis then herxing is only a minor part of the problem. This happened to me. Many herbs kill pathogens just as well as antibiotics. Even though many naturals do not have the side effects medications do you can still develop sepsis if you kill too much too soon. The Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction can be dangerous. It is why I believe a person should slowly ease into killing pathogens. Some of the damage from a Herx reaction can be permanent, it could even cause death. When I took wormwood the herxing was very bad so I backed of and took a very low dose then I slowly built up as my pathogen load started coming down. You will be able to tell because the herx reaction will not be as bad but when you increase each time you will herx again until eventually you can take a full dose with very little herx reaction.

Porphyria

If you have problems with consuming fats, like gall bladder pain, indigestion or feeling ill after eating them you most likely have Porphyria. You may be told you have Pyrolluria but it is a symptom of Porphyria.

Many know this as Pyrolluria or Kryptopyrolluria. You do not see updated research on those disorders because they discovered the high pyrroles was caused by a deficiency in various enzymes needed to break down uric acid. It causes high porphyrin levels. If you have Pyrroluria then look at the link and you will see the symptoms are the same. Pyrolluria is a symptom but not the problem. There are many things that can cause Porphyria , infection, drugs, chemicals, excess iron, stress, and to much sun. Fasting too much can also cause it. This can cause high ammonia levels because phenylalanine cannot be recycled.

Healing Interstitial Cystitis.

I still have a lot of things to ad but I have decided to put all the research I did when I was working on healing on one web page. Hope it helps.

This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such. It is for informational and educational purposes only. Please find a qualified naturopathic doctor with a proven history of good work. Allopathic medicine only treats the symptoms, naturopathic treats the cause. For reasons I don’t have time to discuss I do not like homeopathy although it does have some good things.

It takes a lot of research and self discipline to get into remission from interstitial cystitis but I know it can be down because I can eat and do many things now. When I do have flare ups they do not last more then a day or two. For the most part the things that help me have become a habit and a part of my life so I forget I have it sometimes unless I eat some GMOs or a lot of sugar or something else I shouldn’t be eating.

Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal. You can get a test to check oxidative stress levels.

https://www.ichelp.org/oxidative-damage-may-give-clues-to-icbps-diagnosis/

There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

If you have bladder issues and are not certain what the problem is this is a pdf you can download that is a symptom profile for interstitial cystitis.

https://www.mdedge.com/jfponline/article/64347/womens-health/when-suspect-interstitial-cystitis

Interstitial Cystitis can be put in remission. There are many causes like toxins in our environment, pathogens. Mine is caused by Lyme disease. There are studies that have shown that up to 80% of those with interstitial cystitis have tick born illness. Vaccine injury is also a cause of interstitial cystitis. BT Toxins in GMOs and the glyphosate used on them can cause interstitial cystitis. I will try to list links to source to show the claims I make. These links list the possible causes. When we get an infection in the bladder it sheds and raises histamines and inflammation. This tell the body there is a problem and it will send an all out attack to try and get rid of pathogens or whatever is causing the problem. In those with interstitial cystitis the bladder get stuck in this cycle and the key is getting the inflammation down and getting the brain to believe that things are ok. That is why it is very important to address mental issues, health issues and reduce the inflammation, histamines and pain so the cycle can be stopped.

Each persons IC is unique and has to be addressed according to their health issues. There is no a one size fits all protocol.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5798639/

I will list things that have helped my friends and I at the end of this article.

Each of us is unique we have to figure out the cause. Many of us have metabolic issues like inhibited sulfation or upregulated CBS or BH4 pathways which causes interstitial cystitis. All this can be caused by toxins, endotoxins from infection and the toxins in vaccinations which stay in the body for years. The key to going into remission is figuring out what our metabolic and immune issues are and addressing them. Many of the things I mentioned cause leaky gut so it must be healed. All the things I mentioned above cause high oxalate levels so we must watch our oxalate intake. Also high doses of vitamin C and vitamin D can cause oxalates so we must do those in moderation. Most recommend we do not do over 4000 IU of vitamin D a day. Because our skin can make vitamin D from sun light life guards have the highest incidence of kidney stones. Sun light is good and needed but do not over do it.

That being said I am going to list sites of people who have gotten their IC into remission. The reason I say remission many I know who have recovered still have temporary short term episodes but because we have learned how to recover they do not last long. So I believe we never fully get rid of IC.

Many articles will mention cranberry but most IC sufferers have high oxalates and we must try our best to consume low oxalate foods. D-Mannose in cranberries does help the bladder and you can buy it as a separate supplement. I do not recommend cranberry juice for any bladder issues because of it’s oxalate content. Also it has a high acid level and many IC sufferers have acidosis. The things mentioned in the article below have helped many but they do promote cranberry juice which could cause problems in the bladder. When you see articles that mention cranberry juice take it with a grain of salt.

Vaccinations, tick born illness and toxins like fluroquinolones, fluoride, lead and mercury can raise substance P levels. The symptoms are burning in the skin, especially in the scalp area and down the spine. Burning or tingling nerves. Substance P increases at night so symptoms get worse at night. If levels get too high it can cause the body to start attacking itself. Feverfew, chamomille, daisy and baking soda lower substance P.

I know it is hard to get over the trauma of our past and things that may have happened through our life. But studies have shown trauma can cause interstitial cystitis. It is very important to let negative things that have happened in our lives make us stronger. If not then the one who caused the trauma still has control by mentally victimizing us over and over again in our minds. We need to take that back and not give anyone that kind of power.

When you have gotten all things addressed the histamines, mast cells, metabolic issues , inflammation and high substance P levels and learned to deal with stress and past trauma and the IC is still present then the brain is stuck in the shed and repair cycle. This can be caused by the pain in the bladder it signals the brain something is wrong. Many have had success with botulin toxin. It numbs the bladder for a while giving the brain time to reset. Some IC can be caused by spinal cord injury. This may help with that also.

Butyrate found in butter and ghee and produced when we eat inulin (hard to digest fiber) increases Cathelicidin.

http://iai.asm.org/content/85/3/e00905-16.full

If you do not get inflammation addressed then your ability to make Cathelicidin will be inhibited no matter what your vitamin D status is.

https://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/339149

If the ability to produce Cathelicidin is not inhibited and you are producing too much Cathelicidin then you can develop thrombosis (blood clotting) and will develop more inflammation. Homeostasis is the goal. Do not over do things.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-03925-2

TH2 cytokines down regulate Cathelicidin so if you are TH2 dominant you will be deficient in Cathelicidin. This can cause skin issues to develop. So balancing our T cells is important.

Vaccine injury can raise zonulin levels, leaky gut caused by GMOs and toxins can also raise zonulin levels which can lead to IC. Also antibiotics and glyphosate can kill our good gut and bladder bacteria which regulates our tight junction protein layers which leads to IC. So in other words modern processed food can lead to IC. To find out more on GMOs look at my post on them.

Chemicals especially farm chemicals on our food, drugs especially fluorquinolones and many toxins can cause inflammation in the bladder which causes endothelin-1 over expression. This can lead to interstitial cystitis. If you look at IC research many of the things found in our foods and given as medication is used to cause ischemia-reperfusion in lab animals. This causes blood flow in the bladder to be disrupted which leads to IC. Endothelin-A agonist helps reduce the severity but it will not get rid of the problem. It is not mentioned in this study but Endothelin-A is a protein in a family that encodes histone acetyltransferases (HATS) and plays an important role in chromatin remodeling which is involved in DNA remodling and cell apoptosis (death) . Histones play a role in cell cycle progression and development. It controls endothelial growth. Over expression of ET-A increases inflammation. Withaferin A decreases ET-1 which may help with the inflammation and over expression of ET-1. Resveratrol found in grapes skins, grape seed extract and wine reduces ET-1.

Glyphosate, glufosinate, vaccine adjuvants, and heavy metals like mercury and lead can cause damge to the NMDA receptor. This has been found to be common in those with IC. I do not like this study because instead of addressing the cause they want to treat the symptoms which seems to be the main them of allopathic medicine. If I get a chance I will do a post on things that help repair the NMDA receptor. Mugwort, olive oil, CoQ10, P5P, and coconut oil have been found to help.

Magnesium Citrate helped me a lot. Magnesium helps reduce inflammation. I used magnesium citrate because it also reduces oxalates. The firs couple of days I took it, it gave me indigestion but the third day I started feeling much better and could not believe how much it reduced my pain. Magnesium citrate should not use often. Our bodies recycle citrate so it can build up in the body. If levels get to high then it can damage the liver , kidneys and red blood cells. Use it in moderation.

Tick born illness and mycoplasma inhibit IL 10, Our bodies use IL 10 to detect infections and rid the body of them. Then it will reduce inflammation. Inhibiting IL 10 causes excess inflammation. This cause the body to be unable to recognize the pathogen. When this happens the body will release hydrogen pyroxide which is a last ditch effect to remove the pathogens from the body. This cause a lot of damage throughout the body. This is why it is important to reduce inflammation and to support the function of IL 10. Hydrogen pyroxide will break down the tight junction layers in the gut, blood brain barrier and bladder. This cause inflammation in all those areas. When the tight junction layer has been effected in the digestive system food allergies and intolerances will develop. Warning increasing IL 10 can lead to weight loss.

I got candida from antibiotics. I fell for the alkazing myth and things got much worse for me so I started doing the opposite. Lo and behold it started going away. Candida likes and alkaline environment and will actually switch from commensal (friendly) to a pathogen if the alkalinity of digestive system or bladder gets too alkaline. Our bladder and digestive tract is supposed to be acidic. We have bacteria that keeps our bladder and digestive system at the correct PH. If we are deficient in those bacteria then our digestive system and bladder can become alkaline promoting infection of many types of pathogens especially candida.

Antibiotics, GMOs and herbicides kill our gut bacteria. Certain gut bacteria use tryptophan to modulate our immune system. We become prone to infection if we are lacking those bacteria, especially candida infection. Consuming foods high in tryptophan helps restore them and our immune function. Our adaptive immunity comes from our gut bacteria. When we are low or deficient in certain ones we can have either an over active immune response or non at all. This also protects us from inflammation.

The metabolic issues I had made it impossible for me to eat meat because of the high phenylalanine content, potatoes and other things high in phenylalanine were out also. I had to eat a vegetarian diet for a very long time until I corrected my metabolic issues. If you have sulfation issues or upregulated BH4 or CBS pathways your will develop very high ammonia levels because sulfite levels rise very high and causes you body to be unable to recycle phenylalanine. So as it is used the biproducts produced build up in the blood stream and ammonia is one of them.

Though NO can cause damage in the body it is needed to maintain health. So we do not want to reduce it too low. It will cause many negative health issues if we do. Olive leaves are very good for fighting infection but if you have a high metabolism they are not good for you. They speed up the metabolism. Olive oil has many benefits. It activates the Nrf2/keap1 pathway which is a key part of our antioxidant system that protects our cells. If you have pyrole issues you will have gall bladder pain and/or indigestion when you consume oils. Supporting sulfation will helps with pyrole issues. Also reducing histamines and inflammation help correct issues with pyroles.

Before I got my gut straightened out my brain was a mess. We need butyric acid but our limited diets prevent us from eating the foods that contain it like milk products and the plants that contain the fiber many of us cannot eat because of sulfation issues which many plants that contain inulin which our gut bacteria produce butyric acid from are high in sulfur. Onions are one example of that and I was so lactose intolerant that milk products were definitely out. The solution for me was to make ghee. All the lactose is removed but the butyric acid remains. It made a world of difference in my health I had more energy and could think so much clearer. Since I have my gut healed and my metabolic issues straightened out I can eat pretty much anything.

If you have chemical sensitivities or sensitivity to odors then you have glucuronidation issues. Calcium-D-Glucarate helps address that. I had problems with this bad. Even the candle section in stores would make me ill and even affect my bladder.

If you have metabolic issues and try to change to a healthier diet it could backfire. We must take the nutrients that support those pathways. If not there will be a lot of food we will not be able to eat.

P53 role in cystitis.

This is only an abstract but it list illnesses caused by high TH17 levels. Vaccine adjuvants, many farm chemicals and heavy medals can cause high TH17 levels. Tick born illness can also if the endotoxin levels get high enough. If you notice you will see many commonalities with IC.

Antibiotics and farm chemicals kill our good gut bacteria that protects us from infection.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5911494/

We have commensal bacteria that are related to pathogenic. When they are killed by antibiotics or farm chemicals we lose that protection and become prone to illness from the pathogenic ones. Ever notice how many will eat the same contaminated food but only some of them would get ill. They liked the commensal relatives of the pathogenic bacteria so were not protected. Unfortunately the only probiotic I found that contains the commensal E Coli strain is VSL#3 and it is very expensive.

Modern day chemicals in our food supply and antibiotics can ruin our ability to produce FUT2 enzymes. These modulate our immune system and keep our gut bacteria balanced and happy. If we are not producing FUT2 enzymes then we cannot fight infection and our gut bacteria will get out of balance and we will even become deficient in some bacteria. Many will take probiotics with not results for this very reason.

https://www.nature.com/articles/ismej201464

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3516493/

If we are FUT2 deficient it indicates that we are lacking Bacteroides Thetaiotaomicron which is supposed to be one of the most numerous of the gut bacteria. If we are lacking this bacteria we will have trouble eating certain carbs and cannot break down many types of fiber.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3840232/

They claim it is a genetic issues but other gut bacteria regulate FUT2 secretion

What complicates things is that the medical community cannot identify the difference between commensal and pathogenic. Often times they give antibiotics that kill bacteria we need. When we get an infection from a bacteria that is usually commensal it means something is out of balance in the body. Instead of looking for the problem they kill the commensal bacteria that we need.

Getting chlamydia shows there is a deficiency in Lactobacilli which balances the ph of our bladders and digestive system. Most pathogens cannot survive in an acid ph which is what the bladder and digestive system are supposed to be.

If you notice these are receptors involved in IC. This study shows that our good bacteria regulate our gene expression. It is the bacteria we inherit from our parents that determines what illnesses we will be prone to. Not only that but the foods we eat determines which genes they turn off and on.

Here is where it can get confusing. Some strains of lactobacillus are pathogenic. We have to make sure the strains we take are ones that reduce inflammation and histamines. We need inflammation and histamines for the body to heal and repair but when there is and imbalance in our gut bacteria the strains that cause them become more numerous and histamine and inflammation levels become too high.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5565189/

Germ theory has been proven wrong repeatedly yet they base their research on vaccinations on it. Our gut bacteria modulate and train our immune system. So vaccinating overrides our ability to develop immunity which means the only thing it would do is confuse the body.

This is why it is very important to get polyphenols, oligosaccharides and polysaccharides in our diets. It feeds our beneficial bacteria which promotes better health. There are myths about the sugars in foods like fruits and vegetables feeding candida when it becomes pathogenic but the opposite is true. Much of the false information out there drives me to believe that the pharmaceutical companies put it out there to keep people on a hamster wheel of poor health so they will have a steady customer.

It should be clear to most now that the genetic theory of inherited imperfections causing illness is not accurate.

Canadian Thistle

Cirsium Arvense

I  have written this for educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, make certain you know your plants. This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such.

Canadian Thistle has many benefits but is very invasive. I grow it but I keep it isolated and I cut the tops off before the seeds can spread. It is very very difficult to control if you let it go to seed. It can spread through seeds they are similar to dandelion and how they are dispersed. They also can spread through their roots which are very aggressive.

The leaves are edible but you must make sure you get the pricklys off. The roots are edible but if you eat too many they will make you gassy. It helped me a lot with my fight with Lyme. I do enjoy the taste but it is a lot of work getting the jaggy parts off the leaves. The roots have a lot of health benefits also. I like peeling the leaves downward. That removes many of the prickles from the stalk of the young plants, then I light crape it with a knife. Then I eat the stalk, it is a very good tasting vegetable. Has a very sweet taste and is very juicy.

Barberry

Barberry

Berberis Vulgaris

I  have written this for educational purposes. If in doubt don’t, make certain you know your plants. This is not medical advice and should not be taken as such.

Has antioxidants, contains berberine which is known to fight many pathogens. Reduces oxidative stress, inflammation and oxLDL. Has been shown to fight cancer. When I was a kid and I would get ill I would crave the leaves from this plant although it is the berry that is used. When the leaves get red they get very bitter. It has even been shown to help with acne. Has been shown to help with fibrosis.

The bush is invasive and is not native to the US. It can spread and cause problems. I try and isolate my bush and get the berries before the birds to prevent it from spreading. I had to move my bush so I just ripped it out and gathered a few small ones to replant. They are the ones you see in the pictures.

Bone Health

Remember I am not a medical professional. I am relaying things I have learned from other Lyme sufferers or from research I have done. When you implement any supplements or diet changes only do one at a time so if something doesn’t agree with you or you have a reaction you can easily identify what caused the reaction. I am listing on these pages what I have observed or seen studies to support that they have worked. It is best to alternate the things you use. I have found that works the best it also keeps things that would be otherwise safe to use from building up to the point where they become toxic like some vitamins.  Some things can take three to four days before you will realize the effects.

Avoid GMOs at all cost the terrible impact they have on our health has been well research and documented. They have been shown to cause leaky gut syndrome, cancer, blood disorders, digestive disorders etc. The toxins they produce have even been found to cross the blood brain barrier and the placenta.

Bone Health

Detoxing

To fight infection you need to make sure you detox everyday. So I will make a list of  things important for cleansing the body of toxins.

1 Water  make sure that you drink lots of unchlorinated water. Chlorine is toxic to the body and very difficult for the body to get rid of. If you cannot avoid chlorinated water then I would recommend taking a boron supplement it is one of the few things that can remove chlorine from the body.

2 Dandelion you can use this as a tea as greens in a salad some like to cook them. I love deep frying the flowers. I have a post on here on how I deep fry them.  Dandelions have been shown to remove heavy metals and many other toxins from the body. It has many micro-nutrients and has been shown to hinder and even reverse cancer. It has been shown to protect and heal the renal system.

3 Potassium Iodide  protects the body from radioactive iodine. Iodine is needed for the proper function of the lymphatic system which helps to develop immunity to pathogens we come in contact with. It also bone in bone health. Helps remove many toxins from the body. I would not take anymore then 50 mcg a day.

4 Chlorophyll  helps to detox is one of the few things that will help to remove mercury from the body. It also helps to support and protect the health of our blood. Has many antioxidant properties.

It did upset my stomach if I took it on an empty stomach but it fights candida and many other infections.

Good sources of chlorophyll is any produce that is green.

5 Citruline for some it is difficult for their bodies to remove ammonia from their bodies. If our citruline  levels get low our bodies cannot remove ammonia. Citruline helps remove ammonia from our bodies. It also helps fight infection and prevents muscle fatigue.

Good sources of citruline are melons, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins, fish, and eggs.

Fighting Infection

Remember when pathogens die they put out toxins so detoxing must be a daily thing. One thing I did not mention earlier that helped with my detoxing was salt water with lemon and honey. There are many natural ways to fight infection. I am listing as many as I can to make it easier for each person to find something that may help them because each of us has certain herbs that are more readily available to us depending on our location globally. The list is big I would recommend you choose things based on your research of the herb. Www.webmd.com is a great resource for information on drug interactions and side effects of herbs.

Herbs To Help Fight Infections

1  Teasel Root Tincture   helps pull infections from bone and tissue. Also has antimicrobial properties. I would not use this one until you have gotten the Lyme infection reduced in your body because even though I am doing much better it still made me herx for a week or so. You have to start out slow with about 5 drops and thing work up to about 15. Use your judgment on what works best for you.

2 Chinese Skullcap  has many antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Do not confuse with American Skullcap they have different health benefits.

3 Honeysuckle Tea  very good at killing bacteria and many other types of infection. Also contains micro-nutrients and antioxidants. This is another one that made me herx but it helped me with my myocarditis. It has also been shown to heal nerve and smooth muscle tissue and support the cardiovascular system.

4 Coconut Oil  the fats in coconut oil help protect cells from damage. Also has very good antimicrobial properties. It is very good at fighting Candida. Has been shown to even help can pass through the blood brain barrier to protect the brain and has been shown to reduce seizures.

5  Hops Tea  has been shown to fight many infections, has also been shown to inhibit and reduce cancer.  This is also know to remove toxins from the body and has been shown to protect the renal system. Promotes proper function of the thyroid and has been shown to protect the cardiovascular system. !!Be careful if you over use it you can get diarrhea and nausea and  in very large amount it can cause seizures so I would space my usage of this out!!

Use two teaspoons per cup of  boiling water.

6 Probiotic With Active Acidophilus  the higher the number of cultures the better it is. This helps restore the good bacteria and fight the bad bacteria especially in the digestive tract.

7  Yogurt and Kefir help restore the good bacteria and fight the bad bacteria especially in the digestive system.

8 Fermented foods like Sauerkraut and  Kimchi  they also help fight the bad bacteria and replace the bodies bad bacteria in the digestive tract.

9  Bromelain the is extracted from pineapple it helps to reduce pain. Has many antimicrobial properties and has been shown to kill Candida.  It also promotes muscle and tissue repair.

10  Sulfur  has antimicrobial properties and has also been shown to kill Candida and many other pathogens. It keeps the Lymph Glands healthy.

Good sources of sulfur are onions, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower,  broccoli, kale and egg yolks. This is one of the few times cooking will actually increase the release of the sulfur so your body can more easily absorb it.

11 Barberry  contains berberine which has been shown to kill bacteria and many other pathogens. Has been shown to protect the cardiovascular system. Has also been shown to reduce seizures.

12 Oregano Oil  this has been shown to fight many pathogens. This one made me herx but I could actually feel the results. After about 3 days I could feel my body getting better which indicated to me that I was beating the Lyme. I have had a difficult time finding it now though and have run out.

Supporting Immune System

Supporting the immune system is important because when we have an infection or even cancer it can wear our immune system down. I don’t really believe for the most part in stimulating it because that can cause other problems. There are parts of the immune system that I will discuss later that Lyme sufferers could try to stimulate.

1 Aloe Vera  the stomach is key to our immune system if it does not heal then all the other things we do will be futile. Aloe Vera helps heal leaky gut. I have had the best results with liquid aloe vera capsules.

It has also been shown to kill things like Candida. It helps regulate the immune response.

2  Rehmann helps with detoxing has been shown to ease fibromyalgia symptoms. It also helps regulate the immune system.  Has been shown to improve bone health. !! Can cause bloating!!

3  Reishi Mushroom Extract  strengthens immune system. Has been shown to prevent and reduce cancer. Has also been shown to protect the cardiovascular system.

4  Wormwood/walnut/clove Tincture  this is very good at fighting many types of infection. I like getting the combined tincture because it seems to work better. Clove is very good at soothing nausea.

This helped my blurred vision, head aches, and mental confusion. It is also know for fighting Candida. They all are known for their antimicrobial properties. !! Do not use large quantities and do not take for more then a month. Follow directions on bottle!!

5 Fermented Wheat Germ  strengthens the immune system. Alleviates fatigue. Shown to inhibit and reduce cancer. Also high in protein.

6 Grape Seed Extract  this is another one that really helped my myocarditis. Grape Seed Extract strengthens the immune system and heals and protects the cardiovascular system and smooth muscle throughout the body. It has been shown to protect the DNA. Also has Reseveratol which is know for protecting and healing RNA and DNA. It also has some antimicrobial properties.

Pain Relief

When we are ill we can suffer from a lot of pain. I prefer natural methods of dealing with them because even over the counter drugs really damage the body.

1  Valerian relaxant, eases symptoms of pain. Also eases menstrual cramps. Has been shown to reduce food allergies. !! Only take at night has very good sedative properties, take before you are ready to go to sleep!!

2  Dark Chocolate  helps produce hormones that protect us from pain and help the body heal.

3  Birch Leaf Extract  works like aspirin. Also reduces damage to the body because it has antioxidants.

4  Devils Claw  eases joint pain

5  Cherries  contain anthrocyanins which are know to reduce pain and has many antioxidants for healing.

6  Vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption, many who have osteoporosis have been found to be lacking this. It has been found to ease the symptoms of pain.

7  Avena (Oatstraw)  can help balance our electrolytes. Has many nutrients necessary for bone healing. Also known to promote better function of the thyroid. Has been shown to improve the health of the cardiovascular system. Has relaxant qualities. This one knocked me out but most I talked to said it did not do that with them. I did notice the health benefits though. I used in in the tea form.

8  Butchers Broom Extract  reduces leg pain, improves the circulation of blood. Has also been shown to strengthen bones and heal connective tissue.

9  Chamomile  reduces muscle spasms and pain. Has also been shown to reduce menstrual cramps.

Bone Healing

When we have any type of illness our bones are usually affected so we need to support the healing of our bone.

1 L-Arginine  improves exercise tolerance. Improves blood flow which helps with the deep down healing. Helps regulate creatine levels.

Good sources of L-Arginine is nuts, legumes, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

2  L-Theanine  has a calming affect on our brain. Has been shown to fight cancer and heart disease. It also helps prevent infection and prevents muscle fatigue.

Good source of L-Theanine  is green tea, can buy in extract form. !! Just like some vitamins it can be toxic in high doses!!

The best sources are green colored produce.

3  Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longifolia)  this enhances bodies adaptive response to exercise, also increases testosterone production.

4  Muira Puama  increases healing hormones.

5  Maca Root  gives the body energy. It is high in micro-nutrients, vitamins and minerals the body needs. Stimulates and nourishes the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which control all other glands. It can aid the body in achieving homeostasis.

6  Tribulus Terrestis (Puncture Vine) fights infections. Also know to increase testosterone levels. Helps to increase muscle mass. Aids in blood circulation.

7  Panax Ginseng  impedes cancer growth and aids in cancer cell destruction. Improves circulation which helps with healing.

8  Vitamin C  has many healing properties has been shown to help fight cancer. Many other nutrients need vitamin C to work. Also has antioxidant properties. The best type of vitamin C to use is Liposomal Vitamin C. It is more readily absorbed by the body.

9  Vitamin E (A-tocopherol)  helps with deep down healing and has antioxidant properties. If there is a DL in the front of the name it is man made and the body has a difficult time using it so I would stay away from supplements that have a DL in them for example DL-A-tocopherol.

Good sources are sunflower seeds, nuts, spinach, broccoli, kiwi, mango, and tomatoes.

10  Horsetail Herb (Aquamin)  this has silica which the bones need to stay healthy. It also needs silica to build new bone. !! Do need use to often, I have seen conflicting studies on this some say that to much silica can cause kidney stones and others stated that it has not been proven to cause kidney stones so I would space my usage of this out. I used the tea form. !!

11  Ginger   has many micro-nutrients and antioxidants the body needs for healing.

12  Fish Oil has Omega-3s which are know for their antioxidant qualities also helps with nutrient distribution. The body needs Choline to process fats. !! Make sure they say mecury free!!

13  Glucosimine and Chondroiton  Helps repair joints and cartilage.

14 Vitamin K2  Prevents Osteoporosis. Protects us from cardiovascular disease. Has been shown to reduce cancer. Has also been shown to improve Alzheimer conditions. It controls were calcium goes and does not go. Helps with the function of muscles. Also protects nerve cells from oxidative stress. When we are ill our sodium pumps can shut down this can help prevent that.

Good sources are meat and milk from grass fed animals. For some reason grain fed animals do not produce as much.

15  Ginkgo Biloba  aids in blood circulation which helps with healing.

16  Selenium  needed for the proper synthesis of hormones so we can fight disease and heal. Also helps repair DNA.

Good sources are sea food, brazil nuts, milk products, and greens. Make sure if you take in a supplement you do not get too much. No more then 150 mcg because your body can store it. I would space out using it if you take it in supplement form. If you take it in supplement form you want to look for Selenomethione.

17  Potassium Iodide  I mentioned this earlier but many people are low in this. It is very important in the function of the lymphatic system and healing of the bone.

18  Cholesterol  helps balance hormones also keeps the lymphatic system from becoming clogged. It is integral in all functions of the body. It also functions as an antioxidant and protects our DNA. The type of cholesterol our body needs is Oxidized Cholesterol found in unprocessed foods. Good sources of cholesterol are free range chicken eggs, milk products from grass feed animals. Again I don’t know why but grain fed animals produce a bad type of cholesterol. Avocados, legumes, and beans are also good sources of cholesterol.

19  Choline  we need choline to break down fats so our bodies can use them. Choline also helps with nerve repair. Helps provide the body with more energy.

Good sources of choline are eggs, and milk products.

20  Phospholipids  these are a type of fat that is very good for the body. They help protect the cells from pathogens. They also aid in healing. They also help the body produce energy better. Has been shown to aid with healing leaky gut syndrome.

The best source of these is butter if you are lactose intolerant then you could use ghee which is not purified butter. It is butter with the milk proteins removed. Butter and Ghee also contain Butyric Acide which helps break food down so that we can absorb more nutrients. Butyric acid also protects the digestive system and intestines and has been shown reduce cancer.

21  Butyric Acid  it is produced when we eat fiber that the body has a difficult time digesting it has been shown to have many health benefits including fighting infections in our digestive system to breaking our food down better.

22  Pickles and Pickle Juice  when we are ill it is hard to keep our electrolytes balanced. Pickle help balance our electrolytes. They also contain many micro-nutrients that our bones need for healing. The juice contains many of the same benefits so don’t dump it drink it. Some of the benefits of the vinegar in the juice is it disrupts pain receptors thus reducing pain. It also has antimicrobial properties and reduces Candida.

23  Red Clover Tea  I have heard of this one causing gas pains but have not been able to confirm it. I have talked to some who have used it and didn’t complain. It has been shown to strengthen bones and increase estrogen production.

24  Olive Oil  olive oil helps maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, it also reduces the risk of stroke. It has been shown to prevent the death of DNA and encourages tumor cell death. It also contain Oleanic Acid which helps maintain Nrf2 pathways. When Nrf2 pathways are not functioning properly there is a lot of damage throughout the body especially neurological. Oleanic acid cuts down on oxidative stress.

25  Bone Broth  has been shown to heal leaky gut and also helps build bone marrow.

26  Tumeric  contains Curcumin which has been shown to fight cancer and has antimicrobial properties. It has also been shown to reduce MS symptoms. Tumeric also helps protect the renal system. Black Pepper helps increase the bio-availability of Curcumin.

27  Iron  helps metabolize protein and reduces fatigue. When we are ill we can lose iron. Iron also strengthens the immune system.

Good sources of iron are legumes, lentils, grains, leafy green vegetables, turnips, fish, and meat.

28  Multivitamin  take a good quality multivitamin if you can. I would not take more then a few times a week because usually if you do you only end up peeing the rest of them out.

Lyme Sufferers Only

This is one that I am nervous mentioning because it could result in someone getting very ill. If you have Lyme and your immune system has been suppressed there are things that will help, only do this if you have had the numbers of the spyrochete lowered in your body or it may set off a nightmarish cytokine response. Lyme decreases IL-4 to stealth itself from the immune system.

Echinacia (E. angustifolia and E. Pallida) are the types to use. This has been know to increase IL-4. Also a Chinese herb called Furling has been shown to increase IL-4 production.

Modern day wheat can be hard for our bodies to process. If you are like me and if you can find it try getting Einkorn Wheat. It is the type that our ancestors used and it is easier for our bodies to process.

Later Stage Lyme or Illness And Healing

I am doing this post as a reminder to me and maybe a few of my fellow Lymies when we start feeling better we start forgetting to do these things. This will help others who are ill also. But I have other post that are put together much better. I will clean this up and do a better job when I get a chance.

Later Stage Lyme and Illness

I am not a medical professional. I am posting this information because these are the things that have helped me and I am hoping they may help others. Always try one new thing at a time so if you have a reaction then you will know what you have a reaction to and should not take. If you are taking medication you should go to www.webmd.com do a search for the supplement and they will list the drug interactions and side affects if there is information on it. I am not going to mention th more obvious thing like vitamin C because most people are very aware of the vitamins needed. Also I will repeat things because I feel it is good to remind ourselves.

Detoxing

Detoxing is the first step you should take when you have any illness because they release many toxins that have effects on all parts of the body. When the pathogen dies it releases even more toxins so you may get even sicker when you first start treating it. It is very important to get the toxins out because they can do a lot of damage to the body.

When detoxing make sure you get plenty of water preferably with lemon. Chlorophyl capsules will also help you to detox. Dandelion also helps with detoxing there are studies showing how well it works at detoxing and protecting the body. There are many ways to use it some put it in their salads. I like the leaves lightly stir fried. I like breading and deep frying the flowers. I also like drying the leaves and using it for tea. Make sure you drink water because just like coffee and tea it is a diuretic. When I deep fry them I use peanut oil because it infuses some nutrients into them.

Another very important part of detoxing is not consuming to much or too little protein. If you consume too much it will raise the ammonia levels in your body. If you eat too little then you body will use muscle for energy and again the ammonia levels will go up in your body. So listen to your body if you crave protein then give the body what it wants but if you are not craving it listen to your body.

There is a product that contains arginine and ornithine which should help reduce ammonia levels that the pathogens has caused to become heightened. I am not endorsing the product but from the ingredient that are listed to be in it , it should do a good job at lowering ammonia levels. I would only use it if you cannot get your ammonia levels down. It is called Maxy-HGH made by Food Science.

Chlorophyll helps remove mercury and helps with detoxing in general, also helps build the blood up. Sources of chlorophyll are green produce. Chlorophyll can also help remove mercury from the body. High sulfur foods like broccoli and onions have been shown to help the body remove mercury along with cilantro.

Fluoride works havoc on the whole body. It is also one of the ingredients in some drugs that they use to make people more passive. There are cheaper and better methods of killing pathogens in water so it makes me wonder why they use fluorination?

Some methods to get flouride out of the body is to drink tamarind tea, iodine helps remove it, also boron has been shown to remove fluoride. You can get boron by taking a 1/3 teaspoon of borax and adding it to 1 quart of water or if you are using liters use ¼ teaspoon per liter of water. Apple also contain some boron.

Lead is another tough one to remove. High sulfur foods also help in the removal of lead along with the mercury. Cilantro also helps with mercury removal. If you maintain your calcium levels then it makes it more difficult for the lead to stay in your body.

Healing The Gut

Healing the digestive system plays a major role in healing. It is important to get this healed so we get the nutrients we need for healing and it plays major roles in our immune system. So it is very important to focus on healing our digestive system.

One of the first things you should do is stop eating GMOs especially corn. I am not certain but I think peas are GMO. If you have Candida you should avoid wheat anyways but most of it is GMO now. GMOs throw the balance of our digestive system off and make us prone to Candida and parsites.

Lyme and other illnesses attack the digestive system they also lower our immune system so we are susceptible to opportunistic infections like Candida and Hpylori.

From the things we experience usually the lining of our stomachs get damaged. I used liquid Aloe Vera capsules. It helps coat the stomach so it can heal ant also has some antimicrobial properties. If that doesn’t help then I also add Cherry flavored Pepto Bismol. I get the cherry because mint stimulates acid production so we want to try to stay away from mint. We should also avoid things with tannic acid like coffee.

Now to fight the infections in our gut we need to use Ghee. Ghee has butyric acid, butyric acid works to protect the stomach and intestines it also helps break our food down so we get more nutrients and energy . We also get the added benefits of the phospolipids that help strengthen and protect our cells. Choline should be taken at the same time that you use the Ghee because it helps your body process the healthy fats better. Sources of it are milk, green fruits and vegetables, chicken, kidney beans, peanuts, almonds and brown rices.

Now I take a multitude of things to fight opportunistic infections and possible parasites. Alicin is derived from garlic it is the yellow stuff that forms when garlic is cut or crushed. It has some anti parasitic properties and antimicrobial properties. Bromelain is the next one on my list. It is derived form pineapple it also helps fight parasites. Oregano oil has worked great for my Candida and has dramatically reduced my symptoms of Lyme. You cannot take too much of it. There have been studies on people who have taken very high doses with no adverse affects. I don’t know much about it but I couldn’t take it on an empty stomach as a matter of fact I would not take any of these on an empty stomach. Another one I have not tried but heard it works good on Candida is bee propolis. I do not know anything about it. Clove oil is another I like but I do not like the taste. It helps with pain and it also has anti paritsitic properties. Chlorophyll is another thing that is noted for killing Candida it really helped mine. I get the capsules because I hate the taste of the liquid. You get the added benefit of it helping to remove mercury from the body. Kelped helped my Candida a lot but you have to make sure it did not come from contaminated waters. Also it is high in iodine so you don’t want to take Too much of it. Xylitol is another thing you can add to the arsenal because a lot of pathogens can form biofilms and it has been shown to break up those biofilms making it easier for your body to kill them. Wormwood/Walnut tincture also works very good at killing Candida and other infections. It like coconut oil can cross the blood brain barrier. You have to be careful with this one. Only use it for a couple weeks a month at the most and follow directions when you use it. If you are prone to seizures then they don’t recommend using it. I had very good results with this. You must make sure that it is Wormwood/Walnut both. I have tried just Wormwood and it is not as effective.

Now it is important to use probiotics to restore your your digestive tract. Make sure it has active cultures and acidodelphus the higher the number the better it is. Not sure about the spelling on that one. Also eat yogurt and fermented foods like sour kraut and kim chi, not sure about the spelling on that one either but it is the Korean version of sour kraut. There is another people say helps it is called kefir but I have never tried it.

Inulin promotes healthy bacteria in the digestive system and improves digestive functions. (think fiber) Studies have shown that it may contribute to better calcium abosorbtion. Sources of inulin are chicory root, jerusalem artichoke, asparagus, artichokes, bananas, rye and barley.

Electrolytes

Most illnesses cause an electrolyte imbalance. When people think of electrolytes they usually think of the minerals you lose but water intake has to be balanced also. If your electrolyte balance is off then you will be thirsty no matter how much water you drink you will continue to be thirsty. This is why it is important to balance your electrolytes. The amount of water varies by person but on average from what I have been reading we should get between 9-13 cups of water a day. Since it was not specified whether it was from just water consumption I believe that those amounts were considering the water we take in from our food also. The minerals we lose the most are calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus. I did not mention milk because once it is pasteurized the calcium changes to a type that is difficult for the body to use.

Something to keep in mind is that calcium and magnesium need to be balanced, so try to balance your intake of them best you can. Calcium needs magnesium to work and vice versa. Some sources of calcium are white beans, salmon, sardines, dried figs, black strap molasses, kale, black eyed peas, almonds, oranges, turnip greens, sesame seeds.

Some sources of magnesium are squash seeds and pumpkins seeds, spinach, swiss chard, sesame seeds, quinoa, beans, and nuts.

Some sources of potassium are beans, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, milk products, clams, carrots, squash, bananas, oranges and apricots.

Some sources of phosphorus are scallops, sardines, squash and pumpkin seeds, cod, tuna, lentils, shrimp, mushrooms, quinoa, oatmeal, cheese and milk.

For Infection

Since Lyme and many other illnesses lower our immune system we need to take things to help protect us. There are infections that can cross the blood brain barrier. What helped me for the brain part of my infections is coconut oil, walnut/worm wood tincture. I got my vision back and it dramatically reduced my head aches. Coconut oil is a diuretic.

For the other parasites and infections that could get in other areas of the body, I used bromelian which comes from pineapple, clove oil and oregano really helped I felt the effects of them within a few days. I used xylitol to help break up biofilms. Xylitol toothpaste works great for problems with the teeth. They can get xylitol from corn and most corn is GMO so try to find organic. Stevia has been shown to work very good at helping to kill Lyme I have seen many studies showing very good results but I have not tried it. I don’t know much about stevia.

I had candida and some things that really help me was Kelp make sure it does not come from contaminated water, coconut oil, chlorophyll capsules, vinegar, and again the bromelian. Try to stay away from GMO products it throws your digestive balance off and has been shown to damage the intestines and stomach. Most corn and wheat is GMO, Some bananas are.

Deep Healing

There some nutrients that will help with deep healing like Oleic Acid found in olive oil helps heal the Nrf2 pathways but be careful because just like vitamin A it can be toxic to the body if you get too much.

Vitamin D3 and CoQ10 help with deep down energy and repair but have to be taken with an oil because they are oil soluble.

Hyaluronic acid and glucosamine chondroiton help with joint and skin repair.

Flavanoids help with repair and inflammation. Most fruits and vegetables contain them but some very good sources of those are parsleys, onions, blue berries, tea, bananas, citrus fruits, dark chocolate, red wine, skin on peanuts and sophora root.

Lyme and other illnesses can attack the smooth muscle which has effects on the whole body. All the things mentioned above help smooth muscle heal but we need to get ammino acids. There are various kinds of ammino acids.

Lysine which is found in catfish, beef, chicken, azuki bean, milk, pumpkin or squash seeds, eggs, peas, lentils, beans, and quinoa.

Methionine is found in eggs, sesame seeds, cheese, brazil nuts, chicken, nuts, fish, pork, wheat germ is usually Gmo now days, peanuts and lentils.

Isoleucine is found in eggs, turkey, chicken, legumes, cereal grains, almonds, oats, beans, brown rice, sea weed make sure it is not from a source of contaminated water.

Becareful with the kelp and other seaweed, they are high in iodine. We need iodine but if we get too much it is not good.

Tryptophon is found in eggs, spirulina, cod, cheese, sesame seeds, pork, lamb, chocolate, milk, rice, quino, potoatoes, tamarind, banana, and beans and legumes.

Myoinoitol is found in fruit, beans and nuts.

Threonine is found in poultry, cottage cheese and other milk products, fish, meat, lentils, black turtle beans, and sesame seeds.

Glutamine is found in cauliflower, eggs, broccoli, cod, spinach, milk, chicken kidney, quinoa, grapefruit, peanuts, almonds and brown rice.

Illness also causes vitamin deficiencies. Usually vitamins and minerals like zinc, vitamin c, vitamin A, and vitamin E. Be careful with vitamin E if you take too much it can damage your liver.

We also lose a lot of the B complexes. I prefer getting them from natural sources because they can drop your sugar levels. Good sources of them are cereal grains, lentils, fish, eggs, whole milk, meat, pork, eggs, nuts, chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables, potatoes, liver, beans, yogurt, avocado, sweet potatoes, mushrooms and broccoli. We also need to eat foods high in Omega3 fatty acids they are an antioxidant just Like vitamin C

I added resvratol because it helps with nerve damage it is found in wine chocolate and dark berries. Some other things that help with nerve damage are the Omega3 fatty acids, Good sources of those are camelina, purslane, dark colored berries, kiwi, goose berry, perilla, chia seed, flax seed, and nuts.

Polyphenols enhance the immune system, also helps heal the lungs. Some of the best sources are cloves, anise, cocoa powder, oregano, celery seeds, flax seeds, nuts, elderberries, black olives, chicory, dried sweet basil, plums, most dark berries like black berries, and ginger.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is good for the cardiovascular system. It also has the ability to rehabilitate other intioxidants. Your body produces it so detoxing and supporting the renal system should help with it. Some sources of it are meat and organs from grass feed animals, broccoli, spinach, and postatoes.

Anthocyanins are neuro protective. You get those from dark colored fruits and vegetables. Black berries, plums, cran berries, blue berries, bananas (careful some are GMO), red cabage, asparagus, grapes and wine.

Biotin regulates gene expression. Some food sources are egg yolk, liver, whole grain (Non GMO), cheese, pork, salmon,

If you having thyroid problems you may want to pay attention to your iodine because it is a key component of thyroid hormones. Food sources of it are seafood, seaweed (make sure it does not come from contaminated water), dairy products, grains, (Non GMO), poultry and eggs.

Selenium is part of the amino acid processes for gene encoding and regulation of the bodies cells.

If you are having thyroid problems ginsenosides may help. It has been shown to stimulate pituatary glands and adrenal. It is found in ginseng.

Asparagine is kind of like the bodies back up battery. It is necessary for the deep down energy your body needs. Sources of it are asparagus, potatoes, legumes, nuts and seeds like pumpkin and squash.

Quercetin is an antioxident and provides energy to the mitochondria. Quercetin also helps keep the heart healthy. Foods that contain it are canned capers, onions, red and dark colored produce. Quercetin is lost during cooking so the less you cook it the better.

Lignans reduce risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, also know for helping with chronic fatigue. Safe for women it will help men but will do the opposite if used in to high of a dose. Food sources of it are ground flax seed, sunflower seeds, kale, broccoli, cashews, and berries.

Sulphanes help fight neurodegenerative disease and cancer. Good sources of them are eggs, broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage and a little in onions.

Valine and tyrosine is and amino acids that helps with liver disease and metabolic disorders. They also aid in regulating the abosrbtion of other amino acids. Sources of valine and tyrosine are cheese, beef, lamb, chicken, pork, chicken, nuts, fish, beans, mushrooms, pumpkin and squash seeds.

Lycopene helps protect the heart and studies have shown that it could possibly help heal some damage. Sources of Lycopene are cooked tomatoes, grapefruit, papay, purple cabbage, mango, and carrots.

Love and Happiness

Love and happiness are just as important to healing as the food. There are some foods that will help your body produce the thins love does but it is not as effective as the real thing. The hard part is there is not a lot of love for those who are ill especially those who have Lyme. The things you want your body to produce are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, endorphens. They have found when you are happy or in love your bodies immune system is healthier and it even makes your smooth muscle healthier. I do not believe in taking supplements for these because your body can get used to it and then it will have a difficult time producing it.

Dopamine is produced in your body from L-tyrosine. It is found things like mustard greens, fava beans, duck, chicken, white cheese, oatmeal, seaweed, and dark chocolate.

Tryptophan , good sources are turkey, chicken, pumpkin and squash seeds, cheese, cashews, almonds, and seseme seeds.

Serotonin is synthesized from tryptophan it requires good carbs to be produced.

Oxytocin is produced when you exercise, when you share, human contact, aroma therapy especially vinilla and Lavender, laughing, doing acts of kindness, sunlight and scenes that make you happy, even thinking of things that make you happy, positive social interaction even good social network interactions have been shown to increase the bodies oxytocin levels.

Vassopressin will be produced if your electrolytes are balanced.

Endorphins are produced when we exercise, eating chocolate can also stimulate endorphins. Capsaicin found in hot peppers and good carbs can stimulate Endorphins. I know this one will be controversial and I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see peer reviewed studies but marijuana also helps the body produce endorphins. In the studies they were consumed.

This is just a rough version when I get a chance I will do a little better with this. I know it needs work.

Diet To Help With POTS, AV Block And Detox Issues And Over All Well Being.

Orthotac_(CardioNetworks_ECGpedia)660px-Tachycardia_ECG_paper.svg

Key Foods For Our Health.

This article should help healthy people as well as unhealthy. In dealing with Lyme I have learned a lot about how our diet can influence the body. Issues discussed in this blog can help if you don’t seem to get much energy from the food you eat, to helping with inflamation and cell repair.  What I have found is the things that play one of the biggest rules in protecting your health is Butyric Acid and Phospholipids.   I discuss what your body needs to increase the levels of them  . From the research I have done I believe they are the key to our health so eating foods to increase the levels of them we can dramatically improve our health. Improving our bodies production of Butyric Acid and Phospholipids has been shown to help fight cancer. Whatever you do stay away from caffeine , sugar , and alcohol , they are like poison to people who are ill. I left a very important part out of this article so I am going to post it at the end of the bottom. It is the importance of giving your body what it needs to support and repair RNA. (Ribonucleic Acid)   If you do not do that then this information will help but not to the degree that it could. By supporting the RNA you can actually reverse a little of the ageing. Many things I mention you may not be able to eat from gut dysbiosis or leaky gut. I have posted on those.

POTS AV Block And Detox Issues.

Many Lyme sufferers develop POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) , AV Blocks (Atrio ventricular blocks) and will sometimes develop Detox issues caused by MTHFR mutation. If you want to know more about MTHFR this site is the best at explaining it http://mthfr.net/ . So you have to choose your food to help your body heel from the damage Lyme causes. Lyme causes a lot of cell damage. So our bodies need phospholipids to help with the repair of the damage Lyme has caused. Because of the cell damage Lyme Sufferers have a lot of swelling including in the heart. The phospholipids help in the repair of the body, they also help in getting the inflammation in our bodies down. Phospholipids are amazing they are even key in helping our bodies fight infection.

To help our body to produce the phospholipids we need to make sure we eat the food that contains the nutrients it needs. I put together a list of foods that will help to do that. Cows Ghee has most of the vitamins and nutrients mentioned below so it is like a supper food. Especially if it is from milk produced by a grass feed cow ,sophora root is another thing loaded with a lot of the nutrients listed below . Also make sure you drink lots and lots of water. Those who have trouble with fats may have pyrrole issues I have discussed in my post on porphyria.

  1. Omega-3 fatty acids – Camelina , Purslane , Black Raspberry , Kiwifruit seed (chinese goose berry) , Perilla , Chia seed , Flax seed or Flax seed oil  , Butternuts , Persian Walnuts , Pecans , Hazel nuts.

  2. Amino Acids – this is going to be the longest because there are different types of amino acids your body needs to produce. Those with phenylketonuria will need to avoid animal flesh for a while because it will raise ammonia levels from the build up of phenylalanine.

A) Lysine – Catfish , beef , chicken , azuki bean , milk , pumpkin seed , egg , pea, lentil , lentil , kidney bean , winged bean (Goa bean) , chick pea , navy bean , Quinoa .

B) Methionine – Egg , Sesame seeds , cheese , brazil nuts , chicken , fish , pork , wheat germ , oat , peanuts , corn , lentils .

C) Isoleucine – eggs , sea weed (be careful eating too much of this it is high in iodine, you don’t want to get your iodine levels to high.) , turkey , chicken , cereal grains , legumes , wheat germ , almonds , oat , peas , lentils , brown rice , beans .

D) Tryptophan – eggs , spirulina , cod , cheese , sesame seed , pork , turkey , chicken ,beef , oats , lamb , chocolate , milk , rice , Quinao , potatoes , tamarind , banana , beans , legumes .

E) Myo-inoitol – fruit , beans , nuts .

F) Threonine – poultry , cottage cheese , fish , meat , lentils , black turtle bean , sesame seeds .

G) Glutamine – beef, chicken , fish , eggs , milk and dairy products , cabbage , beets , beans , spinach , parsley .

H) Choline – Cauliflower , eggs , broccoli , cod , spinach , wheat germ , milk , tofu , chicken, kidney beans , Quinoa , grapefruit , peanuts , almonds , brown rice .

Flavonoids. – These also help in healing and also help with inflammation. Most fruits and vegetables that you eat contain them but there are sources that are very high in flavonoids. Parsley , onions , blue berries , tea , bananas , all citrus fruits , red wine , dark chocolate , The red skin on peanuts , sophora root .

Vitamins – Lyme causes a lot of vitamin deficiencies which can be deficiencies in zinc , vitamin C , magnesium , iron , vitamin A , vitamin D , vitamin E . Also can cause deficiencies in the B complex vitamins. Here is a list of some sources of the B complexes. I prefer the natural source because I have a bad reaction to supplements containing the B complexes.

    1. B1(Thiamine) – cereal grains , lentils , green vegetables , fish , egg , whole milk , meat , pork , nuts .

    2. B2 (Riboflavin) – chicken , fish , eggs , milk and milk products , green vegetables .

    3. B3 (Niacin) – chicken , fish , whole wheat , legumes .

    4. B6 (Pyridoxine ) – Potatoes , read meat , beans , poultry , eggs .

    5. Folate (folic acid ) – liver, beans , green vegetables , most fruits and vegetables, legumes .

    6. Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) – fish , read meat , poultry , milk and milk products , eggs , shell fish.

    7. Biotin – liver , eggs or the best sources but this one is distributed throughout our food so just about anything you eat will have it.

    8. Pantothenic Acid – yogurt , avocado , legumes , lentils , sweet potatoes, mushrooms , broccoli .

Butterschmalz-3

Butyric Acid – aides in digestion , helps break down food so the body can convert it into energy , helps protect the gut and intestine , also helps with nerve repair and has been shown to fight cancer. The best source of this is Ghee but you can also get it by eating oats , diary products , sweet potatoes , fruits and vegetables , nuts , it is also produced by the intestines from eating fiber. If you have Lyme your enzymes could be off so you should take a probiotic to help in producing butyric acid.

Salt Water – Something I did forget to mention is that you should add salt water to your diet because Lyme messes your electrolytes up.

Repairing RNA, Helping Raynaud Phenomenon.

The is something I missed when I originally wrote this article. It is something I did not take into consideration. The RNA in your body gets damage by the Lyme and Co-infections. Ribonucleic Acid helps to repair the DNA. So I need to add this to the diet. The benefits of this diet change will be that it will help with Raynaud Phenomenon and even reverse a little of the aging in your body. Now to help RNA repair and function better we need to increase the bodies intake of nucleic acids. This will also help with cellular energy production in the body. When I research this most studies that I read were they got the nucleic acids from meat and other animal flesh showed that kidney stones could develop. The studies I read that were done to see what happened to vegetarians did not mentions kidneys stones forming so I am assuming that meant they did not have that problem when getting them from fruits and vegetables. This diet should also help in muscle repair and better muscle function. This will also help with bone repair because the foods that contain nucleic acid also contain magnesium. So here is the list of foods.

  1. Just about all green fruits and vegetables. Green fruits and vegetables are high in chlorophyll which is very good at chelating and helps remove heavy metals and toxins from your body. You can buy liquid chlorophyll but what I have found is the body must not be used to getting it in that quantity and if you take it on an empty stomach it can give you and upset stomach. Be careful with greens like spinach and kale they are high in oxalates which is common in those who are chronically ill I have posted on that.

  2. Milk

  3. Lentils

  4. Pea and other legumes.

  5. Beans

  6. Radishes

  7. Onions

  8. Scallions

  9. Mushrooms

If you are interested in herbals that may help you I have another post on herbals that I have used that helped me a lot. That is at this post.   https://iamajuicer.wordpress.com/2015/01/23/herbals-i-used-in-the-fight-with-lyme/
