Removed and censored? Now what?

We are being censored more and more. The search engines censor what we can see. Facebook and the other social media sites censor what we can see and push corporate agendas even though they know it is not good for us mentally and even our physical health is effected by their censoring. If you look through my blog you will see many things that you cannot find through the search engines because it is censored. Medella has stored many of those links and you can search them.

Now that information is aggressively being threatened, removed, and censored throughout FaceBook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social media sharing outlets, where will you keep your data?

When will mainstream social media users finally realize they have no ownership, protection, or control over their content? Will it take the removal of an entire account, their group, or a shadow ban without warning or reason to jet into action? Is that the blowtorch under the ass users need to swiftly enact a game plan? Why wait until it’s all lost and deleted? All of the years and effort of collecting, saving, and sharing info on social media may soon vanish, especially if you are delivering content that challenges corporate agenda or illuminates truth.

What are you planning to do with your treasured content and connections?

Quick and easy bread or bun recipe.

Written by Lee Stevenson

I feel this is the best bread recipe so far. It has a great taste and does not take much time. The more I learn to make things I used to buy from the store the more I realize how inconvenient going to the store is. As you get practiced it takes less and less time to make things yourself. I have gotten good enough at making bread that it takes me less time to make bread then it does to go to the store and buy it.

Our food is so toxic now days and it is hard to get organic. Also even organics have chemicals added that can be toxic to the body along with the synthetic vitamins they add to them which are toxic to the body especially folic acid. The body does not react to man made vitamins the same as it does to ones we get naturally from our foods. Man made vitamins can build up and cause harm to the body. It is safer to make our own foods now days. I depend very little on stores now and buy most things in bulk. Aging flour makes it work much for cooking so buying it in bulk will not hurt. Even organic bread can have chemical if it is bleached so I use unbleached organic flour. I would not use whole wheat. We are not cows and eating too much whole wheat can cause our good microbes to overgrow causing health problems. GMO foods contain glyphosate and BT toxin which are harmful to the body. By getting organic unbleached flour you reduce the risk that comes from all those toxins.

I like to take butter and rub it on my bread while it is still hot to prevent it from getting crisp. I like my crust soft.

Bread or Bun recipe.

2 tablespoons active dry yeast

1 cup warm water, plus

1 ⁄3 cup olive oil

4 Tablespoons of raw sugar.

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

3 1 ⁄ 2 organic unbleached bread flour.

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water about 105 degrees is what I have been told. I just use luke warm water. Add the sugar and oil then let it stand about 5 minutes

Add the egg, salt and flour mix them , I use my hands.  Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes

Do not let rise.

Divide into 12 pieces and shape each into a ball that are about 1 inch thick and a little smaller in diameter then your desired size.

Place 3″ apart on greased baking sheets.

For bread I make a cylinder shape about 3 inches in diameter and I leave about an inch of space on each end. Then I put it in the bread pan and cover it and let it rise.

Cover and let rest for 30 minutes to rise.

Bake at 350° for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool before putting it in a BPA free plastic bag. If you put it in a bag while it is still hot, it will cause the bread to get moldy very quick.
