This is not medical advice I am posting this here for informational and educational purposes.
I have much more to add to this but have burned out doing it and will finish adding things to it later. I feel I have covered the most important things.

The main causes of tachycardia, bradycardia, and excess blood clotting are vaccine injury, drug injury especially fluoroquinolones and eating foods high in glyphosate. Most cardiologist do not know how to recognize tachycardia or myocarditis on an Ekg and the ones that do will brush it off as something minor but it is a very serious health problem that can result in death. Damage to the cardiovascular system is a very serious problem with these new Covid vaccines and many a saying their doctors are refusing to report the injury to their hearts caused by the vaccine. It is very important to get copies of your medical records and keep all records of your doctors visits. They have made it very very difficult to report adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines.
There are many things that can cause heart disease. Infection especially tick born illness. Gut dysbiosis, and cancida. Systematic inflammation is a major cause of heart disease and this can be caused by toxins especially those found in GMO foods. Many food additives cause heart disease especially transfat and aritificial sweeteners. Processed sugar causes heart disease. Oddly when I looked at sugars like maple syrup, honey and molasses they actually reduced inflammation. The same with fruits high in sugar so I have come to the conclusion when things are no longer in their natural form they lose their health benefits and act more like a drug.
Almost all drugs have side effects and have a negative impact on the body. The whole idea that cholesterol causes heart disease was based on one study that was not a clinical study but was an observational study. Observational studies are supposed to be used to develop and test a theory and clinical studies are used to test the theory. So observational studies should never be used to draw a final conclusion yet almost all pharmaceutical and medical protocols are based on observational studies. We need to overcome the myths put out by modern medicine and their villainizing of cholesterol. The odd thing is I found things that help with hypertension usually help with myocarditis or tachcardia. But it actually isn’t that odd they are both caused by oxidative stress and inflammation. I have posted on cholesterol separately if you search my blog.
Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal. You can get a test to check oxidative stress levels.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0009898103004534
There are other test that can help identify which areas of the anti-oxidant system are working and which may not be working. This can help identify the sources of high ROS levels or other toxins produced in the body from oxidative stress.

They also spread false fears about fats to get people to consume their alternatives. The truth of things is the fats we used to consume are good for us and the alternatives they tell us are good for us to fatten their pockets are actually what causes heart disease and obesity. It is one of the things that has contributed to the sudden and dramatic rise in obesity and heart disease.

Another thing they do is to make all starch seem to be bad but we need some starches to prevent cardiovascular disease.

They make all sugars including ones found in fruit seem bad but D-mannitol which is found in some berries has many protective effects and so do the sugars found in most fruits and vegetables unless they are GMO. This is why oxLDL is lower in those who eat fruits and vegetables.

We should work towards homeostasis but doctors seem to not know the meaning of the word. They will prescribe megadoses of vitamin C which cause the opposite effects and will cause cardiovascular disease.

Here is an example of the pharmaceutical industry trying to put their medications in a positive light by saying that they raise HDL levels. Bad thing about that they have found those with low LDL levels and high HDL levels have a higher mortality rate. Stands to reason. OxLDL means that the antioxidants system is working. If there is no oxLDL and the body is in and inflammatory state or under oxidative stress and there is no oxLDL it is an indications something is not working because oxLDL is a sign the body is working to repair something so inhibiting it would inhibit the bodies ability to repair. You can also have high oxLDL if you are eating too much oxidized cholesterol. The body has to convert it to a form it can use and if you eat too much it can deplete your antioxidants. That is when antioxiants do help as longs as we make sure we correct any issues that effect the antioxidant system.

Many doctors errantly tell people to avoid eggs but studies have shown they should be a part of a healthy diet. It is the type of eggs that is important. Just like grain feed beef was found to be higher in oxidized cholesterol, grain feed chickens produces eggs high in oxidized cholesterol. Our bodies are incapable of making the hormones needed without cholesterol and statins inhibit the bodies ability to use cholesterol so can you imagine what they are doing to the body.Your intake of fats and cholesterol have very little to do with your levels of cholesterol in your blood. The exceptions to that is if you consume high levels of Omega 6 and transfats which cause inflammation and arteriosclerosis. They also damage soft tissue throughout the body.

Not only that CoQ10 is needed by the cells in our bodies, especially our brains. Studies like this amuse me. They state eating oatmeal lowers LDL. Well the problem with that is those with low LDL levels have a higher mortality rate. They should be looking at oxLDL, it is a sign of inflammation and oxidative stress. It reduces LDL because it is reducing inflammation but allopathic medicine is stuck on treating the symptoms and not the cause. I could speculate and assume they do this to keep people from healing and keep them running on a medical hamster wheel so they have a permanent customer. There is no money in a healthy patient. When we eat fiber it increases butyric acid which reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.

POTS caused by tachycardia can be caused by infection especially tick born illness and vaccine injury. It will cause dizziness when you ex cert yourself or when standing. Or when under stress especially heat stress. RoundUp which has been found to heavily contaminate our food supply causes tachycardia. There are many now days that have unexplained tachycardia. Vitamin B12 status can effect our heart. I do not say deficiency because in some they could have high B12 levels but if they have high levels of farm chemicals from eating foods that contain them it will inhibit their bodies ability to convert it to a usable for. Those who are not converting will get headaches when they take B12 and my feel ill. Often times because they know low B12 can cause irregular heart beats they will give IV B12 which can make someone who is not converting very ill.

There are many things that can effect bile acid production. If it is inhibited we can develop diabetes because it can effect the whole body including the heart. It also effects the pancreas and when it is inhibited the pancreas will produce less digestive enzymes which will make our food sit in our digestive tract and ferment. This will make us bloated and will make it feel like we have a heavy weight sitting in our guts. This can cause H Pylori and Candida to go from commensal to pathogenic form. I have posted on how to balance our gut bacteria. It can also cause us to develop either acidosis or alkalosis. If you have candida you will have alkalosis and will experience anxiety and difficulty sleeping. If you have acidosis you will be very drowsy and experience episodes of severe depression. I have posted on all the above mentioned.

The way we breath can effect our blood pressure. Breathing deeply can lower blood pressure. If we have acidosis we will breath quickly and shallow to reduce CO2 levels which will reduce the acid levels. If we have alkalosis we may breath deeply and very slowly almost to the point were take very few breaths per minute. The Mediterranean diet reduces heart disease because it reduces oxidative stress and inflammation. They mention curcumin in here. It has amazing healing abilities but chelates iron from the body so it is something that should be used in moderation so a person does not make themselves anemic. It should not be a problem in the U.S. because GMOs and glyphosate cause nutrient deficiencies so they fortify the foods with iron. Because of that many have very high levels of iron which can cause heart disease.

This paper reviewed the research on fats and their effects on the body. Omega 3s help reduce heart disease including myocarditis. But there is times only fats can cause problems. If a person has pyrrole issues which can be a symptom of porphyria they will have problems with fats. It is a very serious health problem that can be corrected with the correct nutrients and lifestyle changes. I have posted in it. There are a number of types of Omega fatty acids. The American diet is high in Omega 6 which has been shown to cause inflammation. Omega 3 Fatty acids should be at a higher level then Omega 6 in the body. Because they are involved in the regulation of many metabolic pathways, consuming too much Omega 6 can cause many health problems. Metabolic syndrome is a cause of diabetes and heart disease.

Histidine helps protect the heart. This may seem confusing but if you read my post on high and low histamines it will explain. Histidine deficiency can cause many negative health effects. Aromatase enzyme are important for it’s proper function. Glyphosate, glufosinate and some foods can inhibit aromatase which can raise ammonia levels in the body resulting in alkalosis. Histidine is important in our response to stress.

Now the bad and it shows the importance of nutrients and homeostasis. A folate deficiency (not folic acid it is toxic) can raise histidine levels which can cause histamine levels to go too high resulting in chronic illness. So the most important thing is to focus on balancing nutrient and histidine levels.

The ketogenic diet has been shown to help with oxLDL but I do not believe in staying on one specific diet. The body was made to consume a variety of foods and once homeostasis is achieved I feel it is better to start adding other types of foods to the diet.

Gingko inhibits bradykinin which contributes to tachycardia. But I have seen a study that showed that renal damage starts to occur if taken for an extended amount of time. It really helped me with my brain fog but I had a strange reaction to it. The first couple of days I got a really bad headache when I took it. But I continued to take it and on about the fourth day I could feel my brain fog starting to lift. I still take it once in a while to help keep the brain fog from coming back but until I am certain of the toxicity I will not take it often. I have only seen one study on the toxicity and there was a lot of data missing leaving me uncertain if it was the gingko that caused the renal damage. Sophora root helps with just about any type of heart disease. It really helped my carditis.
