Terrain theory is wrong and so is germ theory. I will add more links showing this is true as I find them. Our group on Facebook Synergistic Illness has come up with a theory we call “Enviromental Biome Theory of Health. ” . Our environment as a whole effects our health and if you read my post on here on “It is not your genes it is your gut bacteria” or “Vaccines spread disease they do not prevent them” and many other of my post support this theory. The health of our soil is important because if it is healthy then the plants are healthy providing more nutrients. If there are chemicals and toxins in the soil they effect the body and cause us to be susceptible to things making us ill that would normally be beneficial. I covered that in my post
“Things Science has wrong”.
In this post i am showing how our gut microbiome regulate our gene expressions and our immune system. They also are responsible for all types of immunity in the body. I posted the links to the other blog post that support this at the bottom of this post.
Bifidobacterium feed each other.
If we was all like Bifidobacterium the world would be a better place.
How our bodies feed our bacteria.
Inflammation causes a loss of pattern recognitions sensor which is how HIV and cancer become established.
Inflammation can also lead to NAFLD.
Ketogenic diet restores gut balance.
Importance of being eubiotic
how our gut bacteria regulate our gene expressions. Too many of some and not enough of others can lead to cancer, autoimmunity, even COPD.
Irritable bowel syncrome.
Our gut microbiome regulate whether we get cancer or not.
Our gut bacteria effect whether we are obese and whether we develop heart disease.
Metabolic issues and autoimmune issues need to be addressed or our genes cannot communicate with our gut bacteria this can lead to diabetes.
Our genes communicate with our gut microbiome.
Our gut microbiome prevent bone loss through the production of SCFA.
Our gut bacteria regulate our T cells and B cells.
T cells turn genes on and off making us susceptible to illness if there is an imbalance.
When you read the following studies you will see the connection with this one and how our gut help develop humoral immunity.
Our microbiome regulate our T cells so it is a microbiome cycle of communication.
IgA is needed for our gut microbiome to become established.
Now if you read this study you will see that our gut microbiome regulate our immune system. It is a cycle so we need diversity. Now there are many things that can disrupt this cycle. T cells are needed to keep this cycle going and there are many things that can cause a T cell imbalance.
Certain strains of bacteria can restore IgA production.
Our diet effects our gut bacteria.
Resveratrol helps restore MyD88 function.
MyD88 is needed to fight pathogens. It causes an immune response by causing inflammation.
The Nrf2 pathway is needed to prevent excess inflammation from MyD88 activation. Blocked Nrf2 will cause excess inflammation.
IL-10 prevents MyD88 from causing exciess inflammation.
Along with our T cells and B cells our gut bacteria also regulate IL-10.
Issue with the retinoic receptor can also inhibit our gut bacterias communication with our cells.
It is important for that communication to keep our body from attacking our good gut bacteria.
Those who have an over active immune response would want to avoid TLR2 agonist they increase the immune response and the inflammation. This would help those who have low CD4 counts.
Coriolus mushroom is a TLR2 agonist which would stimulate the immune system.
Turkey tail mushroom also is a tlr2 agonist.
Spirulina increases cd4 T cells.
Those with HIV lack the gut bacteria that stimulate CD4 cell production.
These are things that help with HIV.
Yogurt increases CD4.
Phloretin is a TLR2 inhibitor. This reduces the immune response and would reduce inflammation.
Biacalein is a tlr2 inhibitor.
We need to keep in mind that our immune system protects us from cancer so loss of MyD88 can lead to cancer.
Inhibiting mTOR restores MyD88 this would help with inflammation and HIV.
MyD88 is needed to fight infection but if it is over stimulated it can cause health problems.
So what could cause these cytokine storms that will not shut down. Well vaccines have been well documented for causing such reactions.
Over active MyD88 can lead to cancer, lupus and other autoimmune diseases , in autoimmunity TLR are up-regulated which activates MyD88 causing a cytokine storm. If you look at the studies below then look at documented vaccine injury cases you will see they are connected.
The harmfull effects of pesticides and herbicides to the gut have been well documented.
this is a good article explaining how toxins effect our gut. I have posted on things that effect the gut bacteria. Now we know that they regulate our immune system and many of our genes anything that effects our gut bacteria including dyregulation in B cells or T cells causes a loss of communication with our gut bacteria leading to chronic illness.
