Fibrosis can result in excess blood clotting, muscle damage, NAFLD, COPD and many other illness. I have posted on oxidative stress, inflammation and infection. I have also posted on toxins like glyphosate, glufosinate, mercury and detoxing them. All those things can cause fibrosis. Modern medicine looks at the symptoms and not the cause for example when the liver or lungs are failing they view those as the problem but most things like that are from a systemic failure throughout the body caused by many things. If you read my post it is your gut and not your genes you will see many things they blame on genetics can be corrected in the gut. Even thought this post is about NAFLD these things should help with just about any illness caused by fibrosis including thrombosis (blood clotting) because many of them have similar causes. The main causes of these disorders now days is vaccine injury, eating foods that contain glyphosate and drug injury especially fluoroquinolones.

I do not like metformin because of the effects of long term use on the body. I am posting this to show that folic acid is toxic to the body and is used to damage the liver of animals in test. I do not believe in kissing an infant on the lips. There are valid reasons for this and people get angry when I mention it but the babies depend on us to protect them. Often times infections can be linked to a vitamin deficiency. For example respiratory infection has been shown in many studies to be linked to a vitamin D deficiency. Phospholipids – needed for healing and protecting the cells in the body. Also helps transport nutrients through the body. Breaks up biofilms. It is good to alternate sources because each has their benefits. Some good sources of phospholipids are olive oil, ghee, evening primrose oil etc. Try to reduce sources of Omega 6 if it gets too high in the body it will cause inflammation instead of reducing it. Omega 3 needs to be higher. If you get ill, have bladder pain or get indigestion when you consume fats then you may have a blocked Pentose Phosphate Pathway or you have Pyrole issues that need addressed. There are many types of fats. I will do a seperate article on that.

Cholesterol – needed to heal in all parts of the body. The heart and brain cannot function without it. If your oxLDL is high it indicates you have inflammation or high oxidative stress levels. Cholesterol is an antioxidant and high LDL is a sign your antioxidant systems is working but something is causing inflammation or oxidative stress. Lowering chlolesterol prevents the body from healing. Address what is causing it, also not drinking enough water can also cause high LDL levels. Reducing cholesterol is not a good idea. Studies have shown memory and cognitive function decline as cholesterol levels decline. Muscles start to deteriorate if they do not get enough cholesterol. Arrowroot – helps the cells use cholesterol more affectively especially in the bladder. It reduces oxLDL levels. It has many of the nutrients to support our metabolic pathways. Cholesterol is needed for our bodies to heal. Oxidative stress prevents our cells from being able to use cholesterol properly. Arrow root helps improve the absorption and use of cholesterol in the body. This reduces the bad cholesterol like oxLDL. There are many types of roots used from a variety of plants but most have the same benefits. Helps heal the gut and bladder because it has nutrients to support the health of mucous membranes. Ginkgo Biloba – before I mention the benefits I need to give a warning. Taking it for too long or in high doses may damage the liver. I say may because the studies showing it harms the liver where poorly designed so I could not draw a conclusion. Improves memory and blood circulation. I got a headache the first few times I took this then I could think much clearer. The is one that you are not supposed to take often or for extended periods of time. If taken for too long or to high a dose it can damage the kidney and liver. Helps with Raynauds disease which is cause by damage or inflammation in the blood vessels which causes restricted blood flow. It can also be caused by carditits from sepsis or infection. We need a variety of oligosaccharides because different members of our gut bacteria need different oligosaccharides. I found when I was able to start eating again I had to ease into adding these because I bloated at first. Healing Interstitial Cystitis.

The key to healing from IC is finding what the triggers were. I do know those who got the Covid vaccine are experiencing IC. Vaccines have been known to cause IC in the past. GMO foods also cause IC from the metabolic, mitochondrial issues and the farm chemicals they spray on them. IC can be caused by infection. Forskolin gets the infection out of tissue but a person still has to kill the infection. Some can have an overgrowth of lactobacillus which is called a cytosolic infection. Many medications especially fluoroquinolones can cause IC. Each has to be addressed by the causes. There is usually more then one factor that leads to IC, it is a synergistic effect of things coming together. But the Covid vaccines seem to be causing IC with no other comorbities.

Excess Oxidative stress leads to chronic illness there is a test to see if you have excess oxidative stress. If you do not get it resolved you cannot heal. You can get a test to check oxidative stress levels.

Interstitial Cystitis can be put in remission. There are many causes like toxins in our environment, pathogens. Mine is caused by Lyme disease. There are studies that have shown that up to 80% of those with interstitial cystitis have tick born illness. Vaccine injury is also a cause of interstitial cystitis. I will list things that have helped my friends and I at the end of this article.

Each of us is unique we have to figure out the cause. Many of us have metabolic issues like inhibited sulfation or upregulated CBS or BH4 pathways which causes interstitial cystitis. All this can be caused by toxins, endotoxins from infection and the toxins in vaccinations which stay in the body for years. The key to going into remission is figuring out what our metabolic and immune issues are and addressing them. Many of the things I mentioned cause leaky gut so it must be healed. All the things I mentioned above cause high oxalate levels so we must watch our oxalate intake. Also high doses of vitamin C and vitamin D can cause oxalates so we must do those in moderation. Most recommend we do not do over 4000 IU of vitamin D a day. Because our skin can make vitamin D from sun light life guards have the highest incidence of kidney stones. Sun light is good and needed but do not over do it.

That being said I am going to list sites of people who have gotten their IC into remission. The reason I say remission many I know who have recovered still have temporary short term episodes but because we have learned how to recover they do not last long. So I believe we never fully get rid of IC.

Many articles will mention cranberry but most IC sufferers have high oxalates and we must try our best to consume low oxalate foods. D-Mannose in cranberries does help the bladder and you can buy it as a separate supplement. I do not recommend cranberry juice for any bladder issues because of it’s oxalate content. Before I got my gut straightened out my brain was a mess. There are many plants that are poisonous that get mistaken for Scutellaria and are sometimes contaminants in supplements containing Skullcap. Two of the most common that can be mistaken for Skullcap that are poisonous are Downy Skullcap (scutellaria icana) and Germander which is in the Teucrium family.

The ones with the most health benefits in the order of effectiveness are Sculletaria Racemosa, Sculletaria Biacalensis, and the one with the best sedative effects is Sculletaria Lateriflore.

They contain biacalein which I have seen miss spelled as biacalin in some studies. It has amazing healing abilities. S Racemosa has the highest levels of biacelain. It has been shown to be very effective against cancer with little side effects. One of the problems I had with Skullcap was that it healed my nerves and improved my blood circulations so fast that all heck broke loose. The best way I can describe it is when you sleep on your arm and it goes to sleep. As the blood flow returns you experience muscle spasms and major tingling. That happened to me for about three days when I started taking it and then I started to feel much much better. I was surprised at how fast it was healing me. I used Sculletaria Racemosa.

Japanese Honeysuckle

Janpanese honeysuckle

Many species of honeysuckle are poisonous so be careful. Japanese honeysuckle will have both white and yellow flowers. It is good for lowering blood pressure and healing the heart and blood vessels. It has relaxant qualities. It has anti inflammatory effects. The whole plant can be used. The type I am speaking of is Lonicera Japonica.

It has been shown to be very effective against upper respiratory infection. It has been one of the top candidates of herbs to use against Sars-Covid because of it’s effectiveness. Japanese honeysuckle has also been found to be very effective against a variety of bacteria infections.

Honey suckle has very potent anti-inflammatory properties so is cardioprotective. It also blocks the negative effects that endotoxins can cause during infection.

Honeysuckle is very potent at inhibiting histamines. Because of it’s potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects it is effective at reducing symptoms of autoimmunity.

Japanese honeysuckle has been found to be effective against fatty liver caused by nutrient deficiencies.

Japanese honesuckle also helps with autoimmunity, and inflammatory diseases like inflammatory bowel because it increases the microbes in the gut that reduces inflammation. Honeysuckle also has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which would add to this positive effect. It has even been found to be effective against the flu and coxsackie viruses.

Honeysuckle has muscle relaxant properties so it can prevent muscles spasms including spasm that occur in the colon during inflammatory bowel diseases. It does have sedative effective so can cause drowsyness. It has been shown to reduce episodes of depression.

Honey suckle does prevent blood clotting to I would not use it in excess because it could make you prone to bleeding.

It is a tyrosinase inhibitor so it would reduce scarring caused by acne but keep in mind this also means the production of melanin would be inhibited.

Fleabane

Known as daisy fleabane. They look very similar and have the same taste and health benefits. They are difficult to tell apart and I often confuse them. So I am not sure which I have picutures of but I like the peppery taste. The older they get the hotter they get. The flowers and roots are very hot almost as hot as a habenaro but the burning does not last as long. It taste like for hot black pepper. The younger the plant the milder it is. Many claim you should not eat the roots.

Ground Cherries

Most know them as ground cherries here in Pennsylvania. I have seen the amish plant these among their corn plants. They grow wild in many areas of the U.S. All parts of the plant are toxic except the berries when ripe. The berries are ripe when they turn yellow. They have a slight tart taste, I add them to salsa. If you have eaten a tomatilla then you will know what these taste like because the taste is pretty much the same but the tomatilla is much bigger. Some make pies and jelly from them. I eat them but have not gotten enough to make anything from them. The chipmunks eat them before I can pick them. Many say they taste best if you wait until they drop off the plant. I noticed no difference in taste from ones ripe on the plant and ones that have fallen from the plant.

Though the links are to different varieties of physalis the nutrient and chemical makeup of most of them are pretty much the same so just about any variety of them would have the benefits mentioned in these studies.

Boneset

 

Eupatorium Perfoliatum

There are many varieties of Boneset but this is the one I am familiar with. Eupatorium Perfoliatum is the one that is most common in my area. It is great for fighting the cold and flu. It dramatically reduces the duration of both. It has also been shown to fight cancer. I have used it when I have gotten ill and could not believe how fast it worked the results were surprising.

Boneset has many amazing properties but can be toxic so should only be used when very ill and not for extended periods of times. Also something to keep in mind. The dose makes the poison. If you drink too much water you will flush your electrolytes out and can cause a heart attack. So even though many plants contain alkaloids that can harm the body in high doses or if taken in for extended periods of time they can harm the body. Borage is one such food that contains an alkaloid that can build up in the body and harm it.

Teasel

Dipsacus Fullonum

It is considered invasive in the US but I have not had a problem with it spreading because the deer and ground hogs love it. As a matter of fact because of that I have a difficult time getting it to grow. It is very high in nutrition, I love the taste of the leaves. First year roots are very tasty but second year roots are bitter and tough.

Teasel is amazing it helps with everything, tick born illness, cancer, osteoporosis. The list goes on and on. It really helped with my Lyme Disease. It is great at reducing inflammation. It helps with amyloidosis which can be caused by vaccine injury especially vaccines that contain aluminum. Glyphosate and other farm chemicals can cause it.
