Sulfation and high sulfides.

This is not medical advice I am posting this for educational and informational purposes.

Sulfation is vital for many processes throughout the body. If sulfation is inhibited or faulty we can develop intolerances to high sulfur foods and even meat. It will also affect the bodies ability to heal. It can cause high histamine, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and sulfite levels which can cause damage throughout the body. The brain cannot function properly without sulfur. Almost every cell in the body relies on sulfation. There are many things that affect sulfation vaccine injury, toxins especially those found in GMOs , and agricultural chemicals used on our foods. Glyphosate is one of the biggest causes of siltation issues. Those with tick born illness often suffer from this.

Symptoms of high sulfites and some possible causes. Nutrients that help reduce them. When we have sulfation issues it can cause high oxalates. I have posted on oxalates.

About sulfur metabolism

Molybdenum is a key nutrient if we are deficient our bodies cannot convert sulfites to sulfates. This is a nutrient that you should not take high levels of. Once you reach homeostasis you should back off and pulse taking it to maintain homeostasis. To much can have adverse effects on the body.

Sulfation is involved in the glucuronidation process. If it is inhibited your ability to detox environmental toxins becomes inhibited. You will develop many sensitivities especially to odors and fumes. It also makes you more sensitive to mold and mold illness and fungal infections.

Until issues are corrected it may be necessary to temporarily go on a low sulfur diet.

One of the main causes of sulfation issues is glyphosate so it is very important to detox it.

High sulfite sometimes referred to as sulfide levels have been linked to autism. The good sulfur is sulfate. Sulfite has been oxidized and can be a sign of infection, inflammation, high toxin levels or metabolic issues caused by nutrient deficiencies. It could also indicate gut dysbiosis which cause high sulfite and hydroxy radicals.

Those who have high hydroxy radical levels and high sulfite levels have been found to be deficient in Bifidobacterium Infantis.

Glyphosate causes molybdenum cofactor deficiency which inhibits sulfite oxidase, xanthing oxidase, aldehyde oxidase, and Mitochondrial amidoxime-reducing component. Sulfite oxidase catalyzes the oxidation of sulfite to sulfate, xanthing oxidase converts xanthine to uric acid preventing hypoxanthine from forming which would cause deamimation of adenine, mARC is involved in fat metabolism, if inhibited we can develop high triglyceride levels. So you can see how the high sulfites can really effect the body when glyphosate is involved.

Epsom salt baths help us get the right kind of sulfur. If we go into the sun afterwards for a short period of time it will also detox glyphosate and carcinogenic estrogen.

Leaky gut starts a vicious cycle it lets oxalates into our blood stream which causes problems with sulfur metabolism. This in turn produces more oxalates which prevent the gut from healing. I found high mucilage foods and bismuth helped heal my gut so I could break the cycle.

It also regulates Nrf2 homeostasis. High estrogen activates Nrf2 , which reduces estrogen. When levels reach homeostasis it will shut Nrf2 off. Then when it gets low it will turn Nrf2 on stimulating estrogen production so a working Nrf2 pathway is very important for proper antioxidant function and estrogen homeostasis.
