There are so many toxins in our environment, our food, even in the our furniture that can cause a variety of health issues from hormone imbalance to autoimmune disorders. Now consider the toxins allopathic medicine is putting in us especially from vaccinations. Many of our bodies have been pushed to the tipping point. This can cause negative epigentic changes that can get passed down to children.

It is very important to make sure phase 2 detox is working first. If you stimulate phase 1 and phase 2 is blocked it is like adding water to a dam that is already filled to capacity. When under a heavy toxin load even from endotoxins Fe3 is produced. The body cannot use this type of iron and it reduces our bloods ability to transport oxygen and causes many health problems. Lactoferrin, curcumin and lipocalin 2 will reduce Fe3 levels. Taking curcumin for too long can make a person anemic because it also chelates good iron. If we are insulin resistant it indicate high lipocalin levels. Cold and fasting stimulate lipocalin and phytic acid reduces lipocalin. So if we are insulin resistant we would not want to fast or expose ourselves to cold until we have gotten things back to homeostasis. We would also need to increase our phytic acid intake temporarily until we achieve homeostasis. Pushing things beyond homeostasis cause other health issues. We should always work towards homeostasis. Too much lipocalin promotes obesity, I need more lipcalin because I struggle to keep my bodies fat levels at a healthy level. Mine are way below what is considered healthy.

Proton pumps are bad for the body. The ironic thing is most indigestion is not caused by excess acid. I have posted on sulfites and sulfation. If we have high sulfite levels or we have sulfation issues it can cause heart disease. Sulfur is very important for regulating many things throughout the body including hormones and blood pressure. Glyphosate, glufosinate and mercury inhibit sulfation.
